good afternoon, We are looking to set up automatic notifications to send to users 1 week and 1 day prior to a ILT session starting as a reminder to make sure there calendar is blocked out etc.I cannot see a way to set up such a notification and add a time period, the only ones I can find is when a ILT session is starting and when a person has been enrolled.All suggestions are welcomeThank you in advance,James 

We would like to be able to change the email address that is used to send the email for the Evaluation Survey to our learners - our corporate governance rules will not allow an external email address to be used in the tool?Ideally it would be the same as our notifications email that is configured

Hi community!We have a Rise course with embedded Storyline activities. We have set it that when the user completes the activity (done through a mark activity as complete/pass trigger), this would unlock the continue button on Rise and allow the learner to continue with the lesson.We’ve been testing it on browsers on different devices and haven’t had issues, but notice on the mobile app this trigger isn’t picked up, locking learners out of the course. Has anyone else encountered this issue before?Thanks in advance!

Hello Everyone! We have annual compliance courses that everyone is required to take. They are distributed as a learning plan containing all of the pertinent courses. Last year, we had some of our employees go on leave, taking them into the new year. Upon return, they were assigned this year’s compliance requirements. However, last year’s requirements are still showing as not completed (the courses are different from this year’s training). We would like to waive the requirement from last year so we can see that they were still assigned the course, but mark the course so it will make their learning plan marked as complete.How are you handling course waivers?tl;dr - we want to waive a required course so we can show they were enrolled, but not required to finish. Thank you!

Hi everyone,We have a document that learners are required to acknowledge by filling out a survey form in Docebo. The form includes fields where they enter their details to confirm their acknowledgment of the document.My question is:Is there a way to download the document along with their completed form responses (i.e., their acknowledgment), not as an Excel or CSV file, but as a PDF that shows the document with their input fields filled in?I’d appreciate any guidance or best practices on this.Thank you!

Hi All,I’m looking for the best practice to branch learning plans based on quiz scores. For example we have everyone complete Foundational Course A: If they complete score 100% their learning plan is marked complete and the remaining courses are marked as optional. (Course B, Course C) If they score 80-100% they are planed into a new branch and needs to complete Course B If they score 100% on Course B, learning plan is marked as complete, and remaining courses are marked as optional (Course C). We may want to further branch the learning plans as well. Below is a diagram to illustrate what I mean. What I’ve looked into: Automation app: I don’t see any automation rules based on course scores or even course completionsLearning plan configuration: I see prerequisite conditions, but none based on scores. Groups:

Hello, I have a workflow for recertification that has failed and I’m trying to sort out where and why.How things should work: A user holds a certification for 365 days. On renewal they follow the renewal process and take a course to recertify. Upon completion of the course, a notification (email) is sent to the person tracking their certifications. The notification is sent based on the course completion, not the certification, I’m not sure if that makes a difference.What is happening: A user went in to recertify. Immediately when the user accessed the course, the notification email was sent (the exact same timestamp he accessed the course, it sent the completion email). Reports show that he didn’t spend enough time in the course and also show him as “in progress.” If the notification is sent upon completion, I can’t figure out why the email would be sent at all.This is an OSHA-related safety topic so it is concerni

I am setting up a multi day, ILT course.  Each day is a session and within those sessions are events.  I have enabled self enrollment for the course but cannot figure out how a user could self enroll in a specific event. Has anyone found a way to do this?

We cannot use the search bar to look for specific content within a course, but this would be VERY helpful in maintaining up to date information.For example, we have some courses which address MSHA (the US Department of Labor’s Mine Safety & Health Administration) regulations.  If there is an update, I would like to be able to type ‘MSHA’ in the search bar to see all courses that contain any information about MSHA.This will help our learners stay on top of current regulations.  

How can I best avoid this confusion. I had some deadlines (course assignments) that became overdue. But when I look at “My Assignments” I am greeted with a "Well done!" message. That is confusing. Obviously, I can see I have the overdue assignments but a thumbs up indicates that maybe I don’t have to do them. (BUT I ABSOLUTLEY DO!  I don’t deserve a break; these are compliance courses.) Does anyone have a suggestion for this? 

Is there anyway that we can pull a report using out of the box functionality to show user device and browser data, similar to the audit trail but specifically for user information?

Hello Docebo friends! Is anyone using “Archive and Unenroll” rather than “Archive and Re-enroll”? I like the re-enroll function, but I am trying to determine when I might need to archive and unenroll. I checked KBAs and guides to see if there was clarification when it might be appropriate to archive/unenroll, but this was all I found.“In the pop-up that opens, set whether you want to archive the active enrollment and re-enroll the user in the same course or unenroll the user after archiving the enrollment. If you select the second option, remember that learners will no longer be able to access the course once their enrollment is archived, but you can possibly re-enroll them manually, or they can self-enroll if the course enrollment policy allows them to do so.”I might just

We noticed that Docebo in its latest update removed the option to send notifications to users whose learning plan had not yet started or was still in progress.What is the solution to this problem?We used this functionality.

We need to schedule a report to push it to our SFTP location for our internal function to build automate process. The issue is with the field "Country" containing commas, which causes data splits and adds extra columns in the report when validated. (Ex: Column “C” values updated in D, and D values updated in E, due to data splits).We used Docebo “Country” drop-down field as a user additional field.I tried with semicolon, comma, and colon values but it doesn’t help. What’s the best practices to deal with separator?     

Hello!I’m looking for some outside opinions on the best way to manage reports for multiple customers. Currently, when we add new customers to Docebo for product training, we create the users, then create a new customer group, then assign the users to the group, then enroll the group into an onboarding learning plan. The primary reason for creating groups for each customer is to give our account managers, who are configured as power users, the ability to create course reports for each customer by filtering via group in the reports area.I question the scalability of this approach as we continue to add new customers, which means we are constantly adding new groups, maintaining existing groups, and constantly updating power user resources. Much of the work is done manually and is cumbersome. Any creative thoughts on how to approach this?

Hi there,We use course codes extensively within our platform, and we are experiencing an issue in which some of our power users are creating courses and not including course codes. We cannot find any way in Docebo to natively require course code like we can with additional fields. How can we accomplish requiring this field? We are considering setting up some sort of notification through Connect, either to us or to the power user. Are there any smoother ways we could accomplish having course code as a requirement? Thanks! 

I’ve been searching in the community and looking for best practices for managing ILT course material. I couldn’t find answers to my question and wondering how others handle the training material for their ILT courses – looking for best practices.We have courses set up that have multiple sessions. Example, we have one course with many sessions offered throughout the year. Learners can enroll in the session that works for their schedule. We have material that we only want available to learners after they complete the course and do not want enrolled learners (for upcoming sessions) to be able to see the material.Is there a way to control the training material based on the learner’s status changing from enrolled to completed? Is there a way to control the training material by session? If I use the Publish setting in the Training Material from 5/22/25 to 5/23/25 wouldn’t enrolled learners for a session on 5/29/25 have access before their session starts

Is there a way to set up a notification to ensure that learners only get a single notification for a learning plan instead of each of the 15 courses in the learning plan?

The two certifications it shows as ‘to renew’ are not even close to renewal (one is ten months away and the other is 6 months away). Is there a way to define when the little red number will appear relative to an expiration date?  

Hi everyone! I’m struggling with the possibility to track SOME of the tests in my courses in order to evaluate the learners with KPIs. A little bit of context: all my courses are structured in this way: pre course assessment (1 shot- 15 question): if you score <12 you pass and complete the course, if you score >12 you fail and continue the course. each chapter has a test (knowledge check of 5 question: pass it with 100% correct answer, unlimited attempts) Final test. 10 question - unlimited attempts you pass it with a < 8 score.So: what I would LOVE to reach is to understand how the learner pass the inizial / final test and with how many attempts. no counting of the “knowledge check tests)LEARNER 1 - TOOK THE COURSE A - pre assessment score 13 --- completed! (1 attempt, score 13)LEARNER 2 - TOOK THE COURSE A - pre assessment score 5 -- final test score 9 - 3 attempts I’ve tried to use insight but

I’ve set up several sessions for users to enroll using direct links. Some users are getting calendar confirmation emails and others are not. Is there a setting I’m missing to make sure users receive a confirmation email with an Outlook Calendar attachment to add to their calendar?

We are beginning to transition our current member resource website that currently houses hundreds of resources such as pdfs, checklists, videos, etc. into Docebo. I am concerned about the lack of native trackability for the supervisors using the platform. From my understanding (and please correct me if I am wrong) they cannot run a report under the “My Team” portion of the platform that would include seeing what informal assets someone on their team may have viewed.  Long story short, I am trying to pro/con out if the social aspect of the informal assets through DCS outweighs the pro/cons of housing everything in courses for the trackability.  Any insight would be appreciated! 

We have discovered multiple instances of duplicated ACTIVE enrolments in the same course showing up on reports.The reports are filtered on ACTIVE enrolments only so these are NOT archived enrolments.The course enrolment status for the duplicated Active enrolments is also blank for one instance which is also strange.Obviously when I search for the user that is duplicated in the report directly on the course they are only coming up once as it is not possible to have 2 active enrolments for the same person. I’ve entered a support request but curious if anyone else has encountered this. It’s definitely a new one for me.
