Is it possible to have the Activity Overview Widget to show the sessions and enrollments of all users? As a superadmin I have no use of seeing my own activities but would love to see statistics of all users.
Hello community,I am trying to look for the right ID or class the past hour to no avail. Basically, what we want is to hide the bottom tab that says My Awarded Badges and My Total Points. This way, only the badges will show up in the widget. If they need to dive deeper, they can always click the Trophy Icon on the top bar or the dedicated Badges and Points link we have on the homepage. Hopefully someone in here encountered this use case and was able to find the right id/class to modify.I appreciate any help regarding this
Evening everyone. So we have access to Go1 for access to over 50K courses.Cool. I have people showing up asking for leadership courses and courses for managers, but that does not help when you start off at ground zero.And so - that question of the day? What method do you use to help curate content forward from Go1?
Hello all, looking for ways to organize my learning plans. We have multiple roles following multiple paths. Would like to see some way to organize such as:curriculum 1 section 1 module 1 sub module 1 sub module 1 module 2 etc etc The current system doesnt allow to set up a curriculum and then divide it without creating seperate learning plans for each section. For release "February 2023: Mid-Month Release"I'd like to know whether there are some changes to certificate. We suddenly ran into errors after 2/16 when calling Docebo API. We consulted with our server team, It seems Docebo allows TLS 1.2 and above connection and requests cipher suites ‘TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384’ or ‘TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256’ to shake hand with client. The two cipher suites doesn't exist in our server. But it worked well before 2/16. so I'd like to get more support from Docebo. Thank you!
We are SO close to launching our Docebo instance. While I’ve been hustling behind the scenes giving sneak peeks whenever possible, we are going to need to launch the product company-wide. We have offices in 7 countries and everyone is fully remote.We have a solid plan for training on the product, but we really need the messaging and marketing around deployment. Our big challenge: our soon-to-be former LMS was not inspiring or remotely user friendly from a browsing perspective.How did you launch your LMS? How did it go? What would you have done differently? Some of our eCommerce sales are associated with a contract. The contract specifies the payment terms. To allow customers to self-enroll in a course that is sold as part of a contract, we provide them with a coupon for 100%, which allows them to bypass the payment portal. For these transactions, we need to display a contract number in the transaction report to support our integration with accounting - ensuring that they know the course was really not free, but should be invoiced per the contractual agreement. Any thoughts on how we could potentially accomplish this? Thank you,

Hello,I produce my videos via Scorm. The reason I do this, as I build clicks into my training. I.e. click here to access this, click here to go to the next section. etc. The video pauses until they clickI believe the Docebo player does not support these options, it just plays through the clicks. For the Scorm, I noticed that I can have the video playing as I have another Tab open or something over top of it. So, its just playing in the background. I like the way the Docebo player stops the video if you navigate away from it. Question:Are my assumptions about the Docebo player correct? i.e. it will ignor the pause and clicks? Does anyone know a way to configure scorm, so that if a user navigates away from it, it will stop the video from running in the background? Thanks,Michael

This has come up a few times, so I thought I’d share my lightweight wrapper to solve this.Issue: Building small webpages, scripts, webapps to bring into a course, but because regular html pages cannot be directly uploaded you must host it somewhere else and then iframe into the course.Workaround: Move the files into a lightweight SCORM wrapper, zip all the files into a package and load into a course as a SCORM package. How: Download and unzip the attachment (SCORM_WRAPPER_HACK.zip) Open the file ‘imsmanifest.xml’ and update the two title tags that currently have ‘Example SCORM Package Hack Update the Title!’ in them. These will show in a few places so use a good logical name. Copy your files into the base of the folder (you can bring in subfolders as long as you have referenced them correctly. The main page that will load needs to be an index.html file and should reference everything you loaded into the directory. Zip all contents of the folder into a single directory. Be careful not t
Hey, when we are using the assignment (training material) on our exam courses (instead of exam in some cases) we usually have a lot of text as instructions and as the assignment itself. It is somewhat unclear and sometimes the users just miss the “show more” button. The question is, is that possible that the text will appear in “expanded” mode as default? (with a scroll) so the user will not have to click “show more” to read the full task text. (A CSS workaround if possible, will be welcome too 😉)Thanks l lot!Nadav
We need to assign New Hires for a specific group training after they have been here for 3 weeks. We know that we need to set up a group Then set up an Enrollment Rule to assign a Learning Plan to that group of people We have an additional user field labeled “State Date”. Users are added every week. What can we use to get the users added to the group after 3 weeks from start date?
Has anyone imported “Is Manager” and “Direct Manager” in an automated way into the system? If so how? Do you use the API? Do you use LDAP? I have SSO setup but it does not pull in all the fields I need and I want to make sure we have an automated way (Not CSV file) to do this. Thank youEric VanAuken
I found an article about how Supervisors can look at direct reports of their direct reports, and use the mass action feature to assign them courses, just like they can for their direct reports. Screenshot below. But when I look at ours that option is not available. Screenshot below. What am I doing wrong? I think there’s a setting I need to change, but I can’t find it.
Hello, My company is trying to track licensing for a specific state. The application will need different managers signatures. The user will first have to download a workbook, answer a few questions, and the application will have to be uploaded by one of the managers. I would like to have this done as an assignment, however, this same application will need to be downloaded and filled out by the user. Is it possible for the user to download an assignment that is uploaded by a manager or is there another way for it to be done?
My organization has an initiative for 2021 to drive training - both inside of Docebo and out - by making training hours a part of everyone’s quarterly bonus objectives.However, the more we use Docebo, the more we are finding that the nuances of time tracking vary widely depending on the type of training (Courses, Classrooms, External, etc.) as well as the type of course material (video, SCORM module, etc.).For example, we had a learner recently take a course with a 5 minute SCORM module and leave their tab open (we assume). They ended up getting almost 260 hours of Total Time for this.I have proposed that we use the course Average Time or even Credits (CEUs) to report on time tracking for the bonus metric but it has not been a popular idea amongst our Super Admins.Has anyone dealt with this in Docebo and, if so, how has your organization decided to handle training time that’s real vs. a nuance of a tab or module?Thank you in advance for any ideas!!
