Docebo integration with Credly's digital badge platform
Hi all, Following on from a related Open Badges thread, I’m very interested in other user’s experience trying to integrate Docebo with the Credly, so course and/or learning plan completions can trigger the issuing of a digital badge on the Credly platform. About 12 months ago, I was told that Docebo wasn’t going to create an integration path with Credly, so I have manually issuing Credly badges when I get notifications that a course or learning plan has been completed. I’m excited to learn from that Docebo is now working on an integration. @felipe.hernandez - is there any indication on implementation timeframes you can share? In the meantime, I’m interested in any information from @Adam Ballhaussen or anyone else that has successfully integrated both platforms via other methods. Regards,Cameron
Hello, everyone!I’m currently looking into adding IT training into our platform, and our team is looking into if there are integrations in any way, even if it’s with Connect, to pull data from Pluralsight to Docebo or even host those videos here. Unfortunately my searching is failing me and I can’t seem to find an answer one way or the other without hitting walls, so has anyone here used Pluralsight at all?
Using API to upload screen recording
Is there an API method to upload video as training materials? Basically the same functionality under e-learning => course management => select course => training material => add training material => upload video/screen recordingI see something close but have no idea how to use: /learn/v1/lo/screenrecording I do not see a way to post file binaries.
Locked training material not opening
Hi All, We’ve recently come across users who are not able to access locked training material in a course after they’ve finished the pre-requite tm. Its shown up quite a few times with a recent training that was introduced and wanted to see if anyone has similarly experienced this situation. Example:Tm 1Tm 2 - LockedTm 3 - LockedUser completes Tm 1, but cannot access Tm 2. Also, User completes Tm 1 and Tm 2, but cannot access Tm 3. After having done additional research recently on another course, I know that Safari web browser has a server timeout after 20 minutes of inactivity, which can lead to a course not updating completion, but in this case, most users have been using Google Chrome. Team Leaders enrolling users to specific ILT sessions
Morning Docebo Community! We’re trying to get our people managers across the business to use the “My Team” functionality more, and one of the things we would like to do is have managers enrol their staff into face to face workshops (or ILT to use the Docebo term) that we have set up. Unless I’m missing something, there only seems to be the possibility of enrolling them into the course as a whole, and NOT into a specific session. Is that correct, or is there some way that we can use the functionality to have managers pick a specific session for their team members? I know we could set them all up as admins and have them enrol learners that way but (1) that’s a lot of effort to set everyone up with the correct rights/manage them and (2) if there’s too many steps to follow I know that most of them won’t want to do it... Notification - user enrolled on a session with various event locations
Hi,We have Sessions for ILT training which are multiple days. day 1 of the course is in one location and classroom and days 2 and 3 are in a different location and classroom. I can’t seem to show this information on the Notification. It just says ‘multiple locations’ and doesn’t pull through any classroom information. I have looked through all the notifications and i can’t see anything relating to Event information only session information. Any help welcome.Thanks

We are building out all of our notifications from scratch and were hoping to find a list of notification short-code definitions so we don’t have to test each one to figure out what it does through trial and error. Adding a content from the public website to my course
Hello All , I am trying to add a video that is available on the govt site , which is open to use. However I am not sure how to use it on my training content ? I could post the URL on the course description and by clicking on it the use can go to a new window which run the video, However I am trying to add the video in the Docebo course window. I have followed steps mentioned on this link : Creating an HTML Page as Training Material – Docebo Help & SupportHowever I see a still frame and not the video. sharing the screenshot if it helps. I’m having trouble with manager users seeing the “my team” icon in the menu bar. I set up a user as a manager and added another user underneath him. I went to the manage menu option and added the My Team page to the menu item and “saved changes”, but it does not show up under the managers login. Am I missing a step?
ILT-managers enrolling users
I’m not sure if this can be done, but I’m hoping some people may have some experience with this. I’m setting up some ILT sessions. I created a widget with a button that will take the user to the session page and allow them to pick a session and enroll. The problem is, we have limited seats in our class and I want just the managers to enroll their people. When I restricted the enrollment and logged into the manager account, I click on MY Team and clicked enroll user to course. When I selected the correct ILT course, it enrolled them into the course but it didn’t allow me to enroll inn a specific session date. Is there a way a manager can enroll in the course and pick the specific session for their people?

Ability to manually set a learner's "Course First Access Date" when editing a course enrollment
Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way to set a user's "Course First Access Date" for a course when manually editing a course enrollment to "In Progress" or "Completed" for a learner.I noticed when manually editing an enrollment for a learning the "Course First Access Date" is not populated in reporting. I can understand why by default this would not update on the user record as it could be potentially tied to our “monthly active user” count. We have a potential scenario where we may need migrate user status “In Progress” and “Completed” to a new course version. For our reporting and tracking purposes we also need to migrate the "Course First Access Date" for each record. Does anyone know if this is possible either thru the UI, the API, or with Docebo’s assistance?Thanks,Dave
Hiding Courses Inside a Learning Plan on TASK LIST Widget
Hello. I’m looking for a way to only show learning plans and individual courses (not inside an assigned learning plan) on a widget to show learners which courses and learning plans are in “Not Started” or “In Progress”. Currently, the TASK LIST widget shows learning plans in these statuses, along with EVERY course inside of these learning plans (which makes the list a little daunting for learners). The TASK LIST widget DOES NOT have the option to “REMOVE COURSES THAT ARE PART OF A LEARNING PLAN” (like the My Courses and Learning Plans widget does). But if I was to use the “My Courses and Learning Plans” widget instead, I can only pick ONE option for the “ITEM STATUS”. Does anyone have any options or suggestions for having a widget default for the learner to show only Not Started and/or In Progress learning plans (and hide each course inside of these from the list) and show Not Started and/or In Progress courses that are not inside of a learning plan? BRC Audit in Manufacturing and Distribution
Hi All! I was wondering whether anyone in the community is working with delivering training in their manufacturing and/or distribution site at all? We are BRC audited which is throwing up a lot of nuances in the design of the new processes as we map them over to Docebo. We are currently all paper and excel based so it is a very big jump! Is anyone else BRC audited? How are you tackling this kind of training?Laura
Course not showing up in users Learning
I have an elearning course that a user was enrolled in (I have the audit record that show they were enrolled) but the course is not showing in their learning. They are also not showing up in the course enrollment when I look at Course Management. What do I need to do to get the course to show up in their learning.
Duplicating a Learning Plan for onboarding
We perform sales onboarding every two weeks, and our onboarding track or curriculum is four weeks long. I’m looking into creating a LP for each week, separately. My question is, do I have to manually create 4 new LPs (one for each week of onboarding) every two weeks? Is there not a way to duplicate an LP? It seems like a lot of work to have to manually create an onboarding curriculum that regularly occurs throughout the year. How do other organizations handle recurring onboarding curriculums with ILT (VILT) courses, eLearning mods, videos, documents etc.?Thanks for any insight.
User Interface Issue - Previous and Next Buttons and Slides
Hey community,Has anyone else received any requests in regards to the course navigation Previous and Next Buttons? Since our LMS have launched, most of the questions I’ve received from our learners have been related to these buttons that make me think we have a UI/UX issue. Here are more details - I’d like to know if any of you have experienced something similar and how you solved it? Thanks!Here are the steps our users follow:The user accesses a course One of the course lessons has slides that need to be navigated Instead of navigating the slides with “<” and “>”, the user clicks on “Next” Since next is linked to accessing the next lesson (not the next slide) the user gets an error “Prerequisites not met” (for those courses with sequential navigation) The user gets confused and contacts LMS administrators In any case, I think there could be more ways to set up the navigation player or a quick-win fix. Unless I’m not aware that it already exists.P.S. Please Ignore the dark blocks
How to create a sequential learning plan
We are in the process of creating learning plans and want learners to have to complete courses in a sequential order. How do I Iock a course until the learner has completed the preceding course? Can we assign a timeline to each course (eLearning and ILT) in which the learner has to complete it? (.e. first week, within 30 days, 90 days, etc.) Any help is appreciated. Cheers!
Learner roles in Microsoft Teams ILT Events
We are still in the onboarding process and I am running into an odd interaction with Docebo and MS teams. I can get the meetings created and enter them, but everyone joining from Docebo comes in as a presenter. My expectation would be instructors would come in as presenters and students would come in as attendees. Has anyone else experienced this?
Tips for Ensuring Completion with Rise 360 Course
I have noticed a recurring issue where learners complete the content in a course (it shows 100% complete inside the course content) but Docebo doesn’t pick that up and show the course as complete. It just shows them as “In Progress.” This only happens about 5-10% of the time, and I haven’t been able to replicate it myself. This is required compliance training, so it is important for me to get as many people across the finish line as possible.This only happens to the courses that I built in Rise 360. The others built in Storyline work just fine. The courses are uploaded in the xAPI format and displayed in lightbox mode. I was told that the problem could be that there is no “Exit Course” button, but when I add that, I get even more users hung in the In Progress stage because they just click the Close X at the top of the lightbox instead of clicking the Exit Course button. Does anyone have any guidance on how to deal with this?
