Hopefully there is a coffee pot next to the water cooler… Informal dialogue while we sip from our cups…When you make a course in Docebo - what percentage of it is made up of say… SCORM files that you built with a third party authoring tool and what percentage is made up using native tools within Docebo? What, if any, criteria do you have for deciding when to make a quiz with your preferred authoring tool vs building one with Docebo tools?
The below results are from the week of November 8-12. Well, it’s better late than never, right? It was a big week in the community last week with the launch of our new ideas experience. Thank you so much for your patience during the idea freeze and we’re so happy to see all of the voting, sharing and new ideas being submitted inside the community!Without further ado, here are the results from the previous week. The top 5 from the leaderboard last week were:@natemadel @lrnlab @dklinger @alekwo @Loupetron@natemadel @lrnlab @dklinger @alekwo are no strangers to the weekly leaderboard but we welcomed a new member for the first time since we started this weekly tracking at the end of August. Welcome to the top 5 @Loupetron! Great job everyone Welcome to our newest membersWe hit an all time high for new joins in a week, as we welcomed 168 new members. Wow, right!? The reason for this massive spike was due to the fact that any migrated ideas required an associated community member account.
I want to make sure that I am following something before I trigger a bunch of course equivalents.Lets say I have 2 courses. Both Course A and B have the same training material (not a copy). If a person completes the training material in A - are they already done with training material in B?Another way of saying the same thing….If meeting the completion criteria of a training material drives the completion of Course A, will a person being done with training material in Course A mark that training material in B as completed and ergo mark B as completed as well?
More of a heads up to those who are affected:This last week we noticed there was a large number of our users being placed onto waitlists for our e-learning courses. This was never an issue before, so we found it strange that it was happening.Reached out about it on chat, and sounds like it is a known issue (currently affecting a small number of clients) that when a power user enrolls a user into an e-learning course, it will place the user on the waitlist, rather than making them subscribed. We found this with enrollments that occurred between the 4th and 5th last week, but I guess it still happening?Workaround is to turn on the permission for a power user to manage a course waitlist (Courses>Waiting Subscription).Anyone else experiencing this?

Wondering why this number is the highest it’s been since we started these leaderboard results? Well, ICYMI, we’re currently in the process of bringing the idea experience into the community. So, if a customer has previously submitted an idea and/or vote that is part of the migration, a community account is required in order to successfully attribute their idea data. We’re excited to have all of these new members with us and can’t wait to launch the ful

I’m an L&D professional who works for a commercial insurance company, but have NO insurance background. I’d love to know what worked best for you. :)Thanks!

Hello Docebo Community, I would like to know how many of you use Training Units. We recently migrated from Cornerstone and would like to use the Coupons in place of the Training Units. If you use Training Units, we have a ticket open on the Ideas Portal. We could use your help to get Training Units implemented in Docebo. I really appreciate any help you can provide. Kisha
Hello,We are in the process of moving from Cornerstone to Docebo. We are looking to see if someone has been through the same migration and what was their experience like? Anything to watch for between these two platforms? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Good morning, everyone!A few of us “met” at Docebo Inspire and would like to have an Austin-Area/Central-Texas Docebo User meetup/happy hour.Drop your info in the comments if you’re interested, and I’ll put a poll together for date/time. And if we get enough interest, maybe we can become our very own Docebo Group!I’m Lea. I’m the Superadmin for SurePrep Academy which serves both employees and clients at our SAAS company. We launched April 1st and are slowly building our user numbers. We are entering our busy season, so I’m anticipating some rather large spikes soon. I was previously in higher ed and was an admin and training coordinator for both Blackboard and Canvas at UT. I’m in NW Austin but south of the Domain, so like NW Central. ;)

We are about to launch Docebo in our company, and are trying to think of creative ways to implement different contests and strategies to encourage a high level of user engagement. We know that there are gamification and forums that can be used, but were also interested in using polling.Does anyone know if there is a ‘Polling’ feature available in Docebo? Note: We have not added the ‘Discover, Coach, and Share’ feature yet. Thanks!

Hi everyone,I posted this idea a little while ago and Docebo commented that, “they found it interesting but would like to see if it generates any likes”...can you please have a look and vote if you agree.Am recommending that all reports have the same filtering options as we have on the User Management screenThank you!!
In just over a week, we’ll be hosting Inspire 2021 and we’re really excited! There are some really cool experiences (including yoga 🧘) as well as the opportunity to network virtually with others. We’re bringing you product sessions that will help you create, manage, integrate and measure learning. If that’s not enough, we also have a customer spotlight, tips and tricks and a show and tell session. Docebo’s CEO, Claudio Erba , will kick it off on the first day and you’ll hear from our product team panel on day two as they look ahead and share Docebo’s product innovation and investment areas . To top it all off, we’re thrilled to have Chris Hadfield as our closing Keynote Chris will be sharing strategies and tactics to help individuals, teams, and leaders prepare for and meet the challenges of our rapidly changing world. Seeing as this is my first Docebo Inspire, I’m pretty excited for everything and I’d love to know if you are feeling the same way! So, what are you most looking
Welcome to October It’s the first week of October which means we need to take a look back to see our results from last week. We only had a handful level up last week but take a look at the number of new members! The top 5 from the leaderboard last week were:@lrnlab @dklinger @pmo @alekwo @Marco.TFor the past 3 weeks, we’ve seen a sprint to the top from @lrnlab @dklinger and @alekwo. Way to hold your spots in the top 5!For all our newbies, there are two types of leaderboards: all-time and weekly. For the weekly, you have the chance to claim your spot in the top 5 by how engaged you are in the community that week before it resets on Sunday night. Then, on Monday’s, I share this weekly post to recognize those that worked their way into the top 5 from the previous week... it’s a big accomplishment! Welcome to our newest membersI had to triple check this count because I couldn’t believe it. Last week, we said hello to 57 new members ! Wow, that’s the most since we started these leaderb
Hi Docebo Community Prepping the leaderboard results from last week took me a little longer than usual, check out the Leveling Up section to see why!! The top 5 from the leaderboard last week were:@lrnlab @dklinger @pmo @alekwo @ncassella In a repeat of last week,@lrnlab and @dklinger claim the top 2 spots and @alekwo holds on to a top 5 finish for the second week in a row. Congrats!! Who will climb to the top this week? Welcome to our newest membersWe welcomed 17 new members last week! I love seeing this growth week over week, but it’s been a few weeks since anyone has posted an introduction. I know I’m not the only one who enjoys reading these, so I challenge all our newcomers, or anyone who hasn’t yet, to take a couple minutes to post your intro so we can get to know you a little better! Leveling UpGet ready for this! Since starting the weekly leaderboard at the end of August, the highest number of members who levelled up in the previous week was 9. Well, last week we set a n
Ok - this may be cake - but I figure go about checking on this one with the community before I deploy. I figure someone else can benefit from seeing an order of operations to deploy to a message to a group. My goal | deploy the activation message purely to those within a group in as few steps as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot see a way to target a group from the users tool for doing a “group push”, so I think this exercise will need to be done via the csv upload.Setting the stage, I have had a series of smaller go lives, and I want to effectively go live with a group that is already part of the user base and assigned a branch. Here is the order of operations that I can dream up:Develop said group in excel or directly in my instance. Activate the group as manual OR automatic to achieve the desired “moving forward” business. Upload a csv or add metadata parameters to the system to isolate my group automatically going forward. Download the grouping via the download csv function in tools.
