We just created a group with 7000 people in it. We then went to assign a course to this group. On the last page of the enrollment process, the group showed zero members. When we tried to run the enrollment/assignment, we saw a red box at the bottom of the screen without words. (see below). Has this happened to anyone else? Do we need to wait for the group to process longer before assigning? 

Has anyone had issues in the last 24 hours with Enrollment Rules not triggering when users are added to a group?

Hi everyone, as we know the file size limitation is 40MB  for video uploads to an assignment.  We need our users to demonstrate certain complex software and upload the demonstration videos as assignments, so 40 MB is not enough.  Could you share how you achieve this?  We’re a global company so we need to consider access limitations across different countries, e.g. China.  Thank you for the help!

Hi,When an employee doesn’t attend an ILT session that they have booked onto, they are unable to rebook onto an alternate date, even when we mark them as absent.We then have to disenrol them from the session, so that they can rebook onto a new date. Is there something we are doing wrong? I don’t want to disenroll them when we mark the attendance, as we then lose the data of the non attendance. I want to be able to mark them as absent, and then they are able to rebook onto a new date - is there something in the settings I need to change? ThanksCharlie

Hi all,Is there a way to change the session location after it’s been created? If we change the location on the events, it triggers multiple notifications. 

Is there a way to CC someone on Docebo notifications? For example, when a customer is enrolled in an Onboarding Learning Plan, I’d like to notify them and copy the account manager, customer success manager, or project manager (whichever is applicable). Is this possible? I thought I heard that this was a new feature when I attended the Inspire event. Thanks in advance for your help. 😊

My organization delivers training to employees, customers, partners, and prospects. We provision employees through our HRIS system, but we lack a formal integration for our external users, which leads to manual and cumbersome workflows. I'm curious to know how folks in the community are provisioning in customers, partners, and prospects. I have some ideas, but I'm interested to learn what is common and best practice among the experts here. 

Is it just me, or is there no longer a way to see from the Notification Management screen if the notification has users or courses/LPs associated with it? Before, there were little icons, like the current legacy catalog page, that showed a number by an icon for courses and a number by an icon for people. I don’t see that now. Is that just me? I tried to find a post or suggestion or other thread about this but couldn’t find it. If I’m right that it’s gone, do we know why? Do we know if it is planning on coming back?

New to Docebo and haven’t found help on this from helpdesk so anything is appreciated. In our previous LMS we could make the content (session) “available” to a group then send a custom NOTIFICATION out through the system to the target audience. If they wanted to enroll then they could from the notification. I haven’t found a similar option in Docebo. In Docebo you can “Enroll” the target audience and they can accept or decline. BUT this makes it impossible to manage your seats. I set up an ILT that has space for 145 people to attend. I chose to “enroll” the target audience of ~ 900 people, thinking it would give the 145 seats to the first come first serve.But, it only sent to 145 of the 900 even though the are awaiting response now.

When creating conditions to automatically organize users into groups for our enrollment needs, I’ve found a limitation in the operators available. After scouring the community, I’ve come across some articles (Conditional Rules (for things like "User Additional Fields" in Automatic Groups) should have the same options as filtering in the User interface: "does not contain," "begins with," "ends with," and more.) where Docebo has officially parked the idea.  I can leverage the filters in the Users menu, but that process is intensive and manual.  Details:User Additional Field is a Free Text Field with comma-separated values. I.e., 001,004,009,051Eligibility and Conditions

I have enrolled over 500 people into a course a few days ago and many of them did not realize they were enrolled. I set up a new email notification that will “email users when they are enrolled in a new course” however they have already been enrolled days ago. Do i have to re enroll them all for them to get the new email notification?

Newbie here! Is there a way to mark several learners as complete in a course… without the use of an API? Such as a CSV import? Please help!

Hello Community, I am working on a Connect RAAS recipe for creating users from UKG to Docebo.  On the step for Create Users in batch in Docebo.  How do I answer the following questions, if we are using OKTA SSO for logins to Docebo? Here are the mapping fields I need to determine below:OptionsChange User Password (Yes/No)Update User Info (Yes/No)Ignore Password Change for Existing Users (Yes/No)Branch Option (Existing/Do Nothing)  

I am looking for some advice on how to best set up a course.  We are running a series of ILT courses (101-104) for our EE’s.   We run all four courses every year and sometimes multiple times per year.  So that’s 4 courses for each EE to complete.   Last year, we ran the 101-104 4x with different groups of EE’s, so we ran 16 actual events across 4 courses.  I created sessions for every time we ran the course like 101 ran on 5/21 and 101 run on 6/22, etc.  And then 102 run on 6/20 and 102 run on 7/3.  What is/was the best way for me to set up this course, so I could have correct tracking of attendance for the actual date folks went to each course.  I did not use “Events” last year as we are new to Docebo and did not know how to use them.  I’m still a little blurry on this.   I have myself so confused on how to fix this, I can’t see straight.  Help! 

We have developed a recipe in our sandbox. When we run the recipe we get a 400 error in step 16 of our recipe. This step is an user update step where we want to populate the expiry date of the users based on the variable set in step 15. See attached screenshots. The recipe generates a 400 error but our test user  is receiving the new value for the expiration date.When we use the JSON code from the recipe (input) in the APi-browser (manage - user - Updates an existing user with the provided account information) , the update is perfomed with success (no error presented).Does any oneknow why we get this 400 error in our recipe and how to resolve this issue?Thanks,Wim

Is anyone else unable to see trigger filters for migrated notifications? We have notifications specific to each course and am unable to even search for that course in the Trigger Filters - it will be excluded from the list of courses. This highly anticipated launch of the new notifications system has been extremely disappointing. 

Question:  Is there is a way for users to tap into uploaded resources without making it a course? The scenario/problem: We are trying to upload a lot of documents, add it to a specific space organized by folders, then have a search function for users to be able to find what they need and download/view the file. What we don’t want is to add the files to a course where learners have to enroll or “retake” the course every time they want to access the resources. Essentially, a repository of resources for users to have access to without making them enroll into a course to access the files.  What I have tried: I know I can make a course and add a file repository widget where all the files are searchable, can be in folders, and users have the ability to download/view. We want this but not as a course! The other downside of this way is each file has to be uploaded one by one -- I am trying to upload A LOT of file

Good morning Training Avengers! Someone asked me this morning and I wasn’t sure why this was the case - Continue Your Learning Activity is an automated Docebo widget for picking up where you left off. If someone is IN PROGRESS when we put it in maintenance mode (we do this for archiving), it still shows in this widget. Is the only solution to also archive enrollments? We don’t always do this for every single course, it’s time consuming when you  get more than 200 enrollments and have to do it via API. 

Does anyone know why the user management screen often changes the # of users it displays on one page? More then one person on my team have brought it up and I have seen it happen, but don’t know why it changes. From 15 to 18. It is odd and unpredictable.

Okay so I figured out at least one issue with the notifications. Not solved, mind you - I just realized what the issue is.I had a power user ask why they could not see one of the notifications they created. i logged in as that user & recorded all of the notifications they could see. Then I looked at the notifications from my own account & searched for the items that they should be able to see. After opening each one - both those the user could see & the ones they no longer could see - I determined that they no longer have visibility of the notifications that I &/or my fellow SuperAdmin had to alter. Which, given the amount of effort we had to put into deactivating those with inadequate filters, was a lot.Now that I have it figured out, I’ll submit a ticket, but i wanted to share this w/ everyone so they know what to look forward to.

I know this has been discussed in the past and I thought it was discussed as being in the pipeline. Is there a way to exclude users fitting certain parameters or even individual users from Groups? Ideally, this would be automated inclusions and exclusions, but am I imagining this? Or is it a reality?

The new course page layout shows the instructor's emails after someone has completed a course. Is there a way to hide the instructor's email from displaying on the course page? Maybe CSS can be applied? We use a shared inbox and do not want customers emailing the instructors.
