I have a client who would like to build out a learning plan where they will give the user courses to complete, but then they would like to tell the user to choose any 2 of a possible 10 elearning courses to complete. Upon completing those 2, they would then progress to the next learning plan.I know we can do this with ILTs where you can say you need to complete a set number of sessions or events. What’s the best way to achieve this with elearning (where no ILTs are required)My current thought process is to add in an assignment telling the users to choose and complete 2 courses from a set catalogue of 10 courses, then reporting back on the assignment they are done for this to be manually marked as completed (or sent back if they have not been completed).This is obviously a manual workaround and not really a solution. I thought about equivalences however we do not want to mark courses as complete that they have not done as they may be used later.Does anyone have any thoughts, ideas, sugg

Hello, We are downloading all the training materials that are in the central repository using APIs, but we are not able to export the Slide files. The link is generated, but does not bring the content. We had no problems with videos or scorms, only with the slides.Any tips? Regards,

Hi everyone! I got a SCORM file from a vendor (NINJIO) and the video content is only about 6 minutes or less with a single knowledge check question at the end. However the file is 1.1GB! I have no idea why it is so big, but I can’t upload it and our Cybersecurity team needs it to be tracked. I did try to add the SCORM file to both the Central Repository and directly into the course, but neither allowed the file size. Does anyone use NINJIO scorm files in their instance successfully or has a workaround for adding this larger file (or maybe compressing it)? Happy to try a creative solution but not sure where to start!

Hello All,We are facing a potential data loss issue with course access and I’m wondering if anyone else has had and solved this.What we’re trying to record:We are looking to see how many unique users access certain courses per month.  So if User A accesses any of the courses in a given month, they are counted.  If they access any of the courses in another month, they are counted again.  Our PowerBI graph looks like this: We’re using the First Access Date and Last Access Date to build this data.  The issue is when we have this situation:User A accesses Course B in June.  This is recorded in the course First and Last Access date fields. User A accesses Course B in July.  This is recorded in the course Last Access date field. User A accesses Course B in August.  This is recorded in the course Last Access date field.Now we have a date the user accessed that course that is no longer present as either First or Last.  Thus our data for the “middle” month would change.  This isn’t a big issue

We’re creating a learning plan for users where some have learning disabilities. It’s quite a few clicks to get to your certificate with a lot of visual clutter. We’re thinking of creating a how-to video with instructions, but I’d prefer to just give learners a link to claim their certificate or send a pdf via email.I only found a way to directly link to My activities > learning plans, but there’s still that “hidden” three dot menu that only appears on hover.Is there any way to link straight to the certificate, no extra clicks required?

Hey, Has anyone used this prototype? How does this function work with SCORM packages and articulate 360 specifically rise? I need a solution for multi language courses asap. Can anyone help?

My company is in the beginning phases of building recipes within Docebo Connect. One thing that we noticed was that anyone who is a Super Admin can access the recipes we build out. Since there will be access to some sensitive information, I was wondering is it possible to limit access to Docebo Connect or even a project within Connect to just a select few Super Admins in the platform?

I am coming across a surprising issue.I have SCORM that I built in Rise that includes a video. When I upload that SCORM the button to enlarge the video is grayed out. This button works fine outside of Docebo, so it seems to me something in Docebo is causing it to not work. Screenshot below.Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix?

We are in the process of creating learning plans and want learners to have to complete courses in a sequential order.   How do I Iock a course until the learner has completed the preceding course?  Can we assign a timeline to each course (eLearning and ILT) in which the learner has to complete it?  (.e. first week, within 30 days, 90 days, etc.) Any help is appreciated.   Cheers! 

Hi there Docebo Community. I wanted to ask if anyone knows the best way to change a name on an issued certificate?The background to the question is, we had a user that didn’t realise their name was incorrect on the platform until they completed a course and viewed their certificate.We changed their name on the platform, changed their course status to in progress, then changed it back to complete but the certificate name didn’t change.Is there a simple fix for this?Many thanksJoe

Can anyone define the pros and cons of using Learning Plans versus courses with blended content? I will be creating ILT courses and eLearning courses, combining the two different learning methods. I understand this can be accomplished both through a Course and a Learning Plan. I wanted to see if anyone on here had any insight into the negatives and benefits of using one over the other. I really appreciate any help you can provide.  

Is there a way to archive enrolments within a learning plan in the same way you can a course? It would be great to be able to remove leavers/in active users from these as the archive enrolment in the course does not work if they were enrolled via a learning plan. It would also be great to be able to filter/ archive etc on the certifications screen.  ThanksLucy 

Hello AllI’m having a look to see if there is a way that we can re-create a new (or edit) the My Team Page. We would like a way to be able to display the Team cards but with a clearer view on the training completed by the users.For example:I would like to create a page where I can see at a glance if my team have completed their Compliance training. I would therefore like the cards for each of my team to just be looking at their mandatory/Compliance training and not just anything they have been assigned. If I then select on the Over Due Courses, it will then show me which courses that user has not yet completed within those compliance courses they have been assigned.Has anyone built something similar to this that they could share with me? Thanks

I have a set of PDFs I MUST maintain that get updated quarterly as reference material for my learners. Slide converting a file 50+ pages is out of the question and the slide converter also does not allow for live links (so users can’t navigate via Table of Contents or other internal document re-directs.Uploading as a file in a course isn’t ideal as the user must re-download every quarter which they are very very unlikely to do.I was thinking that maybe there is a way to upload the PDF in Docebo and use an iframe in the HTML training material to embed a PDF viewer? I have made a few attempts but haven’t found a solution.If anyone has a workaround for a true PDF viewer in-app that would be amazing. (Already submitted/voted for related Ideas).

I am excited to explore the updated tool to create smart questionnaires. The “Enabling Evaluations for a Course” help page suggests that I to go to the gear icon and then look for  learning impact/learning evaluation in the Apps & Features area on the admin page. I can’t find it anywhere. What have I missed? 

Is there a way to generate a link, either manually or via a button, to a course that isn’t an enrollment link? It just takes you to the course overview?

For example, I’d like to remove the footer, type description, and language. I’ve checked fark.tools and there is nothing included regarding these items. Hi all - I’m cautiously optimistic that I’m overlooking something here, and hoping someone can help.We’ve got a course that contains a SCORM file, and in the SCORM file, the learner answers a few questions using pre-defined options. I’ve noticed that I can see these responses at the user level in the “Reports” tab of the course, in Course Management. See the GIF below for an illustration…  My question: Is it possible to extract and export this data at the course level?For instance, I want to see how all 1,659 users who completed the course answered that question, without clicking into each user individually.Crossing my fingers...🤞🏻

We would like to update the “Whoops” text when there is no longer training assigned to a learner. However, when I go to the Localization tool to change the language, I see 3 options: Flow, Mobile, and Standard.  I’m assuming I know what Mobile and Standard are, but what is Flow? What will be impacted when I change that language? Thank you!

If a learner purchases and enrolls in an ILT session and then needs to switch to a different session, on the eCommerce report in Docebo will it show as only one record of payment? 

Did some searching and the questions/replies are 2+ years old.Is it possible to save a view in User Management? Every time I log in I have to change the columns that I need to view. Also to have the Branch option so I don’t have to go to each each user to “edit” to see their Branch.

Help please.I want to change the inactive user icon to be something more obvious, like a big red cross, or maybe a skull and crossbones, but I can’t get any further than something to do with the span.status-stateWe’re experiencing ongoing issues where our staff are not realising that the little grey dot means inactive. And now today I learned that one of our support staff has his display set to dark mode, which makes the status icon display a grey tick, so he thought the customer was active. Not ideal
