We are reaching out to remind you of upcoming updates that are part of our proactive measures to adapt to new industry standards and maintain the integrity and functionality of our embedded services. Background on UpdatesGoogle Chrome has announced updates to its third-party cookie policy, aimed at increasing privacy and security for users by limiting how cookies can be used across websites. These changes affect many online platforms, including ours, especially when our system is accessed in embedded modes, such as through third-party applications (like Salesforce). If you use Docebo in embedded mode, these updates will ensure a smooth transition.  Our ResponseTo anticipate and adapt to these changes, we are updating our platform to include a new 'partitioned' attribute for cookies, which supports the use of cross-site cookies in a privacy-preserving man

Docebo will be performing an upgrade of Redis in our London region (EU-WEST-2). This upgrade is being performed to address an intermittent error condition that was discovered in troubleshooting. The maintenance will be performed on Nov 15th between 18:00-22:00 UTC. Will this affect any functionality of the platform?During the maintenance window, you may experience up to thirty minutes of downtime where you may be unable to login, take courses, or configure the platform.

The Ideas portal is BACK!!  The Ideas portal is coming back soon 🙂 Since the portal was temporarily closed on July 17, we have been working to improve the way you submit your ideas along with our backend management process. We’re excited to announce that we will be re-opening our Ideas portal on September 30th and below are a few of the key updates we want you to know about. Key Updates on submitting new ideas:Ideas and the New Feature Roadmap: Before submitting an idea, we ask that you search our Feature Roadmap to add feedback to our existing feature cards as these are the features currently being worked on. If you do not see a feature related to your idea, you may submit a new idea.  New Submission Template: All ideas will be required to be submitted using a submission template. This will eliminate ambiguity in the request and allow for more efficient processing. Fewer Statuses: We've reduced the number of statuses to provide a more simplified way to manage ideas in the portal. Fea
