We are looking for a way for a supervisor to see what outstanding courses their direct reports have. We added the My Teams Activities to the supervisors home page, however it is showing that all courses are up to date, when they are not. Looking for a way for a supervisor to be able to see what courses are outstanding for their team.  Thanks!

HiHave anyone else’s custom reports stopped working this morning?Nearly all of our scheduled reports have failed to send and we are unable to manually export.The New Reports page states “An error has occurred and your data may not be current.Your data was last updated on 7/04/2024 7:00:00 (GMT +01:00).”.I’ve logged this with our third party provider but just wanted to check if it was an isolated issue or not?Nicola.

One of my favorite Docebo features is how when you start to type a user’s name or course title into a search or report dashboard field and it pre-populates up to 10 values for you to select from. That being said, I’m wondering the logic behind this functionality, as the list doesn’t always include the existing record I’m looking for. This is more specific to user’s name as obviously there’s a lot of them. More unique names aren’t an issue. I’m curious of the criteria or algorithm the system uses to create the list.I have examples of searching for first name finding the record and not, as well as, searching for last name finding the record or not. In some instances neither find the record. I have to enter the User ID to find the record.Issue: Our power users will not always know the User ID to search. Hello,We are currently using the gamification app to run contests in our platform. Since the contest functionality is so limited, we’ve pretty much been stuck with the “complete the highest number of courses” option. However, does anyone know how the winners are ranked? For example, if we have a catalog of 10 courses and 10 employees complete all 10 courses, how does Docebo decide who is ranked #1, #2, #3? Is it based on who completed the 10 courses in the fastest time?

Hello everyone, My organization is currently onboarding Docebo as our very first cohesive Learning Management System. Currently we are trying to understand use cases for applying course additional fields.  If you and your organization are using course and/or session additional fields, can you please share which ones you use, and how and why they improve the user experience?

We are using CE Unlimited for our healthcare content, and we aren’t able to pull their content into Docebo via AICC. Instead, we created courses with an HTML page that provides a link to the course. The learner clicks on the course link and is taken to the CE Unlimited course. We have a lot of learners who are skipping the step to click the link. When they come back to the course, they see that the lesson says it has been completed, and then they submit a ticket asking why the course shows as outstanding.Is anyone else setting up courses this way, or is there a better way to direct people to content that will force them to click on a URL? I’m currently adding more language to the HTML page and a note on the Attestation Statement noting how to access the course material, but I’m wondering if there is a better way.

There is a new law in place that requires us to assign a course to all staff working in California. That enrollment rule was easy to set up, but I also need to assign the course to the Regional Portfolio Leader and Regional Vice President of anyone who works in California. The RPL is the direct supervisor for some of the staff, but may be 2-3 levels above them in other cases. The RVP is the direct supervisor for the RPL. The complication is that the RPL and RVP are not based out of California, and because they oversee so many sites, they are all assigned to our main branch, so I can’t assign it based on Branch, Location, or State Working in (fields we added). Does anyone know if there is a way to create a group based off of if they manage a property? The portfolios get shuffled around often, so I’m worried they will change who oversees the California sites and and we won’t know that someone new needs to be assigned the content. I’m tempted to just add all of them to th

We have set up our own company aligned skills in our platform and have unpublished the Docebo skills and all other skills that we want to hide for our learners. We have also turned off AI skills suggestions. While skills seems to be working properly for our admin accounts, our learners are able to see skills that are unpublished and additional skills that do not appear on our skills management at all (for example “Ajax” in the picture below). We are hoping someone can help us solve what is going on? When we originally set up our provisioning service (using API), we configured it so we enrolled users in individual courses. We’d like to move to enrolling users in Learning Plans instead, but for recurring users the expiration dates on courses are not updated if they are enrolled in a Learning Plan. So now I’m stuck using course codes but I really need the flexibility of enrolling in learning plans. Anyone else make this mistake originally? If so, what did you do to work through it? 

Hi, when filling out an address in the cart in our docebo sandbox, the “save” button is not functioning.  It appears to not fire the click event.  Can you fix this?  

I’m trying a POST request to the /manage/v1/user/batch endpoint and hit a roadblock. The option/branch_option key requires a value but I don’t know what values are allowed or what they do.In fact, 3 of the options related to branches are a bit unclear. Where are these documented? I am trying to dig deeper in ILT sessions: How do you indicate passed or failed when scoring an ILT session? Currently completed, unenroll and suspend are the options. Can we add additional fields for pass/fail and add it to this area. How do you set up session notifications for the instructors so they are notified when someone registers for an ILT session.  When I add a user to a session and then go to Enrollments & Evaluations, it shows the enrollment status, "Waiting User". Is there a notification that goes out to the stores for them to approve the session or should I not worry about that and just turn it to "Enrolled" right away? If there is a cut-off time setup for sign-ups, i.e. you cannot sign up 36 hour before session how do I manage this? If the person is a no-show, I put them as "Absent", what

Is there a way to create a notification sent to power users when a survey has been submitted by a learner?

It has been mentioned that credit tracking was going to be integrated into the platform, The issue is I can’t seem to find any resources detailing when this may occur. We use credits religiously with our trainings so this tool will be greatly utilized by us and I am hopeful we can align our integration of credits into our platform at the same times as the launch rather than attempting a clunky work-a-round with coupon codes.  Thanks in advance!

Does the Teams/Docebo integration automatically set up a calendar invite for learners? I can’t seem to send the location link in an email and I am running into a lot of issues.  

I am working on reporting for our ILT and have a filter selected to show waiting users Custom reports>Session enrollment status (including all but suspended users).There are no learners being reported as waiting users, but I know there are waiting users when I look at course management.Any ideas for a work around? Anyone else having this issue?

Hi,  We have a use case where customers by seats to ILT courses on a yearly subscription. i.e. they should be able to sign up to 5 seats each year, if they do not use the codes in the year, they are no longer valid. Then they get 5 new codes the year after. If I create codes with an expiration date attached to a subscription, is there any way to automatically send customers new codes each year or to automatically renew the same codes?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to Import  an individual enrolled users from courses into another course? From what I can tell, I can only enroll multiple users? Our workaround has been to mark the individual we want to enroll as “overbooking” or “no show” in the original course, and then select that filter when enrolling, but is there a way to just select by user?Thank you for any and all help! 

Hello,I’m trying via Docebo connect to include Custom User Fields in the anonymization process. The example which can be found within Docebo connect works well with the standard fields but does not allow me to add the custom fields as a Data pill to the recipe. The part I’m struggling with the Child recipe where you need to define in the update user step which fields you want to anonymize. However it is not possible to select the Custom user fields. I have created a custom action in order to retrieve all user data but then in this step I cannot refer to the “Filter to get users” neither to the page and the page size as is done within the standard step “update user”. Can somebody point me in the right direction please?

Hi there,  I am interested in selecting a lighter color for the “main colors” option of the Customize Colors page.   However, the text that shows up on this color is white, so it does not show up very well. I do not know how to change the text to black, so that it will show up on the lighter color.   Does anyone know a fix for making this text black?  Meagan 

Hi all, These days I ran into a strange behaviour and I’m wondering if this is an expected behaviour or not.Situation:We have a “Course survey” that is used in several courses with separated completion track. So the completion of the survey is separated per each course.For one of the courses I needed to archive the completion and reset the training materials completion for an annual re-take.One of the training material was this survey as well. So the completion of this survey was reseted for this specific course. Now when I wanted to pull out some reports for other courses for this specific survey, the results were missing.Basically for all users that were on the reset process on 1 course and this survey, the responses were reseted/deleted for all courses as well.Question:  When you have a “not shared completion track” survey on multiple courses and you reset the completion on one of the

The password reset function usually works fine and users are able to request a reset and receive to their email. Now and again, there are days when multiple users report they request the reset and do not receive it. Has anyone else experienced this intermittent issue and if so, did you find resolve? Thanks!

Does anyone else NOT want power users to be able to set validity dates on a learning plan?The new learning plan update (which is otherwise great) has give power users the ability to set validity dates on the learning plan when enrolling users. We have a large client base with numerous power users who enroll users in learning plans. We have always had all our courses always available to users as a refresher as well allowing them to complete a course after the due date. Prior to the recent learning plan update power users did not have the ability to set validity dates, now they can. The problem is, they do not know what validity dates are or the ramifications of using them. Even if we send out an email to all power users explaining it to them, many will not read it or they will forget it in 3 months.If anyone knows how I can hide the learning plans validity dates from the power users please let me know.
