Hiya helpful people! Does anyone know if you can bulk enter multiple domains into the “restrict Domains” box under self-registration? I want to open self-registration to our customers only but we have over 6,000 different domains in the UK alone and I don’t want to have to add them in manually! I was thinking, can they be separated by ; or : or , Thanks!Beccy

We have users that have enrolled in sessions, then not attended, the session was in September.  When they go back into the same course to register for a different session in November or January, the upcoming sessions do not appear on the course page as an option for them to enroll. We run the same classes every other month.  Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted? Our pull through on registrations to attendance is about 50%. We don’t want people thinking there are no future sessions.

Hi there,We want to make our managers accountable for their team members if they don’t complete their compliance training and were looking at the notification “Learner has yet to complete a course”. Ideally we don’t want the manager to get lots of these notifications if a few of their team members haven't completed the training. Is there a notification or a short code that just sends one notification to the manager with a list of those who have yet to complete the training rather than individual notifications?

Hey all! Does anyone have an integration with MasterClass to pull their courses into Docebo? If so, would you be willing to share how it’s going + any gaps or watchouts?

Hi Community! We are looking to provision Hands-on lab with our SaaS solution and find the LTI integration very limites. Does anyone have an expirence spinning up your solition from Docebo not via LTI (e/g/ Skytap / CloudShare integration).

Hi. I’m trying to troubleshoot why a user is seeing a page that they should not be assigned to, but first I have to troubleshoot why I can’t figure out what groups anyone belongs to.I’m just about positive that I used to be able to look up a user’s groups on the User management page. It was on the first page of the User Personal Summary. But that’s no loner the case, apparently. It doesn’t appear to be anywhere on the User management page. Now I have to do some additional legwork.I know there are other options - like the Group menu - but should I not be able to look at one user & determine all of the groups that they belong to w/o opening all 200 or whatever Groups that all of my Power Users created & looking for them manually?

I’m trying trying to implement annual compliance training for staff that will renew on the same calendar date for all staff each year.  The problem I'm having is that when the Learning Plan is assigned, we’re giving staff 90 days to complete it.  I was going to use certifications so it will auto-renew next year, but I can’t figure out how to give all staff the same due date for renewal since they have such a large range for completion this year.  If I set the renewal for 365 days, I understand that will be from the date each person completes it this year, which is not what we want.  Any suggestions?

Hi Community! I just wanted to check if anyone has advice on how to connect a Moodle-based LTI? The LTI’s have been created and necessary URLs added. However, when the learner clicks on the content to launch, it prompts a log-in page to the provider’s site. In the previous system we were using, we needed to register the tool URL to avoid seeing this log-in page, but I’m not finding such an option on Docebo.  Any advice? Thank you

Hello Community! We are going to change our HRIS system and part of the project is to look at the downstream systems where our LMS is one of them. The new HRIS system means we need to make some changes here & there is Docebo and one of the overhauls is the branch codes.Could you experts help me on what is the most easiest and quickest way to update branch codes for the organizational structure which is on one hierarchical tree in one go?I know it can be done individually branch by branch but let’s not go there as that is too time consuming and manual heavy as our org. structure is not light, oh no no.I appreciate the help and therefore, thank you already!

When creating Power Users there are four steps that need to be followed for a correct configuration.  the user needs a level of “Power User’ assigned. the specific Power User Profile(s) needs to be assigned. the audience (User, Group, Branch) needs to be assigned. the specific content (Courses, Learning Plans, Catalogs) needs to be assigned. Your nightly file feed through the automation app, or API calls can automate the first three items (Level, Profile, and Audience-Branch default). If a different audience is required a separate CSV file using another automation rule can be created. Setting specific content can be done in the UI (individually or bulk) by power users. You can also handle assigning resources via an automation rule through a CSV load.

I have a number of webhooks configured within Docebo, which point to the Microsoft Power Automate platform. Recently Microsoft have changed their URLs and they are now 290 characters. I’ve noticed that when attempting to save these URLs into the Webhook screen in Docebo, the save is cutting off a proportion of the last characters but without any indication. This has resulted in Error 401 Unauthorised appearing as the Power Automate URL is incorrect.Consequently all of my Webhooks are now failing as the URLs are incorrect when saved into Docebo.Just in case anyone else has wondered why their webhooks have stopped working.I have logged support tickets with both Microsoft and Docebo to either shorten the URL, or increase the character count in the Webhook screen to prevent this issue from occurring.Eoin

Does anyone have any experience connecting Docebo to Power BI?We created course surveys in the CLOR (Docebo) that are spread out through all of our courses. The survey report from Docebo leaves much to be desired, and isn’t the easiest to read. I’d like for each of the surveys to be pulled into Power BI, and read the data there via graphs and dashboards.Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone created or used an LTI to embed a Qualtrics survey as a module at the end of a course?  (Example: https://www.qualtrics.com/marketplace/canvas/) Use case: We have Qualtrics survey with course effectiveness questions that we’ve been using for years and with three different LMSs.  We want a way to put the Qualtrics survey in the course (rather than emailing it later) to (hopefully) increase response rates.  Keeping the same survey allows us to gather better longitudinal data, so we don’t want to just replicate the survey in Docebo’s survey maker.  The best solution I’ve come up with is an iframe, so any suggestions are welcome!

Hey!Using the API, I can access the existing categories with GET /learn/v1/categories and GET /learn/v1/categories/{id}.I need to create categories so I’m looking for POST /learn/v1/categories or an equivalent, but I can’t find such an entry point anywhere. Is it possible? How?

Morning all,I’ve had a query from a line manager that when they click into their team, they can see ‘Expired certifications’ but ‘overdue courses’ doesn’t show anything (see screenshot yellow box)When you click into the colleague, they in fact have a number of eLearning courses they haven’t started (status is enrolled), however that field doesn’t seem to link to this, so it gives the impression to the manager that only the expired certifications are outstanding. What triggers this field, or what can we do to highlight this?

I am having trouble getting a gif to sit on my homepage, created in canva, need to just display no play buttons etc. Can someone please assist?

Hi team, is there any way to combine user list + course list from docebo, ham not able to see there is no common field between both, is there any api which supports I can take course list + user list along, and combine data as shown belowfinal data that I need from docebo [user + course list] is {    "name": "Vandana Gouda",    "email": "vandanagouda060@gmail.com",    "training_name": "FY21 Security and Privacy Introduction (Mandatory)",    "due_date": "2025-09-08"  },or at least common field between them so that I can map it and combine myself in MuleSoft ???

Hey Everyone!I’ve worked with some internal folks here at Docebo to bring to you an overview of how the automatic skill assignment feature works in Docebo. Feel free to have this exist as an initial guide and go to your CSM or AM for additional information! Auto Skill Assignment Guide

I searched for this topic and I found a closed post from 3 years ago.We have a fair amount of trainings that are in PowerPoint and use the Slide Converter. We have trackers out of Docebo to maintain versioning. How are Admins/Power Users tracking the versions?

Hi, does anyone know how we can customise the new course landing page from this awful blue from when the platform was updated earlier this month?

Is there a way to delay registration for an ILT course?

Hello All - I’m looking for a way to upload Microsoft Word documents so that any changes made to them are automatically reflected. We’d like to avoid having the files available only as downloads that require copy/pasting from a saved version. Ideally, employees should be able to copy and paste directly from the document without needing to download it, while still allowing us to edit and update the original Word files as needed. Thanks in advance for any help!

Has anyone found a way to send a recurring digest notification (e.g., every Monday) to MANAGERS for courses their employees have that are actually overdue (not due in 2 weeks, or 5 days, but actually past the due date)?Learner has yet to complete the course: includes courses that we might have assigned just yesterday. Managers don’t pay enough attention to the due dates and will send reminders when the course was only just assigned. We don’t need that. This is helpful if we have an organization-wide campaign where everyone’s got the same due date. Then we can start reminders when it comes due.Course has expired: This only sends reminders until the course reaches its due date. We need it to send repeatedly AFTER the due date. Anyone had success with this? What do you do? Jennifer

I have been searching in the various forums but have not been able to get a solid answer:I set up a notification for course enrollment for an organization.  When a manager goes to “My Team” within that organization and assigns team members a course, the members are not receiving the email notification.  I am wondering if that feature does not actually exist or did I set up something incorrectly?Thank you!
