Interested to know if anyone has come across this issue…We have 2 power users under the same sub domain with exactly the same PU role, yet when each of them visit the notification page, they do not see the same ones. Sometimes they see very few and then mysteriously the next time they visit the page, they can see more but not all.I have logged tickets on this and was explained that when a super created notifications for someone in a sub domain, the super needed to be logged in under that sub domain...I thought, great! that should solve it; unfortunately it did not...we could never figure out why some appeared to the PU while others did not so as a workaround, I needed to impersonate the PU before creating the notifications to make sure they could see them but didn't solve the issue as the other PU with the same permissions still cannot see 3 of them…Would love to hear your thoughts on this and whether anyone has managed to find the root cause of this.Than

Hello!Has anyone found a way to modify a single sign in page? I know the text(content) can be modified via the localization tool but that setting is global across all clients / sign in forms in extended enterprise. Hi all - We’re using a vendor for an upcoming system change and they’ve created the training materials onto a Google Site. I’m not sure if we’ll have access to the original files to upload to our LMS so I’m hoping I can iframe the site. Has anyone done this and if so, how did you do it?Thanks,D’Arcy

I’m using the ‘Duplicate e-learning course’ in the Docebo API browser, and while the API does duplicate a course I always get an internal service error each time I use it. When I add an ILT session using our Zoom account I encounter the below error messages. Currently our Zoom account is paired to Zoom V3. Has anyone experienced this recently and if so, what is the resolution? Video conference tool synchronization failed Server Error Invalid parameter password

Hello!  How are you all managing “notes” in your platform? The main need (though I can see this being useful on a lot of different actions in the platform), is when we unenroll the learner. We can go to the Audit trail and see that Courtney unenrolled user XXXX on March 21, 2025 at 9:41am, but we have no idea why. For Compliance and regulatory audits, our compliance team is asking why people are not enrolled in a Compliance learning plan and all I can tell them is that someone unenrolled them and the date and time but there's no reason. It would be amazing if we were prompted to provide a reason for unenrollment during the process or had somewhere to make a note that would show up on the Audit trail for auditing purposes. Has anyone ran into this issue and how are you handling it? Thank you!Courtney

Our team is testing some scenarios to ensure we are prepared for the launch of the new notifications platform next month. We currently utilize a Daily Digest notification for courses that users have enrolled in, sent each morning at 4:00am.In our current notification platform in our production environment, we have the ability to select “all courses” for the courses associated with this notification. In our testing environment with the upgraded notification platform, we do not see an option to include “all courses”, but instead must check each course we would like to associate with the notification and this would not update without manual intervention when we add new courses to the platform. Has anyone else noticed this/ ran into this issue? Am I missing a way to associate the notification with all courses? If not, do you have any suggestions for how to maintain this without manual intervention?Thank you!

My organization has an initiative for 2021 to drive training - both inside of Docebo and out - by making training hours a part of everyone’s quarterly bonus objectives.However, the more we use Docebo, the more we are finding that the nuances of time tracking vary widely depending on the type of training (Courses, Classrooms, External, etc.) as well as the type of course material (video, SCORM module, etc.).For example, we had a learner recently take a course with a 5 minute SCORM module and leave their tab open (we assume).  They ended up getting almost 260 hours of Total Time for this.I have proposed that we use the course Average Time or even Credits (CEUs) to report on time tracking for the bonus metric but it has not been a popular idea amongst our Super Admins.Has anyone dealt with this in Docebo and, if so, how has your organization decided to handle training time that’s real vs. a nuance of a tab or module?Thank you in advance for any ideas!

We are in the process of cleaning up some of our old courses and would love to have the option to filter by catalog in the course management section. I could not locate this function, but wanted to check here in the community in case we missed it.

We are currently outlining and implementing how to create a new hire program in Docebo. The current thought is doing a 3 tier system: General Organization Content Department Specific Job specificMy question is how do you force the user to navigate this path in a specific order. I cannot find a way to chain learning plans together and I do not want to lock content to be attended to at a certain pace. All ideas are welcome as we are in discovery while building/implementing the content as individual courses.

Is there a Power User Permission that will allow a Power User to enroll one of their assigned Team Members into the same ILT course after they’ve enrolled themselves?For example, Power User enrolled into an ILT course for the week of 3/6/23.  That Power User would like another one of their Team Members to attend the same course, but when they click on the Course, it doesn’t give the option to “purchase” the class again … even on behalf of their assigned team member/user.I’m sure I’m missing something somewhere, but I hope this makes sense.  Thank you for your help!

Hello All, Is anyone aware of a way or method to extract the Filtering and Fields used in a Custom Report, either within reports/new reports or via an API call? We have a large number of customized reports, many of which are versions of other reports customized for specific users. i.e. standard report 1 is customized by user A with specific Filtering and adding specific additional fields but is also customized by user B with different specific Filtering and adding different specific additional fields. Something similar to how PowerBI notes the filtering that has been applied when you "Export" a table.  Currently the only way that I can see to extract the information would be to review each customized report one by one and record the filtering and additional fields that have been applied.  Let me know your thoughts….

Has anyone offered multiple training material in different languages in one course? I have 4 SCORM files (English, Spanish, Portguese, and French) in a course and have been trying to figure out a way to automatically present the preferred language training material to our users. I have tried doing thing based on Groups with no luck, and tried to figure out hyperlinking from the description,also a failure.  Has anyone else faced this issue and figured it out? Thank you for any and all help! 

Hey folks,I am really confused by the use of tags in the platform. We liked the idea of auto-tagging, but once content is tagged, is it only for search purposes?In many other platforms that have the concept of tags, you could have it ‘clickable’ to show content related to that tag, but that does not appear to be an option in Docebo. I also thought there would be a widget to display courses by tag, but not so. So they seem kinda… pointless? what am I missing. 

Is it possible to start a YouTube video (or one hosted elsewhere) at a specific time in an LMS, like skipping the intro and starting at 30 seconds? I’ve tried using a URL with a time parameter and embedding HTML, but neither method worked in my trials in Docebo. 

Hi everyone!How do users in your platform know what training to prioritize during their onboarding?We’re running the issue where our new staff are getting auto-enrolled into a bunch of courses, but they have no idea where to start. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!We’re a small organization with lots of part-time and relief staff, and there are about 10 or so courses that every new staff member should complete as soon as possible. I’ve been experimenting with:A custom page, that has widgets/links to these courses. Enrollment attributes, where courses that need to be prioritized are marked as “Mandatory”. A learning plan, where courses that need to be prioritized are added to a learning plan.I’m not sure the best, most user-friendly route forward. How do you handle things in your organization?

Hi~ So I have an e-learning course that I want users to be able to see in a catalog but cannot enroll themselves. To enroll, they need to contact their manager or an admin to enroll them. How can I set this up so that managers can also enroll them?  I have this setting on because I want them to see the course is there but they need a manager or admin to enroll them: Only administrators can enroll learners. Users can see the course but they can be enrolled to this course by Admins only. This setting of course only allows admins to enroll them in the course and as a manager, if they try to enroll their staff, they also have a lock on the course that says contact the admin.So how can I allow their manager to also enroll them in this course? Thank you.

Need to update pre and post test scores and enter a completion date in the past.  Is this possible?  

Ciao All,I wanted to bring attention to a discrepancy I’ve noticed between two widgets:Catalog Widget: This widget currently does not include a filter to exclude courses that are part of a Learning Plan. My Courses and Learning Plan Widget: While this widget does include the option to hide courses within a Learning Plan, it does not allow you to select specific catalogs.Because of this limitation, it’s challenging to display only certain catalogs without also showing courses that are already included in a Learning Plan (or vice versa). I’m wondering if anyone has found a workaround.If this is something the product team could consider for future enhancements, it would really help streamline catalog and course visibility across learning platforms. In the meantime, any tips or suggestions from the community are greatly appreciated!Thank you!

Is there a way to show the header message on one page but remove it from all the others.  I know I can configure the header message in configure branding and look. I just want to show it on my login page.  I’d really like to do a custom login page but I don’t have the time or skill for that right now. So a css trick that could hide the css on all pages but the login page would be ideal.

I realized that I can use this CSS code to remove it from a specific page:#doc-page-XX .ui-typography-subtitle.ui-color-typography-secondary {visibility: hidden; }However, is there any way to delete it from all pages? I am working with the new revised LP and Course player and find that the new learning path provides zero information to the learner about what pre-requisites are missing on a locked course.  In the old player when learners hovered over the lock, it listed the pre-requisites needed.  Now there is a message saying “Course with pre-requisite” but there is no information available for the learner to know which course(s) is the pre-requisite they must complete.  This is a deal-breaker for us as we have many learning plans with optional courses and pre-requisite options.  It used to work beautifully and is now broken. Does anybody have a work around for this?

Seeking Community feedback on an optimal workflow for Post Course Content (learning modules) completion and the Survey - Training Material. Situation: We have three quick survey questions that we are entering at the end of each eLearning course to gather learner feedback. If the Survey is published to the Central Repository than it does not capture the data correctly to each unique course. Are there any Community Tips & Tricks for capturing Course>>Training Material>>Survey Feedback in a duplication mode/or copy mode - rather than individually recreating the Survey training material in each course?TIA!
