This series is inspired by individuals working with limited resources and little to no access to dedicated design teams. I’ve been working in the Docebo space for over a year now, managing and designing our LMS entirely on my own.When I stepped into my role, our LMS was already built—but it focused on functionality over look and feel. My goal has been to create pages that better organize the large volume of information in our central repository, starting with the homepage (and make it look pretty lol). Hi everyone 👋We’re brand new to Docebo and in the middle of migrating certifications from our previous LMS, and I’d love to learn how others are handling this.Our certifications typically include: An e-learning module, and A live role play completed with the learner’s manager, where the manager evaluates performance using a rubric (pass/fail with feedback) We’re a software company, and these certifications are used to enable our Customer Operations team to confidently speak to our products and scenarios when working with customers. What does your certification process look like?

I’m very new on the Docebo platform and would like to create a new Super Admin Profile for my colleague. I only see Power User Profiles that I can create. Thanks in advance for some guidance 😊

Is there a way to generate a report with data showing how someone came to be enrolled in a course, i.e., by self-enrollment or assignment? Thanks!

Greetings, I am looking to see if anyone has experimented with the content creator tool and has any best practice courses to share? We are looking to see examples of created content from the Docebo creator tool to see how we can best utilize the design elements and customization.  In our learning & development work, we are familiar with SCORM packages and the system Articulate 360, but the Creator Tool provides AI language translation which is a huge plus for our audience. As someone mentioned in another thread, Creator is a good option for non-L&D users who need to get something off the ground quickly, which is something we are looking for. It lowers the barrier to entry, and with some light guidance, people can produce usable content. Looking to see those best practice examples of quick generated content if anyone has created any!  Thank you!!

Before I even start with my thesis, I will first point everyone to Bfarkas and his numerous resource on APIs. I have worked with colleagues on APIs, but I had never done the work myself. Sometimes I would dip into the API browser and perform a single command in the browser, but a real automation processing LOTS of data?

Hi, Our team is creating training on processes in a system. We plan to build a click through practice activity in Storyline. We are brainstorming different ideas to measure success rather than just using quizzes. Does anyone here have experience with building practice “click-through” and getting data on the learner’s click accuracy? If yes, do you have tips on how to do this using storyline SCORM 1.2 or 2004 and the correct settings in Docebo to get the data? Thanks

Hey Everyone!  I have huge ideas for what I’d like to do with our platform, but I’m always interested in seeing the creative and unique ways others are using theirs.  I’d love to hear AND see cools ways you have designed, unique ideas of utilizing your channels and pages.  One of the most helpful tools that we have used is a google calendar integrated on a separate page, that allows people to register for GoTo Training Sessions.  This was a work around after the platform stopped supporting GoTo.  I know this isn’t super creative or unique, but it has been a great help!I’d love to hear your unique platform ideas and uses!

Hello! We are looking to redesign our leaner and manager dashboards to be more visually appealing and still meet the learners needs.  Looking to see what you have all done.For Managers- does anyone know how to get overdue training to show on the dashboard without having to click into My Team to see what their associates are late on?For Instructors - does anyone have a page specific to instructors and what do you find instructors like to see most?  We have over 300 instructors that teach a variety of different items and currently they don’t have their own dashboard. Thank you!!

Recently I’ve been looking for enhancements and efficiencies on our pages and menus.  I am currently in the brainstorming process of what to put in our “pancake” menu (you know the three little lines in the upper left corner! Here is our current list, but I wonder how everyone else formats this menu! 

Where does the recording from an ILT session go after completed? We use teams and am not able to locate where the recording went after we ended it.

I can see another unanswered question about custom reports so it may be its just not possible.  Basically I'm struggling to get the custom reports give me what I want.  Ideally these are the reports i want.Weekly report showing me courses scheduled for the next 3 weeks and how many enrolments on each course Courses that are scheduled that have less than 5 enrolments (any time)Possible?  We have monday morning meetings to look at up and coming scheduled courses and it would be good not to have to go through each course one by one to check enrolments etc.

Got some animations to work via html widgets and gifs. Gifs are limited to 1 loop, so they only play once. Currently have it on our Superadmin dashboard, and thought I’d share  My screen recorder didn’t capture the frames as high as they actually are, but you get the point!
