I encountered an interesting problem where we want to have an alternative completion e-learning available for ILT events. This is easy to do with course-to-course equivalencies, but once you get to the event level, it becomes a little trickier.There’s the option for a recording upload to mark users complete that missed the event, however, as I understand, this recording must be uploaded manually after each event.I’m just wondering if anyone has found a way to have event-level make-up courses be accessible somewhat automatically. Any ideas would be a huge help. I know it’s super specific, but just curious if this is possible.

I have an “ILT session Enrollment” notification setup to invite users to a calendar event for the session they just signed up for.However, this session contains multiple events within it - but they are only technically being invited for a calendar hold on the first event in the series.Does anyone know of a way to invite users to have calendar holds for every event in the session?Thanks!

When users upload a certificate for an external training course the date of the upload will register as the enrolment date whereas the user may have completed the training two weeks prior.  Is there any way to work around this without having to manually change the date as this will affect the renew functionality.

Hello,Is there a way to track learners who need to retake a course after a specific time period, similar to how certificate renewals are managed for yearly or bi-yearly requirements? From what I understand, we receive notifications when a certificate needs renewal, but it would be beneficial to have the same functionality for courses. While auto-enrollment covers new hires, we also need a system to notify us when existing employees are due for retraining. Is there a feature in Docebo that can handle this?

Hi Everyone, I have reviewed the wide list of questions associated with Observation Checklists but haven’t found what I need, so I am hoping someone out there can help! I am looking to create a checklist to support the training onboarding requirements for newly hired employees. This consists of completing a series of e-learning modules, policy sign-offs etc. I have created the checklist which outlines the list of tasks the new hire needs to completed but I am confused now how to execute this. Here are my issues: Can I link the e-learning courses they need to complete to the checklist some how? I have added the checklist to some courses for testing, but this is just an added training material. It also makes the learners complete the whole checklist and no indicate this is completed… Is there a way to add the check-list to the “Overview” page for learners? This way they can see it right away?  If the

Hi Brains Trust,I have an ILT course that I want users to enrol in the course and when there is a set number enrolled, be notified that the quota has been reached, and then I will create a session to add them to.

Has anyone had issues with videos being uploaded to training material that are very blurred for the first 30 seconds after being rendered by the Docebo system? We have loaded over 400 videos and have not has any issues before. If I upload in H264 then only the first 5 seconds are blurred, but If I use an HEVC H265 codec it takes 30 seconds to become clear.If I look at the original files using, say, VLC they are clear and in Premier Pro they are clear. I am using the same Export setting as all my other video’s.Any suggestions?Thanks Gary

Hello. In search of some help on - ILT how to reset training material for new sessions/event?Currently when we create a new session/event and that new session/event is started, the instructor sees the material on the last slide where the previous session/event ended instead of back at the first slide. The instructors have to go into each section of training material page-by-page backing through all of the material to get back to the start.Thank you for your help!

Hello. I’m looking for a way to only show learning plans and individual courses (not inside an assigned learning plan) on a widget to show learners which courses and learning plans are in “Not Started” or “In Progress”. Currently, the TASK LIST widget shows learning plans in these statuses, along with EVERY course inside of these learning plans (which makes the list a little daunting for learners). The TASK LIST widget DOES NOT have the option to “REMOVE COURSES THAT ARE PART OF A LEARNING PLAN” (like the My Courses and Learning Plans widget does). But if I was to use the “My Courses and Learning Plans” widget instead, I can only pick ONE option for the “ITEM STATUS”. Does anyone have any options or suggestions for having a widget default for the learner to show only Not Started and/or In Progress learning plans (and hide each course inside of these from the list) and show Not Started and/or In Progress courses that are not inside of a learning plan? 

Hi All,  I was wondering whether this was a feature that hasn’t been added yet or whether I haven’t set something up correctly.  I have given my PUs access to do their own custom reporting with this PU profile:  I have also assigned the correct resources to them (branch, learning plans, courses). However when they go to create a custom report. For example, ‘Users - Courses’, in the filters tab, under ‘Course Selection’ they are unable to do a ‘Custom Selection’ even though the course they are trying to select has been assigned to them via the PU page. Has anyone ever used the Observation Checklist as an onboarding checklist? Like as a way for a new hire to know week-by-week what training they need to complete and keep track of their progress? 

Does anyone know how to increase the badge size in the email sent from the new badge notification? My badge size is 600 x 600 but in the email letting someone know that they earned a badge, it displays in tiny size and the words are not readable.  

We’ve held off moving to the new course player as there were so many issues (eg the playlists and ILT courses). I’m getting to the end of my patience now with the old course player and ILT sessions however, I’m still not convinced the bugs are gone. So I’m wondering for those that have moved over...What bugs are still there and what are the advantages to the new course player?

I need to change a number of my enrollment rules to exclude a new branch from the rules.  If I change the parameters of a group, is it going to re-run that group and therefore run/assign any enrollment rules to anyone possibly newly added at that point?  I feel like logically there wouldn’t be any new people in the groups from these changes, but I’m just nervous.  We only want to change them moving forward, we don’t want anything from the past changed/affected.

Hi,I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced an “Alert Permission denied” error when attempting to access a Docebo survey on a phone. I’m still gathering details from the user as I have not been able to replicate the issue myself.Others have successfully accessed and completed the survey. I’ve done so from my phone both with and without the App.Scenario:User clicks on an enabled “Enrollment Link” for the survey from their phone using the App User receives the message:  “Alert Permission denied” (screenshot provided below)I’m guessing it may be a setting or security feature related. Hoping someone could provide some insights.  Thanks!

Hello all,If there is a course that has a quiz at the end and the course is set up to only give 2 attempts at the quiz, what happens when someone fails the quiz twice?  The status will remain In Progress?  With this being the case, reminder emails and past due emails are still going to fire despite the fact that they can’t complete the training.How have you handled this?

After jumping through a lot of hoops with our IT team, I’ve been able to get the Teams integrations setup to allow us to schedule webinars directly in Teams Meetings. We’re doing some testing sessions to figure out what our process will be but it seems promising. Does anyone have any tips or watch outs they can share?For now, we’re just doing a Teams Meeting integration, not Live Events, but I’d be interested in any experience with Live Events as well. Hi, I am trying to work out what a particular field means in a report I have run.I have a run a Users-Courses report to check on completions for my courses. I noticed that there was a column called ‘Number of Sessions’. I am not entirely sure what this indicates.When I looked at the Report Fields I found that there was a section called ‘Usage Statistics’ of which ‘Number of Sessions’ was one of the fields. I have noticed that it is only giving a number for the e-learning sessions. What triggers this number? Do they have to interact with any objects within the session or does simply opening the session trigger the count? Or do I have it completely wrong?If someone could please help me as this could possibly be a useful statistic in regards to usage of our elearnings.Thank you

We are using the platform for educations and getting our personal to read and verify documents.When personal goes on parental leave or extended sick leave we deactivate their user account so that they don’t get enrolled into courses and notifications during this time. We need a way to get the enrollment rules to run once the user is reactivated.The enrollment rules for the courses are configured based on the groups that the user is assigned to.Is there a good solution for this ?

I believe we don't have any supporting API to update the bulk additional fields. We have only “PUT/courses” API, that too works for only one course. Does not make sense.Is anyone have best approach to update the course additional fields as a batch upload?

Hi all.We have split our Docebo environment into 7 different domains, mostly to distinguish our brands, with a couple of domains also dedicated to specific projects.In most cases, a user will access just one Brand domain with a singular account. The domains have their own design elements & look distinctly different. The majority of our users are clients, and they more or less stay confined to a single brand.We do have a few regions, however, where the lines between brands are less meaningful, and we have been asked to set up some accounts with access to multiple brands.So far we have been unsuccessful in setting this up. Has anyone been able to pull this off? and if so, how?

HelloI have set up an ILT course, that is located within the two catalogues.  All users can see this course, but only some users are eligible to attend.  If a user is in a specific branch they will receive a notification attached to the ILT course stating they are ineligible to attend and have been directed to alternative eLearning courses instead.  Essentially the users in this branch can enrol into the course, but not into a session.I have had one user on this branch who has managed to enrol into a session, has received a calendar RSVP invite and said yes.  I ran an audit check and it was this user's log in which enrolled into the session.How did this anomaly happen and how can I prevent this moving forward?

Hello,Our team and company uses Discover: Coach & share quite a bit. Our learners love it. However, it feels a bit limited in its layout and setup. Does anyone know if there are plans to enhance how Coach & share channels can be displayed? Namely:Being able to reorder to assets inside a channel manually - not alphabetically or chronologically but to be able to drag and drop them in the order we want them displayed for the learners. There are times throughout the year where having some assets highlighted first would be very beneficial. Be able to pin assets to the beginning of channels Being able to invite to watch by groups already created in the platform (not just user by user, or the whole channel visibility group)Would love to hear other people thoughts on these ideas. I also wanted to post this as an idea for people to vote on but could not quite figure out how. :)
