Has anyone else run into this?We’ve been using DLI for over two years now and just started rolling out the Follow-up surveys. Lately, some of our learners have received multiple surveys for related courses and got confused about which course the feedback was actually for.It got us thinking—wouldn’t it be helpful if the Follow-up survey included the Course Description to give learners a quick refresher?Has anyone figured out a way to include that in the survey? Or found a workaround that helps clarify things?Would love to hear how others are handling this!

Hello, Our users often create course in order to help our employees prepare for a State Certification test.  All of the training material is technically optional, and they issue a certificate when the user passes the test in the training material.  We are finding that the certification will not generate if the course is not in “complete” status.  Is there a way for the course to issue/generate the certificate even if the course is in “in progress” status?  I realize it sounds weird to do, but some of the training material might be review for the user, so we give them the option to skip it.  If that material is started then the course stays in “in progress” and no certificate will generate.  If the material is not started and just skipped, then the course will be considered complete and the cert does generate.  When it is in progress, we have to manually complete the course for the user.  Just wondering if there was a setting in the properties or somewhere tha

HII set up a certificate template with a background image and added three codes - user name, course name and date.  When the certificate is generated, there is a gray background behind the text. Is it possible to remove the gray background?Also, the date format appears in US format. I’m in Canada where the proper date format should be: YYYY-MM-DD or DD-MM-YY. How can I change the date format to something other than US (MM/DD/YY)?Thanks much, Marion 

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with management receiving an Internal Server Error message when viewing My Team?Management across our entire organization is receiving this error. As an Administrator, I logged in as a few different managers to see if it was isolated, yet I received the message each time.A ticket has been submitted, yet I wanted to know if others are experiencing it, too. Thank you! 😊

We are making use of custom domains with our extended enterprises, and we are finding an issue with how our DNS records are set up. For some reason, we have to type “www” into our URL when navigating to our platforms.  If we don’t enter “www” into the URL in the browser when typing our address, we receive error messages. We have gone through the article available in the knowledge base regarding the custom domain and the “www”, but that doesn’t seem to resolve it?   We tried opening a ticket with support, but they indicated they can’t help with custom domains. Essentially - can anyone tell us what we need to be putting into these fields on the Go Daddy set up so that the URL with our without the “www” redirects appropriately?   

I am new to Power Users and I am wondering if it’s possible to assign Power User permissions such that a they could make a channel, assign courses/users to that channel, and ensure it is accessible to the correct users. I tried to do this but ran into a few issues (noted below). Can someone tell me if there is a workaround or if not, how to enable a Power User to curate specific courses for designated users? It’s possible I am thinking about Power Users wrong with my use case so welcome any clarification. In trying to make a Power User profile to accomplish this, I ran into the following issues:Power Users do not have the ability to make a new channel or make it visible to certain users Power Users cannot add a specific channel to the channel widget on a page

I created a widget for my dashboard. Can I import that same to another page I am designing or do I need to recreate it?

We’ve recently had someone leave the organization who had done quite a few content uploads for us. We were under the impression the person had left copies of the original videos in our data backend, however it seems we were misled. Is there any way to download a copy of the video after it has been uploaded to Docebo? When viewing the Learning Object, we can see the video has been “renamed” by Docebo, most likely during the rending process. I just need to snag some copies from a few Learning Objects so we can make a few edits and reupload.Thanks so much for the help!

My task is converting existing training content to SCORM for a partner of ours to use in their LMS. Is this something that can be done with Docebo? If so, how?

I’ve found that someone who has a course status of Suspended sees a different status for the course in their My Activities in the Courses and ILT tabs.In Courses, it’s showing as ‘Suspended’. But in ILT it’s showing as ‘Enrolled’. Is this intentional or a bug? If it’s intentional, what’s the reason for it being different?

Is anyone using Docebo Classic Learning attached to Dayforce and has had success in configuring auto-reassigning of courses? We would like some of our courses to re-assign each year. We are hoping there is a solution besides setting up a certification.

We have spotted a problem in the new course player (not sure if anyone else has already raised this).  We have a number of e-learning courses that are mandatory and require renewal every X years.The new ‘Retake this course’ button in the course player allows people to do the course without it registering their new attempt, or their completion (resulting in in their renewal date not changing).The ‘renew this course doesn't look like a button and blends in with the banner.  so our staff will miss this.Can we remove/disable this button.Help! 

We are looking at offering Live Chat to our learners, but can’t find anything in Docebo that can do this natively. Does anyone know if there are 3rd party vendors that integrate and offer this?? Thanks! 

We use the Observation Checklist as a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Self-assessment form and is therefore attached to the DSE course.  Learners are required to complete the course and the OC every year.Is it possible to view previous OCs and not just the current one?  i.e. are previously completed OCs archived somewhere?Many thanks

Hello,  At the minute we track cancellations reasons for classes which we run, so we can see and monitor reasons for non-attendance as well as using this as a record of multiple cancellations.  I have built some Enrolment Additional Fields, however, is there a way to set them at Session level as it currently looks like its set at Course level? I would also be interested to get opinions on how we should mark their enrolment status once they have cancelled the session they are booked on, as we would want them to be able to be enrolled on the Course still so we don’t loose the tracking data.  Thank you!

Is there a way for the admin view to have catalogs sorted by NAME of Catalog A-Z instead of the default Newest to Oldest?

Has anyone using the xAPI training material for DLI surveys been receiving notification from their users that their link to access the survey is expired? We have ours as the last material to complete on a course and most users take the survey immediately after completing the course content. 

Would it be possible to add back more skills in the “Configure Your Skills” window to allow users to view more skills to select? It now displays ten skills and allows users to select up to ten skills, so it is actually10 out of 10..not offering enough options for selection.There was a time by “error “more skills are displayed for selection and we have captured the screen, is there any way to configure this?  Before Now it becomes unfavourable. 

I’m attempting to use the "Overdue Rate" and "Overdue by Status" on an Insights dashboard for the first time, and I don’t understand what I’m looking at. Here’s an example course, where we have a due date of 2/28 There are 6 users as of now that either completed the training after 2/28, or haven’t completed it yet. When I filter this Insights dashboard on just that course, you can see Overdue by Status as well as Overdue rate do not produce any data. What are these supposed to do? This might be a long shot, but does anyone successfully use Docebo alongside MasterControl as your QMS?We’ve identified a gap in training effectiveness with current practices in the QMS, and we are officially through our implementation phase with Docebo and going live to all employees next week. We would like to create internal compliance-focused training courses and house them in Docebo, but we need to get the two systems working together to make this an efficient process for our QA team and the employees completing the training.If anyone has found a way to make this happen, please share!

Hi Community, I’m looking for the most suitable/ideal way to extract the number of users within a specific branch and its sub-branches (Europe → Poland) and to send that as an automated monthly email (e.g. CSV included). I’ve tried tinkering with the Custom Reports Builder but not to much success. The data is not that “up-front” and depending on the columns, one has to do a bit of filtering. The out-of-the-box Branches Dashboard provides the best overview and it’s also possible to export the data but not in a scheduled and automated way it seems. Do any of you have any experience or suggestions from your own context? Tips would be much appreciated! Best regards Nicolai

Hello, is anyone having issues with calendar invites? When users click the link generated from the system to take them to LMS to join virtual training they are getting an error message saying they can’t reach the page. This is only happening for a handful of people.

Hello Docebo Community, looking for some help to see if there’s any way to modify the test layout page. I’d like all the multiple choice options to appear on the page without having to scroll down as you can see is needed in screen capture below. This is my view from laptop. The test layout page has a lot of wasted white space. Also, is there also any way to move the position of the embedded image (i.e. to the right hand corner of screen) to allow more space for the answer choices? Appreciate any insights. Thank you.
