When archiving or unenrolling an individual from a course what happens to that persons survey data?

I want to add a course to our New Hire learning plan.Users who joined the organization in July or after should be enrolled in this course. Users who joined before then should not be enrolled in the course.A branch/LP enrollment rule currently assigns this learning plan to our root branch + descendants.How would you do this? (Should I let the existing enrollment rule fire, then manually unenroll people who joined prior to July? Or is there a better way?)Thank you! 

HelloI have 4 courses which are an Observation Checklist only. A team (share one login and password to view LMS) are notified that a user has enrolled into the course and the assessment team will see the OC to complete as TO DO. The setting in the training material are set to YES for end object marker which marks the course completed when the assessment team complete and submit the OCThis process only triggers if a user who is enrolled actually physically opens the course. I have tried to enrol and mark as completed as a superadmin but this process bypasses the notification trigger.Apart from login as the user to activate the trigger is there a way anyone can think of activating this process without the user having to open the course? Thanks

We have had a lot of requests asking if there is an option to search newsletters that have been sent out. Hi everyone, I looked for this but did not find anything, apologies if I have missed it. We would like to use checklists for our Instructional Designers to use as they work through a project. The idea is, have groups in the checklist, then instructional designer can tick as they work through it, and submit a group at a time to the direct manager. Is this possible, or can only submit the whole checklist? Thank you in advance.

Hi,If a user has previously completed a course and is later enrolled into a Learning Path (LP) that includes that same course:Will the course be automatically marked as completed within the LP, and which date remains for course completion; historic or enrolled? Will course-level notifications still be triggered—specifically the one that alerts the user's Direct Manager to approve the course enrolment (which is a required step in our organisation due to rostering and pay)?

Hello everyone,So it looks like a new look for the catalogue calendar view rolled out. This morning, all of our pages in our LMS that used this view as a widget is stretched and looks weird (because the new look is bigger than the old one). Is there a way to customize the look of the calendar view for catalogues somewhere?Any help or tip would be greatly appreciated so that we don’t have to redesign our pages to fit this size.

We want to issue a certificate to users the first time they take the course and not allow them to access the content without reissuing a new completion date on their certificate. Would the best solution having a training test material and have that as the end object marker so that the course completion date is set to that date?  Or would accessing the additional training material affect the completion date?  I’m currently testing this theory, but I’m wondering if anyone has already set something up like this. I do want learners to be able to access course content after they’ve completed and passed the course.I do not want them to be issued a new completion date.   

My team is having all sorts of formatting issues when copying and pasting our course descriptions from Word to Docebo. Does anyone have any suggestions on a better way to bring in the descriptions?

As many of us have experienced, in the past Groups and Enrollment Rules didn’t interact in an intuitive way: As detailed in the post above, my team came up with a workaround we called the “hard refresh” in which we temporarily deactivated a group by inserting “impossible logic” which blanked out the group population and then we removed the contradiction so that the group would populate properly again, and the “new” people would be assigned the content.I’m happy to say that Docebo’s new “active/inactive” toggle for Groups takes care of this issue in a much easier, more logical way. Hello everyone,I'm working with a client and we're facing a limitation with reporting on quiz attempts in relation to archived enrollments.🔹 Context:Learners are allowed two attempts on a quiz.Once both attempts are used, the instructor archives the enrollment to reset the learner’s progress and allow them to retake the quiz — without losing previous data (very important!).This was a workaround we found, as there is currently no native “reset attempts” feature that retains attempt history.🔹 Problem:When viewing archived enrollments (both from the Content Management Report tab and custom reports), we can only see: Enrollment date Completion date Status (e.g., In progress, Completed) Score ➤ But the number of attempts for the quiz

We want our managers to add comments when they review observation checklists. We have put in clear instructions and still many skip through this and leave it blank. Is there a way to force this? 

What setting do I need to enable to allow a Power User to assign a course to a catalog?I have assigned them all catalogs under “Assigned Resources” and have given him “View” for Course Catalogs. 

I was just curious if anyone has started using the Mobile Learning: GoLearn QR code to mark attendance at ILT. We want to implement it, and we are testing it now in our Live system. We have a Branded Docebo app. When we check the box for use the QR code on the Event and then get the QR code from the course page, that all works fine. However when people scan the QR code (this is after the start time of the event but not before the end time) it opens our mobile app and then it just goes to course tile on their My Training plan area and not that check in window as shown in the product updates description area. The weird thing is we had one person get the correct window and check in but only one person, all others the app just opens to the course tile. Is anyone having the same problems, or could tell us what we are doing incorrectly? 

Hi everyone!I have been looking for a way to make reporting more efficient and automated through Docebo.Currently, whenever I want to update one of the many reports we have, I need to go into the platform and manually download it, or download it from my email, move it into a data folder and manually update the pivot tables in my Excel reports.I’d love to be able to automate this whole process by having an automated data refresh. PowerBI is currently not an option for my department, but that is essentially what I’d like to simulate but on Excel.If anyone has done anything like this, please let me know! Thanks!

How could I add a group or branch name to a event attendance sheet? We had that capability with our old LMS. With Docebo, all I can think of is a workaround with a couple of additional fields that need nightly updates in a round trip through our data warehouse. 

I’m brainstorming for the most efficient way for “no-shows” to be removed from a session that they registered for but did not attend. Right now, users have to go back to the session they registered for but did not attend and withdraw from that session before being able to register for another session. Any guidance is appreciated!

Hello! I’d like to get some perspective from the community. Currently, we require users to complete three ILTs during their technical onboarding. Learning Plan 1 - The Basics: eLearning 1 eLearning 2 eLearning 3 ILT/Session 1 ILT/Session 2 Learning Plan 2 - Advanced: (users must complete session 1 and 2 to unlock) ILT/Session 3 The challenge is that users cannot register for session 3 before completing session 1 and session 2. Because of this restriction, there is an inevitable gap between when users complete session 1 and 2 and when they can register and complete session 3. Users want to be able to register for all 3 at the same time. At a glance, the solution might be to just put session 3 in the first learning plan, but we encountered challenges were users were enrolling into the sessions out of order. Has anyone else’s Power Users had a view-change when accessing ‘course management’? Sessions and Enrolments seem to have been merged into one tab - not nice!  

What is the term that Docebo uses for separate environments? In other words, when we have multiple clients and they enter their own personalized version of our LMS. What documentation do you have on how we can do that? A big thanks!

Has anyone found a solid process for recording multiple completions for compliance courses (Non-LP)? Recently, we implemented multiple completions for a course but not sure if its best practice. I'd like to see what everyone else is doing for compliance courses that need to be re-taken periodically. Our goal was to not send out notifications to users until they're actually due to take it. In this case we did the archive before anyone was due to re-take  Our process we did first time in this order:Retroactively assign all completed users a 2 year certification for the compliance course Created “certification expiring” notifications so the users are reminded until its their time to retake Archive & Un-Enroll ALL deactivated users Archive & Re-Enroll the rest of the users (enrollment notification dsiabled so users wont get a notification that theyve been enrolled, we are relying on the certifica
