Power User Profiles as an alternative to the My Team function

Hi all,I was wondering if anyone is using Power User Profiles as an alternative to the My Team function for managers. We’ve been using the My Team function, but our managers find it quite limiting for the following reasons:A lack of metrics on the My Team cards means they have to drill down individually into each card to get the information they need. This is not the best solution when they have hundreds of team members. Inability to change enrollment deadlines they set for team members. Inability to cancel enrollments they made by mistake.Our CSM has suggested setting up a Power User Profile to get around these limitations, so I’d love to hear your thoughts on how effective this can be.

Refreshing the authoring tool convo- Lectora anyone?

Hi peeps- I’m looking to purchase an authoring tool.  All the authoring tool posts I’ve found here are a year or more old, so I wanted to see if Articulate is still the general crowd-pleaser.  I do have Camtasia and I have used and loved Articulate in a previous role.  I’m a dept of one, so Rise could be a quick and dirty solution for me. I am mainly curious to see if anyone uses Lectora and prefers that over Articulate. thanks!

Email Notifications Not Sending

Anyone else having properly setup email notifications just sporadically not sending? They work 90% of the time, and not the other 10% - very unreliable

Special Characters in Course CODE names ?

We’re updating our branding which includes all SCORMS. Because we have programs currently running, I need to keep the old Courses around for a few months as I create new Courses to house the new SCORMS. I’m revising the way I name the new course CODES (makes it easier to find when creating Learning Paths) and I want to know if I’m asking for trouble if I put the [ ] marks into the CODES. For example:[V] CIHW 001 Introduction [V] CIHW 002 How to Thrive on a Hybrid Team [V] CIHW 003 Building Strong Hybrid Relationships  I was told that when I first started with Docebo that when I create new folders and groups to keep clear of special characters in the names. Is this true for CODES as well? I have a lot of creating/naming to do and want to ensure I’m not creating more work for myself. I want to keep the square brackets as we have multiple categories other than V, and it makes it so much easier on the eyes.

Session Time

Session Time used to show as Xhr Xmin in the old Reporting module for any course, session, iLT, anything. Apparently now for courses in New Reports, Session Time doesn’t work and we’re forced to use Training Material Time - which only populates the data in seconds. Why was this changed?

Scheduled New Reports not Triggering

Does anyone else experience a scheduled custom report in New Reports, randomly not triggering? We have one that triggers at 4:40 am ET every day. I had a chat with support last week and they said it could be because the daily refresh was hung up. If it starts at midnight ET and is still hung up almost 5 hours later, that’s concerning. It’s happened 5 times over the past month and a half. I’ve put in a ticket, but I’m wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences.

Content management - Content Backlog Updates

How does your team handle the content management for content backlog updates?  We are trying to develop a sustainable and simple process to use with our whole Enablement Team (instructional designers, trainers, and LMS operations).  We need to be able to identify and prioritize the work stream based upon level of effort, impact, resourcing needs, and timing.  Thanks in advance for any ideas on what’s working (or not working so we don’t go down that rabbit hole) for your team.

How do I bookmark a docebo community page?

Hello, I’m new to the docebo community, and as I find all of the great ideas/solutions that people have utilized in the past, I would like to be able to bookmark ideas so that when I am able to implement functionality down the road I can remember that there was already a quick easy solution.  How can I do this.  I’ve currently been trying to “like” a post, but don’t see that as a good way to manage it long term.
