Hi everyone 👋I’d love to learn how others are managing last-minute learner cancellations for instructor-led workshops in Docebo.We’re currently facing a challenge where learners often unenroll very close to the session start date. This creates additional costs and operational overhead for our team, and it’s also extremely difficult to track consistently, which makes it harder to manage the issue and improve the process over time.I’d be really interested to hear: Do you have a cancellation policy in place for ILT sessions? How are you enforcing this policy within Docebo? Are you using any specific settings, automations, reports, or workflows to track late cancellations or no-shows? Have you found any approaches that successfully reduce last-minute unenrollments? Any examples, lessons learned, or Docebo configurations you’re willing to share would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

We have our clients use the same ILT course since they get assigned to the same learning plans. We’d like to organize enrollments based on sessions named after the client. Right now, if there is availability for that session, any learner can see that as an option to enroll into that session. Is there a way to limit the visibility of the session to a specific branch?

Somehow this escaped my attention for a while, since none of my Power Users brought it up, but I accidentally discovered that though my PUs can create new groups, they cannot activate them. And they cannot add users to the group until they’re activated. And I cannot give them this right.So what’s the point in letting them create groups they cannot use? They have to reach out to me every time they make one to request activation, wasting their time, wasting my time. Please help me understand why this is a logical workflow. Why can’t I just give them authority to activate their own groups, which wasn’t even a thing like a year ago?

At my organization, our learning team has done a bunch of testing with the AI Coach, and I was curious if anyone else's experience differs from ours.We are not a sales organization, so the primary scenarios we’ve been testing are direct report/direct supervisor situations such as providing feedback on meeting goals, how to properly interview, etc.The way the bot responds during the interaction is pretty good. It follows along well with the personality that we give it, and it’s fairly realistic.Where we have some concerns are in the feedback that it gives after the interaction. The feedback focuses a lot on brevity, clarity, and correctness, which isn’t necessarily bad but it can miss the bigger picture.For example, if you build a scenario where you’re giving someone negative feedback, it encourages you to be more concise when that can be detrimental to the relationship with the person. Can anyone please suggest what the filter body should be like when you are using the API Browser to call List Subscription Records api (GET/learn/v1/sub_record)?I want use the filters and only return specific “sold_to” records?The sample shows this, but I can’t figure out how to format or provide a value for “sold_to” and what goes in the “filters” box.serialize object containing list of filters and their options. Hey everyone,looking to have an admin receive an email notification once a specific course is completed. only way I could find was to mark them as a course instructor and message them once completed. We have a few admin’s and don't want the email go out to each of them. Any ideas how to set this up? 

Hi all,I’m looking for workarounds or best practices for sending surveys after a learner completes a VILT session.Goal:A learner enrolls in a VILT → completes the session → is then directed within the course to complete a survey. The survey should only become available after the session is marked complete.I’m hoping to keep this workflow within a single course rather than creating a learning plan, since this is just one VILT.Has anyone found a good setup for this? Any tips or configurations that have worked well for you? Thanks! Addendum: Support has confirmed that ILT courses cannot unlock training materials individually per learner upon their session completion. 

Hi - I was recently contacted by a person claiming they are Sales from ComSlider claiming that a lifetime license meant 5 years. Every cybersecurity course I ever took is tingling for me. They then are stating that our license started a year before I even started working at the organization. My problem is that comSliders support has been poor - so it is hard to tell what is going on. And there maybe a language barrier happening as the folks running comSlider are from a smaller country in the EU. Checking with the old timers that have implemented comSlider - what are your findings? Is this legit????

Hi there,We have two major issues.1. Recertification isn’t possible on the mobile app. Since a high percentage our users are working on mobile devices it is a huge problem. I don’t understand, why there is a key function which is only usable within the browser.2. Since the mobile app users can’t restart we tried to archive and reenroll manually which would solve the problem. But in this case the recertifications certificate isn’t updated. This means, that the certification of courses is still expired eventhough the user has retaken it after manually archiving.These issues should be considered when revamping this system.kind regards

I have found a few posts stating organizations have successfully integrated between the two platforms but I am interested in hearing the content being communicated and what you have utilized to successfully integrate this communication. Our desire is to have skills communicated from Workday with course, certification and learning plan communicated back to Workday to help provide validation of skill proficiency being tracked there. We cannot do skill tracking in Docebo, as we do not want the users to be the ones altering the skill pathways. This will fall to the managers to modify and track.Thank you for your insights!

Authenticated as a regular user, I want to get all the courses I have enrolled in and they should include the enrollment status as well.The only alternatives I’ve found are:Using /report/v1/mytranscript (GET). However, for some reason, it excludes courses that are of status “waiting”. Using the unofficial /loki/widget/v1/courses/{user ID} (GET) which is used in the Docebo UI. Is this safe?I know of /course/v1/courses/enrollments (GET), however, this cannot be called by a regular user (it leads to permission denied). This leaves us with no official, fully working, option that I know of.Any help appreciated.

Hello All,       Is there a way to set up manager notification once their employee is directly enrolled into a class by a super admin?

Hello! I have some experience in HTML/CSS, but not a lot in how to make it work with Docebo’s UI tools for creating custom widgets. I was curious how the rest of you are formatting and placing your CSS, the best way to incorporate images, and any other recommendations you have! For example, are you placing the CSS for your HTML widgets in the advanced settings for advanced look at feel, inserting a <style> <head> element for the HTML of your widget, or placing them in line with your HTML? For images, what is the best way to place them, and how have you gone about making sure they are visible. In addition, if anyone has a list of supported/unsupported HTML tags in Docebo, I would greatly appreciate it!

That works great if your users are already enrolled in the course, but when you want to enroll and immediately mark the user complete, you often do not have the user enrolled into the course already. Fortunately there is a different API endpoint we can leverage to easily enroll users and mark them complete at the same time: POST - /learn/v1/enrollment/batch  Important Note: The API endpoint we will be using is a POST endpoint, meaning it will add information to your system. The options for the “Global Search” set up should allow us to choose how we want the results to show by default. Additionally, the "Best Match" dropdown options currently only allow for A-Z and Z-A. What about Newest to Oldest? It would seem most relevant to show the newest content first, not alphabetically.Or why wouldn’t it be a “Filter” options to have Date with an option of Newest to oldest?The recency gap seems to be a big one what would vastly improve the user experience.

When you add a new course to an existing learning plan are learners who are currently enrolled in the learning plan automatically enrolled into the newly added course or do I need to do this manually?

We have a client that is trying to add a video to a course using the Record Your Screen option but she said she hits the record button and it flashes and then disappears.  Not sure if this is a user/pc issue, Docebo, or ScreenPal.
