When is the Planned Maintenance scheduled to take place on the platform? Docebo is planning maintenance to Docebo Learn platforms in two separate windows as part of our MySQL 8 upgrade. This upgrade is taking place in order to take advantage of the latest security, stability and performance improvements.  Please see the below table for dates and timeframes, which may result in up to 10 minutes of downtime to your Learn platform. Docebo Support will have modified hours of operations for the following upcoming public holidays: On Wednesday, November 1st, in observance of All Saints' Day our Italian offices will be closed. Docebo Support operations and Phone support will remain available during US hours. On Tuesday, November 7th, in observance of the Melbourne Cup, Docebo Support operations and Phone support will remain available during US hours. On Friday, November 10th, in observance of Veteran's Day in the US and Remembrance Day in the UK, Docebo Support operations and Phone support will remain available all day. On Thursday, November 23 and Friday, November 24, in observance of Thanksgiving for our US offices, Docebo Support Operations will continue to operate with limited staff. Phone support will remain available all day.

You may have gone to create a Support ticket recently and noticed something is different! On September 5th, 2023, we updated the Support request form Areas to reflect new, streamlined categories. Previously, there were over 100 categories and sub-categories that did not fully align with the structure of our products, This made tracking less accurate for us and ticket submission more tedious for our customers. It is our hope that the recent changes will help alleviate these issues. The updated Area categories are listed here on our Knowledge Base. When configuring the Docebo App in Azure for the Microsoft Teams integration the openid permission in the OpenID permissions menu is now required. Required permissions now include:the openid option in the OpenID permissions menu the offline_access option in the OpenID permissions menu the read.user option in the OpenID permissions menu the OnlineMeetings.ReadWrite option in the OnlineMeetings menuIf Show Meeting / Event Instructor Calendar option is enabled in Docebo, then this permission is also requiredCalendars.ReadWriteAfter updating your permissions, a new Client Secret is generated. Make sure to copy this client secret and update your MS Teams account in Docebo and re-pair the app. For reference: Docebo for Microsoft Teams

Hi everyone, we wanted to let you know that Docebo University will not be accessible starting at 12:00am EST on Saturday, May 13 and ending at 12:00am EST on Monday, May 15 while we perform scheduled maintenance (and maybe a few surprises 👀).

In the December 16th update, we enabled Use Email as Username option for the PUT /manage/v1/user/{id} API.  This change, where the Use Email as Username option is enabled, may impact Single-Sign-On if the user email field is not mapped in provisioning settings for your SSO configuration.To avoid SSO issues, please ensure that user email is included when sending information from your Identity Provider to Docebo through Single-Sign-On provisioning.

Hey Docebo Community 👋 Over the weekend, a few nefarious users bypassed our spam prevention systems in the community to create accounts and share a number of spam posts. Part of what makes this community great is that it’s ungated and open to virtually anyone who would like to register with a business email. We realize that as our community grows, so grows the risk of spam activity. That’s why we need your help. There’s strength in numbers, and we know that with the help of our 5,000+ members, we can keep this community completely spam free. We’ve created a new guide on How to Flag and Report Spam Content, which walks through the simple steps to flag content. Please continue to use this feature to keep our community clean and to hold other members accountable to our guidelines. Thank you to a number of you who were active in the community over the weekend and reported the posts to us. Update as of Dec 20, 2022: As you may already know, we slowed down the rollout process of the new data refresh in order to add a few improvements to the update and make it more robust for our customers. We have abided by the plan for all regions, with the exception of the US, where the update for a small portion of platforms is not yet completed. We have concluded the implementation of the data lake for those regions and expect to activate the update on the missing platforms by mid-January 2023. Over the last several months, we recognize that you have been experiencing delays in updating and extracting data for reporting purposes. Behind the scenes we have been working on a solution that involves building a new “data lake” (database where the LMS data is stored for reporting purposes) to remedy the issues. Now, after the final testing stage, we are ready to roll it out to all of our customers' instances, but before we do, we want to ensure you have everything you need to know.   FAQ: Y
