🏆 April 2022: Week 3 Results
These results are from the week of April 18-22. I can’t believe we are almost done April, the time is just flying by! 🛩 Here are the leaderboard results from last week where you’ll find who made their way into the top 5 as well as our number of new members and any who levelled up. ⬇⬇⬇ The top 5 from the leaderboard last week were:@Bfarkas @lrnlab @gstager @dklinger @Swatson Well, @Bfarkas landed in the top spot for yet another week but not far behind was @lrnlab @gstager and @dklinger. We also welcomed back @Swatson to the leaderboard! I also thought it would be fun to take a look at who has claimed the #1 spot the most number of times (since we started these leaderboard posts in Aug 2021). As I’m sure you guessed, @lrnlab is leading the way with 15 weeks in the #1 spot, 7 of which were consecutive weeks. In close second is @Bfarkas who has 8 weeks in the #1 spot BUT all of them have been consecutive. Way to go!! Welcome to our newest membersWe dipped
A Docebo Community proposal | "If it had that one more thing"
Morning everyone from the Eastern US,I wonder if folks know that there is are many corners of Docebo that we choose not to implement because we just cant see how to fit it into our workflow out of the gate. It got me thinking - would it make sense if we had a section to openly discuss….”if it had that one more thing”...that we can gather consensus and focus people on ideas that are out there in a way that brings these “things” together better. Its my opinion - we lose some of the narrative with ideas unless someone is overly passionate about it. For example? Look below. If it only had some date range and column controls to the reports? Boom - I would deploy! I was talking to an admin that I work with this morning and we were kibitzing about the course dashboard reports that are available as well as the course report in course management. What would it take for us to go live with something like that where we are distributing the detail? It would take probably only take one to two more t
🏆 April 2022: Week 2 Results

Take a minute and check out who made it in to the top 5 last week (2 new members!!) as well as our number of new members and all those that levelled up. 👇👇👇 The top 5 from the leaderboard last week were:@Bfarkas @dklinger @kmanoj @rmccormick @TaiSaxty Another week with @Bfarkas holding on to the # 1 spot and we saw @dklinger move up to second place. @rmccormick also held on to a top 5 finish for a second week in a row and we welcomed two NEW members, @kmanoj and @TaiSaxty, into the leaderboard for the very first time last week. Congratulations everyone! 👏 Welcome to our newest membersWell, even though we didn’t hit the same number of new members that we saw last week (it was an insane 87!), we did hit our weekly goal (at least 50 members) as we welcomed 54 new members! We’re glad you’re here and we can’t wait to get to know you a little
All the links on a page a getting Forbidden 403 error
I have a page built called Product Training. On that page, I have links to several other pages containing catalogs. Everything was working great, and then Friday out of the blue, all the links on the Product Training page stopped working and gave employees the 403 error. What could cause something like that to happen?? They can access the product training page, but when they click on any of the graphics that are linked to other pages, they get the 403 error.
Check Your Data
We’ve just been made aware that the automatic Data Refresh module for Reporting no longer works. If you want to have the data generated in Reports to be fully updated, you now have to manually run a refresh once a day: Here is the direct verbiage from support: “The automatic data refreshes aren't running correctly, so data isn't being refreshed, even though your platform says the data refreshed overnight. You are correct that you should run manually data refreshes daily until this has been resolved.I've gained some more clarity on the issue. We are in the process of completely replacing the component that causes this error. This is a large update, and we need to ensure it is tested and done correctly, so we are unable to rush the implementation. The update is expected to go live in April. I have linked this ticket to the active issue, so that we can more accurately track affected users. As a workaround, you can run a daily manual data refresh from the New Reports page. The manual refre
🏆 April 2022: Week 1 Results
These results are from the week of April 4-8. Well...this leaderboard update is a day late because of the absolutely incredible week we had last week!! I mean, just wait until you see these results. What a way to start off April . Let’s see if we can keep up this momentum. The top 5 from the leaderboard last week were:@Bfarkas @lrnlab @rmccormick @gstager @dklinger If you noticed, last week we had the exact same leaderboard as the week before except for TWO things:@rmccormick took the #3 spot and made her first appearance in the leaderboard. Welcome to the top 5! Just when we thought @Bfarkas hit an incredible achievement (702 points last week), he goes ahead and knocks it out of the park again . If you can even believe it, @Bfarkas closed out last week with 1022 points. Quite impressive! Welcome to our newest membersWe kicked off our new month strong as we said hello to 87 new members!! You read that right. It’s the highest new member count we’ve had
User locked out of quiz - notification?
We have external customers that use our education. Some of the courses must be completed by passing the test within 2 attempts. We’ve set that as the max number of attempts in the test settings. Obviously, if they do not pass within 2 attempts, they are locked out of a test. Is there a way to get a notification or email when this happens? We want the information to be retained and taken seriously, but we don’t want to torture the customers. If they get locked out, We would love the chance to give them a ring and help the situation. I checked in Reports to see if course status might include those who are locked out, but it doesn’t appear to be an option. Any ideas on notifications for this situation?

Reporting on Course Duration
Hi all - when I try to report on Course Duration, I keep getting blank fields on the report. Can anyone tell me what I need to add to the Course to report on Course Duration and what data this field is actually pulling in? I thought it might be average time but I have added this to several courses and still getting a blank result. The report is looking for the duration of an eLearning course. Thanks!
Suggested or Elective Learning
Hi folks. In my world we are getting beyond the first wave of mandatory training that forces everyone through the gates which is a really great sign for us. Our usage is nice and high….a great story. We are looking to grow in the elective learning space, and I need a little bit of help.A little backgroundI am in the healthcare industry and typical to the industry I have found a training culture at our organization (Here is a reference on Training Culture vs a Learning Culture). We do have some hopes of making strides towards a learning culture, but I do know that one of the most important things is a crawl walk run model….so we will do it in crawl strides. We have batted around a few approaches and have come towards generating themes and a learning series for the year with a monthly release schedule. But - one of the things that I thought was important was to allow people to self-enroll into elective learning and not to necessarily “push” these materials out. Where I can see merits to bo

Accreditation of Courses
As an education provider in the Docebo platform, our organization would like to go through the accreditation process so that we can vet the quality of our learning plans/courses that we provide our clients. Does anyone have recommendations for a provider that they’ve worked with in this space? We are currently looking at IACET.

Hello. We are using a Docebo learning platform where the learners have to download a Word document from the course, fill it out, and the upload it to the course. Here’s the problem. We are using Chromebooks. We are able to download the documents to the Chromebooks and open them, using either Microsoft 365 and Google Docs. The problem is, is that we are unable to edit the documents. The seems to be some kind of text box on the documents preventing the students from editing them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Notification- Learner has completed or failed a test.
Hi All,I have been trying to create an email notification for when a learner has completed for failed a test. I have set this up with the conditions explained on the Notification Details spreadsheet that Docebo provides. However, when testing this the notification is never triggered (I’ve created 5 different notifications now and tested each multiple times. I’ve checked/ triedAll test questions are currently single answer type. The Instructor to receive the email is definitely enrolled to the course with instructor status. All email address are correct.Any ideas on how I could resolve this would be of great help!
