Is there a way to manually remove a “New” sticker from a course/LP. We have some that are almost a year old that still have it. It’s confusing for a user identifying what’s truly new. 

Hi all,Is it possible for a User Additional Field to be automatically chosen based on completion of an object within the platform?  I’m hoping to set up a new user additional field, do a manual CSV import of everyone who should have data in that user additional field right now, but then in the future have the field automatically update based on completion of a course.  The user additional field would have 4 possible states - no data, option 1, option 2, or option 3.  Ideally, completing course A would update the field to option 1, completing course B would update the field to option 2, and completing course C would update the field to option 3.  If none of those courses were complete by a user, the field would remain empty with no data.  I also need the user additional field to still be able to be updated manually in addition to this automation.  Is this possible?

Hello everyone, I would like to ask, if currently inside Docebo is there a limit of number for Groups or/and enrollment rules creations?. Our approach is to create a ILT course per venue, that is translated a huge number of groups, one per venue and enrollment rules to make sure the costumers enroll to the correct ILT course visibility to reduce the number of selections the user must do to find the right sessions on the correct venue. 

Hi All,Just wondering if anybody is experiencing issues with their Notifications application not being accessible. The system is still generating and pushing the notifications out, but we are unable to view, edit, add etc. This is now day 2 … any ideas or ways to resolve? Many Thanks 😊

Good afternoon,Is there a way for users to export their training record as a PDF or download a whole list of this? We don’t really want users to have access to the reporting area, and when I go into “My Activities” there is the list of the completed courses but no way of downloading/exporting this. I know as a superadmin I am able to access this through reports on their behalf, but we get requests through very frequently and would be good if staff could do it themselves.Thank you! 

Hi Community,We’re trying to upload training material that was originally created in PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) to Docebo, but are running into challenges: We want the uploaded content to remain searchable in Docebo’s global search (so all slide text is indexed). We do not want to use the Slide Converter, as it flattens slides to images and removes animations/interactivity. We also do not want to use HTML conversion or rebuild the content as HTML pages. Has anyone found a solid, reliable method or workflow for this use case? If so: What format did you use (PDF, SCORM/xAPI, DOCX, etc.), and how did it impact searchability and user experience? Hi thereWe have a custom report running which up-to this week has worked great.  However, for some reason it’s no longer showing the completion date even though its selected to pull through (As shown below).  I’ve deleted the old report and created a new one but the date still isn’t pulling through.  Does anyone have any ideas on why this is and how to fix it?   Thank you in advance.

Folder StructureHow are you organizing your central repository folders for Creator?Historically, we’ve used team-specific folders, but I’m considering a more global setup. One idea is to create a top-level folder called “Creator Courses,” then give individuals their own subfolder (using their full name) to manage their content. Teams already using Creator heavily can retain their team-based folders. My concern is scalability. This could grow into hundreds of subfolders since we have thousands of employees. Have you tried something like this? What structure has worked well for you, especially at scale? 2. Hi everyone,I’m encountering an issue with the Observation Checklist when used as a training material within a course.Here’s how I’ve set it up: My course contains two training materials: one HTML training material and one Observation Checklist. The Observer assigned to the checklist is the Direct Manager, while the Approver is the HR Manager of the learner. The goal is for managers to be notified when they need to complete the checklist. According to the Docebo Knowledge Base, a notification should be triggered when the learner clicks on the checklist within the course. However, even when this step is completed, no email is sent, even though all notification settings appear to be properly configured.I also tested using the

I have a SCORM e-Learning with several chapters loaded as separate files in a course. The course is quite long and we don’t want users to skip around between chapters. Normally we have the Next and Previous button turned on so users don’t have to leave the screen to continue on. But with sequential ordering the Next button is essentially useless. The SCORM file is not marked completed until after the user exits the SCORM file. So if a user hits next they receive a pop up that says“Prerequisites Not MetTo unlock this lesson you must first complete the following:”It then lists the exact Chapter that they just finished. Has anyone found a way to trigger the end of a SCORM file without exiting out of the SCORM file? 

Does anyone have some insight on the .csv upload process to create new sessions/events for a VILT course? I have to be making it harder than it needs to be. I’ve downloaded the sample template, but even with that I have to upload several times to figure out the format it is looking for (upper case vs lower case, date formats etc). Even once I can get one in there I’m still missing a lot of info and have to spend time going back in and adding details.  We are a small team (2) who spend a lot of time creating new sessions so would love to make the entire process more efficient but at this point I spend more time just getting the file to load I can do it manually just as quickly. Hi, Update suggestion!With last week’s update on the new Notification process, we have experienced a few issues. Reminder for class email - Session starting: Trigger filters Only show Course or Learn plan.  We cannot view if the course is an e-learn or ILT. With hundreds of courses and sessions, it is critical we be able to identify the correct course by type. Reminder for ITL visibility  for only ILT Courses, not LP, not e-learn. 

Hello,Unsure if anyone has had this issue before - I’m creating a new menu/page for learners under a secondary domain.For some reason, it has a logo that I don’t seem to be able to update (when I look in the ‘configure look and feel’ branding bit, I can only see the current logo used on a different domain - although I suppose I am logged in as superadmin to that domain?)I’ve configured menus, pages and catalogues but haven’t found the option to update it in any of those. Thanks for all help :)

Hi community,Our company is currently setting up the basics in Docebo, and I’m working on creating group rules to assign specific courses to the right learners.For some beginner groups, we want to automatically assign users if they have not completed certain courses—so we can guide them to the right learning path.However, it looks like Docebo only allows group rules based on users who have enrolled, completed, or are in progress with a course. There doesn’t seem to be an option to target users who haven’t completed a course.Has anyone found a way to work around this? Or is there a way to do this with custom settings or CSS? I’d really appreciate any tips or suggestions!Thanks so much in advance!

Hi, I need some help with reporting on Team Members fields in the user profile. I’ve setup multiple managers that can be assigned to a user. How do I get a report with these new manager fields?  I’m using the Custom Report: New Report > UsersManager Assistant Manager Lead Safety ManagerThe Manager field displays on reports. The Assistant Manager, Lead, and Safety Manager fields do not display on reports. New Report > Users report field options shows the Manager and many of the fields from the Additional Fields tab, but none of the fields I need from the Team Members tab.Am I using the wrong report?   

Hi there, We group our courses into catalogs so that learners are able to enroll themselves into whatever training they prefer. Unfortunately, the status only shows as enrolled or subscribed so it’s difficult for learners to know which courses they have completed within the catalog. They only know if they are enrolled in the course. Does anyone know if there’s a way to change this to also show if they completed the course? Otherwise, they have to go into the course to see if they have completed it. I appreciate it! 

I’m attempting to clean up what I believe are some duplicate groups. Before doing so, I want to be sure that I’m not deleting any groups that are assigned to enrollment rules.Aside from clicking into each enrollment rule and recording which groups are assigned to it, is there a more efficient way to identify which groups are tied to enrollment rules?

Checking to see if I’m the only one seeing this in case it is connected to the way we create our surveys…I’m testing out the new Surveys - Individual Answers Report Type (which I’m very excited about, BTW), and the Questions are showing in HTML format (e.g., “<p>Please indicate your level of agreement with… </p>”).   Some of the User Answers are doing the same.  Is this by design? I’m sure I can do a search and replace to get rid of all the HTML tags, but that is not terribly efficient. I’m hoping this is a bug and will be fixed in the near future. Other than that - LOVE the report option!

Does anyone face an issues with the Learning Plans tab not showing number of mandatory courses and percentage in progress in user personal summary page?Is there any known issue with this? Because before it would show you a number of mandatory courses and a percentage completed.
