Hello all, we made a custom CSS navigation menu, but the menu dropdowns “hide” behind our catalog widget. Does anyone know what might be going on? It works fine on all other pages that have other widgets. 

I am aware of the changes that Docebo made to the Learn Email Sender Policy earlier this year, and that does not affect emails that we send out from the platform as the LMS Admins - we use email addresses that are part of our domain and those are registered in our Domain Management. However, we are finding issues with Power Users and Managers that would like to send out emails from the platform from either the Enrollment tab for the course or from the My Team page.  To clarify, these users are external to our company - they are our customers.  When they try to send an email, it pulls in their email address but then the users never get it.  I assume this has to do with their domain not being set up in Domain Management. How are you guys handling this for Power Users and Managers that are external users of your LMS Platform?  Is this just not going to work now, unless we were to add in those customer domains in our domain management on t

Hello Wise Community,We’re currently experiencing an issue with Zoom V3 video sync errors in Docebo. In short, the error means the meeting no longer exists in Zoom, which prevents the JOIN button from appearing on the course page when the event starts.It’s not impacting all of our courses, but it is affecting 19 upcoming sessions (around 30 events). I’ve opened support tickets and spoken with someone from Docebo, but so far, I haven’t been able to find a solution.Here’s what I’ve tried: Verified that Zoom V3 and our Zoom hosts are properly paired and licensed. Confirmed we are not exceeding our API call limits. Saved the events again to temporarily clear the error (it reappears after about 15 minutes). Recreated the events from scratch to see if that resolved it (unfortunately, it didn’t). Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, I’d love to hear what worked for you or an

Hi all.I noticed yesterday that Docebo now allows Power Users to create automatic groups. When looking at the release page, it reads like it is an option & I get the impression that we can assign or unassign Automatic Groups as needed. But this is not the case. All of my Power Users can create either type of group, unless I assign Groups to them altogether, which is similarly not practical.This is not ideal for us, because I don’t really have time to create instructional material for our PUs, which I typically do when there is a significant change in the system.Does anyone know of a way to limit PUs’ access here?Thanks!

Hi,I want to have my learners fill out a file for an assignment they need to complete. I loaded the file (word doc) to the central repository. I created the assignment information about what I want them to do. I am concerned my learners will ask lots of questions about how to get the file or not understand it if the directions are in the assignment but they separately have to download the file elsewhere (another training material). Can I link from the file in the central repository or attach it directly to the assignment with the details about what the assignment is?  Thanks.

Greetings, team, I am inquiring if there is a way to archive passed sessions, or at least hide them. Right now, the excessive number of sessions available in the course makes it messy for power users to quickly select the session they are looking for. Is there a trick to hiding old sessions or cleaning up the view in the sessions list?Thank you!

Good morning. I’m looking to see if there is a way to edit the landing page when you get to Docebo. I think they refer to this as the public page. It is the page you see before you sign in.Docebo seems to offer very limited tools for editing this page that includes what catalogs to display, etc. However, we are an ecommerce site and would like to have more marketing information on this page in order to sell our training. It would be really nice if there was a real “page” behind this that we could configure via manage pages.Am I missing something? Any ideas?Thanks,Jamie

with the future SSL certificate lifespan getting reduced to 47 days, how are you going to deal with these changes?  are you going to take over the SSL cert management?  or give us a way to automate these renewals?The depreciation schedule is now as follows:March 15, 2026: Newly issued certificates, including their Domain Control Validation, aka DCV, will have to be renewed every 200 days. March 15, 2027: That lifespan will go down to 100 days. March 15, 2029: New SSL/TLS certificates will be limited to 47 days, and 10 days for DCVs.

Hello 😄 - Our company is planning on launching our first VILT course. We have been hosting webinars outside of the platform for many years and we are ready to bring it to the LMS. Is there a way to make a certain assignment mandatory before allowing the learner to reieve their certification? We have surveys that must be completed before a user can get their CEU, but within the course, their are additional items that they need to have access to but dont have to be completed. They are more like sudy guides and references. If anyone has anything that they would like to share? Something you learned along the way? Any tips are helpful, thank you! - Danielle 

To receive a certification, I want users to complete 3 courses.If I put all 3 courses in a learning plan and assign the certification to the LP, will users be required to complete all 3 courses to receive certification?Thank you!

I swore that this was an option when we were implementing Docebo last year, but now that we want to turn off commenting I can’t find it, and I’ve only come across community posts/articles that indicate it is not possible. Was this an option before? Is it an option now and I’m just not finding it?We want to disable commenting and asking the expert globally across the platform instead of on individual assets after they are uploaded. 

When users click on a class in the calendar, how do they know the class is full. Currently, our configuration appears as if there are no sessions. That’s not the case, it’s just full. 

We offer courses for external clients. For each client and course, the number of participants is limited. Some clients require access to the same course in multiple languages, but they are unable to predict in advance how the number of participants will be distributed across these language versions. I had the idea to solve this by introducing course equivalents. Ideally, the course displayed to the user should depend on the selected platform language. Regardless of which language version is used, there should be a fixed number of user licenses that can be flexibly distributed across the course equivalents. Has anyone had experience with such an approach? Is this technically feasible, or is there possibly a better solution? Kind regards

Hi Guys, I’m pulling some data using the API to our data warehouse so our reporting team can do some Analytics.They are asking for 2 specific fields which I can’t seem to find anywhere:Archived Enrollment seems like the only choices are yes/noEnrollment Type choices being Mandatory or Optional and a few others.. Please let me know your thoughts and any help would be appreciated.Thank You.

Would any CSS experts know the code to remove a tab from the admin menu (specifically the Question Bank)? Our power users need permission to create courses but this enables the Question Bank which we cannot have them access. We would apply the CSS only to Extended Enterprise domains so it would not impact our main platform. Thank you in advance!

Hello all,We are having issues with users not going through the correct process to retake a course which has a certification attached.I have created a tasklist widget which sits on the homepage that displays - Not Started, In Progress and Certifications to Renew.  Ideally this is where I want them to click to redo training and therefore completion dates will be reset correctly to remain compliant.There is also a historic function to access the My Activities tab through the three hamburger bars on top left, click on courses and enter the training through the courses tab.  This does not reset the certification dates correctly.My question is could I remove the My Activities option from the Menu to avoid this issue altogether? Users have access to catalogues, calendar, reports, LPs, training overviews, completed courses all built into widgets that sits on their homepage.  Would there be any ongoing consequences if the My Activities option be removed?I

HelloI would really like to change the LABEL (only) on the Username field to reflect a more accurate description of the data we’re going to use as the username. It is an industry-provided ID that I will validate prior to account creation. I know that I can change the username after account creation, but that’s confusing to the user imho.I looked in Localization, but didn’t find anything that seemed to be the right thing.Any tips?

I have a question on AI Course or Lesson Tags.  Is there a better way to not display the TM/Lesson AI Auto-Tags in the course?  Other than removing them from Additional Info for the TM in the Central Repository?  Or deactivating the AI Tags?  

The question is as simple as stated above, is there a limit to the number of experts you can assign to a channel?Additionally, does your organization have best practices in place in regard to experts and assignments to Channels?I have my own opinions on this, but I need cut and dry facts along with additional insights to support what I am presenting and trying to hold true in my organization. Or maybe it does…. 

Due to our branding and look color configuration, whenever anybody selects a response in a test question it highlights to red, making it appear like an incorrect selection.  We had a lot of trouble balancing our platform appearance with our corporate color scheme, so I’m really reluctant to start moving that around again.I’m sure it should be possible to override this with css, but I just can’t find the right elements to do it. I’ve been able to change individual radio buttons and checkboxes, but not the whole container, and not only for the selected response. @gstager you seem to be pretty much the king of css. Have you come across this before?Also, has anybody found a list of which elements are controlled by which branding colors?

We recently started using the Certification and Retraining area more extensively.  We have several Certs set up for Anti-Harassment Training (different certs for employee vs manager and state specific options), which were set up in February.  I manually uploaded certification records for those who had prior valid completions in early March, so that they would get notifications of their upcoming expirations starting in April and beyond.  I created a brief procedural training explaining how certifications work, and what to do to renew them. Since then some of the records have updated without issue as our team members go in to renew them, but I’ve found a handful of other individuals who have enrolled in and completed the most current training option and their records have not updated.  I can find no discernable difference on the system between those who are updating correctly and those who are not. In these instances there w

Hello,I need to setup an easy to administrate Identity Provider (IP) for a new Docebo platform I am launching. I’ve done SAML2.0 in Docebo previously, but this time I need to find the IP provider.I need this provider to be SaaS, and have the ability to batch upload new approved users. I can’t use anything that requires an IT department to support it.I also need to AVOID social media assignments, which it seems like Auth0 requires.I know Okta using Auth0, I know of ID.me.Anyone using/liking something else?Thanks!!

Hi,Is there any way to add a JavaScript based embed code on a page or course? I would prefer to embed a video from our vendor this way over iframe, but don’t see a way to do it, I’m pretty sure the answer is no, but thought I’d check to see if someone had a workaround?Thanks!Brian
