One of our learners is getting this error after enrolling in one of our courses - it reads “We apologize, and error has occured. Error initializing the UI: media failed to load - no’media.error’ provided.” I’m not sure if it’s a Docebo issue or maybe something to do with their computer? She seems to be the only one experiencing this issue.
HI all, I have 3 additional fields in my ILT sessions that I need to fill out in the CSV file. I can add them to my CSV file but when I need to map the fields in my CSV file with the Docebo available fields there are no available fields. How can I get them added?
In order to capture the audience, and all the metrics needed for our ILT courses, we’d like a shareable registration link for each of our ILT sessions. Currently, folks can share the zoom link and content, outside of the LMS, thus circumventing the system and not allowing us to count them as a trained individual. For Docebo, this is reducing the number of active users/month - something that may have an impact on revenue.
The goal we are trying to accomplish is to have a site with widgets (already built in docebo) that is the landing page for an Extended Enterprise. The goal is to have people able to view this page without needing to sign in. So far, it looks like this is impossible. Does anyone know a workaround?
My boss would like to know the total number of sessions recorded on our site for a one year period. Does anyone know if there is an easy way to calculate this? I see that you can set a date range in the Admin Dashboard, but doing so doesn’t seem to have any effect on the range shown in the “Recent activities” area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
This is kind of a follow-up to the Swagger API post that’s “Related”. Is there anywhere that the raw Swagger API information is available? As part of our implementation we are needing to use the API quite a bit. It’s much faster to implement calls against the API if we can generate our connection objects using a Swagger endpoint, rather than needing to code each interaction from scratch. I believe it was called out in the other thread that the API Documentation is generated from Swagger. Is there a way for customers to access the same Swagger endpoint as that used by the Docs?
I have an observation checklist where the responses were entered incorrectly and the manager approved prematurely. Now there is no way for the user to retract or manager to reject, so the user/learner can alter the response.I’ve unenrolled and re-enrolled, but the old response is still reflected/observation checklist automatically shows complete even with new enrollment.Is there any way to retract/reject an observation checklist once submitted and approved?Is there a work around?Any feedback/assistance is greatly appreciated!
Hi everyone! I’ve just started implementing badges for our organisation. I would like to know if a badge that has already been given to a learner that completed a learner plan would be removed from this learner if you add further courses to the existing learning plan.

I have a Course Catalog consisting of 67 Learning Plans. These learning plans are self paced so on week 1 the user is enrolled in week 1 and once they've completed that they're enrolled manually in week 2 and so forth. I’ve set up a course widget that should display this course catalog but it doesn't matter how many of the weeks I enroll I cannot see anything populating in this widget. Any ideas as to why?
Hi,I would like to create a course that would allow me to check the status of a learners training by before their training is mark off as complete. Is there a way to create some type of trigger that would signal to me to check a leaners training to confirm it is complete? After I verify the training is complete, I would like to be able to manually sign off on the training. The course would be a self-paced training. The learner would complete the training, I would like to get a notification to review and approve the completion. Can a course be built in this way? Thank you,Indeya
I have an admin who needs to have a course not publicly visible in the catalog, but which a select group of users will access via the enrollment link generated at course level. We have tried various catalog options combinations in conjunction with actually being part of a catalog and also not part of one but everything results in the user receiving an permissions error. The only success was for the course to be visible and self enrollments on, which is what we don’t want. Is it possible to do what we are after?
Hi all!I saw last week the post that the data refresh frequency has increased to 12 times per day effective yesterday 9/19. Does this need configured anywhere? Is there a default frequency or is it a set cadence? Once an hour from 8-8 or every other hour for constant 24 hr updates? Would like to know how often it is being refreshed. Thanks! Hi allWhen bulk creating new users via CSV, there will often be errors whereby the user already exists (we use the email address for the username). The error report lists the email addresses affected, but does not provide any further insights, such as which branch they already exist in. This means I need to take each affected email address and manually search for it. Even then, it is not clear what branch they are in - I need to open their full details and go to the Branches tab. I have a hunch there must be a better way. Anyone got any suggestions? Alan
We have some Excel supporting documents that we were hoping to add to the File Repository Area. I keep getting an error that my Excel document is not an accepted document. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there another way to add an Excel document to a course? Thank you in advance!
Is there a way to change/enter the score manually in the score field for users who completed a course? We do a practical skills assessment on our platform and would like to enter the score they received for their course assessment. If not, are there any workarounds you would suggest? Hi everyone! I need to set up a program of 10 ILT with 10 paired e-learnings as pre-req. I’ve set up a learning plan with the prereqs and have enrolled myself and all is looking good! Now my next issue--in terms of enrollment --users are enrolled in cohorts. How can I enroll cohorts within a learning plan? Thank you so much for your invaluable help.
Hi! I need some kind advice. I would like to create a program on Docebo that involves a series of 10 ILT workshops. However, before each of these workshops -pre work in the form of e-learnings need to be completed. One cohort will go through these set of 10 ILT workshops with 10 prework e-learnings that is compulsory beforehand. What is the best way to go about this? Thank you
New Docebo user here- Is there a report at a higher level that allows me to view course/learner feedback or do I have to drop to the course level each time like I’ve pictured here? I’d rather start with the survey name and go from there, rather than search the courses and drill down to the learning object.
