My goal is for all in subscribed and in progress users to gain an extension for a course in a learning plan. Is there a way to en masse adjust a validity window after a deployment for Learning Plans?There seem to be options that support the hard date approach but what about the X day windowed approach? 

So, the KB article on creating tests says that I can use comments for this “...and use the Comments text box to provide feedback for each answer or question. “ See how it says “OR question”?However…..the comment is associated with the answer.  Where’s the part where I can put in a comment for the question? Or do I have to put the same comment in for every answer?

Can I hide learning plan/course access from certain audiences while still leveraging a singular cataloguntil I grant access?

I need your advice regarding leaderboards. We would prefer to use them without anonymization, as many of our courses are also about networking and communicating with each other. However, our DSGVO officer has concerns about this as we don't ask learners to opt-in to have their name appear on the leatherbards. We have some solutions for an opt-out, such as different groups for learners who don't want to be on the leaderboard. However, only an opt-in before learners go on campus for the first time is compliant with the DSGVO. Do you have a solution or a helpful idea without anonymizing the leaderboards?

Hi everyone! Does anyone know if there’s a way, or plans for a way to edit the look and feel of the My Team page? I know it’s pre-built and generally not editable, but we’ve had requests from some managers to have certain information about their team members displayed on the cards (what branch a person is in for example), and there’s doesn’t appear to be a way as a superadmin for me to control any of that. I couldn’t find any info in the KB about it. Thoughts?

Hey Docebo community!  I’m Namrata Singh and I work with fabric Inc as part of the Talent Management organization. As we get ready to launch our Docebo LMS, I had a question about organizing courses into catalogs. We have imported some courses into the central repository but I’m not quite sure how I can execute a bulk move of all Sales courses into a Sales catalog and so on.  I’d really appreciate if someone could shed some light on how they did it and if multiple courses can be moved? Is there a way to view due dates for learning plans on the calendar widget?

In my org, if there are not enough people enrolled for an ILT session, we cancel the session automatically.However, we’d like to still see the list of people enrolled to the deleted session. The goal is to contact them when another session is available. How should be go about trying to do that using Docebo?

Can anyone help me figure out a way to have managers review assignments that are screen recordings? Id like to use this feature with my sales team to grade their short elevator pitches, but I would like their Managers to be the ones to grade them. My first guess is to make the Managers Power Users of some sort, but wanted to see if anyone else has any other options or has any tips/trips/traps to share.

Our cancellation policy for ILT courses requires a student to be able to repurchase the course at a future date. The only option we have found is to unenroll the learner from the original course/session. However, we then lose the audit trail that the student had been absent/no-show. Any suiggestions?

I saw an earlier post about setting the display mode on the catalogs widget to calendar view in order to create a calendar with all possible courses built into it. Could someone please give me a more detailed explanation on how to get to this editing menu for the widget?I keep coming back to the Manage Pages section but am only able to edit the title and description of pages. Thanks in advance!

When I upload a CSV of new users only a few are being created.  Any ideas?  All have the same fields filled in.  

Hello, I am hoping someone has done this before - it seems like a common thing. I want to get an event calendar on one of our pages to show the users events they have not registered for. The only calendar widget is the My Calendar which shows courses someone is registered for - am I missing something or can this be repurposed for a general calendar? Maybe a custom HTML widget is the way to go instead but I can’t find anything in the Docebo docs for this Thanks

Background: My company issues a certification (right to use a product) after an educational course + test. The customer must pass the test to receive the certification. It seems that all scenarios in Docebo are based on the learner taking the course, not passing the test. How can we set up a Certification based on the course + test score? Bonus question: is there a way to put a certification number (or any other additional information)in the learner’s profile? Or, if it was put on a certificate - is there a place for learners to collect important information?

We want to download a recording from a back-dated session. Is it possible? We want to create e-learning versions of some courses so we need to download the videos - unfortunately, we don't have the list of trainers who actually scheduled these so we can't ask for the recordings from them. Can someone help? Please

Challenge: Balancing attractive page design with flexible course visualization when there are only 1-3 courses to show the learner. Current Approach: Custom HTML pages directly linking to the courses.We have 1 html page with 3 cards (1 for each course) and a dedicated page design (1 page for each course) for the learners to are only supposed to see 1 course. Desired Outcome: We would like to set up a single HTML page that leverages a course catalog widget (or something similar) to serve our courses up to the learner in a way that is flexible and dynamic. We have tested this but it looks really poor when only 1 course is displayed. Why Now? We have learners coming into our courses all of the time. As we release new versions of the three courses, we need to keep in-progress learners and older learners in their respective versions while pushing new learners to the new co

Just starting to evaluate the platform. as beautiful as the ui is, we would prefer to avoid the need to use it. Our training org builds everything in markdown and markup files like yaml and do everything in text in GitHub. I have seen the api explorer which is great, but not seeing any way to post the actual learning materials to a new course. I am assuming that is what the tmrepo service is for but that is the one service that doesn’t seem to work in the explorer. Has anyone used it and can confirm that the tmrepo service is what i tthink it is?

Making CSV files to import new users I want to make sure I understand what they want for these fields. I think Name path would be Company-Branch.  Then Company Code - Branch Code?  Can anyone tell me if that is correct?  Or what correct format is.

I am trying to determine a good starting point for image height for widgets on pages. The documentation only talks about with.Images are displayed in order to fit the available width. Since the original image ratio is preserved, the widget height will be resized accordingly. Make sure the image width is not smaller than the widget width, or it will be scaled up and might look blurry. Widget widths are  444px for 1/3 row widget, 680px 1/2 row widgets, 917px for 2/3 row widgets and 1390px for full row.I am not a graphics artist and I need to ask for approved images from Marketing, who is asking me for the aspect ratio (height x width). I will be using a combination of 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, and full rows. Does anyone have any recommendations?

We have the following widgets installed to our custom pages:Task List My Calendar Question and Answer iFrame The issue is that these widgets are not supported using the Go Learn App. Is there an alternative implementation of these widgets? How did you go about these limitations? Thanks.

When saving CSV is there a preference to CSV (comma Deliminated) or CSV (Macintosh) ?
