How do I activate the Previous and Next Buttons in a Learning Plan? I can see them on the screen when I complete the 1st video, but they are greyed out. I have a learning plan with 4 videos, and I want the user to be able to select next to go to the next video in the plan? I'm sure this is easy to do and I'm missing the obvious!

Setting up separate Docebo platforms

I’ve received an inquiry from our human resources department about them potentially using our Docebo platform to deliver and administer their internal staff training. However, I’m not keen on adding all their content to our platform and giving them administration rights. In this case, is it possible to have two separate platforms? I believe Docebo supports multiple domains, but does anybody know if this feature is included as standard in the Enterprise plan?

Quiz before accessing learning material

Hello all,I’ve got a specific use-case I wonder if anyone has implemented before. We’re creating some internal compliance training and want to do it in the following way:First, everyone will take a quiz. If you pass, you’re done. If you fail, you have to review all the learning material, and then retake the test. Has anyone done this? Or have ideas as to how to do this?Thanks!

Channels surfacing assets as opposed to displaying courses

Hello,I’d like to assigned assets to channels as opposed to applying courses and I can’t find that option anywhere in Docebo. The reason why I’m asking that is because in our case we don’t want to be “forced” to grant certificates to viewers that are coming to our website just to read simple setup guides that we provide them as PDFs files. thanks,Valeria Gregorio

Can I "Prevent" a User From Renewing a Certification Until Approved?

Background Info: We currently offer a TEAM Essentials & Advanced certification that external trainers pay to complete, so they can teach this curriculum at various sites. We currently have an eLearning course the trainers must complete in order to renew their certifications with an attached 2 year renewal certification (allowing them to retake the same course). We are not concerned with maintaining completion history and the payment is handled outside of Docebo. Current Issue: We want to “prevent” these external trainers from renewing their certification until they have paid us (outside of Docebo). We do NOT want for them to be able to renew the certification before this occurs. Honestly, I feel like I need to delete the certification to prevent them from retaking the certification before payment. Has anyone else ran into this issue? Ideas? We also want to make sure they are locked out of Docebo if they have an expired certification. To tackle this, we are manually updating their u

Calendar not working with Mac

I am exploring using the calendar in docebo to help with scheduling sessions. I intend to export the calendar into outlook so it will overlay with my existing calendar. It is working fine on my windows computer, but my colleague is using a mac and it will not work for him. He already went and changed his preferences to make outlook his primary calendar, but when he goes to export it nothing happens. Anybody know why it is doing this and how to fix it?

How to Better Use the Calendar Widget

Hi I am trying to set up the calendar widget to automatically update users calendar in outlook to display sessions. I have been able to get it to work for me, but I was wondering if there was any way to set up docebo to automatically enable users accounts to share their calendar with outlook? Is this possible or does every user need to export their calendar?

Gamification - How do you recognize top users one anonymity-enabled leaderboards?

We have only recently started to use leaderboards in the Gamification module. For the privacy reasons, we had to enable anonymity, so names of users won’t get exposed to other users (we’re serving external users). That’s working great.However, now, even as a superadmin, I cannot see who is at the top of the leaderboard.We’d like to recognize our top users with some swag or other benefits, however, since our leaderboards are anonymized, we can’t really know who they are.I already added an enhancement request on the Ideas portal (LMS-I-5125), but I wonder if maybe someone has a working solution to this problem (other, than disabling anonymity for a minute, getting the list, and re-enabling it)?Thanks.

My apologies if this has been asked already - I didn’t notice a thread for it - or maybe I didn’t use the right search terms.Anyway… We would like to have courses for sale to external customers that need to be free for employees.How are you all handling this?I was thinking there should be a way to set different prices for different groups and perhaps I simply overlooked a checkbox right in front of me.Are you giving coupons to them for full discount? Creating duplicates of the course with different prices and making them visible to different groups? Enrollment links?

Exam Pre-requisities

Does anyone know if there is a way to set a test from one learning plan as a pre-requisite to a test in another? For context we have 3 certification programs: A, B, and C and users are allowed to purchase all three programs. But for users to get the C Certification they are required to have completed A and B. All these programs are in their own Learning Plans.

Follow-Up Email Notifications for vILT Sessions/Events

I am working on setting up a set of vILT courses that will have weekly sessions/events, each of which will be recorded. I’d like to set up follow-up emails to be sent to registrants a few hours after each session, once the instructor has had time to add the recording. I was surprised that even though recordings are a native feature of vILT sessions, there’s no shortcode for them in notifications. Is it possible to include a direct link to the recording in the follow-up emails automatically?

Is it a known issue that catalogs for courses get mixed?

If you update a lot of courses back to back from the course manager, the catalogs page begins to update with details from other courses that you aren’t looking at. So you update course A, then go to course B. When you enter in the catalogs you want. It shows the details from course A, inside of course B. Even to the extent that if you delete a catalog from course B. It will actually delete the catalog from course A. I was able to identify this pretty quickly, but I can see this causing a lot of problems for some users. Is this a known issue? If not can we get it added to a fix list? Running Updated Chrome, and windows.

How to indicate that a fee may apply for ILT?

How do we indicate that there is a fee associated with the ILT for some users when billing is handled outside of the platform? For the most part, our internal employees are aware that they can join virtual ILTs for free but we want paying users to know that when they get to the ILT part of their learning plan and they try to enroll in a session, there will likely be a fee associated with the session. It would be tacky to put “FEE MAY APPLY” in the course name but if we put it in the course description, the user probably won’t even see that when they are requesting enrollment into a session. Here’s background for more clarity….we have virtual ILTs that serve three target audiences: Internal employees (who do not pay to join a virtual ILT session) Customers (who must pay to join a virtual ILT session) Partners (some pay and some don’t due to contractual arrangements)Historically, ILTs were managed entirely outside of docebo. Limit the number of users in a Branch?

I have branches for different customers. Is it possible to st an upper limit on the number of users in that branch?Once the upper limit has been reached the branch will need to ask for any additional users, probably an increase to the limit that I can then give based on the circumstances.

I want to create a power User that will be responsible for all User creation and assignment in their branch. Is it possible to set the new user created to need to be approved by me before that user can access/do anything on the system?And then set a notification to tell me that they are there awaiting approval?
