Hello all.  I have regular ILTs scheduled for the last Tuesday and the last Thursday of the month, with notifications going out at the intervals of 1 week, 4 days, 1 day & 1 hour.  However, because of Christmas in December, I have scheduled the meetings a week early.My question is:  Can I pause the notifications?  I have set new notifications for the new day and time, but I don’t want them to get the regular notification the next week.  Can I pause or do I need to unenroll everyone from the notification and then re-enroll them in January?Warm regards, Cindy

I am introducing gamification and our users have accumulated points in the old platform we switched from. I know there is a space for Points Balance if I edit a profile, but my question is… is there a way for me to import the points balance via csv or somehow or do I need to edit each user to add their points balance?Thanks. Is there a way to add external training AND have it generate a certificate for that courses, without adding an actual course they have to complete?   For instance, if my instructor is on site facilitating a class in person, can he later upload the list of students and have a certificate generated without them logging in to the course?

I have instructors enrolled to my courses so that the right people can receive notifications of course completion. But I don’t want learners to see who those instructors are because we use a shared inbox for any communication.When I open the course and click on a learning object, any that are played inline display course instructor information even though I haven’t added the relevant widget to the course.Is there a way to hide the info again?

We are setting up our email notification and using these short codes: [renew_link] and [course_code]. However, in New Outlook, links aren’t clickable, but everything works good in Outlook Classic.  We don’t want to add a note in the email saying, “Please copy and paste the links in a new browser...” and using the Outlook Classic is not encouraged in our organisation since we are transitioning to the new version. Please help us resolve this error. When a user requests a course which has to be approved how can this be set to manager approval and how does the process look from the manager perspective?  I appreciate that notifications are used but how does the actual approval work on the platform? 

Hello Wise Community,We are running a small, internal pilot using My Team before rolling it out to our external partners. We have a few questions that I can’t find answered in any documentation. Course Type: ILTs with training material attached in folders. As a user, where can you see who your manager is? The My Team page is only for manager, correct? If a manager enrolls members of their team into an ILT, how will the team members know about it? How will they know to enroll in a session? Is there a way for a manager to enroll team members into a session instead of a course? Would it be best practice to have the manager email the team through the platform with the session enrollment like? We have a notification and calendar invite for when a user enrolls in a session, but not for a course. (We used to have a notification when users enrolled in ILTs, but users found it to be too much). Versioning maybe? Open to ideas.

I’m looking for a way to notify our instructors in a course when a user submits a comment in an assignment. I am not seeing a notification that covers this, and the learner assignments area in the course has no visual indicator for a new comment, only for a new assignment submission.  In searching I did find two very similar requests for the same functionality that look to have been closed but do not mention what the resolution was. Does anyone know of a way to do this or what the past response was?  

Hello,I would like to change the message that is displayed when sent as a notification to learners. I checked under notifications, edit notification, email, description but the description field shows as blank. Would anyone have more information? Thank you

Hello, I’m hoping for some help as we have some independent resource material we want our users to access quickly at any time unrelated to courses. We’ve experienced frustration from users saying that having to ‘enrol’ and being ‘in progress’ of a resource is confusing. Is there any way to showcase resources in a more visual format? Almost like an asset library where they can download and view at their leisure. Any help or guidance greatly appreciated!

If I have a training material sat in the central repository but pull into two separate courses, is there any workaround to be able to have a different name for this training material at each course? For example we are trying to number our training materials so it would be“1.​​​​​​ ​…” in one course and maybe “4. ...” in another. Thanks

We are coming to the one-year mark with Docebo and pulling data on the conclusion of the platform for 2024. This has inspired some curiosity and I am now wondering what others have set up to look at on a recurring basis. Right now I have developed an Insight Dashboard showcasing the following data about our Customers:Registered Users by StatusRegistrations over TimeUsers Engaged in TrainingUsers by BranchIn New Reports, we pulled data to show the following:Asset - Statistic: What Assets are customer facingSessions - User Statistics: Show number of sessions and attendance for the year. 

I see many variations on this topic. Has anyone solved this yet, either with webhooks, API, magic pixie dust…I do not want to send a list of courses not complete (digest). I do not want to send the notification AFTER the learning plan is due. I do not want to make managers Power Users and give them reporting access. I am not worried about combining all direct reports into a single communication (that would be lovely, but it’s the least of my concerns).The learning plan is not in  controlled order, any of the courses could be the last course completed. Hello all!For a course I’m building learners are asked to respond a prompt each week. We’d like these responses to be visible to all course members, as part of the requirement will be that they respond to each others’ posts. I planned to have them respond in a forum, but how would I go about communicating/tracking completion of this task within Docebo? This is a feature available in other LMSs I’ve used.To my understanding, having them submit a response as an assignment allows it to be graded, but will only make it visible to the Instructor (or other users with grading permission), and an observation checklist would only allow one person to submit the checklist, and we’ll have multiple users moderating the course.Thanks for your thoughts!

Our content will be rated beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Is there a way to designate this and have it appear as a label on the “card” in the catalog?

We need to do a mass student US Mailing to students residential addresses that may have changed since registration.  We want to request that students check their street address and update it if necessary prior to the mailing.   I see a few ideals out there on similar topics and I have upvoted them but am wondering if there is current updates on this particular use case?

I am looking for a way to be able to see or receive notification when someone is added to an automatic group I’ve setup. I see that there’s a User Subscribed to Group notification but it seems like that just goes out to the user. I’m wondering if there’s another notification folks have used maybe paired with an enrollment rule that will push this notification?Use Case: We have a group setup for our “active” employees (i.e. not on leave) as well as one for folks on leave. I try to keep tabs so I can adjust due dates or enrollments for folks as needed, and of course automate as much as possible. Thanks for the help!

Hi Docebo Community,I've encountered a problem with learning plan enrollment notifications in our sandbox environment. When learners are enrolled via an enrollment rule, they do not receive notifications. However, this issue doesn't occur in our Production environment or when learners are directly enrolled into a learning plan in the sandbox.Has anyone else experienced similar issues? What troubleshooting steps or configurations have you found effective in resolving notification problems in a sandbox environment? Moreover, has anyone submitted a support request regarding this, and what solutions or feedback did you receive?Looking forward to your feedback!

Hey folks,New docebo implementation here, and I’m going to be “that customer”. We rushed (due to various internal politics) to purchase a solution to replace our archaic system, and Docebo seemed to meet all the requirements after evaluating Adobe, Northpass and some others. We did not have time for a POC, in which I would have discovered a lot of the pitfalls of the solution.In general, administration is a breeze vs the tool we had before. The central repository, managing updates to courses when accessing a course is great and a huge improvement to what we had. But, we’ve fast found out that you need to be an HTML and CSS expert to be able to do anything like what was presented to us on a sales call, or is advertised. The platform is super inflexible from a UI perspective - simple things - like being locked in to these horrible lists of icons for a page without having an o

Is anyone else been experiencing problems with notifications in the last few weeks?We have notifications sending at the wrong day/time or not all in at least one case.  We’ve reported this but are going round and round with support. They have acknowledged there was an issue but keep insisting it is fixed now but we keep spot checking and finding more issues. We have 65 different notifications with 125 courses and 583 active users. We can’t be micromanaging and checking every notification that is sent. I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this? It’s very worrying especially for ILT where timely notifications are essential. Thanks,Aimee
