Is there a bulk way to select a group of users and a course (or group of courses) and reset the progress? I know it is possible to bulk change the status (In Progress, Not Yet Started, etc.), but I am hoping to bulk reset a course completely for only a group of users. I know this can be done manually by going through a reset on each module for each user, but that is not feasible for the amount I have to process.Thanks for any guidance!

Has anyone developed any psychometric in the platform? I use Lumina Spark all the time but is getting very expensive. It would be nice to have something within the platform.

Ever have a vector image that you’d like to tweak slightly -- like change a background color or move/delete some element from the image? You can certainly do that with Adobe Photoshop or other hefty image editor but here’s some info on how to do it if you’re like me -- a small shop with no design expertise or expensive software on hand. Once I find a vector image I like from one of my stock image libraries and if it is not already available as an SVG file, I download it as an EPS file. Now you can’t insert an EPS image into PowerPoint but you can insert an SVG file. So first, convert the EPS to SVG using www.cloudconvert.com. This is a nifty little site that allows you to convert all kinds of file types. It’s super easy and FREE! Hey everyone: What are some ways that you have created community through Docebo? Looking for some new ways to connect people. 

Does anyone have html code/css that would control the left or right margin for text on a widget on a custom page allowing you to have an image to the left or right of a box as shown in my mock up below?I don’t have extensive html/css skills but can cut and paste code into an HTML widget and I do know how to add custom styles to the configure branding and look area.   

When we are creating new sessions/events the event creates without allowing you to type in how early you would like the “join” button to display.  When you go back into the system and update it, the system things you are changing the meeting so it deletes the Zoom Meeting and creates and updated on. This triggers emails telling us our sessions are deleted (which it is set to a shared address). Has anyone found a solution to this? Some of the users getting the emails are not thrilled about it (rightly so), but I have learned to just ignore them. If someone actually ever deleted something I needed, I would honestly probably not even notice! YIKES!

I would like to set the default to the Self Unenrollment option in eLearning (Advanced Properties) to “Allow self-unenrollment from this course” instead of the option that adds “after learner has completed” for eLearning sessions? Has anyone figured out how to do this? Additionally, for ILT I’d like to set the default to “Change Session” same question, is this possible? 

Hi!We are looking for the best way to set up our own community. We are looking in to the option of using the channel option within docebo to do this?Now I see this community and I'm inspired! But to my surprise this is not the Docebo environment?. Why did Docebo choose not to use its own platform to create this community? What are the pro's con’s of using channels within Docebo for a community? Morning!Does anyone know if there’s a way to change the wording of the pop-up notification that users receive when they register? Example below:I know you can go to Localization Tools and find a list of default notifications, but I need to know where I can change these settings so that our users receive the notification we want them to.At the moment they are receiving the default one that asks them to click on a link to confirm registration, but we’re not using this method to load users onto our platform. We’ve gone down the moderated self-registration route whereby the superadmin approves.Any help most welcome.Thanks...Rich

Hi Community! It’s not easy developing meaningful KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that tie your efforts in content creation to changes in the larger business ecosystem. Focus too much on learner satisfaction, and you can run the risk of divorcing training from behavioral change and achievement of business objectives. Draw your categories too directly from larger organizational goals, and you might find it hard to demonstrate linkage between your performance and appreciable change. That’s the dilemma. So, I’m wondering: if you use KPIs as part of your compensation plan, which ones do you use? Do you think this arrangement works well? If not, how would you improve it?

Do any of you have feedback on Docebo Impact (or as it was formally Formetris), if so I want to hear from you!  We are currently looking into the add on to our platform and I’ve seen three different demos of the program but I want to hear from users. I would love to know: How are you using the program?  eLearning, Instructor-led, etc? What are the greatest benefits to having this program in your platform?  How was the onboarding process?  Did you configure it yourself or use the 10-week onboarding plan?  What has been the biggest hurdle you have faced with the program?  What other information could you share that would be valuable for someone looking at adding on this package to our plan? Thanks in advance for any and all honest feedback! 

Hi everyone,I’ve decided to change the default language from English to English_UK to reduce the number of helpdesk tickets I receive complaining all the UI elements and pages have incorrect spelling in Australia. The great thing is Docebo Learn does allow for localisation and I jumped in. Here are some of my learnings from doing this for those of you perhaps thinking about doing something like this.I used the “user mass edit” tool to change the default language for everyone. I noted that it took way too long as we have 5500+ users and I wasn’t sure it was working. I then did it in batches by user groups of 100s at a time which worked better, but still took a long time. Time to do this aside, the lesson here for me was to work out what I needed to do in localising the language before I jumped in and changed this! So back a few steps now.   I wasn’t really sure what parts of the LMS I needed to ensure I had both th

Hi there,If you use the Discover Coach and Share component of Docebo and have a customer community (like this one), I would love to hear how you integrate them.  We are launching Docebo at the same time as we’re launching a customer community (through Insided like this one---so it’s very much a meta question) and there is fear that there will be confusion and cannibalization.  Cim

How can we configure some parts of Docebo (search, channels, widgets…?) to capture what people want to learn and cannot find in our platform? The scenario is that the learner is looking for something, cannot find it, can easily state somewhere what they are looking for (their learning need or a gap in our offerings) and then as admins, we can easily see all those requests/needs accumulated somewhere so over time we may see trends or top asks. 

Hi Everyone, I was hoping to find out how your organizations are handling GDPR training and/or privacy by design and default training (or if you are doing this at all!).  We have a bit of an internal debate going around the suitability of canned options for GDPR and the depth of Privacy by Design training needed by regions.  It would be great to hear what your company is (or isn’t doing) for the above.  Has your organization gone beyond employee paperwork and canned training or are you using a tailored GDPR training solution?  Are you requiring the training globally or just for the EU?  Any insight is much appreciated!

Our Docebo site is currently available to only registered users. However, we are opening up our site to sell courses to customers, and we have multiple public catalogs displayed on the signin page.  We do not want these catalogs to be accessible to our internal (employee) users. Is there a way to limit accessibility to these public catalogs on the signin page?Thank you,Cheryl

Is it possible to change the sort order of how courses are displayed when setting up the course widget when configuring a page? The only choices available are alphabetical order or date. We want completed coursed to appear at the bottom of the sort order.
