We lead several courses and programs that occur over successive days. Tues, Wed, Thurs 8:30 to 11:30  Every Friday for 11 weeks Tues through Friday, 1:00 to 5:00 and the following Tuesday, 1:00 to 5:00Is there a way to set an event as recurring over multiple days or do I need to create 11 unique events for one session?

I am currently having a difficult time with a course where the course material is set up like SCORM, File Download, SCORM. Currently, the learners are going through the first SCORM, clicking to download the file (usually a QRG in a PDF format) it opens a new tab and then they are not navigating back to the course thinking they have completed it. I have tried to both have the table of contents on screen and without it on screen.Is there a way to a. Have a preview of the file so they do not have to download it right away to see what it is? b. Have it download in the same tab so they do not navigate away from the course player. c. Have a progress bar on the course player so they can see they have done 2/6 course elements of the full course?Has anyone had similar navigation issues where they have found good solutions?

I want to see a breakdown of test answers by question. For example, how many people missed Question 1, Q2, Q3, etc. to help guide instruction. I know how to get the report within the reports section of the quiz, but that shows me answers by student. Yes, I know I can use Excel but I REALLY thought to see the breakdown per question, I needed to use the Docebo Test option and it was available within the GUI (not as an exported xls doc).I see an “Answers Breakdown” button when using SCORM but that never seems to work (SCORM 2004 3rd Edition). Can anyone help?

For my course, I have “Enable enrollment link for this course” checked so user can enroll themselves by clicking on the direct link. However, when some of them click on it, they get the Access denied page. This is only happening with some people. I can’t figure out what the difference is between those users or how to help them self-enroll.

I was wondering if anyone would be so kind to share what their homepage looks and feels like but also how they keep the engagement up on their LMS. Our main audience for the  LMS is for our front line staff and people managers.Look forward to connecting with people 

Our “My Home” page is set up with three widgets at the top with ads that change regularly. Is there any way to schedule updates to widgets on a page so that ads refresh on set dates?

Hi all, weve recently had a few users mention that their courses have auto completed when they have logged in.  With one user describing “I had a couple that were due to expire in about 3-4 weeks but when I have enrolled on them, they have automatically completed without me needing to do the course and the date and time is today.”  Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks

Hi allI am investigating why course completion is not registering when users exit a course because we have older SCORM files.  Are other people experiencing this problem.  User have the option to click on EXIT COURSE (from within Articulate) and also Docebo provide the X option which our users fail to use due to training completed on work mobiles.Would using SCORM1.2 be a result of the multiple course completion issues our users are experiencing.  Others using Articulate 360 are you using xAPI over SCORM1.2.I guess it would just mean downloading 200 courses in xAPI and updating the LMS knowing that users in progress will need to restart.Advice appreciated.

Anyone using Docebo Connect to automatically give permissions to Power Users?The example I’m thinking of off hand is Power User A creates a Learning Plan and based on the code convention is automatically shares with Power Users C and D? This is a manual touch on my end today, and I feel like it would be more scalable if I set up a recipe. I’m sure there are plenty of other examples, but I didn’t see it in the static list so I’m thinking maybe custom action.

Is anyone else dealing with issues using the Automation App? We are finding out that using the SFTP portion of the Automation Appt requires the SHA-1 algorithm, that is being turned off throughout the industry as systems are updated to new standards.What mechanisms are you using to get your HR data / users into Docebo? The SFTP option is definitely off the table for us now.We will likely have to go to a Docebo Connect solution, but I feel like Docebo should be able to support a solution other than something developed in 1995, and is currently being deprecated throughout the IT industry. 

We are testing the new session enrollment link and have discovered that the link overrides the enrollment deadline whether it is dynamic or fixed.This essentially renders the link unusable unless you can enroll learners right up to the minute the class starts which we cannot. 

We want to ask additional questions when a learner requests to be enrolled in a learning plan or course, such as how long you have been using our platform and if your manager is aware you are taking this. Does anyone have something like this set up?

Hi there, Is it possible to retrieve information about the p-value of test items and answers provided? I was used to an old LMS providing these insights. This overview states that 76% of the users that answered this question chose the correct option. This is valuable information that helps you determine the quality of your test. Is a question to easy? To hard? Are there problems with the other answer options provided? Is their an issue with the question and the content provided etc.   I couldn't work it out in Docebo so I've added this as an idea aswell:  Anyone has any suggestions in how to access the information that I'm looking for? Thanks!

Hi all,Seeking best advice please.I have 5 SCORM1.2 files that I want to add as training materials into one eLearning module. This will become a mandatory induction course placed in the Learning Plan.  Previously there were all separated as individually modules sitting within a learning plan but this way does not allow for me to prioritise the order of completion and to ensure how users are rostered and paid for completed training.Questions:Can anyone foresee issues with having this many stacked?Will I still be able to pull reports on the individual progress of users within each SCORM file from course properties?Historically, we have had multiple users complete training but it sometimes does not register as course completed status with tracking material as 0%.  Docebo Support ticket states that this is a user issue when not exiting the course correctly (have educated users how to exit with clear language on last widget within SCORM indicatin

Hi!We are in the middle of integrating Docebo with an internal application in our org, and we keep a table with all enrollments per course.We want to update it when we notice a new enrollment/un-enrollment happened in the last 24 hours.The enrollment part I can get by using /learn/v1/courses/report (Get enrollment report for a given course or all course) and utilizing the parameters to get the courses with enrollments of the last 24 hours.However, When someone un-enrolls from a course, there is not indication I could find to who un-enrolled in the last 24 hours. (Wanted to believe that the ‘date_last_updated’ param in /learn/v1/courses would update but no success) If anyone have any idea if that’s possible, your assistance is much appreciated.Thanks!

Hi all,I have a question regarding PU all permission for certificate. Pardon me if the question seems noob.The “All Permission” for PU on certificate consists of “View, Edit and View only the certificate issue for their assigned courses and learning plans”. It does not have Create permission. But when we log in as a PU, we can still see New Certificate button in Certificate Template page. When we click the button, it allows the PU to proceed with the creation but upon clicking Confirm, the certificate did not appear on the certificate page.If this is not allowed, why do we have the button in the first place?Would be great if someone can explain the reason so we can explain it to our clients as well. Thank you so much!

Hello,  I am wondering if there is a way in the Platform where I can view all of the scheduled sessions for one date in one go? E.G all of the sessions (regardless of content) that we are running on the 28th of April? Is there a report which can be done for this? Or is there a filter? Thank you!

I’ve just created a widget for our employee view to highlight MANDATORY training - that is, using the enrollment priority of “Mandatory.” However, I am seeing that in some cases, the tag “Mandatory” is red, and in others it is gray. Anyone know that the difference is? I WILL get questions.  

Hey, Since the update I have noticed that ll my group rules say ‘false’ instead of the drop down I selected, for example ‘Primary Position’.  Has anyone else experienced the same? It doens’t look like it’s impacted anything, the employees are still in the groups...just weird how they all say ‘False’  Example attached.. Thanks
