Hi All! We are going to begin testing of the Docebo Connect - Outlook Integration shortly. As we embark on adding this feature to our LMS, I’m wondering if anyone would be willing to share the following:  Best practices they’ve utilized adding this feature Has a test script they’ve utilized to test functionality prior to launch Can clarify if the examples shown in the Outlook Example folder are all needed for normal functionality. We are still in the Docebo queue to speak with a technical rep about the new functionality, so anything that can be provided, would be really helpful before we have our first discussion with the team. I’ve gotten a few good pieces of information so far from the knowledge articles and other community posts, but was hoping to see if there was anything else that the community had experience with Thank You! Jason

We have thousands of users with hundreds of power users and different profiles based on what their role is at our franchises across the country. These roles change often, and our data connector will pick those up and update an additional field through Docebo Connect. Once we have those additional fields updated, I would ideally like to automatically assign the respective power user profile they should receive based on certain criteria.Any ideas? 

Hi all,Does anyone have experience with integrating Docebo with Survey Monkey or Qualtrics?Our team is new to Docebo and we were told that some of the survey features we’re using in our current LMS are not available in Docebo’s out of the box survey tool. For example, we use conditional branching in our survey questions as well as use of unique IDs (generated by the system) to compare learner responses in pre-course surveys with post-course surveys.

Is there anybody with experience in the integration of SendGrid API with Docebo? 

Was curious if any of you are doing this today. Pulling excel reports is getting tedious. I don’t think even the API will be great long term, but it has to be a better temporary alternative. API connection directly to PWBI to display the tables we need would be a much improved administrative experience.

Hello, I have difficult to find the API to get the information about course custom field, and the course image.I tried to have a answer from Docebo´s support without success. Can someone help me? Thank you

I am clearly missing something here.I would like to use the Get Report Results Paginated API to feed a BI system. My alternative is to use an API with multiple calls to get the same data, and that burns up some license stuff on the BI side…..soooo trying a different approach.I have a report that has all the data I want. I just need to get it to the BI system. I don’t have an SFTP. I can’t use Google Sheets or similar. I would prefer not to have to manually do a flat file import every time I need to refresh the data.Enter the API…….I have the report ID, easy enough.What I can’t seem to find is how to get the required Export_ID parameter.If I schedule the report (new reports), will it have an Export_ID ? Will it be unique for each scheduled run? Where do I find this thing? @Bfarkas I read your post on reports everywhere (love it!)…...but I didn’t see this specific API discussed. Hopefully I didn’t miss where you already answered my question.

I am looking for a pay to change the payment icon for ecommerce transactions. We are using paypal as our backend payment processor, so when you go to the shopping cart in docebo, it shows a paypal logo.  Our users can checkout using credit card and don’t actually need a paypal account, so the paypal logo confuses them. I want to change the icon to instead show a credit card symbol or something.  Does anyone know how to change the payment vendor icon?  Thanks!!

Which API Endpoint can be used to extract a report for the below mentioned activities :Export a Catalogs report via API with all courses assigned to it. Export the notification log via API - I found  Returns a list of notifications logs. GET/notifications/v1/notifications_log However, from where do I get the notification code ?Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I am working on a custom SCORM where there needs to be a notification email sent when the user completes a particular step. I set up the “Learner Submitted A Test And Evaluation Is Needed.” in the notifications panel.How do I trigger this action? ​​​I looked at the API end points but that didn’t seem to line up with this. Is there a SCO call I need to signal for this? Maybe test_submitted? I’ll do some testing to see what happens. Thanks in advanced!

Hello!I am using Docebo Connect to perform scheduled user data imports from a Workday report to Docebo. This is the typical “Batch Employees Import from Workday Report (RaaS)” that’s commonly used to create new user accounts automatically and bring in their standard user data such as username, first/last name, direct manager, etc.Beyond those standard data pieces, we’ve created additional fields for other items included in the report (e.g. leadership team, number of direct reports, etc.) and have been manually maintaining that data through CSV imports.However we’d love for those additional fields to be populated as part of our current Workday recipe. I’ve attempted to modify our recipe to include these fields, but through the experimenting and research I’ve done, I haven’t been able to successfully connect the data pills of the Workday report to the additional fields.Has anyone successfully connected Workday report columns to additional fields through Docebo Connect? Or am I barking up

Hello,I’m testing the following API via the Docebo API explorer: ‘Array Of Rows Extracted From A Custom Report, Matching A Specified Filter’ (report services)For some reasons, it doesn’t seem to pick up the actual field names from my report and instead it returns field_n_value. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to fix this? Please see the screenshot below for reference. 

Hello! I’m attempting to create a connection between Monday.com and Docebo Learn so that whenever we create a course in Learn it auto populates on a Monday.com board which we’ll keep as a running course inventory.  I’ve created the connection using a Monday connector I found in the Community Library. Just need some guidance on how to start the recipe.  Thank you!

Is there a way to retrieve a list of all live events? I’m not seeing anything via API.

I’ve been thinking about something:When creating a user, inside of the platform or using the api…. how do we know which user created the new “user record”?I can see that there is a “created date” field… but what about “created by” or something similar?Docebo does not save this type of detail?No “created by, modified by, owner” and other similar fields like in other platforms like dynamics or salesforce?Can I retrieve this information using the endpoint “/manage/v1/user/list”?If there is no such fields… how can I handle this? create custom fields for this purpose? 

Working on Federated Search. Want to incorporate Docebo. Looking at your APIs, there is no way to separate Courses from Lessons or From Learning Paths? Any suggestions?  

Hi guys, I’m stuck in some issues trying to configure SAML authentication for Extended Enterprises. Message error from google is a 403: app not configured for user. Otherwise, configuration works for the main Enterprise. May someone help me? Is it possible to have multiple configurations (one for each extended enterprises and one for the main Enterprise) at the same time?

Hi,Does anyone have experience using Docebo Connect to create ILTs?We are using Docebo Connect to create ILT’s based on information from Salesforce. In the connector (which is basically Workato) we have a recipe that can create a new session and event for an existing ILT and it works well. However, no matter what we try, it won’t pull instructors. We have the instructor user ID in Salesforce, try to add the instructor to the Session, and it errors.  Any help would be appreciated!Mark

Hello Everyone, We are getting really close 🤞🏼to launching subscription plans and a payment processor through Stripe (waiting on our Finance team to get the account set up).Does anyone use Stripe/Docebo and can you share how the integration handle the sales tax? Hello all, I understand this has been an issue for some in the past, but while we investigate with Docebo via helpdesk ticket would anybody be able to provide some insight on this issue?We have imported a few LinkedIn learning courses into our sandbox for testing in preparation for a Q2 LinkedIn project, but we’re struggling with courses not completing. • We assign the course, then access it as normal.• This changes the course status from Not Started to In Progress as intended.• We are taken to the LinkedIn learning site to complete the AICC training materials.• Upon completion in LinkedIn, nothing seems to trigger the course completion on the Docebo end.The course does not register as complete and upon examining the AICC training material under the REPORTS tab we see that it is still in a Not Started status. It doesn’t change to In Progress let alone Completed.I looked at a few other threads here and it sounds like there was a hotfix. Does anyone have any pointers or advice on how we
