Hi there!  We are working on revamping our customer experience in Docebo and are interested in seeing your dashboards/pages for inspiration!  For context, we will be organizing the homepage with widgets, and our training will categorized either by role or by product. A lot of the feedback will come from our customers, but we need ideas on engaging homepage layouts, banners, etc.  Anything is helpful.Thanks!

In working with email notifications the last couple days, I finally came up with a custom look for them that, so far, *fingers crossed*, seems to work as expected with Microsoft Outlook. The key was in building all of the customized look using tables and inline CSS. Outlook is pretty fussy about what it will decide to display. Although I didn’t find much in the community on this topic - I figured I couldn’t be the only one running into issues formatting the emails so I thought others might benefit from a template to get started.I chose to make one for posting a new comment as it was quick and easy to trigger new emails.Now I can copy this over to other notifications and just change out the message and shortcodes.All you really need to do is make appropriate adjustments for your own color scheme, logo, and shortcodes. I recommend doing this in your favorite editor and then pasting it into the HTML editor provided by Docebo as you will lose formatti

Is there a way to create a rule that removes a user from a group once they have completed a training?

Our organization has selected Docebo as our new LMS. We are tentatively going to begin implementation in August. We would like to put an company-wide anouncement out to get people excited. I am curious the approach other organizations have taken in their communications. Any help will be appreciated!

Had a chance to get a sneak peek with my CXM. She is cool.Here are some quick random thoughts on the User experience.4 reports – that not horrible. Most Managers will want to know what people are taking and courses and learning plans. So cool. Not alphalisted (good!) Would be nice to turn off a report or two (for example: we are not an ILT shop, so turning off Users Sessions helpsp). Note the Users – Courses report is an “all or nothing” (that custom aligns the hierarchy, suspiciously? You cannot select your users) Note you cannot also select your courses (opinion - cough that’s a big miss!) – so people with deep learning profiles/learning histories? They are going to have to go to excel and manipulate a lot. Conspicuously, no filtering options other than enrollment status (opinion - cough another miss).

Hi, Community!Looking for some ideas/advice on learner dashboard configuration. We’re looking to revamp our learner dashboard to make it easier for our learners to navigate. I realize that we all have different priorities and needs when it comes to the learner dashboard, but hoping to gather some new ideas from this post that could potentially be translated for our use case. Things we’re looking to improve upon: Ability to easily distinguish between required learnings (aka compliance courses with due dates) vs. optional learnings that are automatically assigned  Also how to distinguish between courses assigned via enrollment rules or assigned by a manager vs. self-enrolled courses (is this possible?) Ability to easily navigate to the course catalogs page where learners can self enroll into other desired courses A less “busy” dashboard than we currently have  Minimize the need for scrolling/the number of clicks for lear

Imagine your team has a multi-course sequenced learning plan, what are some of the non-traditional automation options to engage end users into positive experiences and poked along learning plan completion?  One idea is group membership upon completion of a specific milestone checkpoint course in the learning plan, sending notification upon group membership giving kudos (of some fashion) and maybe even hot link to next activity in learning plan.  Other learning plan centric positive story board experiencing to share?  Don’t be shy.  The platform does have badges configured and open to alternative rewards.

Does anyone have a list of best practices (and SOP) they give their content creators?  Basically I’m creating a requirement document so that those who are creating the content for the LMS have guidelines.  Thumbnail best practicesThings to put in the descriptionEffective titlesetc.  

We want to download a recording from a back-dated session. Is it possible? We want to create e-learning versions of some courses so we need to download the videos - unfortunately, we don't have the list of trainers who actually scheduled these so we can't ask for the recordings from them. Hi all,This month I had often following question from customers:I would like to motivate all learners, a new learner isn’t motivated when he sees that other users have 1000 points. Can I reset the gamification points? Can I set up the visibility?Here is what I suggest to try out for the New Year: If you create a Leaderboard and enable the time options you can select the period so that only the points obtained during this given period will be shown. It could be a nice idea to create a leaderboard for each year, so users don’t lose their points but only the new ones will be visible within the new leaderboard. Can we turn off the "Force users to change their password at their first login" option for a particular branch?

Hi there I wanted to ask if there is a way in eCommerce in making the various text fields in the payment and billing information mandatory. At the moment, only certain field seem to be marked with an * but the one we want (email) currently isn’t.Does anyone know where/how to change the information requested on the billing and information stage of eCommerce? Thanks Joe

Can learners filter courses by Skills?

Hi All,How are you going about tracking the content of your courses and channels on Docebo, to help you keep it up-to-date and develop a refresh plan? Are you using an off the shelf program? Have you developed something in-house? Ideally I’d like a way to tag content to then be able to search it. For example if a new feature is added to a dashboard, I would be able to search for all mentions of the dashboard in any content on Docebo. Looking forward to hearing about your solutions!Hannah 

We have a scenerio: Manager fills out an evaluation.  We want the manager to submit the evaluation as a step in the course in order to complete the course.  Currently we only see the user is able to submit the documentation.  Has anyone needed to do this? What is your tip/best practice for this? 

We would like to redesign our customer-facing sit--currently a Word Press site that links into Docebo. We’d like to see how other Docebo users are handling this. Please share the link to your customer course site, or if you would prefer to do this privately, direct message me. Thanks!

As an SA (Super Admin) are there specific admin pages you created and to what end were they created? as an example we already have an Admin Dashboard that has quite a few helpful resources already such as reports (if you are the one who runs those) and other various statistics. so on my admin page I have a link to My Team which utilizes our teams functionality, task list, of course management of reports, Users and Courses. also throwing in KPI, and Q&A as well.
