Hello! I’d like to get some perspective from the community. Currently, we require users to complete three ILTs during their technical onboarding. Learning Plan 1 - The Basics: eLearning 1 eLearning 2 eLearning 3 ILT/Session 1 ILT/Session 2 Learning Plan 2 - Advanced: (users must complete session 1 and 2 to unlock) ILT/Session 3 The challenge is that users cannot register for session 3 before completing session 1 and session 2. Because of this restriction, there is an inevitable gap between when users complete session 1 and 2 and when they can register and complete session 3. Users want to be able to register for all 3 at the same time. At a glance, the solution might be to just put session 3 in the first learning plan, but we encountered challenges were users were enrolling into the sessions out of order. And yes, this does happen between session 1 and 2 as well, which requires admin intervention.  It’s important to note that these are recurring ILTs/Sessions. We continuously add

Hi everyone, I looked for this but did not find anything, apologies if I have missed it. We would like to use checklists for our Instructional Designers to use as they work through a project. The idea is, have groups in the checklist, then instructional designer can tick as they work through it, and submit a group at a time to the direct manager. Is this possible, or can only submit the whole checklist? Thank you in advance.

My team is having all sorts of formatting issues when copying and pasting our course descriptions from Word to Docebo. Does anyone have any suggestions on a better way to bring in the descriptions?

We’re currently running some custom code to round the corners of widgets. It’s working for all full-size widgets and one-third sized widgets. However, it’s not working for two-thirds widgets -- I’m trying to upload a two-thirds banner and the sharp corners starkly contrast with all the rounded corners. Here’s the CSS we’re currently using to round the corners:/* Make all widgets border rounded*/.pages-widget-page .single-widget *:not(.title):not(.ui-carousel-title):not(.ui-text-link):not(.ui-card-title):not(.ui-typography-heading-5):not(.subtitle) { border-radius: 10px;}Any thoughts? 

Is there a substantial difference between the 2 SCORM file types other than character limits? We have a course we created internally that has a video within it that is now causing problems. I tried the debugging but it did not help, and now I have both SCORM file types but unsure if the troubleshooting should be different or what else I can do. Pros and cons of each? This course is a bit complicated with branching, knowledge precheck test out options, and several videos, each of which is followed by test questions. Trying to determine why one video at the end is giving some users trouble (not playing and therefore not completing the course) but not others, and it does not seem to be linked to VPN, browser, cookies, or anything else we have tested.

We want our managers to add comments when they review observation checklists. We have put in clear instructions and still many skip through this and leave it blank. Is there a way to force this? 

Hi All!We want to put our department email in the footer of the homepage, is there a way to edit or add to the “Powered by Docebo” text that currently exists there? I’m sure CSS is needed to do this, but don’t know where to start, I’m not great with that stuff :/ 

What setting do I need to enable to allow a Power User to assign a course to a catalog?I have assigned them all catalogs under “Assigned Resources” and have given him “View” for Course Catalogs. 

I can’t for the life of me figure out why Not Started tags show as #004e72 background (blue) but In Progress and Completed show as Black. Any ideas? Thanks!   

We have a major issued that started yesterday when you change from ‘Card’ view to ‘Calendar’ view.  The whole screen look changed, but more important when you are in calendar view and click the course hyperlink it is give you a pop-up of garbage text showing the course description with various code (Image attached). Previously, when you click on the course hyperlink it would open the course page and that is how a Customer or Employee registers for courses or VILT courses.  Right now, the only way someone can register for class is to open the actual course tile. Is anyone else having an issue since Docebo pushed the July update yesterday?  I have a ticket opened, but I got the typical ‘moved to tier 2 and they will get back to you’ email.

How could I add a group or branch name to a event attendance sheet? We had that capability with our old LMS. With Docebo, all I can think of is a workaround with a couple of additional fields that need nightly updates in a round trip through our data warehouse. 

Hi everyone,I am designing a page that has 3 areas on it depending on what a learner wants to do (attend an ILT, sit on demand eLearning or browse resources).  I am wondering if there is a way to hide the search / filter / sort bar so that there’s not a huge gap between the custom image and the courses appearing:Is this even possible?

I am trying to see if there is any way to limit access in the question bank for Power Users. I see that we can create categories. Is there a way to assign a PU a question category?

I’m trying to set up an automatic group based on 2 conditions:email contains 1 of 50 different address options ANDa specific additional field selectionI think I’m getting stumped on the conditions and sets being required to be satisfied. 

Hello, Docebo Community! 😊Is it possible for ILT Instructors who are non-power users to update ILT session attendance? I read through some posts and saw some interesting conversation around Instructor permissions. I was unaware Instructors had permissions, other than through a Power User role. For our business, our PowerUsers are administrative assistants (secretaries) whose job it is to create training courses for employees to review changes to procedures or policies (i.e., Rev 0 to Rev 1 to Rev 2, etc.)  There are no test questions associated with this type of course.  Although, Docebo allows PowerUsers to have access to the Question Bank.  This poses a huge security and visibility risk as only our Training and Development Team should have access to the Question Bank.  Our questions have been vetted by our SME and should not be altered by anyone other than the Training and Development Department.  See image below for more detailsWhen I remove their "edit" ability, the Question Bank is removed from their view but then they are not able to create the training Course.  Therefore they need to have “CREATE”, “EDIT” and “VIEW” in order to create a Procedure Revision Course. SysAdmins and/or Instructors should be the only personnel allowed to see the Question Bank.Is there a way

Is there a way to do a two-page certificate? or to have a single course issue two certificates (one with the actual certificate the second with the course syllabus)?

Hello everyone,  I run ILT sessions of the same course for colleagues in the UK and Australia. Is it possible, as it was with my last LMS, to choose which groups see which sessions, so for example UK colleagues (I have UK_users and Austraila_users groups already set up) won’t see sessions listed at 2am in the morning, and vice versa ? Stephen PS I don’t want to create two separate courses. Hi community,Our company is currently setting up the basics in Docebo, and I’m working on creating group rules to assign specific courses to the right learners.For some groups, we want users to be automatically added once they’ve completed all the courses in a specific learning path. This helps ensure they’ve finished the foundational training before moving on.However, I’ve noticed that Docebo only allows group rules based on individual course completion—not on the completion of an entire learning path. Since our learning paths contain many courses (and may change over time), manually adding each course to the rule isn’t practical.Is there a way to create a rule like: “User has completed all courses in Learning Path A”? Or any workaround that could help us achieve this?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello! I am looking for info on if it is possible to set course deadlines based on “start date” in the system and make sure that is a soft deadline? As I read in the knowledgebase I can only set days of validity for a course based on enrollment date or the day in which they start the course. In our organization we have a rule where they need to complete a course within 7 days of their start date. Their enrollment date is usually never equal to their start date but is typically earlier.  Any idea of this is something we can do? 

We want to use the Task List widget, but dislike the page layout of the page seen when you click “View All”.  I’d love to be able to change the target of the View All, but I’m not sure that’s possible. Our next option would be to hide the “View All”. I’ve been playing with CSS trying to figure out how to do so, but haven’t had any luck. Any CSS wizards have any ideas?

However, it seems this notification is only visible to managers, power users, and superadmins.How are you all bridging the communication gap between facilitators and learners within My Team? Hi!Would anyone have a general certificate template for completion of the Go1 courses that I could take a look at or use?We have a template for the courses we create but since these are off the shelf courses from different vendors with Go1/Docebo content, we were thinking a general certificate of completion would be appropriate but not sure how to design it.

I have created the following power user role, but when my users log in they do not see the enrollment tab in the ILT. They have been assigned the power user role for this course are also an instructor and enrolled in the course.  user assignmentsTheir course properties view My view as a site Admin They can go into the sessions and see enrollment and enroll students, but want to see the bigger picture of all students enrolled or enroll students and allow them to pick a session.  I have triedUnenrolling them so they are just an instructor Not assigning them as an instructor to any sessions Adding groups to their power user role that include people enrolled into the class ( both enrolled in sessions and not enrolled in a session)This seems to be consistent with any power user with the same ILT rights regardless of class. My assumption would be if I give a power user role full rights to enrollment they would see the tab.Is this how the role operates? Am I missing something? thanks in advan
