I have uploaded a video as a learning object in a course. I can use the spacebar to play / pause the video as is standard browser behaviour - anyone know if I can use any other shortcuts to go back/forward in the video? The mouse is annoying because the controls fade out after a few seconds and my learners will need to frequently start and stop the video at specific points.

What are some different ways you all use Categories? Previously I used them as a way to organize our courses and a way for our users to search the subject they wanted.I recently turned our categories in to catalogs and turned off the categories. I was told a lot of users use the categories for back end use. I was just curious is some of you can show me how you use them that may also be beneficial to us.Thanks in advance!

I could have sworn I saw a post that contained the CSS to adjust the size of the footer. But for the life of me I cannot find that. And me in my haste, rolled back that update and deleted the code without having it saved offline. I need to expand my footer and wanted to see if anyone had that information for me.Thank you in advance.

Hi,Does anybody know how we can set up in certification and retraining courses and learning plans that need to be taken annually and require payment being taken again?At the moment I’m lost on how we can achieve this - we have everything set up in certification and retraining but when the learner clicks ‘renew’ now they bypass the payment and are able to complete the learner again for free.Appreciate help/advise on this.ThanksAnt

I have hundreds of pieces of content organized into dozens of folders and subfolders in my Central Repository. Is there a report that can identify content that is not in a course or do I have to look in every folder?

I’ve tried everything on my end but can’t seem to figure out how to solve this custom css issue and was hoping someone else here might have figured out a solution?We have a custom home page with the page title/description graphic (the one that shows an icon, page title, and description text in a white background just below the header) hidden via a custom style. Below that, we have a logo with a margin-top style assigned with a negative value to get the logo to be a little higher on the page. Without the margin-top: -50px assigned there is a big gap between the logo and the header.This works perfectly in Chrome/Edge (I blurred out our logo but the placement is right):But Safari seems to ignore it completely (see below). I’ve Googled the heck out of this but cannot figure out a workaround. Any css gurus have any ideas? I’v

As you may have observed, the HTML widget don’t support all the tags that a regular browser supports. Is there an extensive list of tags currently existing for this widget? The documentation doesn’t say much about the html tag support Thanks

We use Docebo to administer professional development to school leaders at various levels in school districts across the country. Each cohort has a separate Learning Plan, and within the Learning Plan are a year’s worth of course work (each eLearning course covers a different topic). I’ve been getting requests from instructors for a generic discussion board for the Learning Plan, not tied to a specific course. Has anyone created a discussion board (maybe an external site HTML’ed on the homepage?) that hasn’t been tied to a specific course? Thanks!

Any of you here who experienced latency issues when docebo pages are loading? Our users have reported that they are experiencing issues when requesting pages. I’ve tested the response time myself and both custom pages (with third party content) and pages only using the built-in widgets have identical response time. Any tips to speed up the pages loading time? Thank!

So I ran into an issue today testing the new ILT functionality that required a chat in to support and I found out what I was doing that was resulting in an email message that my Zoom event was being deleted. I thought it might be useful to share as others could encounter.I added a new course ILT. I added a session. I then added two new virtual events to the session. After completing the pop out form with the event information and then clicking Create and Edit, I was then clicking the green Save Changes button on the event form simply out of habit. This resulted in a system generated email message with the following subject: “Your Meeting - Event 1 Is Deleted” However, the meetings did show up in my Zoom account. So after you complete the pop out window and select create and edit, it saves the event and creates it in the video conference tool (in my case Zoom). If you then click on the Save Changes button, it assumes that you made a change to some field on the event for

We plan to implement modules created from Storyline including some Knowledge check questions inside.Did someone did this ? if yes  tell me if it’s possible to see all answers given by learners in the statistics of their session or could we only have the global score at the end ?As it will be knowledge check and not assesment we will give them the answer if wrong. Is there an impact in the statistics?And last is there any special settings to be done on the storyline settings to provide thos info thanksAlain 

Hello! We need to add a Script to Docebo so that users know we are using Cookies.I tried to add it under Configure Branding and Look > Custom Styles, but it didn't take. I’m not highly technical, so it could be a problem with the actual code I was entering, but I do want to make sure I’m in the correct place.The help content from the script provider indicates "it can be added to the <head> of any site", but needs to be "the first script that loads on the site."Has anyone done this before / can anyone confirm I’m in the right place? 

Docebo Community, I work with lots of folks who are investing in an LMS for the first time, which can feel quite overwhelming, especially when you don’t have someone designated to manage the solution. Often times, as we wrap up the evaluation and the team decides to move forward with Docebo, the business will agree to hire someone to manage the platform. A question I’m typically asked is, “what should we look for in an LMS Admin?” and I’d love to hear from you all;  What are the skills/qualities/traits needed to be a great LMS Admin?  How steep is the learning curve if an organization looks to promote someone internally who’s never managed an LMS?

I saw a post about tracking emails sent out from the platform but is there a way to see if the Learner received a notification on the platform? Is there any type of a log?  I would appreciate any thoughts on this one...this ties into emails because we aren’t confident the Learner is receiving those either.Thanks,Tim 

Has anyone been able to successfully share a User Personal Summary socially? Like on LinkedIn I can past a link to my Personal SUmmary, allowing others to view which courses I’ve completed?

A subject matter expert uploaded a video to a Coach & Share channel and marked the asset visbility as private. He shared it with me but I don’t see an option to make the visibility public to all. Can someone point me in the direction to change this setting?

My company currently has everyone set as a superadmin (self-service model), which is over 100 people for a company with 10,000+ employees and an external domain of 12,000 users  Clearly, this is concerning for many reasons. We are working to try and get additional headcount to help support the 1 LMS Admin (me). Once we downgrade all of the IDs to power users, someone will need to help support our 30 IDs with creating enrollment rules and automatic groups, question bank, CR, etc. Question: What does your company’s LMS support model look like? How many LMS admins do you have? How many users? Do you have an external domain? Is your support model more centralized where the LMS Team creates courses, enrollments, etc.?
