Hi, I have use case where i have to set users to Active and Inactive based on the start date and date left that are additional fields in docebo. I want to fetch the users which have start date(which will never be null) as past dated and are Inactive to Move them to active. The first endpoint is to get the users with start date in past and users being Inactive.Also, I want to fetch specific set of users which are Active but have leaving date additional field as not null and in past to move them to Inactive.  Both Start Date and Date Left additional fields are Date Type I am not getting the filters which will be apt here to pass in Query Parameters in Rest APIs. if anyone can help me here that will be great. Thank you so much.

So in the Advanced Settings > Self Registration section there is an option to make first and last name mandatory for users. We want first and last name to be required for our users, but all of our user provisioning will be coming from auth0. I can make first and last name fields available in the auth0 signup page, but I’m not able to properly set the “additional fields” section of the Auth0 settings to map first name and last name from Auth0 to docebo. When I make the fields required on the Docebo side user provisioning fails. Was anyone able to successfully implement Auth0 with required first and last name? Anybody know a way to debug the auth0 configuration on the docebo side? Audit trail is not helpful here.

HI, I need to update the  Additional field which currently set to a Date and having Data type set to Date to Null through API. Anyway we can do it?

Has anyone been able to update a records completion date to a date in the past with the Docebo API explorer? I tried the following. The API functioned but the record completion date did not change.Learn > Enrollment > Update enrollment of user to course (Single update)PUT    /learn/v1/enrollments/{course_id}/{user_id}DetailsWe have some safety training records that were moved. The user’s record is set to complete on the day they were uploaded, and the completion date reflects this. But they need to be updated with the actual dates.In the API I can use the command shown above to put an updated date into the system, and all goes well with the API, but the date shown and the system does not match. But in the admin interface I can manually update the individual record to a date in the past and this works fine.

Is this the case?

Has anyone been able to enable the dial in option for MS Teams in their Teams integration? We need to be able to use the feature and Docebo support said it isn’t supported but I am not sure if that is correct. it seems like a permissions thing through Azure but we can’t seem to figure it out. 

Is it possible to pass actual scores from SCORM to Docebo (and have Docebo receive and log them)? It appears not.  I am trying to make jeopardy and wordle games-as-courses with streaks and leaderboards. Streaks I can do, and I can fudge leaderboards using times completed with (identical) daily unique courses (pointing to the same webpage), but I can’t figure out scores (other than tracking those on the webpage itself, outside Docebo, using SSO to track userID) Also it appears if I want to iframe on iOS (for both webapp and app) I have to do this in a course - iframing on Pages only works on computers - correct?

Hi all - long time member, first time poster here! Our organization has been with Docebo for a year now, and 3 of our greatest points of friction with the system are user management, reporting, and enrollment automations (and what we really need are un-enrollment automations as well), which all lead to a continuous time-suck for our LMS admin. Dealing with support desk tickets, putting together reports, and managing manual workarounds waste hours of time every week. Our internal data management team has created an API connection between Ultipro (our HRIS) and Docebo, which handles user management, and also includes a few automation scripts that do things like assign power user profiles and assign users to branches, but it is very clunky and is vulnerable to all sorts of issues, which our internal resource does not have the bandwidth to truly dive into. Plus, there are just certain Docebo data end-points in the back end that simply are not fully e

Hi we can't play LI courses imported from the course marketplace.We just get a grey screen with “www.linkedin.com refused to connect”.This looks like an iframe permission problem and the client error thrown is:Refused to frame 'https://www.linkedin.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'self' pemberly.www.linkedin.com *.microsoft.com *.teams.microsoft.com *.learningapp.microsoft.com https://onyx.www.linkedin.com jisctest.docebosaas.com jisc.docebosaas.com". Unfortunately no permutation of manually adding domains to the Iframe allow list helps (nor by the look of the ancestors list should it as the LI ones should be baked in as part of the integration) Users accessing via SSO and already logged in and this has previously worked for us...or am I just falling foul of this for the first time (new window works) - perhaps we got luck in choosing/testing cour

Hello all. Looking to start a conversation with those of you integrating Docebo with Zendesk. We have done so at my org with some success but question the viability of it for our use case going forward. Would love to hear from others about what they are doing. So let me start by telling you a little about our setup and what we see as some issues for us.We use Zendesk for 2 purposes:We have a resource bank of hundreds of games and activities for teachers to use with kids along with loads of quick tip sheets and other “document-like” resources. These are housed in the Zendesk Guide (KB) functionality. We “integrate” this by adding a “Resource Center” link on the users' menus. We also have a widget on the user’s pages to take then to the Resource Center.  We use the little help widget so when the user logs in to our lms they get a little help button that they can click to a) search the resource center and b) ask for help (this creates a support case in Zende

We have an outside consultant developing training modules using Articulate. They will be saving them as SCORM v 2004 4th Edition (they say that is the only 2004 version Articulate saves).Docebo knowledge base says docebo supports 2004 3rd Edition.Does anyone have experience developing in Articulate and using SCORM 2004 4th Edition?  Do you know of any issues?

Set up WebHooks on user.created / user.updated event. But there is no custom field including in payload.Is there a way to get extra fields in payload?

Hi community! I’m looking for advice from anyone who has done this in the past:I’m about to switch to a new custom domain for our instance. I have emails configured using DKIM in the zone I’m using for the current DNS config.My question is - If I create a new zone for the new domain, can this exist in parallel with the existing zone that also manages email? Or will I need to copy the MX records for the email across too?).  My understanding is that you can use multiple zones to access the platform from multiple addresses anyway so this approach should be fine but it would be great to hear from anyone with first hand experience.
