When a power user is buying a subscription, how do they choose the number of licenses in a flexible manner?A little background: we use Docebo for customer training. Each customer may want a different number of licenses, ranging from 1 to potentially hundreds. The only way I’ve found to allow them to select the number of licenses in the single subscription purchase is to create a separate plan for each license count (plan 1 = 1 license, plan 2 = 2 licenses, plan 500 = 500 licenses). Of course, that is not practical to do. I’m guessing I’m missing something obvious?  

I need to create a group which include all power users. Our power users change very often, so I want to have this group as dynamic. Similarly I also need a group which include all super admins. Besides I need a group that include all users who manage others (i.e.. can see “My team”) . Thanks in advance. 

Hello,Not sure if anyone else has run into this reporting issue but looking for guidance (newer user here). We often have departments complete their own trainings. They create a roster and then turn it into me for tracking in the LMS, docebo. However, I’ve noticed when I run a user summary report for ILT’s it shows the enrolled date then “completed”. I do not want the enrolled date to show because it may be past the completed date. I just want the completed date to show. Anyone else run into this struggle and find a work around? I recognize I can run a custom report with this information but when an individual is looking for a “transcript” this is generally the easiest report to run and would like to utilize it if possible. Any suggestions are helpful.

Hi, does anyone have a best practice for marking employees complete for a learning plan besides going to each course a LP is comprised of and marking completion in each one?

I’m pretty sure the answer is no, Docebo currently does not do this but need to confirm. Is it possible to upload test questions to the Question Bank using GIFT? If not, what I find so odd about this, is when you import a GIFT file to create a test, you can assign the questions a category that is made in the Question Bank.

We’ve recently migrated to Docebo, and while we’re excited to upgrade our user experience in many areas, it feels like Zoom V3 may present a few challenges… Our company is a public accounting firm, so continuing education is highly-regulated by a governing body. That body requires at least three poll questions for every 50 minutes of training. We have some all-day training courses that have in excess of 20 polls. We have a universal Zoom account dedicated to our training team, and have set up meeting templates for each course that includes the polls so that we don’t have to manually add them to every Zoom meeting. It looks like with the V3 integration, in order to use a meeting template, we have to create the template at the organizational account level of Zoom. And, after testing it, polls aren’t part of those templates. Even if they were, we’d need our IT department’s help in creating those templates as often as needed. ..

Hello, It was brought to my attention that one of our eLearning courses (SCORM) did not save a learner’s progress. She completed about 50% of the course before taking a break. When she came back, she was taken to the beginning and none of her progress was saved. When I enrolled in the course and tested it out, I was able to recreate the issue if I closed the internet browser (red #2 in image below). Course progress was saved if I clicked the green #1 in the image below. I did not try by closing only the tab. We are using the stand-alone mode for all SCORM packages. To save progress, must the user click the x near the green #1? If so, that is NOT intuitive or user-friendly. Thank you in advance! 

Hi all,Was hoping to get your thoughts on if there is a way to do this;We have a large number of courses, many of them mandatory, that we enrol users in.Presently we have all the user’s enrolled courses show up in a single widget on the page - which is fine but some users report they are unable to find specific courses easily when looking for them (we really do have quite a lot of them in our org).I would like to group these courses together by topic to make it easier for users to find what they need. I thought of catalogues but these show both enrolled, unenrolled and completed courses - I only want to show courses that the users are currently enrolled in.I can’t see a way to enable this on the courses widget, so wondering if anyone has wanted to do something similar and found a workaround?Many thanks,Rob

We are looking to hide the Instructor panel (we changed to Program Manager) as it offers no value. It shows a name and thumbnail. No contact info at all. Can this be hidden or removed with CSS? Which brings me to my 2nd request. We do add the contact info for our Program Managers in the course descriptions, but by default it’s collapsed in the new course player. Can this be updated to be expanded by default when a user enters a course?Thank you for any and all help! 

Has anyone done anything interesting with the new course player ILT layout. It seems like there is a lot of duplicative information wand the new layout feels a bit overwhelming.  Also visually I  miss the course image that was in the old layout.  What have you done? How have you made it better and more clear for users. 

Hi all,My team and I are looking for a way to create a one time page for the first time a user logs into the system. I have seen a few posts about this and the main thing they’ve said is that you cannot do this without creating a course or some arbitrary attribute to assign to a group. Is there an easier way to do this? I appreciate any and all feedback or ideas you may be able to provide. Thank you!

One of our SMEs wants to host a course where staff will:Watch a video Complete an assessment Sign a waiverThe waiver is an official form provided by a governing agency, so we need to use their form. The second half of this step is that the SME then needs to fill out the bottom half of the form confirming that the staff member completed all training. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to manage this? I’m wondering if I can do something where the learner esigns the form and it is automatically sent to our SME, then she would execute it and send it back. I don’t think this is something we can track in the Learning Hub though?

I’ve tried working with the preview mode of the new Learning Plan and Course players and I’ve got a UI/UX issue.All of our slide content for courses has been uploaded as a PDF to the converter - and I noticed with the switch to the new preview player that these no longer fit to the page as they used to. A user now has to scroll to see the full slide or click the ‘fit to page’ button EVERY TIME they have a new set of slides.This doesn’t happen if the material is uploaded as a Microsoft .ppt file, but again all of our material was done as PDF’s since there was no different with the previous layout.Will there be a way to fix this before the new layout is pushed out in October? 

We have a client who wants a report on an individual’s usage. This report needs to show exact dates and times of logins as well as course progress.Which report option would provide this?  Thank you.

More of a basic question… When I need to edit the wording or timing of a notification email for an ILT coming up, do I need to unenroll everyone, edit it, then re-enroll users? Or can I just edit it and save and activate and all the users enrolled will get the updated notification?

Hi I am creating a report for test results for an event we are having. They only have 1 attempt max pass or fail is okay, it is being rated on a average score per store/group. Is there any setting that can still mark them completed even if they fail the test, instead of manually marking it complete to show up on the report.

Hello everyone!We're looking for insights regarding a challenge we’ve encountered in our LMS setup. Here's some context:Before launching the LMS, we provided specialized training to power users, teaching them how to manage the enrollment status of their members. All our eLearning courses are currently set to "final training locked" to ensure learners can’t skip essential training materials. Additionally, any test-related materials are limited to a maximum of three attempts.Here’s where we hit a snag: If a learner fails a quiz, their enrollment status reverts to "In Progress" even if the Power user has tried to “Reenroll” them. As a result, managers are unable to update their status and must escalate the issue to us, the super admins, to resolve it. This adds a layer of manual work we’re hoping to streamline.We’re curious if anyone has faced a similar situation. Has anyone encountered an issue with the estimated avg. course time from Docebo Content Shop material? We have had several employees report that the time given is inaccurate and it takes them much longer to complete. We recognize that everyone has different learning paces, but the amount of feedback on this makes us wonder if it’s just us. Thank you!

Anyone getting the error 503 when trying to access their LMS? I have a ticket but want to understand if is in my end or massive error.

We are trying to set up a “Course has expired” digest notification to go out to managers to cover any of their direct team members and any of a selection of courses (e.g., compliance courses) that they have not yet completed.Has anyone been able to get the “nesting” of the codes correct to show 1 employee with multiple courses that are overdue, and then the next employee with their list of overdue courses, etc.?If you are using this successfully, I’d love to see a screen shot of the coding, and a screen shot of the result (redacted, of course).

how to associate an instructor with the course in the Course Settings to use the Course Instructor Widget?Where is the setting for this in the properties page of a course.  I can only see this option in ILT course.
