Hello fellow Docebo members,Is anyone having issues with non courses content in channels? All of the PDF, Excel, Videos, & Files content in our channels imported by the channel experts are all gone. The expert setting is also not available under the channel’s property page.I hope I’m not the only one starting the New Year with a scare.

Hello everyone! I’m a relatively new user, trying to set up a platform where I can sell multiple different subscription plans. Unfortunately, when I have more than one plan on offer, the built-in subscription plans page will not properly display them when you view the page on a mobile browser (screenshot attached below).  Has anyone else had this problem, and have you found a solution? Is there some custom CSS I could apply to make the page usable on a mobile browser? Or a simple option for building an alternative page in the platform to display and sell subscription options? I would appreciate any insights you all may have. I have tried to wrangle it with CSS, but I haven’t had much luck. Thanks! 

Hi everyone, I am looking for a solution within Docebo to close enrollment changes to a session 24 hours before an event begins.We currently use the automatic waitlist function for our ILT courses. The issue with last minute enrollment changes, is the skewing of our absence records. If a user is unenrolled within 24 hours that does not always give enough time for someone off the waitlist to be properly notified. Does Docebo have a solution for closing classes or have you found something that meets this need?

Every time I load a manual certification for user(s), I am prompted with a little box telling me “Some of the selected users have an assigned certification. By proceeding, the existing certification will be renewed with the new information.”I find myself having to exit the Award Users screen and then manually check for any duplicate entries. EVERY time it is false. Can this be corrected? The certifications we are tracking in Docebo are very important and I can’t have a renewal entered if something isn’t actually meant to be renewed.Why does it warn that a user has an existing certification when they don’t? To note, they have never had a certification, not an ‘old’ certification or even a completely different certification.  

I get a lot of complaints from supervisors regarding our platform because they can’t find a single location to view all the trainings their team is enrolled in. We are a Financial Institution; our Branch Managers often supervise 4-9 people and need to keep track of their trainings for coverage issues. I have set up reports and shown them how to run on-demand, but they don’t love this option! How are you doing this for your teams? Any suggestions? Bonus points if your answer is in calendar form and you send me screenshots! 

We are relatively new docebo customers are my organization and we have so far set up lots of catalogs. We are beginning a rollout process for the discover, coach, & share features, and we keep coming across a question that we can’t seem to solve.How do you choose when you should use a catalog vs a channel?Channels seem to be just like catalogs except with additional features. Are channels always better? The thought process you would go through to decide is unclear to me, so I’m coming to you. How do you decide if a topic or group of trainings is a catalog or a channel?

Is there any way to know what type of SCORM files course has from the central repository, course management table, or anywhere?  It would be great to be able to run a report that would give us the type of SCORM package in a course (ie: SCORM 2004, SCORM 1.2)?

Hi!I’m Sarah and I am using Docebo since 7 months. I have an issue with the screen recorder tool available in Docebo. When you create a training material you have the possiblity to upload an existing video or record one. I often use the screen recorder to create screencasts. It is very useful as there is and editing tool you can use just before downloading the video to your training materiel. My issue is sometimes it does not work properly and the video cannot be uploaded. Clicking on upload, the encoding works fine but then it stops when it should upload the video. I have been told to clear the cache but it did not change anything.Have you ever faced this same issue? Another concern is the fact that the video is not saved. We are not able to recover the content created. So the work is completely lost. I wish Docebo could find a way to save the content, maybe as a draft, in the platform or localy in the computer. If you have any solutions or workaround I would love to know them.Thank y

We have some specifications that require that our email addresses follow a specific pattern. We just noticed that a few of our users have gone into their profiles and changed their emails. Is there any way we can lock down profiles so users can’t change them?

Has anyone had an instance of a Branded Mobile App user getting stuck in offline mode? I tested two devices today in offline mode and both users cannot go back online.  For one of the devices I deleted the app completely and restarted the phone then redownloaded the app and it still will not go online.  My user can login on a mobile phone not through the app. And can login through GoLearn. It’s only the Branded Mobile App but it is happening with multiple users… Is there any ideas why this is happening?

In my company we have a Hotjar account set up for some portals, and this is very helpful to understand our customers behavior, drive adoption, etc. So, I’ve created a Hotjar account for our Docebo portal, but later I was informed that Docebo doesn’t support Hotjar.So, I was advise to create a feature request in the ideas portal, which I hope is here, because it’s not clear to me where this is.Thank you Andrea

We have setup the new content in channel you follow notification.  This is firing off daily.  However, I am noticing that each day I get a listing of the same “new” content.  At what point is content no longer “new” and then drops off the digest email?

Hey hey, I couldn’t find this issue anywhere but I know it has been done by some organizations.So here goes, I want to break out of the boundaries set by the HTML widget. Specifically, I would like to get to 100% width on the page to help create clearer sections of the pages. Hopefully the screenshots below will help illustrate what I’m asking about. Anybody figured this out and I willing to share?

Question. I have created an HTML training material and inserted an iframe to this URL https://docs.imanage.com/cloud/work-web-help/en-US/iManage_Work_Help.html. What is happening now is that the iframe is loading fine but once you click around in the iframe it opens to the website and you leave our Docebo site. Is there a way to make the iframe, once they click on it, open in a new tab so we don't lose/have to navigate and re-log back into our Docebo site? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello Community,We are trying to hide the option “Manage Users via CSV" using CSS for admin view using CSS?Does anyone know or have CSS to hide this option on the User Management page?  

I’ve noticed that when making an API call to update a session event at https://{mydomain}.docebosaas.com/course/v1/events/{event_id}, I’m unable to set the {webinar_tool} to “custom”. The API sends back an error: “invalid webinar tool”. When running a GET against the same event, the JSON reads the webinar tool as “custom” and all documentation I’ve read, including in the API browser suggests I should be able to set it to “custom” as a string. Is this a bug? Any advice on how I can set the webinar tool to Custom via the Events API? Thanks!

We want to use the Task Widget on our homepage to show front and center courses that haven’t been started and courses in progress.Currently, we use a channel widget to show this but we like how the Task Widget looks.The issue is, the Task widget for these two types of courses is showing courses we have unpublished first. I looked in our settings and for channels we have set to show “newest to oldest” but it doesn’t do this in the widget, only on the page once you click into it (see progression of screenshots).Has anyone run into this issue before and found a workaround? or is this a bug/idea that I should submit to have fixed?homepage with Task Widgets; courses are showing alphabeticallywhat it shows when I click ‘view all’ from home screen - defaults to newest to oldest, which is how our settings are and what we wantsettingswhat happens when I change sorting option to A - Z (also how it displays on home screen, which doesn’t follow our settings) 

Trying to create an HTLM page with background image though Docebo page? I am trying to create a page through HTML / WYSIWYG wizard, but background image is not getting populated. Is there any Docebo limitation?    

We have a lot of updates to materials that need to be trained out, so we’re trying to keep all new training materials for updates in the course where the original material resides. But we then hide the ‘update’ version so the learner doesn't see it there but goes to a separate course to complete - we do then see their completion of the updated material in the background of the course report. This works well for eLearning we do, however there is currently a need for the learners to be given an update by a trainer and so we are running an ILT. Is there a way to pull the evaluation results of an ILT into a course as a training material? (I’m guessing not, but thought I’d check)

We are looking to create a sense of community for our live programs in Docebo. Wondering how we would best go about setting up a directory of users to look through of other attendees to a program. Has anyone set up a page or course that serves for live in person programming and have this as a option for users? 

Does anyone know if it’s possible to compose a link that will pre-populate a shopping cart with specific courses/sessions and a coupon code? Here’s the scenario:Marketing sends out an invitation to sign up for some classes by calling a telephone agent. The telephone agent finds the specific courses and sessions that a student wants, perhaps by putting them into that agent’s temporary cart or using a special tool we could build. The telephone agent also puts in a specific discount coupon code. We want a special link that contains all of the cart information (courses and discounts) that can be sent by email to the student so that they can complete the sale in their own account.  When the student clicks on that link, they’re taken to the pre-populated shopping cart to complete the purchase.Note that we do not want to bypass the shopping cart the way that enrollment links do.Has anyone done this or know of a way to do it?

I saw some posts of people manipulating the course or training material as a superadmin to get the marked outdated flag removed but I could not figure it out exactly what they did. If you have been able to manipulate the course/training materiel to get the flag removed, please share. I would appreciate it.
