How to configure the recipe schema to accept and update new field coming from workday and update

I have a request to add a new employee field as additional field in docebo on user level.LMS admin has already created a placeholder field in the user additional fields.how can I update the schema to map the new employee id value coming from workday and update the additional field in docebo?

To be able to sync Docebo timezone with Workday

Hi All,We are in a situation where Docebo’s user preffered timezone and time zone data in workday are in different formats.For eg Docebo user preffered time zone stores like GMT +2 Asia/TelAvivwhile workday stores like GMT+02:00 Israel Time (Jerusalem).We want to sync the timezone from workday to docebo via the integration/receipeWe are able to sync the timezone free field on user profile but the user prefference timezone is a list and timezone can only be choosen from it.has anyone faced similar issue or have any suggestionsThank you alreadyThanks

LinkedIn Learning integration

Hello community, We're considering integrating LinkedIn Learning into Docebo to get some content from them and we have some details that are not very clear for us.I would be very interested in getting to know your experience with LinkedIn Learning, especially on the below topics:How the implementation took place? And how long it takes By default catalog with all LinkedIn Learning courses - can be deactivated? If a user accesses a course from this by default LinkedIn Learning catalog - will this behave as a imported course? Appears in Course Management section and the report will be available directly on Docebo? From LinkedIn Learning we can import learning paths or courses, but can we also import just a lesson from one course? Let’s say there is a course with 3 lessons inside (videos) - can we import only 1 video and use it as a training material for one of our course in Docebo? Lessons learned All feedback appreciated!

GoToWebinar integration

Hello,I’m new to Docebo and working through initial setup of GoToWebinar integration. Within our team we have ran one successful test webinar which included use of a post-test as the marker for course completion and awarding of the certificate. While the test run went well, I’m uncertain about several things an hope that the community can help. Launching the webinar: While attendees joined the webinar via their course enrollment links, I didn’t see any or button inside Docebo for the organizer, so the webinar was started via the GTW session established by the Docebo event. Is that the correct way for one to host a session via the integration?Co-organizers: When I schedule an event in Docebo, the resulting GTW session only lists me as the organizer. While organizers can be added from within GTW, that adjustment never appears on the other organizers GTW dashboard. Does this mean that there can be only one organizer on a webinar established via the integration tool? Thanks in advance for

Havard Manage Mentor (integration into Docebo via Go1)

Hi all - I’m wondering if anyone else has taken the Harvard Manage Mentor modules via Go1? Our integration is not working properly (completed courses are not updating to show as complete on the learner’s record). We are getting a lot of messages from users. Docebo, Harvard and Go1 seem unable to get to the bottom of it. Becoming very frustrating. Would appreciate hearing about any similar experiences or advice on how to resolve. Many thanks, Andi

Anyone else using Power Automate with Docebo APIs to

I have built a custom connector into our organizations office365 power automate setup which allows me to build mini-apps to solve problems quickly. Wondering if anyone else is doing similar, and what they are doing. A few examples of how we have been using or are working on now are:ILT/Classroom Scheduling Tool: A wizard experience to let our users schedule and enroll users into sessions quickly, view overview video on it here.  Send hourly reports to an FTP server for processing, changing the format slightly. This keeps us from needing to configure 24 automations for each report. Set time zones for users on creation based on what office they are in. Bulk add users to a manual group from a csv file of usernames or email addresses. Send a daily report to our national instructors of the enrollment status of their classes each morning. Monitor for new branch creation and update processes based on it. Use a csv file with 4 pieces of information per session to schedule 150 ILT sessions a mo

Allow Google Analytics 4 to work in Docebo

Allow tags from Google Analytics 4 to work in Docebo and allow us to add the tags to the right location of the home page HTML code such as adding a Google Analytics 4 tag to the header and body of the home page.  We need a way to directly add Google tags to the header and the body as specified by Google.

Microsoft Teams error adding file in chat on ITL/VILT

Hi EveryoneIs anyone experiencing issues adding a file to the chat whilst in a VILT/ITL session through Docebo?We have a couple of reported incidents where we havent been able to add a small file to the chat, even in session or once complete.Anyone experienced anything similar recently.Weve done some testing and cant seem to replicate the issueThanksSam

Course unassignment/unenroll from Branches

We are looking for an API, where we can un-assign a course directly from a branch, so all the users of that branch will be unassigned/unenrolled from that course.(it need to done via 3rd party also)We have access to below url and can test it once we get any API for this requirement. https://nweastaging.docebosaas.com/api-browser/In my previous post we got the answer for group to branch assignment which can be done via https://nweastaging.docebosaas.com/api-browser/#!/audiences/Audience/Audience_audiences_v1_audience_uuid_users_0_1 Now we are looking for opposite of this API, so un-assignment/unenrollment of course from a branch. Really appreciate if someone can respond or help. Thank you

Cybersource and Docebo Bill Me Option

Has anyone configured the Docebo/Cybersource integration to support both credit card payments and a bill me later option?  Is this even supported?  I’ve not been able to find any information in the Docebo documentation. I know that Cybersource has an .api for a bill me option, but I don’t know if it can be implemented with Docebo.Thank you.

Cybersource: eliminate billing informationrequirement when users add a 100% off coupon

When certain products within my organization are sold to a customer, training boot camps are required and the costs are included in the sales contract.  The boot camps are open courses, and they are available for purchase /enrollment in our Docebo-based university.  For those customers whose training costs are included in a product sales contract, we provide a coupon, which allows them to enroll at no cost.  The issue we have is that even though the cost is reduced to $0.00, users still have to provide billing information. Once the billing information is provided, users can enroll without providing credit card information. However, if billing information is not entered correctly, the enrollment is denied, but the coupon limit is reduced even though the transaction did not go through. Is there a way to remove the billing information requirement when a coupon provides a 100% discount. Thank you,

Docebo - Zoom v2 integration issue: meetings keep changing when Docebo Event is updated

Hello everyone,Throwing this out there trying to see if we are the only ones experiencing this issue. Tried to take it up with Docebo Support who said it was an issue with Zoom and Zoom Support telling me it must be an issue with the way Docebo makes the link. (I also lean towards the latter.)Background: We commercially offer trainings for orthomolecular therapy and other health related topics to external people. Our hosts (some 15 people, based in different countries) are successful therapists / medical professionals, mostly employed on a per-event-basis and have their own busy businesses to run outside of that.What do we experience?When we create an ILT event and want to use the Zoom v2 the meeting gets created just fine.HOWEVER, if we make ANY update to the event (even just clicking “Save” without changing anything), i.e. switching the trainer, the original Zoom meeting is deleted and a new one is created.What’s our problem with that?Our hosts are not technologically savvy and all a

Rotating TLS/SSL Certificate via an API

Hello, My organization uses Docebo on a custom HTTPS domain. We basically follow the steps outlined by Docebo, here. Manually rotating certificates has become a pain point, it’s hard to pin down ownership and our team generally avoids repetitive manual tasks. As it stands now, we delete and upload a new cert on a regular cadence. Seems like a perfect opportunity for some automation.  Is there any API endpoint to rotate TLS/SSL certificates?

API to Change ILT completion date

Hello All, We had some ILT course management issues which caused the wrong completion date to be updated.I'm looking for an API to perform the correction. The only one I found was /learn/v1/enrollments, but I can only update multiple users, in the same course, same session and same completion date. This generates a lot of processing.Can you suggest another endpoint that I can update in a single processing, multiple users, multiple courses, multiple sessions and multiple completion dates?Thank you.

Outlook Recipe to Add Calendar Invite on Instructors Outlook

Trying to get a calendar invite for our instructors in Docebo. Currently, instructors are adding themselves as a participant to the learner so they can get the outlook calendar invite. Anyone know what steps I can take to add a recipe to my connector that will send calendar invites to the instructors?

Using the ExecutionID in the 'Get exported report file stream' API call

I am extracting the ExecutionID from the following ‘export report as csv’ API endpoint:GET /analytics/v1/reports/{report ID}/export/csv  The ExecutionID is required to make the following ‘download filestream‘ API Call:GET /analytics/v1/reports/{id_report}/exports/{id_export}/download When I make the ‘download filestream’ call , I get the following error:{"success":false,"error":"Extraction download not ready","errorCode":1005}  This is happening because when I make the first call, it processes the CSV file hence is busy when I make second API call. Anyone know of a work around for this?  Is there a way to turn the export csv off via  parameter?

Is anyone hosting ecommerce outside of Docebo?

We have been unsuccessful configuring ecommerce within Docebo using the A.Net app for our training purposes. We are now looking to host ecommerce outside of Docebo and inside of our web site which has a functioning ecommerce. The solutions suggested by Docebo are not acceptable either. ne solution was to use iframe and since iframes will soon not be supported we had to say no to this suggestion. The other two options, one mimics what we already do and the other is JS coding, which will delay your launch and will add significant costs to the project. Has anyone undertaken a project to host ecommerce outside of Docebo?

MS Teams Polls/Breakout Rooms

Greetings, we have integrated MS Teams into Docebo and were successfully able to run simultaneous meetings. However, when doing so neither instructor is able to create polls or initiate breakout rooms.  I’ve been reading previous posts about this issue and am hearing two different perspectives.Are these tools expected to work for a designated instructor or is the integration between the two a streamlined version of Teams?

API endpoint for sending an external assessment's score and to mark a course as complete

So I’ve been searching for an endpoint that would let me mark a course as complete and import a score. I am already connected to Docebo through a data ingress API and I have the course ID, student ID, and user name. I can’t find anything on the API endpoint menu (though I am super new at this and probably looking in the wrong place). Any help would be great!

API Endpoint: /learn/v1/courses/report -- missing fields?

Hi,I’m trying to see the users enrolled in courses. I’m using the /learn/v1/courses/report endpoint. According to the Response Sample in the API Browser, this data should be included:However, those fields seem to be missing and my returned data starts with idCourse, code, etc.: screenshot of Power Query field selector of returned dataI have superadmin permission. Is there a reason this is missing? Should I be using a different endpoint? Thanks for any insights.

Can you deactivate users via contact sync

Can you deactivate users via Salesforce Contact Sync.?I have mapped the Docebo “Active” field with our salesforce “Contact Active” field and when I run a sync, users who should be deactivated in docebo still have the green checkmark on their status.I have tried multiple variations of the salesforce “contact active” field - i have tried a checkbox, True or False, Yes or no, AND 0,1 but nothing seems to work.
