Hi, we have a course which includes an assignment, which is then marked by the instructor. If the instructor accidentally makes an error during marking (e.g. they mark them as passed rather than failed), there doesn’t seem to be an option to edit once something has been marked. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When a user accesses a recording of a webinar, and the Mark the event as attended if the user accesses the recordings option is selected, is there no way to automatically mark them completed when there is only 1 session and 1 event?

How do you display similar courses  that are delivered in different regions?

I want to deploy a few different campaigns to drive interest. I also want to know the effectiveness of each. I thought of using subscription codes in my campaigns. I was thinking 3 campaigns using 3 codes. I can see the users based on code usage to see campaign effectiveness. I am currently testing my use case, but it appears each scription code could only be used once. How can I configure it for multiple uses. If I can’t, any suggestions on my use case would be much appreciated.

At my institution, new hire employees receive several training assignments based on their role.  Someone else set up the original enrollment rules and notifications, and I inherited the ongoing maintenance.  I was recently horrified to learn that new employees may receive up to 5 digest notifications on their first day!  Does anyone have any tips for how I can combine those down to a single email that lists all of the courses assigned that day?If it helps, one enrollment rule assigns all of the core trainings that are required for everyone and there are 4 more rules that assign a single course each based on the individual’s role (different criteria used for each).  The same notification template is associated with all 5 enrollment rules. The event trigger for the notification is “Digest: user enrolled to a course.”

We are thinking of switching to self-registration. Currently our users are either manually added (external users) or their accounts are automatically created via SSO. We use Active Directory as the basis for OKTA, our SSO platform, and our IT dept. does not update as frequently as we would like. It also does not have all of the fields we need including branch. Switching to self-registration would eliminate the manual entry for external customers and assign branch and  current info. Does any one have experience with this? I am assuming an account created via self-registration (using the SSO password) would be able to log in via SSO subsequently. Any advice or best practices would be appreciated.

I’m adding subtitles to our video training materials and I’m wondering if someone has found a way to set subtitles to “off” as the default. While we wan’t to provide the option to use them, we don’t want them to always be on. Has anyone found a fix for this?

I sent a test email as a manager to one of their reports in My Team. The message came to my test email but it is from our academy/training email instead of the manager that sent it. Would this confuse the employee or team member about who sent them an email if the manager does not sign off their name at the end of the message? Or should we/admin set up something in the platform to make this more clear? If yes, what is the recommendation?

I am trying to create a user account for a manager and would like them to only be able to enroll their team members into certain courses but all courses appear under the options in My Team. I put the account under a different branch but even the courses that are in a category that is not assigned to that branch appears and they can enroll their team member to that course. Then the team member can access it once they are enrolled which previously, they couldn’t see that course because it was not a category for them (their branch). This account would be for our partners (a manager would like to see their team’s progress) but they shouldn’t be able to enroll them in courses that we have for internals/employees, just the courses we provide our partners.

I notices that the Emoji button is no longer available in the toolbar for course discriptions. Is this just for the moment or a long term thing? We used them quite often!

I just received an notification that Idea DL-I-1325 - Add a setting for hiding all change password related options has changed to SHIPPED.  Has anyone been able to find the switch?  I have looked and so far I have not been able to locate it.We have been struggling with inconsistent results across branches using CSS coding to hide it and are anxious to get this fix implemented.

I have always had a mantra of keep it simple with Rise 360 and you will be successful. But I wanted to check with folks that have worked with their platforms and see if there are best practices for versioning up with it.We are having alot of fun with Rise 360 and we are establishing a course for our new hire managers. I have showed off a few prototypes and people are sold on it.GreatHere is the thought. We have like 5 guides that are going to be rolled out slowly to the organization to make up a managers toolkit. Some of the content in the guides are underway and would add their own major section.Importantly - I am not looking to do major “scoring” changes with the course...as in I am not looking to change the “structure” of how the course will score with question and answers. But more content if we add sections can dramatically disturb the slide count. We will be tacking on new sections to the rise course.Any thoughts from your experiences on how to not have this approach crash and bur

Can any provide assistance with CSS code to remove the “Expiration Date” column from Courses, within Activities? During data migration this field was populated with the end enrollment date in our past LMS. Being a new LMS, users are confused by this column and think the course is expired and needs to be renewed.

Hello! Looking for thoughts or ideas - we have Learning Plans set up based on department/role.  When we add courses to the Learning Plans it adds the course to all users enrolled, which is what most folks want.  Is there a way to not have that course populate for everyone?  For example, I might be in Role ABC and have been in it for 5 years and now they created a course that is entry level and I don’t need to take it since I already know the content and it would be more for new associates in the role.  Is there a way to get it to not populate for everyone without unenrolling them from the Learning Plan?  Or any ideas on ways to get around this?

Folks - anyone having an issue with deploying learning to a group today (mapping users via a group to an enrollment)? I keep trying to load a group? But the system keeps saying there is zero users in it….but I know thats not true….

We have discovered that our catalogs when filtered show the incorrect number.  When I filter the catalog the item count will update to a new number, for example, 18 items, but when I scroll down the catalog, there are waaaay more than 18 items.I have a ticket open to figure out this issue, but curious, would anyone know if it is possible to just hide this item count with CSS?

HI,Can anyone point me in the direction of any guidance notes/help pages on automating user feed into docebo (form other systems)?  This was managed by a third party provider and I’m keen to get our own IT department to make some improvements but it would be good to pass on as much info to them as possible so they are not starting off in the dark.Any signposting gratefully received.

I apologize if this has been asked before! I am trying to set up a course when a user fails a pre-test they are forced to watch a video. Is there a way to make this work? TIA

Hi all,We’ve received feedback from our learners that they would like completed courses to be labeled “Completed” throughout the site. They find it confusing that completed courses are labeled “Enrolled” in catalogs, but “Completed” elsewhere. I seem to remember there being a discussion about this in the community a while back, but I can’t seem to find it. If someone could point me in the direction of the discussion (or related ideas), I would be really grateful. Thanks,Daniel

I recorded a screen capture as an asset in a channel but now want to create a course that includes that video.  Any idea how to transition an asset into a course?

I know there has been a post about this sometime ago and I can’t find it.  I need to report on all the courses in our system, and the only way I can do that is if I have a user enrolled in the course.  Is there an easy way to enroll someone into all of my courses? To be specific, we just need to enroll them into e-learning courses.I realized I can’t use an enrollment rule without painstakingly going through that long list and un-selecting ILTs.Has anyone else come across this and find a way to do this in a bulk action? In addition, has anyone been able to trigger an enrollment of a user when an e-learning course is created? I’m assuming someone has been able to do this with an API?

Hello!  I love reading these posts and getting some great ideas from all of you.I am a novice at css and html, usually can tweak code that someone else has done but not good at creating my own ‘stuff’, so I’m coming to all of you for help. The status boxes as show below (Not Started, In Progress and Completed), I would like to have the Completed ones have a different coloured background than the In Progress one.  Is this doable?I would like this change to happen across the system, not just necessarily on the page this screen shot came from (My Courses and Learning Plans).Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I’m exciting to use My Teams but I one thing holding me back. I was wondering if anyone else has come across an issue with Managers being able to select their team from all users. Is there a way you all have worked around that? There could be a confidentiality issue there for us.

I am used to mapping in a group because a person has been enrolled in a learning plan. Has anyone had luck to help filter out people that would be part of a “duplicate, snapshot” learning plan. The use case is we have a contingent workforce that are working with us on a work order basis (and not a new employee /.term basis) - a person can have multiple work orders throughout the year and come and go….so I want to avoid deploying a n LP to a person that has already taken an equivalent “snapshot” learning plan .The two LPs actually have the same learning objects - so that makes it easy - and the records are kind of clean - but if I can filter folks from the group side of the story? Then I believe I can avoid enrolling them again if they already took the content in question. So by them not taking an LP or having these statuses with an LP? It is one of the pieces that will contribute to eligibility moving forward.

Hello Everyone,Has anyone customize the login page? Apart from custom css option, is there any other way to customize this page?if yes, can you share your login page and how did you do it?It could be great if you can share here with the community.Thank you,
