Reports: Users not enrolled in a Learning Plan

Hello all,Checking to see if anyone has solved how to report on learners who are not enrolled in specific learning plans.  Case: Audit to ensure everyone is enrolled in annual compliance learning plans. We use Groups to generate enrollment rules. The source of truth for the date in the fields that we use to build the conditions is from another system and can either be blank or incorrect so we would like to identify people who did not populate in the groups thus who were not enrolled in learning plans and either make the corrections to the data or adapt group settings. Right now, it appears we can only report on users who are enrolled in Learning Plans.Annual ComplianceSelect specific Learning Plans Select branches Report would return user from the branches who are NOT enrolled in Learning Plans Thank you!Courtney

Multiple choice question: incorrect answers still give a score

I’m working on a multiple choice question. I have an issue where, if a learner selects the correct answers plus an incorrect answer, they still get a full point for it. Basically, there’s no consequence if the wrong answer was selected. Here’s a screenshot of the question: Is there a workaround for this? Thank you.

Resetting Test Question Data

Is there a way to reset the data that is tracked when learners take a test? My team did a bunch of testing on an exam before we published, and even after resetting their completion, the Insights still show their data. Is there a way to reset this?

Notifications: Do your power users all see the same ones?

Interested to know if anyone has come across this issue…We have 2 power users under the same sub domain with exactly the same PU role, yet when each of them visit the notification page, they do not see the same ones. Sometimes they see very few and then mysteriously the next time they visit the page, they can see more but not all.I have logged tickets on this and was explained that when a super created notifications for someone in a sub domain, the super needed to be logged in under that sub domain...I thought, great! that should solve it; unfortunately it did not...we could never figure out why some appeared to the PU while others did not so as a workaround, I needed to impersonate the PU before creating the notifications to make sure they could see them but didn't solve the issue as the other PU with the same permissions still cannot see 3 of them…Would love to hear your thoughts on this and whether anyone has managed to find the root cause of this.Thank you!!

I’ve created a course calendar with the course widget, showing all of our training opportunities. Is there a way to color code it? So far all of the courses are purple.Thanks!

Hi all - We’re using a vendor for an upcoming system change and they’ve created the training materials onto a Google Site. I’m not sure if we’ll have access to the original files to upload to our LMS so I’m hoping I can iframe the site. Has anyone done this and if so, how did you do it?Thanks,D’Arcy

Experiencing issues with ILT creation using Zoom.

When I add an ILT session using our Zoom account I encounter the below error messages. Currently our Zoom account is paired to Zoom V3. Has anyone experienced this recently and if so, what is the resolution? Video conference tool synchronization failed Server Error Invalid parameter password

Daily Digest - Learner Enrolled into a Course: New Notifications Platform

Our team is testing some scenarios to ensure we are prepared for the launch of the new notifications platform next month. We currently utilize a Daily Digest notification for courses that users have enrolled in, sent each morning at 4:00am.In our current notification platform in our production environment, we have the ability to select “all courses” for the courses associated with this notification. In our testing environment with the upgraded notification platform, we do not see an option to include “all courses”, but instead must check each course we would like to associate with the notification and this would not update without manual intervention when we add new courses to the platform. Has anyone else noticed this/ ran into this issue? Am I missing a way to associate the notification with all courses? If not, do you have any suggestions for how to maintain this without manual intervention?Thank you!

How did you create your New Hire Onboarding Program using Docebo?

We are currently outlining and implementing how to create a new hire program in Docebo. The current thought is doing a 3 tier system: General Organization Content Department Specific Job specificMy question is how do you force the user to navigate this path in a specific order. I cannot find a way to chain learning plans together and I do not want to lock content to be attended to at a certain pace. All ideas are welcome as we are in discovery while building/implementing the content as individual courses.

"Enrollment to Confirm" by Power Users, But Looking for "Enrolled"?

Hello!We recently enabled Power Users to enroll others in one of the Profiles. The permissions we’ve given are Create and View. However, I’m seeing that when attempting to enroll people, those people actually go into “Enrollment to Confirm” instead of “Enrolled”...No max quota on course I see that there is the “Allow automatic enrollment from the waiting list when learners unenroll”, but we don’t want there to be an exchange of one person leaves another person enters, we just want everyone to be able to enter I see a Power User permission “Can activate enrollments”, but we don't want an extra step to activate enrollments, we just want them to be activated immediately. Is that what this does?Thank you for any help in advance!

Power User Permissions

Is there a Power User Permission that will allow a Power User to enroll one of their assigned Team Members into the same ILT course after they’ve enrolled themselves?For example, Power User enrolled into an ILT course for the week of 3/6/23.  That Power User would like another one of their Team Members to attend the same course, but when they click on the Course, it doesn’t give the option to “purchase” the class again … even on behalf of their assigned team member/user.I’m sure I’m missing something somewhere, but I hope this makes sense.  Thank you for your help!

Power User and Course Visibility

Hi Everyone, I am hoping for a little more insight on this one. I have a couple of Power Users that are assigned to the same profile. Both have the same branch path and Resource assignment: All courses and Learning plans applied. One of the users created a course and the second one cannot see it in course management.  Do we also have to add the course to a catalog even though both PU’s have the All Courses and Learning Plans resource assignment? I didn’t think that I would need to since we did not choose the All courses and learning plans in visible catalogs resource option. Most of what I have been reading within the community mentions adding the courses to a catalog.  Thank you for the help!!

Allow users to select traininng material based on language?

Has anyone offered multiple training material in different languages in one course? I have 4 SCORM files (English, Spanish, Portguese, and French) in a course and have been trying to figure out a way to automatically present the preferred language training material to our users. I have tried doing thing based on Groups with no luck, and tried to figure out hyperlinking from the description,also a failure.  Has anyone else faced this issue and figured it out? Thank you for any and all help!

What can we use tags for?

Hey folks,I am really confused by the use of tags in the platform. We liked the idea of auto-tagging, but once content is tagged, is it only for search purposes?In many other platforms that have the concept of tags, you could have it ‘clickable’ to show content related to that tag, but that does not appear to be an option in Docebo. I also thought there would be a widget to display courses by tag, but not so. So they seem kinda… pointless? what am I missing.

How to Start a YouTube Video at a Specific Time

Is it possible to start a YouTube video (or one hosted elsewhere) at a specific time in an LMS, like skipping the intro and starting at 30 seconds? I’ve tried using a URL with a time parameter and embedding HTML, but neither method worked in my trials in Docebo.

How to show priority training to users?

Hi everyone!How do users in your platform know what training to prioritize during their onboarding?We’re running the issue where our new staff are getting auto-enrolled into a bunch of courses, but they have no idea where to start. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!We’re a small organization with lots of part-time and relief staff, and there are about 10 or so courses that every new staff member should complete as soon as possible. I’ve been experimenting with:A custom page, that has widgets/links to these courses. Enrollment attributes, where courses that need to be prioritized are marked as “Mandatory”. A learning plan, where courses that need to be prioritized are added to a learning plan.I’m not sure the best, most user-friendly route forward. How do you handle things in your organization?

Course requires approval to enroll - course enrollment by admin OR manager

Hi~ So I have an e-learning course that I want users to be able to see in a catalog but cannot enroll themselves. To enroll, they need to contact their manager or an admin to enroll them. How can I set this up so that managers can also enroll them?  I have this setting on because I want them to see the course is there but they need a manager or admin to enroll them: Only administrators can enroll learners. Users can see the course but they can be enrolled to this course by Admins only. This setting of course only allows admins to enroll them in the course and as a manager, if they try to enroll their staff, they also have a lock on the course that says contact the admin.So how can I allow their manager to also enroll them in this course? Thank you.

Show Header Message only on one page and remove from others

Is there a way to show the header message on one page but remove it from all the others.  I know I can configure the header message in configure branding and look. I just want to show it on my login page.  I’d really like to do a custom login page but I don’t have the time or skill for that right now. So a css trick that could hide the css on all pages but the login page would be ideal.

No info on course pre-requisites on the new LP player

I am working with the new revised LP and Course player and find that the new learning path provides zero information to the learner about what pre-requisites are missing on a locked course.  In the old player when learners hovered over the lock, it listed the pre-requisites needed.  Now there is a message saying “Course with pre-requisite” but there is no information available for the learner to know which course(s) is the pre-requisite they must complete.  This is a deal-breaker for us as we have many learning plans with optional courses and pre-requisite options.  It used to work beautifully and is now broken. Does anybody have a work around for this?

Course Completion - Survey [elearning] - Central Repository/Question Duplication

Seeking Community feedback on an optimal workflow for Post Course Content (learning modules) completion and the Survey - Training Material. Situation: We have three quick survey questions that we are entering at the end of each eLearning course to gather learner feedback. If the Survey is published to the Central Repository than it does not capture the data correctly to each unique course. Are there any Community Tips & Tricks for capturing Course>>Training Material>>Survey Feedback in a duplication mode/or copy mode - rather than individually recreating the Survey training material in each course?TIA!
