I am a new LMS Administrator and was wondering what everyone’s best practice for course enrollment notifications are.Currently we have a notification that goes out to users when they enroll in a course that says something like “you have been enrolled in the course COURSENAME” etc etc. This is set for all courses, including both ILT and Elearnings.  The problem we are experiencing is when a user enrolls into an ILT on the course level, they receive an email that says they have been enrolled into the course but the average/nonexperienced user doesn’t always realize they still need to enroll into a session. This has been causing some confusion because the email says you are enrolled in the course and some users don’t quite get the idea of courses vs sessions. (I really wish there was separate notification rules for ILT Courses and ELearning Courses so that the ILT notifications can be crafted to say make sure to enroll in a session) 

We did the voluntary upgrade to the new course UI at the end of last week. We use Docebo to provide 2 of our certification exams.  I haven’t changed any settings in my exams but now the test-taker does NOT see any feedback messages after completing exam.  They are supposed to see a message with their score and a summary of what they scored in each category.I tested this myself and did not receive the feedback message in the new UI.I reverted back to the ‘old’ UI, completed the exam and then I did receive the feedback message.No other changes were made. 😕 Has anyone else experienced a negative impact to their tests/exams since upgrading?I have a support ticket filed but just curious if anyone has encountered this and more importantly if anyone has figured out how to solve it.I prefer the new UI but I can’t use it until this is resolved….​​​​​​​Thanks! ​​​​​​​

I have a learning plan created.  I would like to enroll users and have the learning plan available to them May 1 (for reference, it is April 24).  I will not be in office on May 1 to do this manually.   Is there a way to schedule enrollment so that learners do not see their learning plan until an appointed time that I can schedule in advance. This learning plan contains 8 e-learning courses. Thank you!

We’ve integrated our Office 365 calendaring system into Docebo via Connect.  Though there are some issues with message content (there is none) and links to meetings overall we’ve got it working in a way that allows us to leverage the calendar.Having said that, we are now encountering an issue where when we schedule flexible/hybrid sessions (where % participants are onsite in a classroom and % are online via MS Teams meeting) the ability to join the Teams meeting via the classroom technology is not available.Our challenge is that our classrooms are all reserved through O365 where a classroom is selected via the location selector.  We can include a Teams meeting link as part of that calendar invite/room reservation process that is then accessible in the classroom through a Polycom panel connected to the O365 reservation. The join button for the meeting is not available on the panel.Has anyone encountered this issue (with any technology product) and if so were you

We launched the public catalogs. But we find the filtering of categories can’t be displayed properly on the login page when users switch to another language. For example, a native Portuguese user goes to our system, they will switch the language to Portuguese. All the text will be switch to Portuguese, except for the category list. It’s required to reload the page to display the categories in Portuguese. Is there any way to fix the problem?

I see eligibility rules for groups but not branches. I know I can change a branch with a CSV file or assign a branch based on an additional field at creation. I am struggling to find a way to automatically change a branch based on any conditions. Use case:User enters the system as a potential consultant, placed into the “Potential” branch. When they meet certain criteria, they move to the “Consultant” branch. If I can capture the criteria, can I automate the switch? If I setup the creation based on an additional field, will it update current users’ branch based on that field changing?

Hi all,Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing an issue with course management pages not loading. I’ve tried clearing my cache but the pages are still failing to load. I’m on the AU (Sydney) region server and the Docebo System Status Page shows it is operational at the moment. 

I am planning on creating a post event and transfer survey in PowerApps.  I have set up automation to capture unique session details on Sharepoint. That way when the respondent chooses the course they attended, a dropdown of session dates would appear and auto identify facilitator.Ideally I would like to send a link or QR code that takes users to the survey, but is able to provide the Course, date, and user info so the user doesn’t have to enter that in.  I know I can grab user info from within PA just by them accessing the survey, is there a way to send the course/date/facilitator info in the QR code or URL?It would be nice to use API’s, that is not an option.Please share how you have done this and if there are any methods to auto send the emails on class day and 90 days later. Thanks!

The option to change score display under Score Management for a quiz is grayed out/disabled. I want to change the scoring from numbers to percentage. I do have people enrolled in the quiz but not started and I have people that have completed. I do to have any users that are “in progress”. What am I missing here? Is this dependent on some other setting somewhere?

I'm looking to run a report to find out who isn't enrolled to a course - as it stands the filters only show me who has been enrolled but not completed the session/course.I can find out via a vLookUp but looking to see if this is a feature on Docebo. Thanks in advance.

I would like to modify the size and colors of some of the text, I would also like the lines that divide the various fields of the register to appear in the pdf.

One of our customers requires our certificates for course completion be signed, is it possible to prompt an employee to sign their certificate associated with a specific course in the system?

Is there a way to have more control over the font and spacing (indents) when I’m filling in the course descriptions? The html in the code tab is also very poorly formatting so it’s almost impossible to go in manually and change things up. 

What are you using to create your instructor led (VILT/Live) training schedules?We have about 400 sessions delivered by 9 resources per month and approximately 60 different courses.  We need to address resource availability and skill sets.Thank you for your response.Bruce Ciemniecki

Hello,Currently, employees who are “on leave” remain active in our system. Therefore, they are still enrolled in courses while they are out and there isn’t a way to identify them in reporting. I believe it is ideal to move “on leave” accounts to an inactive status, but this could cause them to be missed from course enrollments via enrollment rules (since active users remain in groups and will not get enrolled in courses they missed once they become active). How do your company handle employees who are on-leave in Docebo?Thank you!Jessica 

My LMS supports both employees and customers. I want the training to be free for employees but want to charge customers.What is the best approach, looking for suggestions. Is this a use case for subscriptions?

Hello, I have a number of users that have requested changes from their personal email addresses to their company email addresses. This will also change their user name. All users have completed courses. Does changing email and user name in the system require that users complete the courses again or does it retain their course completion status?Thanks for your help!  

Hi everyone, pretty sure the answer is no, but just checking.There is not a way I can set up my sessions so that a user can join a waiting list on one session and book a free place on another session that is scheduled for a later point in time, is there ?Stephen

Hoping someone has experienced something like this. We utilize American Heart Association RQI courses. These courses have to be assigned perpetually or ongoing for all learners who need them. The assignment is the same name and is assigned quarterly to anyone who is done the previous quarter. Anyone have a similiar situation and if so, how do you make this work? Thank you - Jodi

I am trying to configure the contact sync since tomorrow, and am unable to open any configure page for setup. It's loading for a very long time.also facing the incorrect count, of course, course enrollment syncs both Docebo and salesforce.Please find the attached screenshot

Use Case:  Attempting to use a local survey for multiple cohorts and would like each group to select the start date of their training session using a calendar drop-down.  Question:  Has anyone figured out how to add a calendar drop-down or date field as a question response in a survey?  

We are having some issues with Docebo Connect for some external users, when they first access via OKTA they get an error, but some can proceed without any issue. As a workaround, we create profiles for these users and that resolves the issue. But manual creation of profile is something that’s not sustainable. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Is there some CSS or other way to adjust the fields displayed in the Calendar Widget?  Or maybe this is an enhancement?  Currently, the Calendar Widget shows the Session Name and Description.  The Description is too long to fit well in this position, and if a Learner wants to read the Description, they can click into the item to review additional details.  What would be more helpful in this view is the Course Name, Session Name, and Event Name (or title depending on how you’ve setup your system).  It would make more sense on the calendar in all three views.  

How can I send my user a Schedule of upcoming events?  Or simply PRINT out their My Schedule/My Calendar? Has anyone found a solution for a printable schedule of upcoming events?  I’d prefer to send notifications out monthly of what they have coming up.  But I can’t seem to figure out how to get the information in an email or a report.  Directing them to view their My Schedule/Calendar is still unwieldy.  The only options I see are export to Calendar (which creates a whole new internet calendar connection, not a legible schedule of events). They can’t print it out and hang it on the fridge!  And, yes, that is exactly what our users want to do.
