Currently there is only the option to export the ILT attendance register in PDF.Is there currently a way, or will there be the option in future, to export in .xml/.csv?  

I see we can integrate with OneTrust, are there plans to expand the options for other 3rd party platforms? 

Hey all! I’m coming to you for help! Recently (just over 3 weeks ago) our Teams Integration quit working. I submitted a Ticket, but after three weeks I haven’t gotten any answers from Support. And in the last few days this has caused quite an issue for us (so much we have had to cancel training). I need a solution so asking for anyone who has experienced to help me figure out what else I need to troubleshoot!  (See attached screenshots for an idea of the messages the system gives us when trying to set up a new vILT session/event). In the past, we have had certificate errors (they have expired), but we check and that isn’t the case.  Our Secret Keys and other account numbers are matching, what else can we check? What am I missing!? It’s also worth noting our Zoom Integration has had issues in the past, but it is up and running just fine (well expect for a Daylight savings issue but that’s a post for another day  

What happens to a quiz score when you archive a question in the question bank that is live in a published quiz?

I noticed recently that when I try to search for a Branch in User Management with the “search all branches” option, it is no longer returning results as it should.  I did some testing yesterday and it will only find a match if I drill down to the parent level where the branch exists.  I double-checked that the “show users in sub-branches” option is checked, so it’s not that.This has worked fine in the past, it seems to only recently stopped working for me.  I first noticed it in the past week or two. Anyone else having this same issue?  

Is there a way to turn off course completion entirely? We have some courses that are accessed for the resources over and over. They never actually “complete” the course. It’s more of a document repository. Is this possible? 

I have 34 courses, many of which have >10k enrollees, and I need the courses to be ‘reset’ annually so that users can receive a new record of completion (archive & re-enroll). This needs to happen as soon as possible after Jan 1 each year. In prior years, I have using the archiving functionality to achieve this. However, as my enrollees grow (and will continue to grow), archiving is becoming unsustainable. For one, to archive that many enrollees take a very long time (sometimes up to 4 hours) and I can only process one at a time. This results in an unacceptably long down time for our users (34 courses * 4 hours/course = 136 hours to get through them all). Also, since I cannot batch archive >10k enrollees, I need to creatively use filters to find groups to archive at a time, which takes even longer. Does anyone have a solution to this? I am hesitant to use the Certifications functionality because I do not want users to be able to renew themselves, but perhaps that is my bes

My coworker and I are trying to archive/unenroll our 2025 Learning Plans, and while we were excited about the new Archive feature, we did notice a limitation. It looks like we can only bulk archive/unenroll active employees. Has anyone else run into this?For anyone working for Docebo, are there plans to change this? With the current setup, we will still have to go through course-by-course to archive the inactive users. I know some people will keep inactive users enrolled in courses since you can exclude them from reporting, but we usually clean things up so we can get a clearer picture of how things are being utilized. 

OK, love that we can have multiple training materials organized into folders by language to support one course vs. multiple courses when you need to provide learning in multiple languages.That is cool and a great step forward.The newest update (currently in the sandbox as of March 2nd) provides us the ability to translate the title, short description and long description as well. Another great step forward. So, we are making progress.But, yep, I said but, I need some guidance on this as I believe there is a gap in how this should / can work. Hi, I am looking for a report that gives me ILT course duration, session hours and most importantly Event duration, not at user level but Course and session level. 

I’m currently working knowledge check for our colleagues and I'm using the Docebo Content Creator to build the module.I need to set a mandatory 80% passing mark for this assessment, but I am unable to locate the Project Settings or Scoring menu within the content creator edit interface. (also if it can show in the report)Is there any way to set the score in content creator? as I want to use their build-in translation function. Thank you.

Hi community,We just started using the Learning Evaluation process and like the idea. However, a big concern we have is the “Confidential Data” properties when assigning a questionnaire to a course.The Confidential radio button says “Nobody will be able to see which respondent has provided a particulate answer”. While this is true that the names are not displayed with the answer, you can still go to the Respondent List and see who has replied. A “simple” use case would be that you have 5 students in the course and only 1 person responds. That person is the only person who is shown to respond… Their answers are not confidential.This use case is likely not going to be common, but it raised some concerns with our data privacy teams flagging it as not really confidential. Maybe I’ve set it up wrong, but I’m curious how others have handled this.Regards,Tim

For the past few hours, I have been searching this community page for a solution, comments, or recommendations pertaining to the completion of the vILT session.I assume you are aware that the vILT session will be marked as finished as soon as participants join, but this should not be the case. Our instructors verify each participant's hours spent and update the enrollment status in Docebo based on our TEAMS report at the end of each session. This results in an extra step, and our instructors feel uneasy conducting sessions via LMS.At the moment, Docebo offers the options to "event as attended when learners join the session" and "access the recordings" for attendance; however, it has no control over preventing irregular users from completing.I tried manual, evaluation, attendance-based, and training material session completion methods, but none of them worked for our training requirements.How do you manage your virtual ILT session completions?  Appreciate

I know that Docebo doesn’t offer a monthly active users report. So I’m open to any ideas of how you have somewhat accomplished this on your own?

Hello! We are deploying a company wide re-certification on April 1st. Is the best way to deploy this by archiving and re-enrolling Team Members into the certification? I need to make sure that the users certification records aren’t lost (pulled to see archived records), and want to make sure we can notify users, have it show as “not completed”, and re-award the certification once done.Thanks in advance for the help! 

Is it possible to create four separate learning plans on one page, with the first plan available immediately and the remaining three locked until each prerequisite plan is completed? Each learning plan includes 3–8 courses. Is there a trigger or automated notification within the learning plan settings that would allow this type of sequential unlocking?  Thank you in advance! 

Currently trying to find where in Advanced Settings I can disable the AI tagging feature. We have a taxonomy we use across the organization to tag. Also wondering how I can add the list into Docebo? Any help is appreciated! 

Has anyone experienced something similar?As part of onboarding, it was mentioned that Learning Evaluation would be available under Training Materials (as shown in the picture below). However, after reviewing our current setup, it doesn’t appear to be there.I’m wondering if this is something that needs to be activated separately, added manually, or if it’s located somewhere else in the system. Has anyone had to take additional steps to get this feature to show up?Any insight on how you were able to access it would be greatly appreciated!

How do I add an instructor to evaluate a test? How does the instructor know that they are to evaluate a test? How would an instructor evaluate the test?

Currently, Docebo does not offer a built-in "Pending Evaluation" or ''waiting for evaluation'' status for tests awaiting instructor review. This limitation means that learners see a "Failed" status because their submission doesn't meet the minimum passing score due to pending evaluation.How are you working around this limitation?  

Has anyone found a way to export an inclusive detailed inventory of the Central Repository materials?

Hello, our use case scenario is: Multiple departments get different onsite training. When I say multiple departments I mean between 10 - 15 departments and growing. We need to record each day’s attendance. I can create either one course or a course for each department. If I create a session and event, there will be an event for as many days in the year for each of the departments. That’s a huge amount of events. As of now only attendance will be taken, in the near future content and exams will be added. I know I can create one session and add multiple events for that session. Each session may last several weeks with a possibility of 21 events. Sessions are recurring. If anyone has a work around or any ideas on the best practice for this or the most efficient way to maintain something like this I really appreciate it. Thank you so much! 

We really like the Task List widget and enjoy having it on the home page. However, it looks out of place because it can’t dynamically change. It looks great at full length, but awful at short. Is there a way to force it to always have all the space? Or make the page look better in our mockups?Looks good to usLooks not as good
