Deleting Badges after Testing

Hi, Just wondering if there is anyway to delete badges that have been awarded to you. We currently have a badge set up that you get every time you complete an E-Learning. The downside to this is that when I am testing the courses (And complete them) this automatically gives me a badge. At the moment half of the badges I actually have are just from testing rather than actual completion of the course. If someone can let me know if this is possible to delete the badge I don’t need I would be much appreciative.Thanks,

Disable Auto-Tags

Tags are great when I don’t have to constantly go back to something after being notified that the tagging process is complete and delete a bunch of them.I would much prefer that the system stick with whatever tags I give and not provide several that no one in our industry would use to search for content with.Perhaps I missed it - but I was not able to find a way to disable the auto-tagging.How might I go about that?

Contests being anonymous

HI everyone, wondering if you can help (hoping!). We’re running leaderboards and contests in our platform and can anonymise the leader boards but cant seem to do this for contests? Can anyone point me in the right direction, or give me a workaround?

Hiding the "NEW" and "IN PROGRESS" buttons on Course Thumbnails

I previously used the localization tool to switch the confusing NEW button on any course that hasn’t been accessed to NOT STARTED, but what I’m realizing is it’s still an unnecessary and obtrusive feature (see below).Is there CSS to hide it entirely? When you do a list view it completely covers the thumnail.

"User completed or failed a test in a course" Only show last test in a course?

We have a course that has numerous formative tests that do not count for the final score. For this course we've set up a notification that is triggered by the event "User completed or failed a test in a course”. In the email that is sent we want to see the answers the learners have given and their score. For this end, we use the shortcode [test_result]. Now we receive notifications for a formative questions as well.Is it possible to only receive an e-mail for the final (summative) test? If we use the event "Learner completed a course” to trigger the notification we can only use the shortcode [final_score], which doesn't show the answer the learner submitted.

Personalize PDF For Users Profile

We have a need for a Personality Profile PDF to be held within a users profile area. In an ideal world the user’s Manager would be able to see the PDF as well. I could see this benefiting other organizations who need to attach certain profile/achievement documents with a user.

Moderated self-registration in Catalogue

Hi there, We have a number of courses we sell, and there we use moderated self-registration. After someone enrolls it still reads "Moderated.”Is it possible to change the word "Moderated” after a learner has enrolled? We would like it to say "Purchased” or something similar.

Prerequisites for surveys

We include a survey as the end object of training material in our ILT courses. This ensures that the survey is completed before a course is marked complete, but it does not prevent a user from completing the survey before completing all of the other course materials. If a user completes the survey, before completing all other course materials, the course is marked “Complete.” Is there a way to add prerequisites to a survey? We don’t see that as an option. We can hide the survey until the course is over, but that requires trainers to manually unhide the survey at the end of the course. Does anyone have a different solution? Thank you,

What is the best way or ways to attach a completely optional self assessment quiz to a course?

I want users who don’t do the quiz to get a course completion and be able to download a PDF completion certificate, without generating problems for me.I’ve been doing these as “separate courses” so far to avoid problems.

Email Notification for Managers

We are wanting to create one email notification that goes out to the manager and in that email it would list all of the users who report to them on courses that need to be completed in the platform.We are aware of these two email notifications “Digest: Learning has yet to complete a course” and “Learner has yet to complete a course” can go to the manager. However, on these notifications the manager will receive one email per user and this is not what we want.Our managers do have access to the “My Team” in the platform and we know that they can see their team members and it will show if the user(s) are overdue on a course and they can see their User Summary Report. Looking at “Reports,” we would not want to create a manual report for each manager to see their team members and the courses that still need to be completed. We do use the direct manager (#4 Team Members) when a person is created, however, direct manager is not available to select under User Fields at the end of creating a re

Hi All,We are in a situation where Docebo’s user preffered timezone and time zone data in workday are in different formats.For eg Docebo user preffered time zone stores like GMT +2 Asia/TelAvivwhile workday stores like GMT+02:00 Israel Time (Jerusalem).We want to sync the timezone from workday to docebo via the integration/receipeWe are able to sync the timezone free field on user profile but the user prefference timezone is a list and timezone can only be choosen from it.has anyone faced similar issue or have any suggestionsThank you alreadyThanks

Publish SCORM/xAPI to Discover, Coach, and Share Channel

We make use of Articulate Rise, and I noticed they just released a new Microlearning content type (https://community.articulate.com/articles/rise-360-create-new-microlearning).After some initial exploration of the Microlearning content type, I immediately thought of how well it aligns with the type of content we author and publish to Discover, Coach, and Share (DCS) channels on our Docebo site.Similarly, I know Docebo Shape authors its content in a SCORM format and can be published to DCS channels. Knowing that, I wasn’t sure if there was a way to publish SCORM/xAPI content authored with something other than Shape could be published as an asset to a DCS channel? I’m certainly aware of and familiar with publishing Courses (which can obviously have SCORM/xAPI content within them) to DCS channels, but was hoping to avoid the added weight/technical debt of creating a course for some of the simpler items we author and publish to our site.

Is it possible to reuse custom widgets? For example, we’ve created a custom footer widget. We’d like to be able to just update the widget once, for example, when a link is changed in the footer. As it is right now, we have to go and update the widget on every page.

User Provisioning for SSO

I know, I ask a lot of questions about SSO, but look, we are almost done with this integration! Current State:User is able to use the SSO button to sign on to their tenant. They can see the branch and interact with the LMS.The User Provisioning section looks like this: When we use a SAML tracer, it shows that these fields are being sent to Docebo. The problem is, they are not being updated in the LMS. For example, a test user changed their name in Azure AD to something other than their name. When they logged in via SSO, their name did not reflect the name in AD, the source of truth.Even worse: when trying to log in as a different test user via SSO, one that did not already exist in docebo, the user was not able to log in, nor was it created in docebo. Mentor & Mentee Review of Historical Observation Checklists

I’m not sure if it’s the right tool for the job, but to support an employee mentoring program, I was looking at Observation Checklists in a couple of capacities.Fundamentally, what I am aiming for is a setup whereby, each week, both mentor and mentee are prompted to reflect on something they learned/went well, and something to learn/improve. Beyond the immediate feedback, I would like the record of weekly reflections to be something both mentor and mentee can look back on at milestones (monthly, quarterly, etc.) to better quantify their progress across the entire program, not just the last couple of weeks they can remember.Given the ability to schedule OC’s in Docebo, and the ability to define custom Manager roles (i.e. Mentor) for learners, my initial thought was to use OCs. While I can figure out the mechanics of collecting feedback, I’m having a hard time on the recall portion of things.On the Checklists page, one can configure Filters to display Completed observation checklists. A 4 o clock on Friday - anyway that you can copy a docebo content partner training material?

I know that Friday kinda feels like the next Saturday out in the world - but has anyone with Docebo Content request their content provider to push a copy of a course because they use it for annual activities? Like a Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention course?????I am running into training materials that are in the central repository acting as a shared resource...so it forces a once and done across all courses with the training material.

Hello community, We're considering integrating LinkedIn Learning into Docebo to get some content from them and we have some details that are not very clear for us.I would be very interested in getting to know your experience with LinkedIn Learning, especially on the below topics:How the implementation took place? And how long it takes By default catalog with all LinkedIn Learning courses - can be deactivated? If a user accesses a course from this by default LinkedIn Learning catalog - will this behave as a imported course? Appears in Course Management section and the report will be available directly on Docebo? From LinkedIn Learning we can import learning paths or courses, but can we also import just a lesson from one course? Let’s say there is a course with 3 lessons inside (videos) - can we import only 1 video and use it as a training material for one of our course in Docebo? Lessons learned All feedback appreciated!
