Fill in the blank

Whenever I try to add a fill-in-the-blank question after I type the question and answers, and hit save.  I get the following message.  I do not see any option to type the title in?

What was your implementation journey like?

Hello Docebo community friends! I am reaching out to this wonderful and supportive community because we are currently in the process of implementing our new learning platform with Docebo. We are still in the early stages of our implementation, so as you know there’s a tremendous amount of work ahead of us. We are not the first (or last) company to implement Docebo, so I though it would be beneficial to reach out to see if my community friends would be willing to help us in our journey. I would like to start by asking a few questions. How long ago did you implement Docebo? What do you know now that you wish you knew then? Would you be willing to share your UAT test scripts with us? What was the hardest thing to complete in your implementation? What type of feedback are receiving from your users? Would you be willing to connect via phone for a quick Q&A session? Can domains be blocked?

I see in Advanced Settings it’s possible to restrict registrations to specific domains but is it possible to block people with specific domains from registering?

Retire a ILT course

How do we disable/retire a course?We have several ILT courses that have training materials and sessions. In the past, users were enrolled in these courses, accessed the training materials, took a quiz. They have existing records that we do not want to unlink/remove. We recently added a new course and would like to take these older ILT courses offline. We selected to make it unpublished but oddly enough they still show up on the users catalog for selection and then fail obviously. Going into the course advanced properties/time options you can only enter a expire number, not a date. Is this what we need to do in order for these older ILT courses to not show up on any catalogs?

Workaround for "failed" assignments?

Wondering if anyone has a workaround for a scenario when a student uploads the wrong assignment. Right now our only option is to fail the student, which doesn’t sit well with our students or their managers. The “failed” designation remains on the student record for the course even after they upload the correct assignment and get a passing grade. I’ve just added an idea “Allow instructors to reject or send back an assignment rather than failing student” if anyone else would like to vote for this. Anyone can make a mistake and should be allowed to correct it before being “failed”!

We are about to launch a pilot of our Docebo system and one of things I will need to determine is which browser our users are connecting with. Is there a way to do this from within Docebo?

Search results to include LinkedIn learning courses in their catalog

When I synced LinkedIn learning to Docebo, a catalog was created. I enrolled everyone into the catalog so that they would have visibility. How can search results from this catalog be included in the return information? Does it have something to do with the Global Search? Do I have to turn something on to return results from LinkedIn Learning in the search results?

Catalog FIlters

Is there anyway to add additional filters to the Docebo built in filters? In LinkedIn learning there are many additional fields that allow the user to narrow down the results. Anyone have any ideas? We want to be able to filter by Video, Course Time, and a few other things.

GoTo Training Pairing

Hello Everyone,  I recently have been getting previously GoTo Paired accounts breaking.  I don't understand why this is happening.  Currently we have around 4 Power Users set up as Trainers linked to their GoTo accounts.  Randomly these accounts will not be paired with no rhyme or reason.  This is bad because when it happens it prevents the instructor and the users from joining the class.  The connection keeps breaking from week to week it would seem.  Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with Paired accounts?  If so, what did you do to fix?

Add/edit hyperlinks on Sign In page

We are an extended enterprise customers and need help with this – We need some assistance with the new User Branch/Domain that we are creating in LMS. This new user branch will have self-registration and users will be created manually(Non-SSO). There are chances that many of our SSO enabled clients who already use another branch domain might go to this new branch domain through our community page. Is there a way that we can add a hyperlink on the new branch sign in page through which we can redirect the SSO clients to their original domain? We want to add that to the Sign in tab where it asks for user credentials.

Path to Images in Docebo?

Hello and thank you in advance!Where do I find the web server address for adding images to an iframe in a html widget?I’m vague on where it may be. Is there a place where I can view the path of all images uploaded across the platform?I know where to upload images for courses and widgets and went to the image UI for both, I get lost from there.Thank you again for your time! nick

Power Users - Is there a way to report out on what branches they have access to?

Right now I go out to the Admin Menu > Users > Filter by - Level and Assigned PU Profile to get the power users I need and download the file. However, this does not give me the branches they have access to. So I then go to the Admin Menu > Power Users and search for each one to see what branches are assigned to them. Then I add this to the file I had downloaded. Is there an easier way to get this information as I did not see anything in Reports.

LinkedIn Learning Catalog

Hello Community! I have just integrated LinkenIn learning with Docebo. When I did so, a catalog was built called “LinkedIn Learning”. I have two issues:the filters in Docebo are not the same as in LinkedIn Learning, so the users will be confused when they cant filter by what they are used to in LinkedIn learning. Right now I have it set that the LIL courses will show within Docebo window. Would this be solved if I had the setting to Open in a new window? I dont want to test it because it said that switching this setting back and forth will mess up the LIL courses. Since the LiL courses are all in one HUGE catalog, how can I set up this catalog to be its own page? The catalog widget only allows me to select customer catalogs and then ALL catalogs show. I ONLY want the LIL catalog to show. How can I circumvent the system? thank everyone! All thoughts welcome!

SCORE Test Scoring

We have followed the suggestions for uploading a SCORM - QUIZ - but do not see the Score getting tracked in Docebo - the reporting shows a score of 0. .  Does anyone have any suggestions or have you run into the same problems?

Channels: issue with invitations and notifications

Has anyone else run into issues when using Channels and the “New Invitations and Subscriptions” Widget? We recently ramped up our usage, only to quickly find out our notifications were not sending all the time and the new items were not consistently displaying in the “New Invitations and Subscriptions” widget as we wanted.  It has taken me weeks to figure out the issues, but I think I have finally wrapped my head around what is happening.There are two ways to invite/share an asset with someone, both have different results:This process ends with no notification sending but the employee being enrolled to view the asset.  Click the Gear Icon Channels Select a Channel, click Content, select an asset to assign or go right to Assets Tab, then select an asset to assign Click Shared with Share, add individual or group, click share Name will be added to the “Shared with” list, but no notification will send. The other way to share/invite. This process ends with the notification being sent, but

Deleting or Updating Badges

Perhaps I am blind…...but I am not seeing a way to delete or even swap out a badge that I have uploaded.I uploaded one for the sake of testing - it is not assigned to anyone but I cannot get rid of it or even replace it with a new image.In the reward shop - a little red ‘X’ appears to remove an image and I expected the same for badges.

Automatic Group based on Enrollments & Notifications - Verification

We would like to send a notification to remind new users to complete an onboarding course that they have been enrolled in, but have yet to complete. To create the group I was going to create an automatic group based on their enrollment status in the specific course, to meet ANY of the criteria for that specific course (so we can target the notification email):Enrollment Status - Not Started Enrollment Status - In progressThen, send a notification to this group (which should update automatically) 14 days after they are automatically enrolled in the course and again at 30 days after they are enrolled if it’s still not completed.**Enrollment rule already set up. Here’s the multi-part question:  Is there an easier way to do this than setting up two separate notifications? Can someone confirm that ‘Not Started’ will only apply to those users who have been enrolled in the course? ( I know this may sound dumb, but I don’t want this to go out to ALL users, only those who are enrolled in the co

Previous and Next Buttons

How do I activate the Previous and Next Buttons in a Learning Plan? I can see them on the screen when I complete the 1st video, but they are greyed out. I have a learning plan with 4 videos, and I want the user to be able to select next to go to the next video in the plan? I'm sure this is easy to do and I'm missing the obvious!

Setting up separate Docebo platforms

I’ve received an inquiry from our human resources department about them potentially using our Docebo platform to deliver and administer their internal staff training. However, I’m not keen on adding all their content to our platform and giving them administration rights. In this case, is it possible to have two separate platforms? I believe Docebo supports multiple domains, but does anybody know if this feature is included as standard in the Enterprise plan?
