Has anyone done any work around SEO using Google Search Console or similar? Is there a sitemap.xml somewhere that we can gook into?

HiI am wanting to grant permissions to a specific PU group to be able to enrol and approve course enrolment into a course as a Direct Manager of their team.  This is to prevent user from self-enrolling and be paid for unnecessary training.I can see the notification for: User waiting to be approved in ILT course.But I would like the option of a notification that includes both ILT and eLearning courses.Is this feasible, or have others found a work around for this.  Currently we have an extra admin load with excessive emails back and forth.

Hello,my question is: Is there a way for instructor to be assigned a course automatically when they are enrolled into them as an instructor?explanation:When i add a user as an instructor to a course, it seems like it only enroll him like he was a learner. I need to go add the course in his assigned ressource on his power user profile for him to be able to access the course management options. I find this a little bit challenging because I then need to be up to date for every instructor on what class they are teaching and adding them to their profile or even if I assign all course if i add a new one i need to update every power user profile. Thank you 

Hello,I believe it would be highly beneficial if the Notifications feature allowed the addition of PDF files, rather than being limited to links or text. Currently, it seems that we are only able to include links or images, but the ability to attach PDFs would be a valuable improvement.  

Hey all,New to the Docebo platform and still working out some kinks.We have some power users expecting to receive automated reporting for quiz/test data. Specifically to allow them to see which answers were correct/ incorrect and their final score.The data from the course reporting within the “training material statistics”  is perfect, as it lists the questions out and shows how the learner answered. Is there a way to automate this report with the internal tools or would it need to be collected manually? 

Good day all, Have been looking at Skills Management with the intent to use it soon but am thinking there is an obvious gap (or perhaps I’m looking in the right place) when it comes to reporting…Does anyone know if there is a way to report on what skills and levels users have self-identified? We are thinking of using this as something close to competency assessments but without reporting and progress tracking/tracing, it won’t be useful.Wondering if anyone is actively using Skills and what your experience is like…Any tips and best practices to share? What feedback have you received from users? How are you managing/tracking user input vs. what skills you attach to courses & assets and how do you know if user training is making any difference to enhance a user’s skillset? I get a lot of complaints that users don’t know about scrolling down on the home page, and also that users don’t scroll down for pdf attachments in courses. Does anyone have a good way of indicating “scroll down for more” maybe with animated gifs for these two scenarios? Off to write some css.. lol For my homepage it could easily go below (or above) the user profile image and name.

Hi everyone, I have been looking on here to see if I can find the answer to my question, to no avail. Are we able to change the folder icon to one of our own as per the screenshot below?  We have our own folder icons we would like to use. Because we have a Zoom account, I have my own Zoom “room” (number, meeting ID etc) and once a week I would host a drop-in meeting. The link to it was emailed out to customers, Since we started using Docebo, we wanted to switch to hosting the meeting as an ILT in Docebo. However, it uses a randomly generated Zoom meeting ID. I thought by choosing myself as the host when creating the ILT that it would use my Zoom ID, but that does not seem to be the case.  Does anyone know if there is a way to set it so it hosts it in my ID instead of the randomly generated one? We have customers who are not in Docebo and may not ever be, that still may want to access the drop in meeting I host once a week. I don’t want to be hosting two simultaneous drop-in meetings. Well I can’t actually, someone else would have to sit in one of the meetings while I host the other.  help?

Does anyone know whether Administrator impersonations of accounts in an SSO tenant actually goes out to the SSO application for validation?I have a tenant in my EE environment that uses Okta for logins. We have a couple of accounts that are failing to get to the Docebo dashboards. We have the SAML configured correctly as other accounts are working.When I try to impersonate the account of someone who fails, I can’t tell if the impersonation is supposed to call out to Okta. Does anyone know?

Hello all!We are encountering issues with learners needing to see new courses and complete quizzes. We have been updating older courses using Storyline 360 and originally overwriting the older training material. We found out that the learners could not see the newest updates if we used overwriting, so we changed to versioning and hid the older training material. I uploaded a new training material, SCORM, in the CLOR and assigned it to the courses from the central repository. We have been getting forum comments from other learners about issues with passing the quizzes, and we suspect that we still have to reset their statuses when in progress. Users who have already completed the course with a passing score are completed in V1 but need to be completed in V2, which is correct from what I have read. Could another issue be with the publishing settings? Right now, we use SCORM 1.2; I used SCORM 2004 3rd addition at a previous job, but I am using a government LMS. I would appreciat

We use closed captioning to give more options for our learners that may not have English as their first language. I see that Vietnamese should be an option for language selection in some documentation but I do not see it in my drop down menu when I go to select the language for my VTT Closed captioning file. Is this no longer an option to select?   

Has there been, or will there be, any possibility of having Digest Notifications to show when a user has completed a course?I am thinking the only work around is to create a scheduled report?

As of today, we have noticed the Renew Certification button is no longer showing on the course page for those courses mapped to a certification.  That was not the case earlier this week.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello, we are having an issue at only one customer location and only with some users which we haven’t seen before. These users are unable to click Next or Play after the initial screen loads. These are xAPI files. We have had thousands of courses completed and no mention of this yet, so I’m certain it must be related to that specific location. Does anyone have experience with this? I’m wondering if it might be an ad or pop-up blocker issue, for example. Thank you!

Is there a way to pull a report for courses not assigned to a catalogue?  I reviewed the Export Course Data from the Course Dashboard but it does not provide data on if the course has been assigned a catalogue.  Perhaps someone knows a work around for this?If a course sits on a Learning Plan can it sit on a catalogue too?

The experience when viewing an Articulate Rise course (scorm file) in the Docebo branded app is very nice but one part of the user experience is unintuitive; When tapping on an image, there is no way to zoom on the image using finger gestures i.e., pinch and spread. Is there any way to make this possible or should this be added to the idea portal? Best,Jon

Hello everyone,I’m not sure if anyone knows the answer to this, but throwing it out there for some insights. Recently, we noticed that a widget was added inside iLT courses where it recommends/suggests other courses you might be interested in. When a user clicks on an iLT course, if they scroll down passed the sessions scheduled, they get some suggestions of other courses. It looks like this: Does anyone know what, in the system, drives these recommendations? Is it random, or can it be tailored based on tags or skills? We would love to use these better if we can. But if it is random, we will have to try to turn it off. Curious to see if anyone has more info on this. Thank you,Andree-Anne

Hi all! I want to re assign a training material we have in the central repository that we assigned a few years ago. Is there a way to duplicate the training material in the CLOR so the completion does not carry over to the new assignment? I don’t have the original file to upload a duplicate to the CLOR. Any other suggestions?

Does anyone know what the image size for the thumbnail for training material is?We are fine with the course image thumbnails, but I can’t find a reference to the smaller ones for training material within a course. Are they the same size as a course thumbnail? They’re so small I wasn’t sure if there would be a difference.
