I have a VILT course that includes both training and lab time with the instructor. Once completed, users can take an optional exam. We've recently launched a self-paced version of the training course, paired with a separate lab course that users can complete at their convenience. We cannot combine the two courses because the lab requires setup and has limited availability, so scheduling is necessary.Essentially, after completing the course, users receive a notification to sign up for lab time. Once both the self-paced training and lab courses are finished, they can take the optional exam. We are now trying to determine how to mark the self-paced training and lab courses as equivalent to the VILT course.We don’t think there’s an existing way to do this, but I wanted to explore the possibility here. Could we create a group that automatically enrolls users in a course marked as equivalent once they complete both the self-paced training and lab courses? I'm hoping someone

All four share the same two core courses: One paid core course One free core course Each LP then includes its own set of specialist courses (some paid, some free) that make up that specific track. Learners can: Purchase the entire LP Or buy courses individually The Problem:If a learner finishes LP 1 by purchasing all courses (including the core ones), and later decides to pursue LP 2, they only need the new specialist courses.However, when they purchase only those new courses, they are not enrolled into LP 2, which means: No centralized tracking of LP

Hi,Looking to hide the Score on the My Activities page under courses, ILT  and external training.Does anyone know how to do this so its the how column and not just the title. 

In the new reports, when I include the Training Material Time, it reports in seconds. Can it report in minutes? I thought our account manager told us a year ago, that this was going to be addressed and changed to minutes, but it still shows seconds (which is not helpful).

HI everybody,I’m new to the Docebo platform so maybe I’m missing something here. For what I saw, even if you set an ILT course so that only admins can enroll users into it, enrolled users can still self-enroll freely into course sessions. So my question is: is there a way to prevent students, already enrolled in an ILT course, from self-enrolling into sessions of said course? So that only their manager/power user or superadmin can enroll them into course sessions?

Hello! I wanted to see if anyone had a best practice for how to set up a survey that may require multiple completions from the same user. The company is wanting to house as many survey responses in our platform as possible, and one use case we have is “Hiring Manager Survey”, to get feedback from our Hiring Managers on their experience. My initial gut reaction is to send them through Forms, but wanted to throw it out there to see if anyone has come up with a good way to do this in Docebo. Thanks in Advance :)

I am trying to just use the API Explorer and push one learning object to a course code and keep getting the error as follows. Any ideas why that might be? The course ID is valid and so is the learning material ID and we are able to pull the details from the LMS - but it wouldn’t just update it. The error seems to be invalid LO version and the correct LO version is 1.0.0Failed to add LO 9582 to course 5233. Status Code: 400Response Body: {"name":"Bad Request","message":["Invalid LO version params"],"code":1004,"status":400} The same credentials can be used and the training material can be added to the course through Docebo front end

Need help brainstorming how to set up a notification to Power Users whenever a new person has been added to their assigned Group. I’ve tried to do it via the User subscribed to a group template but that hasn’t sent my PU anything.The ask: We want to set up an automatic group where if someone new gets added to the group, it would trigger a notification to the Power User in charge of that group to review the new add and either keep/delete the person from the group.Would really appreciate anybody’s help with this. Has anyone figured out a way to extract the course completion certificate PDFs from Docebo using an API call? We want the certificates to appear to end users on a Salesforce portal user page.

Hi everyone,I'm trying to apply CSS to an "HTML Page" training material item in a course, but it's not working as expected. When I test my HTML and CSS in CodePen, everything works fine. In Docebo, I add a new "HTML Page" training material and paste my HTML code. Then, I go to Custom Styles and paste my CSS code. After saving and refreshing the course page, the CSS is not applied. I've used this method before, and it usually works without issues. Could this be related to how Docebo handles CSS for course players versus page widgets? Do I need to specify anything in the code to ensure it applies correctly?Any insights or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Hello,I am changing an onboarding dashboard from catalogs to channels for new sales engineers and wish to enable self-enrollment in learning plans for the users. Although the users can view both catalogs and channels, when I modify the dashboard to display only the channels, the learning plans become invisible. Am I overlooking a setting?

We have ILT courses where the learner is completing a physical worksheet that’s reviewed by the instructor.  I know the learner could scan and upload it themselves, but is there any option to allow the instructor to upload each person’s worksheet?  Impersonating a user works in theory, but I’d rather not give the instructor that level of access if it can be avoided.

Hello CSS peeps!I want a letter/portrait orientation channel PDF or Document to display at full height of the image instead of the top portion with a scroll bar while keeping the image at full width of the window. (without clicking full page view)I tried .slides-player__wrap {height: 100%;} and that sort of does it but overlaps the div/tile below it instead of pushing page content down.Anyone know CSS for doing this? 

On an Audit Trail Report, what does impersonator_id with a 0 (zero) mean? 

Hi,In the release webinar introducing the new course reports, I asked a specific question about whether there were global settings for the report fields as we have 700+ courses and there is no way I’m going to be manually setting each one to include first/last name.The response was that there was a global setting - however I have been unable to find it. We have the new course player enabled in our sandbox, I’ve set up some individual courses with the relevant report fields, so I know the feature is working.I’m hoping i’m just being blind. Can anyone point it out for me?TIAMarion

Good Day folks - I’ve had an issue crop up for an eLearning course, and before I submit it as a potential bug, I wanted to see if anyone here had some insight. This eLearning course is comprised of several tests and HTML pages. There are about 50 people enrolled in the course, and I have a few individuals enrolled as Instructors. While these individuals are able to access the Instructor Overview layout of the course, when they select a test from the Training Material Statistics section, they only see one person’s test results, even though several people have completed the test. When they deselect the “Show latest attempt only” checkbox, they get one more result, but from a different individual. I’ve tried changing their enrollment status to Learner and back to Instructor, as well as unenrolling them and then reenrolling them back as an Instructor, but nothing changes.Interestingly enough, they are able to go to a user’s progress via User Statistics, select a tes

We have come to find out that the figures shown on the report tab (see below) include deactivated users and there is no way to apply a filter. Does anyone know if there is a way around this? We need a quick way to check the completion % and this looked to be perfect until we realised this.  

I can do this manually however I’m looking to see if there is an API that will do this as well. I have searched through the API’s but I know that some of them are in really weird places and I’m hoping that someone might have an answer.

Hello! Our organization is struggling with tracking versions of the lessons put into Docebo. Docebo doesn’t have a timestamp for uploading content (single ‘lesson’ into the CLOR) so we cannot track when content was uploaded. Thus, making it difficult to pull reporting on what content may need to be updated. We’ve thought about putting dates in the title, however I am not thrilled with this idea - how do others manage/track this? Do you use Docebo, or an outside spreadsheet/program?  Thank you!

Hi allQuick question - now that we can remove deactivated users from a group using the tick box in the groups settings, is there a way to apply this setting to all groups without having to go into each one and tick it, save and re-process each group?Please tell me there is an easier way?!?

Are there options other than multiple checklists for when you need multiple approvers?  We have a situation where an employee needs to check off that they’ve finished a task, and then for a supervisor to check it.  It seems like the only real option is separate, identical checklists.  Is there a better option I’m not considering?
