I have a custom public page that uses HTML and custom CSS to act as a home page and hides the catalog page and the links in the navigation bar.When I turn on the new Admin Navigation, it “un-hides” those links and “un-hides” the catalog page.I am sure it’s just a piece of code somewhere, but I am not sure where. 

We have created a scheduled report for external trainings waiting for approval that runs every three days.  The vast majority of the time, there is no data in the report (not trainings waiting on approval). Is there a way to only have the report send if there is data in it?

With the launch of Companion, I was surprised to see the button under my profile that allows the user to self-configure access to the extension. Tried a dozen different CSS options to hide this button and while it  seems to work in dev mode, when I load the code, the button continues to appear. Anyone had any luck hiding it permanently?Reason we would like to hide it is we need to test it and prepare a comm plans before we allow users to use it. Especially where we have no spaces prepared, and there also seems to be an issue with only providing the user with the root url - does not understand the concept of the sub domains (for extended enterprise)  

Has anyone figured out how to / whether it’s possible to customise the background colour of the new user menu and top banner in the new navigation mode? As you can (hopefully) see from the comparison images below (new navigation mode at top, legacy version below) we previously had the whole page including top banner all one colour, now it’s defaulting to white and I can’t see how to adjust this.

I’m trying to create a group that does not include users with a specific email address. Ideally that would be done with a “does not contain” operator, but that is not an option. Has anyone else need to create a group like this and did you come up with a work around? Any and All help appreciated!  

Is it possible to run a report for a particular elearning course which shows how many attempts were made on an assessment before passing and what their scores were each time?. It seems I can get a final score but nothing else. Any ideas?  Thanks 😀

We have recently implement Docebo, but have come across an issue with the ‘renew’ button for certifications and retraining. Classroom training is booked on behalf of learners by a central admin team. However, if learners click the ‘renew’ button for the associated certification after their training has been booked, it then cancels the training booking/resets the learners status. This is causing a lot of confusion for learners and additional work for our admin team. Has anyone found a solution or workaround for this?

Has anyone incorporated a chatbot into their platform? 

I’m creating learning plans for all of our users to complete this year’s annual compliance training, but I’m wondering about the best way to manage it again next year. Do most of you unenroll everyone and then re-enroll them each year, or is there a better recurring setup?

Hi Docebo Community,We have started rolling out Learning Plans for each Job Role in our company, so that learners can see the courses that are expected of them. We have encountered an issue where a certain number of the courses in the learning plans some learners will have completed already previously. When we migrated to Docebo, we (for valid reasons at the time) decided to create shell courses based on the entries from our previous LMS and our training scheduling system (Civica’s Carval HR for those curious). These shell courses were prefixed with the word “RETIRED: “ so that we could identify them as historic entries. We then created new courses in Docebo for courses we still wanted to use (so the catalogue was not cluttered with redundant and unused courses). Is there a way to run a report on how many coins users have in the platform?

Good morning or afternoon.Does anyone know off-hand if I can give Power Users the ability to create Categories in the Course Management menu? I cannot see anything about it, either on the system or when i do searches online, but I’m hoping someone could verify one way or another.Thanks!

We launched a series of Learning Plans (Bootcamp) that included 3 Linkedin Learning courses. These 3 courses are also a LIL plan that allows for a Linkedin Learning certification that a user can post to their Linkedin profile. A user launches each course from Docebo and completion is recorded in both Docebo and Linkedin Learning. However, we have a handful of employees where the completion WAS NOT recorded in Linkedin and WAS recorded in Docebo. This has caused headaches because some didnt receive their certificate from Linkedin so they could post to their profile. I cannot figure out why this would happen to some and not others. Anyone have a solution?

Has anyone had any issues with the trainings not being marked complete? We currently have the annual compliance training going on and those trainings are very long! They can take about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. We use the compliance training vendor SAI Global and they provide us with the SCORM files. The issues we have been having with half of our employee population is that their trainings progress are not automatically saved, so when they click on the ‘Resume where you left off” button, it takes them back to the beginning (for crying out loud!). But for the other half of the population, they are able to complete just fine. So I’m not sure what settings in Docebo that I should be poking around to resolve that issue. Also, does Docebo have the ability to manually advance the course progress for those whose training were not saved properly and had to start from the beginning. I can only re-take the training for a handful of employees :) as this is not ideal to

We have the LinkedIn Learning integration with around 400 courses imported into our platform and weaved throughout our learning plans etc. We’d like to explore the option of learners browsing the LI library of courses THROUGH docebo without having to import a course into the platform, similar to how we browse as administrators. Essentially, we want the experience of THIS page without the import option for them and serve as a window. Additionally, we’ve created a LinkedIn Learning Catalogue which surfaces all 10,000+ courses, but when they are imported they don’t align with our metadata and we’re aware that LI courses aren’t updated automatically etc and risk duplication if imported courses. 

We are preparing to launch a new learning program for one of our extended enterprises and are currently evaluating how best to configure skills and skills reporting for this audience. We were originally just planning to add Skills and Tags so the learners can search the catalogs.Could you share some insights on your approach for the implementation? Can the Skills Dashboard be enabled only for a specific extended enterprise, rather than globally across all audiences? Are there any limitations or considerations we should be aware of when applying this setup to a program that will initially include three catalogs and approximately 15 learning plans? Can skills still be effectively tracked and reported without using job roles, given that learners for this program come from multiple industries? 

I have a tech ticket on this but sometimes you fine folks have a work around or have encountered this and solved on your own so I’m checking here too. (THANK YOU AT DOCEBO SUPPORT TEAM for your continued effort to resolve my issue).  On Friday I uploaded a new version of a SCORM File, I rewrote an existing SCORM File instead of uploading it as new training material (which I didn’t realize maybe I should have done instead 😕). But now any person who has already completed the course or is in progress on the course is getting a White Screen and cannot load it. However new users seem to be able to see the course without issue. We tried reseting progress but that solve only worked for one user and has not worked for any additional users.  Any ideas what’s going on? And how we can address it?  Any tips to help so this doesn’t happen to us again in the future?     

First recipe and of course I can’t get it to work.  I have a webhook trigger to get the info from group.user.added.  I want to compare the group_id to only get one certain group.  I have added in an if statement but not matter how I define it, it does not match.  I have changed it to an integer, changed it to a string.  Attempted to use the group name instead.  Nothing I am doing is making it fall into the if statement.  Any help would be appreciated.  

Would it be possible to receive notifications for courses we have taken previously if an update is applied to the course?

Now that Docebo has started adding the SCORM values into the calculation of the overall course score, how is everyone handling this? Inside each of our courses, we have SCORM and tests placed in different sections (folders), so each section has a series of SCORM files (2004, 3rd Edition) and then a test (created in Docebo). Therefore each course has more than one test. We have the course set to average all scores (which used to be just the test scores, but has recently changed to average ALL scores, including the default zeros that come from SCORM files). Now that the overall course score averages the additional zeros, the score is not correct. Summary of setup:multiple SCORM in one course multiple tests in one course each test is worth 100 points, shown as a percentage course > advanced settings > scores are set to “The average of all scores taken by the user in the course.”Course

Hi everyone,Our organization is scheduled to go live on Docebo on June 1. I am a Senior Technology Trainer and am learning the LMS as quickly as possible in preparation for launch.I noticed there is no enrollment status equivalent to “No Show” for learners who register for a session but do not attend, I do see completed. While I did see that attendance can be captured on the Attendance Sheet by marking a learner as not present, my question is this:Is it possible to add an enrollment status such as No Show? Without this option, the learner remains enrolled, and the session continues to appear in their Courses to Start section on the Docebo home page.  How do you handle no shows?Thank you for your guidance.

Hi there, We are experiencing an error code we haven’t seen before when we try and assign a new course to a learning plan (we use a learning plan to manage the notifications for all our courses)Has anyone seen this/how have they rectified it? Just wondering if there’s any guidance others have used to make it work again (otherwise we’ll submit a ticket to try and figure it out) - I had a look round the forum and the help guides, but couldn’t find anything! Thanks!
