Hello,I am looking for a way to automate survey responses from the survey training material being pulled by Group. We are utilizing Groups to organize new training batches and want to automate the gathering of the responses via each batch. We are looking for the users actual responses as it will assist us in tracking NPS and trainer ratings. It doesn’t appear however that the ‘Groups/Branches - Courses’ New Custom Report option will allow for this. It only gives ‘User Statistic’ data. When we tried creating a new report for a ‘Users - Training Material’ New Custom Report, we are able to filter to our surveys however it still only gives ‘User Statistic’ information.  Is it possible in Docebo to automate the survey responses in any way?  

I’m quality testing some test questions and had myself enrolled and took the exam. I found I had a setting I needed to adjust (random question vs. in order of test set)..and now it’s greyed out and I cannot adjust. I removed myself  as the enrollee (and there were no others) and even cleared cache, but I cannot get the settings to open up for editing again.  How can I get this open to administer again? Thanks!

Hello Everyone!I am looking for some help/guidance.  We’d like to use a csv to enroll a number of users into a session and set a validity date that is active from a date and time and active until a date and time.Now I totally understand what needs to be entered for a Username, Session Code, and level. The field “active until is already there so I know if I want to set the validity period, I have to add the field “active from”. According to the knowledge base article “Enrolling users in courses and sessions using CSV files” those date fields are formatted YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS and the default format of the date is UTC. Now I can also add a column for timezone but according to the description of the timezone field in the linked article it doesn't impact the results, see below:E

Hy there! I came across with several cases in which the user has completed the course (we have a date, the status is “completed” and they have a certificate), but the progress of the course is 0%, or 33% or 66%. We can’t tell why this is happening. I might have a clue, but would like to be sure if it’s something the platform does or it could be a bug in the tool.Has anyone experienced this as well?  

Surveys present great analytics when collecting student feedback, but sometimes we need to know who submitted it. Is there a way of doing this?

Hi,is it possible to “invite to watch” an asset posted in learning communities to a branch and/or sub-branch of users?  the only options I see is under “invite to watch” is either to a community or individuals. Thank you

We have been hard at work creating “Career Frameworks” for our team members which will help guide their progress in their current roles and ensure they are prepared for the next upcoming role if one exists on a linear path.  Now that we have defined the actions that are essential for team members in the role, we are now working on the daunting task of assigning recommended content.  The key word here is recommended.  Even with the updates to the Learning Plans area which now allows for marking some courses as “optional,” Learning Plans simply don’t ideally fit our use case in this instance.  We used learning plans in the past and users assumed they had to complete absolutely everything in the path even if it was 30+ courses.  We have users coming in at a variety of different skill levels, and while one team member may need all the basics, another team member in the same role may only need the more intermediate or advanced topics for their role, and we don’t want the

Hi, Our training department is starting a customer podcast that we want to host on Docebo. Is there a way to post mp3 (or any audio file) to display in a player and display show notes for each episode? Or do you just have to link Docebo to a podcast hosting site (like Anchor)? Maybe Manage Pages?I saw this Docebo blog post and thought it might be possible to host the podcast in Docebo, but I just cannot figure out how.Thanks,Andrea

Is there an easy way to see which pages a channel is on? At the moment I’m having to manually check each page. Can it be done with API’s?

Hello, Channel widgets do not seam to be able to show more than 25 courses (like catalogues) is there a way around this?Also does anyone use channels for employee training courses and for a large number of courses do you have a good way of splitting them out? Thanks, Tori

Good Morning/Afternoon!  We are working our way through one of our quarterly compliance pushes. Being that we’re an international organization, we have multiple languages. In our previous LMS, we could create one course with multiple languages included. I know that’s not possible with Docebo, so we’re trying to find work-arounds that could potentially help us out.We are releasing a compliance push next week that incorporates an option to test out of the full course in five languages. We were able to successfully implement this for our first course we launched since the training was only provided in English. However, we’re coming across a few issues with the next launch. Does anyone know what the lock indicates … between the uploaded to CR and Active icon? I can’t find anything in the CR or in the course shell that clues me into what this means, and I haven’t seen it on other courses in my platform. 

I have a “Users - Learning Plans” report scheduled for the 1st of each month. Between the 6/1/2024 report and the 7/1/2024 report, it appears that 200+ users are no longer included in the “In Progress” status when I filter the Excel file. Reports up to and including 6/1/2024 showed many users with a status of “In Progress” and a completion percentage of 0, which meant they were working on the first course of the learning plan (or at least so I thought). Starting with the 7/1/2024 report, there are no users in the report with an “In Progress” status and completion percentage of 0. Spot-checking some of the 6/1/2024 user-specific reporting for the In-Progress/0 users shows that they haven’t started the first course, as if their progress may have been reset somehow, but I haven’t verified whether these users had actually been working on the first course prior to this change.Did something change with reporting in a recent update that would explain this? I can’t tell what happened

We have our compliance and cyber security trainings in Docebo, and we have had a couple people let go, where we had to provide proof of their trainings. For future reference, if a user is no longer using the LMS how long do we have before their information is gone or is it stored indefinitely? 

Hi - I have manually entered a new certificate for an employee. Upon trying next to find the Archived Certificate - i was unable to do so - where have they gone?

We plan to archive some of the compliance courses, and reenroll the learners. We are curious about how others are managing the certificates from completed courses that have been archived. The User Personal Summary is a key tool used by our Power Users to view learners course details and print certificates. Although I'm not sure if it's a simple or a cost-effective fix, I've sent a ticket to Docebo asking if it's possible to add the archive details to the UPS page. I would greatly appreciate your feedback and/or workarounds.

We have recently determined that some of our training material needs to be organized into folders within the course.  I am struggling to reorganize the CLOR items into the folders without fully unlinking them and losing all of the existing completion/progress data.  Does anyone have a trick to moving content into a folder without impacting the reporting/statuses?  For reference...I need to move both of the Performance Based Assessments (LTIs from the CLOR) into the Performance Based Assessments folder.  But I’m unable to drag/drop them into the folder as I expected I would be able to do.   

Hello - Super Excited about the new evaluation designer that was called DLI - Docebo Learning Impact. We have 40 courses that all use the same DLI Survey. Now with the new evaluation designer, we want to change the evaluation on 10 of those courses to a new survey. Has anyone changed surveys on an existing course? Are there any “gotchas”  Our use case is full existing survey with questions about hands-on lab environments and a new survey for those 1-hour webinars that do not include hands-on labs. For the 10 that are webinars, we want to change from “Full survey” to “Webinar survey”    Has anyone done something similar yet?  Will this cause issues?

Question- if we have a course set up to retrain in 2 years, how early does the course appear in the task widget under certifications to renew with the renew button? We have been testing this feature but with courses renewing in under 10 days so we can see how it works. My hope is it would not appear there until like 30 days in advance or something.

We are using iframe with Google Forms into an E-learning course for a skills assessment and there are multiple forms to fill out. This gives the user more flexibility to go back in and out to complete each section but unless they click on this SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form. Unfortunately, once they open up each section, there’s a notification from Docebo in the platform that says they’ve completed the section successfully - and that’s not messaging we want them to see. Is there a way to turn that off? 

Hello,I’m a super admin and new to the Docebo platform. I am trying to run custom reports for our monthly ILT session using the Sessions Statistics report type. But I noticed that once the session ends, the number of “Users Completed Session” is removed from the number of “Users Enrolled Session” - > is there a way around to keep the numbers under “Users Enrolled session” to showcase the actual event level enrollments for that month? The attendance is automatically marked present if the attendees join the session. Thanks for any guidance!

I need to run a report on how many people are in each Group I’ve created. Also would be good to see who was in each group.Any ideas?

Hello There, Recently i set up a notification for Certification Has Expired event to send out an email notification 30 days before a certificate expires. I hit a roadblock because we are managing a few certifications within the company and some certification has a validity of 2 years and some don’t. The issue is the 30 days notification automatically applies to all certifications but i only want to set up email notification for 1 certification and not 5 of them. Other users who have existing active certification receives the same email content but the email content is not referring to their active certification at all! I have checked with Docebo support and according to the support team, it is a bug. i am surprised.  Any recommendations?  regards,Will.
