I’d like new starters to be automatically enrolled onto the next available induction session.Ideally, they would be enrolled as part of the onboarding process, with the induction session automatically added to their calendar. New starter added to the system > Automatically enrolled onto the next available induction session > Induction date added to their Outlook calendar = Seamless induction process. Is this possible?

Hi Community,We are facing a similar issue to the one described in this older post from four years ago:(Articulate Rise xAPI Completion in Docebo | Community).I am currently working with the Support team on this issue, but after further investigation they have not been able to identify a root cause. The affected courses have been tested in both SCORM Cloud and Docebo and appear to work as intended. However, we are receiving several internal tickets per day from users reporting that Rise courses are not being marked as completed, despite reaching the end of the course and/or successfully passing the quiz. The users claim that they completed the courses in one sitting, without interruption or unintended logouts. Interestingly, when we log in as the affected user, we are often able to reproduce the issue. However, when testing with our own accounts or dedicated test accounts, the courses are completed and tracked correctly. It remains a mystery what might be causing this behavior. The same

Hey Community!Does anyone know something about those notifications?I couldn’t find anything in the Knowledge Base. Thanks!

Hi,We have a use case where for a live seminar, we want to know how much of the live event the user attended.  Along the lines of:  if the live event is 1 hour and the user attended 30 minutes they get partial credit (50%).  Can I rely on the number being recorded or would it not be accurate for the use case above? For eLearning by contrast appears to be an open timer and only one bucket for time (session time + training material time).  So could get a numbers like 2 hours attendance for an expected one hour course. References (returns time_in_course as mentioned): /learn/v1/ilt/get_multiple_ilt_sessions?course_ids[]=<id>/learn/v1/courses/report?idCourse=<id> Looking for any insights!Best,Ron

We have just setup a new menu and some pages to display courses in a catalogue. As a super user we can:See the catalogue name in the menu and click on it.The main page is displayed offering the main categories. Only one at the moment as we are testing it.Click on CLICK HERE and our sub page is displayed as expected. However, when we log on as a user, we can see the menu and click on it and get the first page. But when we click CLICK HERE, we get an access denied message? What are we missing?

Looking for feedback on how others would handle this.(Yay we get more reporting coming on event status, but…..I don’t know if that answers my questions/problem.)If you mark a learner absent on an event for a course that is attendance based for course completion. It shows their status as ‘in progress’.I don’t know what the right answer is here. I don’t think it’s fair to mark them complete, they didn’t show up. BUT the course is over, they can never complete it.I want to capture that they didn’t show up, I don’t want to show a completion on course reporting (Credit where it isn’t due), but I also don’t want it to hang out forever on their in progress course list.I could mark them as ‘suspended’ I guess? What does that status even mean? How are you all dealing with this?

Hi all,I'm trying to integrate Docebo with a Moodle/Totara instance that is exposing content using Publish as LTI Tool (LTI Advantage / LTI 1.3) and wondered if anyone has successfully implemented this? EnvironmentDoceboLTI 1.3 Training MaterialMoodleMoodle 4.4 (test environment) Publish as LTI Tool LTI Advantage (1.3)The eventual target is a Totara environment, but I'm using Moodle to understand the behaviour first. Progress so farAfter a lot of troubleshooting, we've successfully resolved:Issuer mismatch errors Redirect URI errors OIDC login failures Missing id_token launch errorsThe current configuration successfully:Registers the platform Completes OIDC authentication Generates and sends a valid JWT launch token Provisions/authenticates usersThe JWT launch contains standard LTI claims including:Issuer Audience Deployment ID Context Roles Resource Link IDSo from an authentication perspective, the launch appears healthy. Current IssueMoodle returns:Invalid launch data.  Has anyone had any luck turning off Docebo Marketing popups that have started appearing since the new interface launch. I’ve tried Elmast’s suggestion (CSS) Hiding contextual help via CSS | Community to no avail. and I note that the feature request:https://community.docebo.com/ideas/persist-keeping-contextual-balloon-help-turned-off-when-the-user-turns-it-off-4229 appears to have been removed. Our management team is kind of unhappy that platform marketing is showing up on the platform so we need a way to permanently turn it off/disable it. Craig

Hi all,Docebo will activate the new Certifications & Retraining experience on Oct 28th according to this announcement: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/19807231971474-Product-updates#:~:text=Heads%20up!-,New%20Certifications%20%26%20Retraining%20experience,-Starting%20October%2028I assume that other customers (like us) are not ready yet to use the new experience. To prevent users from seeing the Warning Banner on the My Activities page, we used this CSS:/* Hide warning banner on My Activities - Legacy Certifications */.printable.user-report-courses .ml-warning-banner { display: none !important;}Just wanted to share it with the Community.Always test things in Sandbox :)

Hi! I’m Daniele and I am the PM for Mobile Learning. I’m glad you joined this Product Design Group (PDG) to help us shape how the mobile app evolves. We want the Docebo mobile app to be easier to start, simple to stay signed in, and more helpful once learners are inside. We believe the best way to get there is to build it with the people who use it.Here is what happens next:We will share with you early design concepts, so we can validate our ideas together. We will send surveys to understand what are the most common use cases, challenges learners face everyday and your number 1 priorities. Along the way, we will share what we learn and how it changes our plans. To start, please introduce yourself in the comments and answer one question: If we could add or change one thing in the Docebo Mobile App, what would have the biggest impact? ⬇⬇If you post an idea to our Ideas Portal, please use the idea submission template and select Mobile Learning as the Product Area.Thank you for joining us!

Hi Docebo community,As my team has been releasing more training programs on Docebo, we’ve noticed an uptick of users with deactivated accounts reaching out to us with problems logging in. I wanted to see if other teams have an elegant solution for reactivating accounts, or suggestions on improving our process:Right now it looks like:Email is sent to support about not being able to log into their LMS account. We reset their password to a generic temporary one. Use the “Send activation notification” option which includes the temporary password in the messaging. Email the user back saying we’ve reset their password and to keep an eye out on their account. As we release more programs I envision the number of requests will balloon. It would be nice if users can request their accounts to be reactivated directly on Docebo!Thank you in advance for any interesting ideas!

I’m working on a custom learner dashboard in Docebo and would love to hear how others have approached something similar. The goal is to create a personalized dashboard that displays data for the currently logged-in learner, including things like  learning path progress, pathway/program progress ( ex: 50% of all required learning plans and courses), and what they should complete next. I’ve built a custom page using HTML/CSS and have also successfully created an API endpoint through Docebo Connect/API Platform that can return user-specific data. The challenge is connecting the two. The HTML widget does not appear to allow the JavaScript needed to call the API and dynamically populate the page. I’ve also looked at the iframe widget, but that appears to require an externally hosted page, which I’m trying to avoid if possible.Has anyone successfully built a personalized/custom dashboard entirely within Docebo that pulls dynamic learner data? I’d especially be interested in hearing if you’ve f

Hello, Came across the following today:We store users after they leave a company, in case they return or join a different member company. We don’t use their data for commercial purposes, this is just their own course completions. Does GDPR apply here, and if so, does anyone have a working system in place? My thoughts were to md5 hash firstname lastname username email for any users placed in the “former members/european members” folder, which is where we place former members.

A customer of us pointed out that our Google Search Result is not optimal. We checked and indeed, our Google Entry looks weird, see belowThe Title “Cyber Defense Awareness Trainings” that we defined within Docebo is picked up by google, but everything else is not visible. We contacted support and they advice us to use the SEO Settings, that is part of the ecommerce App. First of all, it is a bit weird that we need to install something, to make sure that Google gets all needed information and that we then need to install an app (ecommerce) that we do not use.We do not use Google Analytics on the platformI already saw other customers that have the same issue and I am interested to know if other customers within the community also have the same issue…Cheers,Johfra

I have just set us up to be a training provider through the American Red Cross and I am the instructor.Has anyone ever tried to integrate this type of training into the platform? I would like to use their blended models where learners take the course online and then attend the in-person skills course with me.There are ways to request these from the red cross before-hand and I would like for the course in the LMS platform to check for completion of the online portion and sign up for the sessions. The way the red cross is set up, it may be difficult to do the workflow how it would work best for our group. I would like for us to host twice a month skills courses and the learners/employees know and sign up for a session and then I can ensure the online portion was done before hand, if not, they would wait until the next available instructor led session.I know that having the online portion be an integrated AICC course would be asking way too much. From the LMS side, it could just be an ass

Hi everyone,We're updating a branded Docebo theme and noticed that course status badges appear to behave differently across various parts of the platform. On My Courses, we can still style statuses independently:Enrolled In Progress CompletedHowever, when inspecting Catalog, Search, and Homepage Available Courses cards, we found the badges appear to render as: ui-badge-status-successfor:New Enrolledand ui-badge-status-neutral for:In Progress CompletedWe inspected the rendered HTML and were unable to find status-specific identifiers such as:ui-card-status-completed ui-card-status-in_progress data-status="completed"on these card types.Has anyone found a supported selector, attribute, or other method to distinguish Completed from In Progress on Catalog/Homepage course cards following recent UI updates? Please also note that I am a lowly LMS admin, not a coder or developer. Most of this work was done using AI to help me out and my skills are limited and I might be missing something.  Any tho

I am super excited about the Marketplace Agent beta because the search function isn't ideal. However, I still can’t get the Agent to work — it returns errors. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Here is an example of its answer:Right now I’m not able to curate anything because the Content Marketplace catalog service is down — every search attempt for those terms is returning an upstream error from the marketplace.Because my remit is specifically to search, compare, shortlist, and import marketplace content, that outage blocks me from:Running the separate searches on your seven key terms Applying your duration, ratings, and format filters Screening out manager-focused items. Doing tone reads based on real titles, descriptions, formats, publishers, and dates.

The badges are too limited. We need more options to award them other than the short list for automatic assignment. For example, we wanted to create an eLearning Hero badge. It would obviously be for completing eLearning courses. Many of the ILT completions are going to be for mandatory monthly safety trainings for our manufacturing sector, and we don’t need those to be factored in the count. Nor do I want to manually enter a subset of courses or have to select all and go through 900+ courses and deselect those. Anyway, just my thoughts for our wish list. 😁
