Hi, Can someone please explain this to me?  “The session is marked as completed when the learner completes the training material set as test in the course.” Source: Creating and Managing ILT and VILT Sessions – Docebo Help & Support I can’t figure out how to mark any of my training materials as “test”. Does it literally mean using the Docebo Test training material? 

Hi everyone,Is there a way to assign an Observation Checklist to a group of instructors rather than a single responsible party?Here is what I am looking to do: We have a training team that will be certifying people through a practical evaluation. They are currently using a paper checklist and I want to digitize that process. I have created the checklist, scheduled it, and assigned it to a course. What I would like to see is any member of this training team to be able to go into this course and sign off on someone’s practical by completing the checklist. However, in the course itself, I can only assign this role to a Manager type (Direct, 2, or 3) or a custom individual (just a single person, no more).I attempted to set up my trainers as Manager 3, but this is an impossible task due to the size of the organization.I can’t even preview the checklist because when I go in, I get the following error message:

One of the choices in our test question has a superscript, and I thought using the tag <sup> could do the trick. It looks ok within the Question Bank, but when it’s being viewed on the test, the actual tags are shown as well:  I’m not very familiar with CSS or HTML coding, so I’m sure there must be a step I’m missing. Does anyone have a recommendation on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

The add to calendar button doesn’t work for us. I was hiding it in the old player with this CSS:#doc-layout-action-buttons [aria-label="Calendar"] {display:none;} But I can’t seem to figure out how to do the same thing on the new course player. Does anyone know the class/ID that controls this, and what the aria labels are for the new menu? I want to hide the calendar as well as mark as outdated. Thank you in advance for your help!

OK, so all you CSS peeps out there...I have custom CSS that was created by people that are not me.  😀 Working on turning on Gamification and the layout when a user clicks on the trophy icon is not working. I know it’s my custom CSS because if I remove all of it, it display correctly.Can anyone help me determine what ‘stuff’ controls the Gamification displays? Image below is showing the issue… Thanks. 

Hello! Our team is delivering recurring vILT onboarding sessions in Docebo. In a nutshell, we have a single vILT onboarding course with many sessions throughout the year. When new hires join, we ask them to enroll in one of the sessions.  We need help tracking down folks who register for a session but do not attend. We want to follow up with these people to make sure they go back and register for a new session. The challenge is that users who are In Progress could be 1) users who missed a session or 2) users who are registered for a future session. Is there a way to differentiate between the two? Secondly, we want to use notifications to follow up with people who missed a session. We tried using the “Learner has yet to complete course” notification to set up recurring reminders to attend a session, but this also gets sent to users who are registered in future sessions, which was causing a lot of confusion. Has anyone else encountered this pr

Have you ever noticed our slide converter option get Stucks after we successfully load ppt/pdf file and click publish at the end? Page got stuck without showing the content is converted or not. Each time, I need to refresh the page to view the content is published.Is that the same for everyone or did I miss something?

Wondering what is the best way to deal with this scenario. I have an existing branch and users are assigned their learning plans.Now I have a large number of new users I need to assign to that branch. What is the best way to get the new users assigned to a learning plan without the existing users being assigned also.Would like to hear how the more experienced Docebo superadmins do this.

Has anyone created a report/tool to display a users interaction with the LMS? I’m keen to look at what learners do on the platform from registered and then what they do next.I know the audit report for a given period can help a little, but wondering if anyone has done something more sophisticated. I most interested in which pages they visited, courses and enrolments etc.. over time. Like a website and the www server log can be analysed to produce useful reports, seeking something similar.e.g.user registered on platform user visited XYZ page user looked at course XYZ user looked at course ABC user enrolled in course ABC user visited ZYX page user updated profile user unenrolled from course ABC etc..

Good morning everyone, I hope you are well.  I am new to Docebo and I am encountering an issue I can’t seem to get past. I have created a ILT course, enabled users the ability to change sessions, when I preview the course without sessions added it will take me to the course page and will display the option to enrol but states there’s no sessions ( I knew this would be the case as I haven’t added them yet) however as soon as I add a course session, instead of taking me to the page I get a 404 error, Please see below.  What do we think I might have done wrong ?  I have tried to clear the cache, delete the course and start again but still encounter the same issue. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()2223.3a121218b8664a5a.js:1 ERROR TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'filter')    at ci (3272.f2348c2ab8460fc1.js:1:5253741)    at Object.next (3272.f

I have an import and a export file running at 000 every night. it runs through AWS family transfer through SFTP into our S3 bucket. often, it times out. The file sometimes is taking hours to run - the time between when i have the rule schedule to run and the time i get the email that the “connection timed out”. Checking with our AWS admin, we dont have a timeout set. So 1 - why is it taking hours to send a 28mb csv report and 2 - does docebo have a timeout?

I setup what seem like it should be standard use of Not Equals To and I pretty much hit a wall.I added a string of characters (text) to be part of the logic, and I seem to have things bleeding beyond it.This no work-yCurious if anyone has had any luck with this group criteria logic and where the miss could be.Misses included titles with spaces and &s (ampersands) - like Sales & Marketing and Customer Service.

Hi all! We are using extended enterprise. We are careful to use relative links on our pages, so links always go to the correct domain; however, on occasion, we miss one. The result is that the user on a sub-domain gets brought down to the root domain. What are the risks associated with this? Here’s the list I have so far:Users see incorrect branding or custom css. Users seeing/sharing incorrect URLs with peers would take them to the wrong login screen.Is there anything else I need to think of?

Hi all,I have seen a few posts relating to this without too much definitive, so am guessing it is an ongoing issue for many others, but we are currently in the onboarding process with Docebo and have discovered much to our surprise that the functionality of manager approval for a employee who reports into them, for booking onto a session doesn’t exist in the system.What current work arounds etc. do people use to counteract this? As for any training course that takes someone out of “billable hours” we would expect their manager to approve this. If anyone has any working examples of how they currently achieve this with the limitations of the system, please can they let me know.I had seen @lrnlab ‘s original workaround and thought it was great, but then saw further down the post chain that it was no longer as feasible a solution due to an approval screen being got rid of.Thanks!

I do not understand why I am not able to change this unless I’m creating a brand new group from scratch. I need to update an existing group and unable to modify this. How can I do that? Why isn’t this available, Docebo? 

Hello, we have a use case where during holidays (upcoming Thanksgiving) or when an instructor is sick, they would like to upload a recording ahead of time for the upcoming ILT event(s). Is there a way to do this or a best practice for these kinds of use cases?

Hello.I am a brand new Docebo user and have a question about using the Feedback Management - notification message.I’ve inserted a .png file as a header to the top of the notification, but the image is cut off on the right and the rest appears distorted. Is it possible to fix this? If yes, how?Thanks much,Marion

Hi all, when we go to course management in an ILT session, it’s never in date order, we always have to filter it every single time using the heading.  Any way we can set this up as standard in our system or is there a setting somewhere I have missed?   

Perhaps I'm missing something but can you move courses from one category to another in bulk (rather than individually?)

Hi, I am uploading certificates to a completed course under Training Material and attaching the cert as a file, however, I don’t appear to be able to view the certificate once it has been uploaded, how can I view the certificate when uploaded or is there an easier way to attach all completed certificates to the course? Thank you
