We have identified a pretty big security weakness in the Microsoft Teams integration and wonder if anybody has advice on how to address it.If you are hosting a webinar (ILT), the learners enrolled in the course must log into Docebo and find the join button to access the webinar.  Perfect.  However, once they do that, it just opens a standard Teams meeting outside of Docebo, and once they are in there, they can find the meeting login info, and there is nothing stopping them from forwarding that to anybody.  For instance, we could host a webinar for paying customers, and one of them in attendance could easily forward the meeting login info to, say, a non-paying customer to get a free course, or one of our competitors to rip off our learning content.  It would be more or less impossible to spot this, since there might be dozens or hundreds of attendees, and each new attendee can put in whatever they want for their screen name.  So if a new person logs into the ILT named “John Sm

Is there a way to disable the Next button until all slides have been viewed in the slide converter in a course’s training material. We want to “force” the user to view all of the content before proceeding to the next piece of training material. 

Does anyone know if there is a way to prompt(force) a user access training material before the purchase a course?

Hi Everyone!  Does anyone know how to add an image to the sign-in box? Is this possible? 🤔 

Outside of making a video, is there a way to require a learner spent a minimum amount of time on a training material?  I know that time spent is reportable, but we would like to proactively encourage learners to slow down on some specific items.

Have I missed URL’s changing in a recent update?There has been a longstanding issue regarding URL being shared, and you had to be sure you were NOT enrolled in the course if grabbing from address bar: https://community.docebo.com/product-tips-tricks-3/copying-creating-a-url-to-a-specific-course-best-practice-427‘course/internal/view/elearning’ would be missing once you are enrolled. Recently I went to modify a URL to use in a marketing communication and see now that ‘course’ shows as ‘courses’ and the ‘internal/view/[type]’ is no longer included.  Have they updated the link to be universal and doesn’t need modified?  Will modified links that have ‘course’ vs ‘courses’ still work?  Is there an update I am not finding details on?current: 

One way were are utilizing channels is by uploading weekly reports (assets) to share with business owners. However, even though I am uploading them in order, they are being automatically sorted out of order alphabetically. By default, I need users to always see assets I upload to the channel “newest to oldest” unless they choose to filter or sort differently. Especially because we are utilizing the Channels feature within pages, it’s important for users to see the newest files first.I’m completely on board also with other ideas to improve channels - such as the ability to manually sort your assets and pinning the most important assets to the front or top of the channel.  

I have a notification set up to let our faculty know when a learner has submitted an essay using the assignment in a course.  I’d like it to send as an email, but that is not working.  The notification is firing and sending successfully to the notifications page in the LMS, just not sending the email.I have other notifications successfully sending emails to the same email addresses (enrollment, reports, etc).  It is only this one notification type where the email is not sending.I have tried recreating the notification, tried the same notification in a different test course, tried different email addresses. I’m looking for any suggestions of other things to try that I haven’t yet before I submit a support ticket.

We would like to avoid paying for expensive Badge solutions like credly or accredible when the badge solution of docebo is almost there to provide our requirements. Unfortunately, Docebo only provides the possibility to share the badge via a post on linkedin and it is not possible to share it under licenses & certifications.Doing that would be in priniciple quite simple. All it takes is to dynamically create a link with the notification system. Unfortunately, however, we cannot link to the badge as the short code [my_badges_url] does not link to the badge but to the badge dashbord of a user.Are there undocumented alternative shortcodes that link to the badge itself?This would be perfect, as we could send out a link that directly fills out all the necessary information to post it on linkedin:https://www.linke

Hello!Does anyone know how to delete duplicates of thumbnails when uploading assets to channels? I have changed my thumbnails for my assets several times as I play around with our look and feel, however it is keeping a “graveyard” of my old thumbnails and does not give me the option to delete like the course thumbnails do. Thank you in advance!

Please help! We are getting requests for completion rates for 2024 courses by job title. At the start of 2025, we reset our Learning Plans, archiving and unenrolling/re-enrolling people in courses and Learning Plans and updating the Learning Plans with any course changes.I’m trying to run reports to show people who were enrolled in courses in 2024 using both archived and active enrollments, but my reports are either returning blank or missing data. Is there a better way to do this, or did we break something we can't fix now?

We're starting to implement a learning plan in Docebo and the regulator we're partnering with requires that the certificate includes a unique identifier that follows this format: AA123456 (company code and then a unique 6 digit number).Based on what I'm seeing in Docebo, the certificate # is in the format of LP1, LP2, LP3, etc. Anyone have any ideas for how to give each user a unique identifier that follows the required format? It doesn't need to be the certificate # per se (though, if we could update that format, that would be great), it could be a unique user id or some other field that we could print on the certificate that's associated with that user. We also need to include this number in the report we generate.Anyone have any thoughts?

As the title suggests, I’m wondering if there’s a way to automatically update the list of assigned resources for Power Users (PU)?I created a profile that grants certain PUs access to the insights tab, and I have to manually assign resources  (users, groups, courses, and learning plans) to each of those PUs in order for them to be able to use insights as intended. These PUs need view access to all users, groups, courses, and learning plans.My concern is that when new users, groups, courses, and learning plans are created that I’ll have to go back and manually update each PU’s assigned resources to reflect those changes.Is there a way to automate this? Or have the assigned resources update automatically when new items are created?Please let me know if you have any insights into this question!Thanks, Eric

Does anyone know if there is a way to receive a notification (in-app or email) when a Docebo Connect recipe fails?  We have logic in place on the recipe to send an email for any errors that occur on one of the steps in the recipe, but I’d like to be alerted if the job fails for any reason.

What is the best way to get Power Users access to Learning Plans created by other Power Users?With courses, we use Category to give PUs access to view and edit, but there isn’t a Category field on Learning Plans.  I experimented with the “All in visible catalogs” setting, but this is overly broad as even if the PU is not assigned a catalog as a resource (they are only assigned it as a learner) they can still view and edit all the courses in that catalog.

I have quite a few customers who were imported by csv who were given generic emails from their head office. However, a lot of them are not their real email addresses. What I am doing now is going in and editing their email address, then leaving Docebo to send a “Welcome” email with login instructions; aka “User has been created” from Outlook.  The reason for this is because once the user has been created and the notification sent, the button to turn that on and off disappears.  Is there a way to force another  “User has been created” notification instead of sending one manually from Outlook? 

Hi I am looking for help with course codes, we currently have a great course code structure, and we are also trailing some external content and I would like to to show the course code as this is the only element that differentiates the course from internal and external. For example external courses I want to use the same course code structure however it will have an X after each code. This allows leaders to identify this is an external course and not all of their people will have access so there for they must check.    Is there a way to show course code when viewing courses ? ( i know they can see it in their activities however they may not have completed the said course) 

I’ve got the following settings on a course:  But when users enrol, I’m getting a notification to say that they’re waiting to be enrolled. So, they’re being added to a waitlist, even though I’ve not selected “Pending administrator approval”. Am I missing something?

We have just turned on the course rating (the 1-5 star rating per course) but it is not clear from the knowledgebase how this is calculated. I am assuming it’s an average of all ratings, rounded to a whole number?t appears there’s a idea suggestion to give admins more data on how many ratings have contributed to the overall rating seen, so that means there is no way to have this information in reports?

I have created a new eLearning course which is a combination of 5 other courses which sits on a LP.  New users, when onboarded, will only need to complete the new course.  I want to mark the new learning course as completed for users who have historically completed the other five courses, and then these 5 courses will be removed from the LP and archived.Before I set the new course as published any ideas how I can go about this?If I remove the old 5 courses from the LP will the data still sit in the users statistics?Thanks for any help.
