How do we indicate that there is a fee associated with the ILT for some users when billing is handled outside of the platform? For the most part, our internal employees are aware that they can join virtual ILTs for free but we want paying users to know that when they get to the ILT part of their learning plan and they try to enroll in a session, there will likely be a fee associated with the session. It would be tacky to put “FEE MAY APPLY” in the course name but if we put it in the course description, the user probably won’t even see that when they are requesting enrollment into a session. Here’s background for more clarity….we have virtual ILTs that serve three target audiences: Internal employees (who do not pay to join a virtual ILT session) Customers (who must pay to join a virtual ILT session) Partners (some pay and some don’t due to contractual arrangements)Historically, ILTs were ma

Good day. We would like to integrate our Gotomeeting/webinar registration page with Docebo.The form they offer is a much more seamless way to get users registered for a webinar, but we’d like to get these registrants into our learning space to view other offerings.I’m assuming this can be done via API, so perhaps some of you have worked with vendors who have experience doing this or ideas about how to make it happen. Gotomeeting/webinar has a 1 page form where all of this is done, not the 10 or so clicks it currently takes.Our team does not like the number of clicks a user has to go through to actually buy a course on Docebo.

I’m curious to know how others use the “tutor” enrollment level. We use it for our trainers in training because they attend classes not as students and not as instructors. It used to be very easy to see this kind of enrollment, but with the recent releases, this level of enrollee is hard to distinguish. Our instructors need to see who is a tutor in their class and who is a student. Is anyone else frustrated by this change in functionality?

Total noob question here, and I can’t find documentation anywhere that defines it. What is the different between having a Learning Plan status of enrolled vs. subscribed? 

I have branches for different customers. Is it possible to st an upper limit on the number of users in that branch?Once the upper limit has been reached the branch will need to ask for any additional users, probably an increase to the limit that I can then give based on the circumstances.

I want to create a power User that will be responsible for all User creation and assignment in their branch. Is it possible to set the new user created to need to be approved by me before that user can access/do anything on the system?And then set a notification to tell me that they are there awaiting approval?

Hi there I wanted to ask if there is a way in eCommerce in making the various text fields in the payment and billing information mandatory. At the moment, only certain field seem to be marked with an * but the one we want (email) currently isn’t.Does anyone know where/how to change the information requested on the billing and information stage of eCommerce? Thanks Joe

Hi folks - Hope everyone is keeping safe and well. When our team mark attendance they also mark when someone is absent from an ILT session.  At the moment I’m trying to run a report that details the sessions where attendance is not marked.  But when I run the report that I created it brings up those that are marked as absent as well but it doesn’t detail this in the report if that makes sense?   Any ideas on how to just run a report on those that haven’t been marked as attended nor absent?  Thank you! :)

We are starting a pilot program that involves having our users take a pre-assessment at the start of a week long training. They then take the same assessment at the end to gauge how much they have learned. Has anyone found a good way to use assessments to do this? We want to be able to easily compare the first assessment with the second one. I appreciate any insight anyone can provide!

Right now our enrollments only include users with an AD account and require single sign on. This prohibits our field employees who do not have a company device or email from being able to log in to take courses.  Does anyone else have a situation like this and if so how are you handling it?

Does anyone know if there is a way to Edit a Screencast/video created via the Video Recorder in Docebo, once it has been published to a course or the Central Repository? I see that the settings can be edited or subtitles can be added once the video is recorded, but I do not see anywhere that the published video can be revised or the MP4 file can be exported.Any help would be appreciated!

Hello!We are currently working through the process to be able to import our weekly schedule of sessions/events once our organization goes live later this month. We added an additional field to the session level for (Assigned Instructors) that way we could create a column on the Session Tab of the Course to view the assigned Instructor for each session.However when importing courses, it does not appear that we can map additional fields in the Import. Has anyone else experienced a similar scenario or have any recommendations?

Hi folks I’m in the middle of creating notifications for my organization and we require notifications going to the user for tasks such as when then enroll/unroll on-to training, complete E-Learning etc. The same notification needs sent to that persons line manager which we have in the system as, “Power-Users”  However, the notifications appear to be going to ALL the power-users in our systems instead of just the Manager of the person the notification relates too.   I also noticed one of the notifications gives you the option for just “Manager” as the target group but not all notifications have this option.    Would anyone have any suggestions for a way round this?  Maybe an issue with the way the Power-Users are set up? Many thanks! :) 

Hi all, So we’re looking to integrate SSO (auth0) with Docebo and currently have 5k+ users in Docebo, all of whom will also have a member account on our administration system. The slight complication here is the consistency/accuracy of the email data on the administration system. To ensure we have a seamless experience for these learners, what is the best practice to migrate their data into auth0. If you’ve retrospectively implemented an SSO tool, what were your experiences? Any things you’d have done differently? Thanks in advance Robbie  

Scenario:We have both customers and employees as users in our LMS. Recently we had a superadmin create a new course category named “Customer Awareness” and assign some employee courses to it that are in a catalog visible only to employees and not customers.Unfortunately the category itself is visible to ALL users when they click the “CATEGORIES” filter on the catalog page. If an employee then selects the “Customer Awareness” category, the courses are displayed. If a customer selects it, nothing is displayed.Before I submit an enhancement request for this - am I missing something? Is there a workaround for this?

The survey feature is great, but the graphical display of questions is a bit sloppy. For example: You can see how the likert scale is misaligned. Likewise, every question that has a likert scale attached to it says: likert scale (required). I’d like that to not show if possible, but primarily, for the questions to graphically align.

I am curious how organizations use Docebo to offer videos as a subscription. I have a product line that used to be sold as DVDs. They have a content purpose, but not as elearning. I would like to sale these videos as content for streaming within Docebo. I know I can package it as a course, but I am really curious if anyone does subscription services or something else along this line.  

I want to start a discussion around how your organization launched Coach and Share.  I’m especially interested to learn more about:What your launch plan entailed.  Did you use a phased approach? What challenges did you face during the implementation period?  How did you address these challenges? How did you encourage user adoption and interaction in your launch plan?  Did you use an internal marketing program or incentivization programs?  What (if anything) would you have done differently when launching Coach and Share?Any and all advice is much appreciated!

We are looking for ideas on how to handle repurchasing courses. Here’s our specific scenario: Our exams are set to allow two attempts within a time range. If a user fails both attempts, they have to repurchase the exam. We need to retain record of their previous enrollment and attempts, so our workaround is to create an external training record first, then unenroll them from the exam. They can then repurchase the course and re-enroll, and we reset their attempts data and enrollment status. Does anyone have similar issues? Any easier workarounds?

I know that ILT sessions can be imported but surprised I’m not seeing anywhere to import elearning courses? Use Case:I have approximately 60 session recordings (from a customer conference) that I need to publish to our LMS as courses. We prefer to wrap each in a course to get better reporting (i.e., who, when, status vs simply # of clicks that Coach and Share channel asset reporting provides). I have a csv file containing each ‘course’ name and description, and an mp4 file for each. I know this can be done via API but was wondering if there is a simple csv import for creating the course shells I could use?

We’re trying to release our first custom page associated with a Performance Program that we’ve released company-wide. I’ve added the page to the 4 menus that have been customized for employees in different areas of the company. It seems to be working for 3 of the menus, but on the 4th - which goes to MOST of our employees, we’re experiencing the following:User clicks a direct link (we plan to use this in an email) User is logged in via SSO and the custom page shows briefly, and then bounces to a 403 error User clicks their home page link in the breadcrumb trail, and the custom page displays This is associated with a breadcrumb trail that now lists the home page twice (My Learning Home > My Learning Home) - it’s not supposed to, so this is odd, and the custom page has taken on the title and subtitle of the home page. Lots of external articles and videos that the AI is pulling is not useful to us.   Instead of looking everyday to find and manually add the ones we don’t want is there a list I can find or add to so I can have greater control over the content it is showing the users.
