Hide left menu when embedded in Salesforce community?

SSO Seamless Authentication

Does Docebo offer seamless authentication when accessed from an SSO’s identity provider?  I have searched for this, but was unable to find anything in the support documentation or in other community posts. For example, let’s say my site xyz.com is the SAML SSO identity provider for Docebo.  When my users log in to xyz.com, I have a link that points them to my Docebo platform.  However, even though they have already authenticated on my site, they are still required to hit the SSO login button when Docebo loads.  Is it possible to configure Docebo to seamlessly authenticate from the identity provider, so a user is automatically logged in to Docebo when they access the Docebo link from my site? We have other vendors who provide this functionality, so I’m hoping Docebo does, as well.   Thanks!

Docebo and WalkMe integrations

Let’s start a discussion on how you are getting Docebo and WalkMe to talk to each other.I’ll start, I’m exporting Docebo user data to AWS S3 then running a daily S3 pick up integration to WalkMe. So i am working with the same user data and target audiences.

Removing users via API

I see two APIs; one for Delete and the other to change Status. Delete seems to fail, it triggers an oauth token refresh for some reason so before I shift to trying to set status to 0… is that a thing? What’s it for vs. deleting the user? Some very basic provisioning questions there. Other APIs seem to be fine btw, just delete seems problematic. Also side note, it looks like you cannot use the API test tool if you have SSO configured, the authorization prompt demands a username and password.

Viewing user-submitted answers in knowledge checks within Articulate Storyline

We plan to implement modules created from Storyline including some Knowledge check questions inside.Did someone did this ? if yes  tell me if it’s possible to see all answers given by learners in the statistics of their session or could we only have the global score at the end ?As it will be knowledge check and not assesment we will give them the answer if wrong. Is there an impact in the statistics?And last is there any special settings to be done on the storyline settings to provide thos info thanksAlain

Sharing content from the repository to other systems

Internally we are being asked if we can share some materials from our repository to other systems through the API?  As we build course and training we often have small segments of content our unified communication teams would like to share in our private documents site without publishing content in a youtube channel or the like.  Has anyone had luck in doing this.

Salesforce Internal & Community Integration with Embedded Docebo and SAML SSO

Hello! We recently purchased Docebo, but are having some issues integrating Docebo into Salesforce. Our use case is that we want both internal employees and external customer users to access Docebo embedded in Salesforce.  Internal users will access the platform via a tab in salesforce, and customer users will access the platform via our Salesforce lightning community.  We would prefer that both sets of users not be prompted for additional logins within Salesforce. The rub is that we require all internal business systems to use SSO via ADFS.  This is set up right now using the SAML app in Docebo.  When users access Docebo in the Salesforce tab, it initially provisions/recognizes them & loads their home page.  However, when navigating to any other area (ex. Courses), it is prompting them to log in each session. This is also an issue for our community customer users.  We do not want those users to have the ADFS SSO apply to them, or for them to get any sort of login popup whatsoever.

Login error on some browsers with Lightning Web Component

Hello,I've managed to get the Docebo Lightning Web Component mostly working in my Salesforce community, for for some users with some web browsers, we see the message 'Error - Cannot perform the login.'With me, it works with Chrome and Firefox but not Safari - see attached image below.The error is not intermittent - if it works on the browser, it works every time, and if it fails, it fails every time.Has anyone seen this? I expect it’s some problem with third-party cookie or some other security settings and will be investigating more deeply later.Thanks!Andrew

How are you using webhooks?

Hey there Docebo Community!!!One of my favorite product developments of the past couple of years is webhooks. There’s so much potential for clients to create their own “integrations”; we started with something like 20 triggers when we first released them a couple of years ago and we’re up to 61 different triggers today with more on the way.I’ve seen some internal webhook demos where you can do things like populating a Google sheet with real-time information about enrollments or completions (which is super cool), sending a trigger to other  email notification systems, and even turning on a wifi-connected lamp when an event took place in Docebo with @riccardogalimberti.I’ve been chatting with my fellow CXM, @Marina Vestita, about this and we’re curious to hear what other examples our Community can share with webhooks. Zoom issues

So we have our Zoom integration setup and it is paired as we would expect. And when I create an ILT with sessions and then events and choose the Zoom integration, we do get the button and students as well as the instructor can enter the meeting, but they enter the meeting as the person who originally setup the Zoom integration. So everyone who joins, joins as the one person….it is a party of one with multiple connections :) Any ideas?

ClicData as your connector / integrator

Folks has anyone used ClicData to act as your integrator? That go between place between Docebo and your HRIS feed?Or used ClicData for even for reporting functions. I would be curious of your findings.It seems like ClicData can manage a simple datawarehouse as well acting with a scheduler and a visualization tool….so I am thinking it can handle our basic ETL work to drop off people in branches effectively….but I am curious if anyone out there in the world is trying to do some similar stuff.

Integrating Workday via iframe

Hello all, unsure if anyone at all tried this, but what were are try to do is to display specific page from Workday to an iframe widget in our Docebo instance. Normally using the iframe widget works but this particular page just won’t load. We’ve already tried enabling iframe support within Workday - still nothing. It’s as if it’s stuck on a loop and just gives up after a while (see below)  Does anyone else encounter a similar issue? Thanks in advance!Keith
