We use SFTP (Automation feature in Docebo) to sync users from Workday to Docebo. Recently, and for what seems like no reason, users are not correctly being added to that branch. The users are instead not added to any branch. Have you see an instance where users are not added to any branch through automation?

Good morning!I have set up our Udemy for Business connector but am coming up blank for how to embed courses into our catalogs, learning plans, etc.I’ve searched for guidance on the knowledgebase and DoceboU but have come up short. Any guidance folks who are using this connector may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated!Michelle

I was very excited to use the Central Repository to easily re-use content in different courses, especially surveys. I was disappointed to see that when content is moved to the Central Repository and subsequently used in other courses; if the same user accesses this content after having completed it once before in another course (for example a standard survey or test), that piece of content is automatically marked as already completed. I have posted an idea on this topic but thought it would be important to post this for our new users. Hopefully we’ll see some improvements here once Docebo launches the concept of multiple completions for a single course (fingers crossed) Central Repository - stop tracking completions for re-used learning objects LMS-I-4423 (should be visible in a couple days). Hello,I've created several learning plans and already enrolled users in the plans. Now I want to notify them that they've been enrolled in these plans, but I can't. The only schedule available is at the time of the event, not later. Does anyone have a solution?If I create the notification and the user is subscribed to 3 plans, will he receive 3 emails? Is there any way he can only get one?Thank you.

During a test of The API to create courses in bulk, we encountered an error 500 and noticed that one of the usual default fields (when creating a course manually), Catalog Enrollment Policy (seen below) was not being populated.Strangely enough, when nothing is selected, it does allow self-enrolmentIn order to correct this, you can add the following column to your input file and choose one of the 3 options as needed:the column name is: "subscribe_method" and. your choses are:1 = Pending Admin Approval2 = Sef-enrollment0 = Only Admin

Hello!I am working on designing our second domain’s homepage and I am unable to get the background color changed from the default to black. When I preview the page I built in the Desktop Preview, it shows as the entire background is black (which is what I want) but when I activate the page, it remains the default off white color.I have double checked that I changed the color settings to black in Configure Branding & Look for this domain, I cannot seem to figure this out. New to Docebo and looking for examples or best practices to replicate a course offering we had in our previous LMS. We call it study hall- It is a drop in vILT session that happens twice a month. The sessions spend 30 min on a focused topic and then transition into a roundtable discussion for learners to collaborate and share. It has been very successful as a microlearning and engagement tool. I need to recreate it in Docebo and am very open in terms of format ( class, channel, whatever) as long as we can meet the following criteria:Learners can see a full event schedule and register for as many of the microlearnings as they want. After the session, a recording is available for attendees and learners who did not attend.   Attending a live session provides the learner a CE credit, watching the recording does not. I have a course that I would like to hide training materials because the material is older. I want to keep the training intact and not disrupt the learning records or really add another course and force the folks that are working with it to need to remember to report on two courses.Cool...I read up on how to work with hidden training materials and I get this….Hidden MaterialIn the Hidden section, you can flag the option to hide the training material from learners enrolled in the course. This may be necessary if the training material is no longer relevant to your training needs. Perhaps your company has modified its training plan, or you've uploaded new content. In these scenarios, deleting the material from your platform means you will delete all of the tracking data, thus changing the data and status of completion for some users. Hi all,Looking for some assistance here. I have six different catalogs for six different teams within my part of our organization. Each Manager of their team wants to people to report on user activity within courses of their respective catalog. Now the obvious solution is to include the Catalog filter in New reports. Hi All,Does any one have any ideas on how to post a message on a landing page? We occasionally have messages about open enrollment, career fairs, etc. that we’d like to share across the company. 

New to managing this LMS, so thank you in advance for your patience! We host a lot of our technical trainings at our HQ. Because of this, we open up a lot of those trainings as a hybrid option so that other office staff can attend. It’s helpful to know which staff are attending in-person vs. in the virtual space (but in real-time, not a recorded session). Occasionally, the learning team is not present for these trainings and it’s helpful for the facilitator to know how many staff from other offices we expect. I wrote Docebo support to see if there was a way to customize our attendance sheet with a ‘location' column, but there is no way to do that. Do others have alternative ways to easy track who is where when attending hybrid courses? I’d like to easy say that there will be 3 from our Melbourne office, 2 from our NY office, etc. Or, 5 total from other offices. Whatever is easiest. Thanks!

Got a “File size error.” message while uploading a SCORM file. We use Articulate Rise as our current content authoring tool and export SCORM files in the “SCORM 1.2” format. Does anyone know a way we can export it to reduce the file size or track how many files we have in a SCORM package? I found the Docebo article that says the file limit is 15000 files but nothing on the SCORM file size itself.   

Hi everybody,I’m trying to figure out how to design an effective Learner Journey and when it comes to engagement you cannot neglect communication, i.e. notifications triggered automatically by the system.We have a series of Learning Plans composing an actual “learning path” for several kinds of professionals, but while on the one hand I can grant progression and communication of that progression (with emails, badges, etc), the Learning Plans must physiologically evolve over time.For example, if a Learning Plan was completed by a Learner, so they got their congrats handshake and badge, but after some time I need to add a new course to the Learning Plan itself, is there a simple way to configure a mild notification that they should keep up with news and updated learning contents?Or: let’s assume I created a course specifically for Marketing people and I want them to be acknowledged of it: how can I notify a certain pool of users (say, a Group or a Branch) t

Hi there!My team is working to create new learning programs and we want to enable learners to only consume content that is relevant to their current skill gap.Does anyone know if there are any options within docebo for assigning courses based on the results of an assessment? We are looking to create a test out option and have the results of the assessment dictate the assignment of specific courses rather than a full learning plan (ideally, we’d love to have a custom learning plan created based on the results of an assessment- not sure if this is possible with Docebo functionality?) Any workarounds we could leverage to have a similar outcome to what we are looking for? Thanks in advance!

Folks, today I caught back up with my original sales rep and we were chatting about the past year in review and the look forward. I expressed a dissatisfier was the new My Team reporting outputs…and he suggested a viable alternative can be to consider establishing permissions for a supervisor as a Power User to give them access to the older dashboards in Reports.I am intrigued by this because he mentioned there will be no need to maintain the mapping of supervisor to subordinate as a resource…I hear this? And I begin to think the approach is viable.  To be fair and open? He did mention that “my integration should handle that…”I get I will need to do some magic with pages and menus to support the links to the dashboard…but does this sound accurate? I was under the impression I needed to maintain the supervisor to subordinate as a resource for each and every supervisor…which was one of a host of reasons to not go down this route….including exposing the
