I believe the answer is no, but thought I’d confirm it here. I’m looking to change the creation date of a course to change where it appears in a channel. I was searching the API library for a potential solution, but can’t seem to find anything. Perhaps someone here has found a way to do this? 

I’m trying to incorporate Contests into our training for learners who pass a course. I set up the sample contest and assigned custom badges for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.Is there a way to automatically assign those badges to the learners who earned 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place rankings or does it always have to be done manually?I see to auto assign badges, the only options are if they completed the course, had the most likes, etc., but nothing if they placed high in a Contest.I’d like for the top 3 winners to automatically earn the gold/silver/bronze badges in their collections if that’s possible. 

I am looking to change the order of how the courses are displayed in channels/catalogs. Is there a way to do this or code to use to have courses show in a certain order? 

Hi EveryoneWe plan to use OCLs as a way of recording Competence Assessments.  In the OCL line managers will tick either Competent or Not Competent and record the date the assessment took place.  OCLs will be assigned to relevant job roles and will be scheduled for repeat every 12 months.  However, if an employee is assessed as Not Competent or a new piece of work equipment is introduced, it would be appropriate to assess the employee within the 12 months timeframe.  Is it possible to override an OCL schedule for an individual employee or indeed for everyone assigned to a particular OCL?

Within the past week we have identified that our internal certificates are no longer completing the required fields please see example below.We have never had this issue before and was unsure if the system has been updated and changed some of the background settings.Are any other superusers having similar problems?

Hi everyone! We currently use Learning Plans for new hires [the course content is enough to cover their first 90 days at the company]. We have found that some reps are flying through their training too quickly - so we are looking to divvy up the learning plan into Month 1, Month 2, Month 3. We want them to only access x courses in the learning plan during M1, and they won’t be able to move on to the next group of courses. Is it possible to do this within one learning plan or would we have to create M1 learning plan, M2 learning plan, m3 learning plan etc. Any guidance would be appreciated!

Did anyone have best practice or workaround to show the exact due date in Docebo landing (Home) page?I’ve reviewed the idea & running into the same situation. Ensure that I voted the proposal.In home page the due date shows as a calendar icon instead of showing the exact dates. Even I’ve tried with playing cards or list in multiple custom widgets… Same result... it shows either calendar Icon (for future due date) or X months overdue in course list/cards… Any example here to create the more engaging & user-friendly home page?  Setting course due dates for learners and managers: Task List and My Team 

I am working with a small team of power users in an environment where the business owns content publishing and enablement and assgins power users to make it happen. When I create a course I can share it with my team via categories. When I create a group or learning plan how do I share it with my team? 

Hello! We have a course that has 78 sessions and it would be super awesome if users could filter these sessions to see certain keywords. When we click on filters nothing shows up. Any ideas? Thanks!  

I believe this is a bug has anyone else come across this? Here’s our setupLearning Plan 1 COURSE ACOURSE B (Prerequisite Course A)  COURSE C (Prerequisite Course B)Learning Plan 2COURSE BCOURSE C (Prerequisite Course B) Learners who are only enrolled into Learning Plan 2 are getting “prerequisites not met for Course B. The prerequisites from Learning Path 1 are effecting Learning Plan 2. To make sure this is what was happening I removed the prereqs from Learning Plan 1 and this resolved it. I personally don’t think that the prereqs from one learning plan should affect the other. Has anyone else had this issue ? 

Our organization has virtual meetings to teach students about materials prior to coming for in-person training. During these meetings, our instructors launch polls in Teams. Prior to developing our LMS, we created teams meetings and the instructors would access them prior to the course to populate their polls.Is the meeting ID and information the same for all events in a session? Could I create an event in the session prior to the actual course so they could set up the content prior to the session? Or will they need to utilize the Instructor log-in time before the course to execute this?Additionally, is there a way to forcibly mute and shut off student cameras for these sessions prior to them joining the course?

Hello! I have created a list of AI channels, based from skills. All courses are in catalogs. I want users to see a select list of channels on their home page, but this isn’t working. All rules of visibility set correctly. Can someone please help?

Curious to hear from other people’s experience with their Docebo instances. Our Docebo platform has been growing in the last couple of years. We are averaging about 1500-2500 MAUS and have around 4000 courses across 360 catalogs/260 pages. Curious how this level aligns with other users and if anyone has experienced system performance issues as they’ve grown. We haven’t experienced issues other than some of the system wide known issues but just looking for some piece of mind as I guide our growth. Thanks to anyone who can share their experiences! Also if anyone has larger instances and have general best practices that have helped them scale and grow for us to keep in mind it would be awesome to hear!

Hello all, this is my first real post!This month we made the switch from the Zoom V2 app to V3. V3 is running well enough, but there are some minor things here and there we didn’t expect due to the fact that a main host needs to be designated. We can set several alternate hosts but they don’t have the same permissions as the main.The two issues we have are:• If an alt host begins an event, they show up under the main hosts display name and profile picture. It’s a little confusing when the instructor’s name is Jessica but she shows up as “Sarah”.• Only the main host is able to message trainees directly in the Zoom event. So if a second host is in the event to act as assistance they’re only able to message the host, not the trainee participants. If the main host has to reach out to everyone themselves then it slows down the training a fair amount.These seem like minor issues on paper, but we do a LOT of virtual train

When are we going to have to change to the new course player? As there are still issues with it. We’re holding out as long as possible. I don’t want to have to change/remove icons that don’t align with our brand. Hi  is it possible to run a report or use the Course Management screen to check if there are (accidentally) courses created without any training material ? Stephen

If you invite someone to view content in a channel such as a an asset or playlist, and they delete the email or for any other reason do not get the email, you cannot re-send the invite or uninvite the person and re-invite them. I tried to open a ticket as a bug and was asked instead to submit an idea that you can invite someone to view a course or asset or playlist multiple times. 

Hi.Here’s my scenario;A company pays us for a bunch of licences for a course (say 50). The company then wants send an internal email email / invitiation / link to staff so they can enrol directly into the course. The user self-registers, and gets access to the course. Once the licences are consumed (all 50 of them), person 51 cannot access the course until more licences are paid for. In this scenario, no power user is managing licences assignment. Is this possible? I’ve spent ages looking at subscriptions and have asked Docebo who say “no”, but I think it’s a thing that people will want to commonly do. Has anyone cracked it? Many thanks Alan. 

Is there a way to make the column titled “Title” in the Course Repository either adjustable or just wider? We can’t see the full title as the titles must be long since there aren’t other identifying fields to use.

Is anyone else experiencing performance issues this morning. We are having issues with pages loading properly.

We are in the process of creating our branded mobile app and are experiencing an error when we upload our IOS app package to Apple Developer. The error is related to the bundle identifier. We have a unique bundle id in our Apple account, but each time we attempt the build for IOS, we receive an error message indicating that we need to verify our bundle id and the id in the error message is not the id we have in our Apple account; it is from Docebo.Any insight that can shared about uploading IOS builds is appreciated.

Hello- does anyone know if there is a way for a super admin to populate the requirements for extrernal training?  I would like to set this up for my business- but right now its all blank and seems more like a “choose your own adventure” rather than… “these are the external trainings required and needing documentation”- also with deadlines

Hi,We have a learning plan that consists of three courses, and we would like to send reminders to users who haven't completed the courses yet. The notification should be sent only once, after a predetermined amount of time, say, two weeks after the users have enrolled in the learning plan. We considered using the "Digest: learner has yet to complete the course" notification, but it doesn't offer an option to send it only once. On the other hand, the regular "learner has yet to complete the course" notification sends three separate emails to the user for each course, which is not what we want.Has anyone faced a similar issue before? Thanks!! 

We had a random email sent out from our LMS to every staff member. Is there a way on docebo LMS to trace who and why that email was sent out?

HiIs there a way in the system to track and see the certificate IDs, either through reports or via the API? I understand that certificates can be downloaded individually and you can see the ID there, but it's not practical to do so for multiple users. Thanks
