Hello,I’m trying to configure a contest and adding training material but, I cannot get it to work.I created a course with Multiple choice - I added the answers, but, how can I ensure that when a user selects the correct answer.  E.G - Is there an option to choose b) 2007? I tried to create a contest and I would like to add this training material (multiple choice questions) but, when I try I receive this error message  Thanks for your help 

Has anybody faced any issue where the users complete the first training material and click "Next" to continue the following training material, but the "Next" button is not working? But when the user exits and re-logins, the "Next" button is working. I reached out to the support team and was told it was expected behavior.May I know anyone's thoughts on this or suggestions?

In our site we used the labels in our Localization Tool to have SCORM on the table of contents show up as Interactive Learning. When playing with the new course player preview we noticed that this change on the localization dose not reflect on the new view. 

We have groups created with automatic assignment turned and a notification created to go out when the user is assigned to that group - but we’ve been told that notification is being sent multiple times per day (seems like it is happening around our Salesforce sync times). Does anyone know if a sync “refreshes” all users and the users get re-assigned to the group which would then trigger the notification again? If so - how do we stop this?? Thanks all!

I think we all know how poor the manager reports are and I'm really hooping they get improved at some point, but i wonder if anyone has any tips, suggestions or insights into the following:In the managers ‘course-user’ reports, there is missing records e.g. someone is booked on to a future ILT course and it just doesn't show in the report at all.  why? Is there a simplified way of seeing when people are booked onto a course e.g., as a manager if I go into someone’s course summary I can see when they enrolled, i can see when they completed, but I can't see the future dates of when someone is going on a course. Is there any way to view courses and external activities in one view?

We end our ILT sessions with an online evaluation. I have noticed that when I run a report on the evaluation I can see all responses, but it anonomizes the replies. Is there a way to this off or run a different report that shows all users responses and the users name?

Hi all, How can we pull a report to show the number of ‘Events’ held per ‘session’ per course?We want to be able to see this breakdown and also check attendance against it.I can create a report showing the ‘sessions name’ under each course but not the number of events held under EACH session per course?I hope the above makes sense? Thanks.O

Hi Docebo Experts!I have another question with distributing passwords.I was able to use the Import Users via CSV which included passwords for each user.  I can see all of the users names in the User Management page (Which is great!).Question:  Is there a function in Docebo that can send users their passwords via email in a ‘batch’ or would I send individual emails?  Being a newbie, I’m not sure if there is a better way.Thanks in advance all!

Can a User complete a learning plan successfully if there is a course that is under maintenance? 

Apologies in advance if this is a dumb question, I’m pretty new to the world of Docebo reports :-)We want to be able to include Instructor criteria in our reports, both to see which instructors have been allocated to which courses and which courses have no instructors allocated.Has anyone worked out how to do that, or where the instructor field can be selected?Thanks in advance for any help with this.p.s.  Sorry for the several posts today, I’ve got a few questions!

We’d like to provide the ability for our end users to view feature-related content in our web products directly from our product site, instead of going into our docebo environment, enroll in the course, etc. Basically if you’re in a specific screen that covers user setup, I’d like to provide them with the course/video of how to set up users that’s available in our Docebo catalogue. Ideally, once they finish/watch that video, it should mark it as watched in docebo as well. Does a functionality like that currently exist?

Hi everyone,Our organization is setting up presentations for different groups (both virtual and in-person).  However, we won’t have set event times for these presentations; instead, we work with the group to find a time that works best for them. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation, and if so, how did you set it up?Looking forward to your ideas!  I’m new to Docebo, so I’m keen to hear what’s worked for you.Cheers, Jen

I have attempted to create a contest with score the highest score and I’m having a couple of issues.   Select course manually:  There are no courses listed and even when I type in the course name I want to assign it to, the system does not recognize it.  After I select the Rank/Badge I want to use and click save I get a message that is in red that says please insert a rank?   Not sure what I’m doing wrong  

Is there any way to export the whole “session statistics” data set in a single file?For example we have a course running for 1200 people, over 90 sessions. All working fine, however to find which session a given individual is enrolled on is a nightmare.Our choices appear to be, open each session individually and look for them or scroll sequentially through the pages on the session statistic report to find where the letter for their name starts and then search manually for them. All we want to be able to do is either search the whole data set on this page (you can search the waiting list, so why not the “booked” list”!)… or even better, just export the data behind it so we can search the file. Any help appreciated.  

Does anyone know how to change the button verbiage?  I want to change the “Start Learning” to “Start Now.”  The Localization tool does not impact this. 

Hello, we are working on a proposal to take over and refresh a training program that currently uses Docebo. I have never used it myself, although I have a lot of experience with other LMSs.Is there a way that, when someone logs in, they don’t see every available course, but a custom menu based off their selected user profile? We have an interview about our proposal and one of the questions is how participants will be directed to appropriate learning within the LMS platform.Thanks so much!

Hi everyone!I am just writing to ask if there is a way to customise the reporting in the quick reports?  So if I want to see how completed a course is, in the quick report there is a snapshot circle with the percentage in.  The way we have our LMS set up is that everyone on that course is included in this, but my manager is asking if we can take certain people out and view it differently.  For example, we have had some leavers but they are included in the headcount and we wanted to take them out to just include active learners (but still retain historical learning).  Is there a way to do this or do I just run a standard report, take them out and do it in the old fashioned way and work it out myself?Thanks for your help as always,Keep safePaul

Just brushed up against something surprising: Has anyone else experienced this? We have used fields both to collect data and to drive certain enrollment rule. Had no idea there was a limit. Any workarounds or suggestions?

When using the Digest: Learner has yet to complete the course notification, would users receive the notifications of the courses that it is locked for them due to different reasons but they are already enrolled to? 

Is it possible to import a Learning Plan from a CSV file and is it possible to enroll users in the Learning Plan from a CSV file as for the course enrollment?Thank you,MODO

I put in a ticket with the help line. But I’m curious as to whether anyone else is having this issue. I can’t get my SCORM files to upload. I have been able to get an existing SCORM file to update, but I cannot add a new SCORM file.  Anyone else having this issue? 

Is it possible to create folders within a course catalog or channel to organize the content and subjects? 

Hi all! Our company of ~300 is relatively new-ish to Docebo. We’ve recently hired 2 Instructional Designers, using Articulate, which has been a real game changer. However, we’re noticing the the need for content authoring has become greater than what our IDs can accommodate. One thing lacking from Docebo is the ability to do any content authoring directly on the platform (Litmos, for example has great content authoring).If we wanted our SMEs to be able to put together a training, that maybe isn’t as technically complex as Articulate, but has more capabilities than a simple powerpoint, what do you recommend? I’ve seen Elucidat (which integrates), Lumi (which is free)… anything else people are using?Additionally any indication the Docebo will add more content authoring capabilities? That would be huge.

Hi all.I have a Power User who has a course that she wants to be available, but it has a test that she does not want anyone to take yet. I tested setting it as an End Object Marker & hiding it, but Docebo seems to ignore the EOM & just marks it as Complete anyway.Any  other clever workarounds? i could make a SCORM that’s impossible to complete, but i don’t want to frustrate users...
