Is there any way to create a report that pulls up the following: Time spent by user on a training material Training Material Publish Date

We have two learning plans:Learning Plan A (no CPE credit) Learning Plan A with CPE Credit awardedThe one with CPE credit awarded is an identical fork to the first one. We had to fork it because we charge a fee for the CPE version and also we award a different certificate template for each of the courses in it.When the LP without CPE credit was created, a mistake was made - one of the courses assigned to it was the CPE credit version. This was not spotted for quite some time, so we have lots of enrollees : )We want to keep the LP unchanged for those who already enrolled, but for those who have not enrolled, change it so that they do not get enrolled into the CPE course but instead the non-CPE version.What is the best way to do this? I checked with Support and they mentioned equivalencies but I don’t think that would work here.Perhaps simply “hide” the CPE course and then add the non-CPE course? Based on some rese

My main question concerns the customization of these channels: is it possible to change their layout (e.g. like the homepage) in order to sort the content and give order to the different materials? Hi allI’m dipping my toes into Docebo Connect, and am a bit stuck on what should be a basic task. I want to get values from User Additional Fields, but the Get User by ID function does not seem to return them. It returns all of the standard user fields, but not the custom ones we have created.Does anyone from the community have any insight into this? Many thanks,Alan

So, we’ve recently bought into Docebo and during our testing have found that the integration between Docebo and Stripe seems to assume that the purchase is for ‘personal’ rather than ‘business’ use. Despite asking for a VAT registration number + business details.Not a problem? Well, actually it is. EU law says basically, if the sale is for “Personal” use, charge local VAT rate. That’s fine. But if the sales if for “Business” use, don’t charge VAT. The customer needs to manage it via the reverse charge mechanism. We’re looking at running multiple events with the same training material and notifications. At the moment the only way I can see of making it less confusing for participants is to delete the old event and only show the next one. This isn’t ideal as we will lose the participant information (I know we can download it, but it would be easier if it was still there).Does anyone know of a way to hide previous events (or sessions) so that the next users won’t see them but they can be accessed by learners that attended the session? As it’s a pain to duplicate ILT courses especially this one as it has quite a lot of training material on it, I would rather just reuse the same course.Thanks in advance

We have a couple of catalogues of courses (qualifications and leadership packages) that are deliberately not visible to users/powerusers (unless the user is enrolled a particular course) to prevent ‘unauthorised’ enrollments.However, at the same time powerusers need visibility over learner progression, particularly to support students in the qualifications programmes.We are looking to provide weekly reports to powerusers but as the courses are ‘not visible’ they also don’t show in the reports…Any ideas about how to create reports on ‘hidden’ courses, or a better methodology to prevent anyone other than Super Admins enrolling users that still allows reporting?

When using DLI for an ILT course, are unique QR codes create for both the course and for each session? Or, are the QR codes the same for every session 

Note I can add 9 other valuesLet us say I add another value BIO SMIO (rhyme if you will 😂).What does that tell the logic for Automatic Groups? That the one field must have both values to meet the criteria? What if I change the operator to contains. Does that contains mean BIO SMIO or BIO Clinical Labs meet the criteria.I feel like I just may have been cooking a long way by separating out values for a field too often.

Hello All,My team and I are looking to send out a survey (or notification with survey link) at the end of a live ILT after the ILT is completed and we’ve been struggling to achieve this. Can someone point me to a resource that details the process?I tried adding as a training material within the ILT but that won’t send a notification for the survey. For the notification types, “User enrolled in a course” is (maybe) the only event that gives me an option to schedule the notification for “after the event” and choose a day/time.Pressing questions:How can I attach an external survey link to an ILT and send out a notification with the link after the ILT or a course is completed by the learner? If the external survey link won’t work, what other options are there?For the ILT, we have new learners every month or twice a month so, using “user has passed an ILT session” would mean creating a new group or 2 each month.

Is it possible to assign just a lesson from a course? For example, we have an employee that goes through a course but in the future they need a refresher just one a certain lesson. So we would assign the lesson instead of the whole course? Is that a thing?

What is the best way to replace an existing course with a new course for all Groups and Learning Pathways, without allocating the new course to users who have already completed the existing course?

We’ve just launched Docebo Connect for Outlook and are successfully sending Outlook invitations. I’m trying to “perfect” the invitation to make sure that the links are easy to find and the right information is available. But… I’m also not skilled at an advanced level with HTML AND I’m aware that Docebo Connect (workato?) doesn’t necessarily support all HTML tags.I’d love to know what HTML tags for formatting are working and if anyone has created some fancy-looking Outlook invitations. I’ve at least managed to get a nice banner in mine. :-) So… what’ve you got?

Hello dear docebo community, I'm a soon-to-be docebo LMS Admin and very new to deocebo. My company is part of a global group that is implementing docebo currently as LMS in many subsidiaries around the world. We have an external implementer on board who actually does a good job, although I would have liked us LMS admins to have received different training during the introduction. By now I have worked through about 50 different training steps and I know a lot. Yet, I still havent really crasped the big picture of it and where to really start. Does anyone of you know about a generig Step-by-step-User-Guide for setting-up a countries LMS? Thanks in advance for any consideration and best regardsRoli S.

Hi everyone, We are expanding our channels to different departments within our company and utilizing Coach and Share more. With our expansion, we have had users ask if there is a way to place a hyperlink within the channel without having to copy/ paste the link into their browser. For example, I placed a link to our user manual within the description of the channel, but I have to copy/paste it into my browser to navigate to the manual I cannot seem to turn it into a hyperlink.  If there currently is not a way to do this, what are some of the ways you are able to uttilize hyperlinks within your channels, if any?  Thank you all! 

When I click on the Go To Catalog links they get redirected to a new https address but they don’t open up..It stays frozen on “Loading” page. And I have the same problem for all other catalogs. Do you know why?- After clicking on the “Go to Catalog” option it redirects as follows but the page does’nt load up-

They are assigned to very specific combinations of groups and branches. These are all required, compliance-related courses that are sectioned into quarters for reporting purposes but are available for the full calendar year for those that want to work ahead.We are trying to get the LPs to function with due dates tied to a specific day - such as 3/31 for the end of Q1. We want the courses to show as overdue if not completed by 3/31, yet still allow access to complete the courses after the fact. LPs don’t have the same customization that you do in Course Management (like validity periods, validity day start/end, and soft deadlines), so we are stuck between a rock and a hard place. We are finding that we can’t use the “After being enrolled in a course” selection for the days of validity because

Hello everyone, I’m creating courses with four videos as training materials, however the course can be completed just by watching 2 of them (not random, but 2 specific videos).As far as I know, the end object marker works only on 1 item, so If I put it on both, the users will complete the course just by watching 1 of these two videos.Is it possible to set the completion of both as the requirement for completing the course? Thanks in advance

Hello- new to Docebo here! When setting up a Digest notification if we select users by branch as well as Super Admins all Super Admins will receive the email no matter the branch- we know this one. (learned the hard way) But if we select users and managers for certain branches will it go to ALL managers or just the specific user's direct manager that will be receiving the notification? Trying to send the Digest notification for Users who have not completed the course, and have the direct manager receive the email as well. Thank you!
