Sandbox Release - August 2025.Hello, we are expecting a Sandbox update next week, and I haven’t seen any information about what is expected to load.  Will we be getting the usual Product Update notification?  Thanks! 

I have pushed out an Annual Compliance training and have noticed a typo in one of the training materials (a SCORM file). I would like to be able to update the SCORM without resetting progress of those who have already completed the material. What is the best way to do this?  

Hi!We used to only use the Webinar course type, but recently switched to ILT. In the webinar course type, when a learner was waitlisted, their thumbnail said “Waiting User”. Maybe we changed something in the localization tool to make that happen, I can’t remember. However, now that we are in ILT, all of those users just show “STARTED” on their thumbnail. Users that are enrolled show STARTED too. We have an article explaining that if they see this, they are on the waitlist, but if they see the bottom one they are ENROLLED in the session, but I hoping there is a better way! Please tell me someone out here has a better way for learners to tell they are on the waitlist. Waitlisted for Session Enrolled in Session    

Hi thereDoes anyone have any guidance or suggestions in regards to changing the layout and/or colour of the Renewable Certification bar that appears at the top of each module of an E-Learning course? (As shown in the image below) We provide guidance to staff that they must click this when renewing training but increasing we are noticing that they aren’t which causes considering admin time as we have to go back and update certifications and completion dates manually etc.Thank you in advance.   

I need to provide reports to users that do not have Docebo accounts. Do they have to have an account to view the reports?

Curious if anyone has any tips and tricks for managing Power Users’ access to groups?Unlike courses and learning plans, you can cannot assign a Power User to all current and future groups. You can assign them all groups that exist at a specific point in time, but they will not be automatically added to any groups created in the future. A superadmin will need to manually assign them the newly-created groups as a resource.We are pretty dynamic in how we use groups. We’re often creating new ones. To that end, it’s not uncommon for someone to say “I can’’t see this group,” which prompts me to assign the resource. How are you managing this? Do you add resources as folks raise issues? Are you periodically updating resources proactively? 

Is there any way to make Group naming conventions “invisible” on the Users Profile?   

Hi thereWe have a custom report running which up-to this week has worked great.  However, for some reason it’s no longer showing the completion date even though its selected to pull through (As shown below).  I’ve deleted the old report and created a new one but the date still isn’t pulling through.  Does anyone have any ideas on why this is and how to fix it?   Thank you in advance. 

Can anyone help me add another language besides English? I was on a chat with the Help Desk for 40+ minutes and they could not figure it out. We have 4 extended enterprises and for the US region, I was asked to add Spanish but I can’t figure out how nor can the Help Desk. The Spanish, Portuguese (BR), and French (CA) languages are actived in the Localization tool but I can’t add them. Any and all help appreciated!  

Turns out if you try to save some time and use a certification for multiple courses, all the course options appear for the user in renewals. I am running into this with the two courses I have for Fire Extinguishers.  I have one long course and one short course on fire extinguishers, and I let my customer PUs choose which one to roll out to their team.  What is confusing is now that I have the renewal widget front and center on the homepage for users, when they click on it, they see both courses.  I do have enrollments locked, so in theory, they are only able to take the course they previously did, but it is still confusing.  I will also really run into this with harassment training.  I made generic annual and biannual certs that meet multiple state requirements. Soo now I suppose I have to create new certs for each course, then pull the data on who already earned it and when, and then assign the new cert.  UNLESS someone has a better idea?? :) 

Does anyone have some insight on the .csv upload process to create new sessions/events for a VILT course? I have to be making it harder than it needs to be. I’ve downloaded the sample template, but even with that I have to upload several times to figure out the format it is looking for (upper case vs lower case, date formats etc). Even once I can get one in there I’m still missing a lot of info and have to spend time going back in and adding details.  We are a small team (2) who spend a lot of time creating new sessions so would love to make the entire process more efficient but at this point I spend more time just getting the file to load I can do it manually just as quickly. Hi community,Our company is currently setting up the basics in Docebo, and I’m working on creating group rules to assign specific courses to the right learners.For some beginner groups, we want to automatically assign users if they have not completed certain courses—so we can guide them to the right learning path.However, it looks like Docebo only allows group rules based on users who have enrolled, completed, or are in progress with a course. There doesn’t seem to be an option to target users who haven’t completed a course.Has anyone found a way to work around this? Or is there a way to do this with custom settings or CSS? I’d really appreciate any tips or suggestions!Thanks so much in advance!

I’m attempting to clean up what I believe are some duplicate groups. Before doing so, I want to be sure that I’m not deleting any groups that are assigned to enrollment rules.Aside from clicking into each enrollment rule and recording which groups are assigned to it, is there a more efficient way to identify which groups are tied to enrollment rules?

Checking to see if I’m the only one seeing this in case it is connected to the way we create our surveys…I’m testing out the new Surveys - Individual Answers Report Type (which I’m very excited about, BTW), and the Questions are showing in HTML format (e.g., “<p>Please indicate your level of agreement with… </p>”).   Some of the User Answers are doing the same.  Is this by design? I’m sure I can do a search and replace to get rid of all the HTML tags, but that is not terribly efficient. I’m hoping this is a bug and will be fixed in the near future. Other than that - LOVE the report option!

Hi everyone,This may seem like a silly question, but how have you found is the best way to cancel an ILT course session in Docebo Learn?Honestly, I cannot find anywhere a process to “cancel” a session in a course, just delete it.I have people enrolled in an ILT course (venue or online) and sessions but I need to cancel some of the sessions in the course. What would you do? Also, I might create a new session and leave other ones alone.Thanks for your help and ideas.

Does anyone face an issues with the Learning Plans tab not showing number of mandatory courses and percentage in progress in user personal summary page?Is there any known issue with this? Because before it would show you a number of mandatory courses and a percentage completed.  

Hi All,Just wondering if anybody is experiencing issues with their Notifications application not being accessible. The system is still generating and pushing the notifications out, but we are unable to view, edit, add etc. This is now day 2 … any ideas or ways to resolve? Many Thanks 😊

I want to add a course to our New Hire learning plan.Users who joined the organization in July or after should be enrolled in this course. Users who joined before then should not be enrolled in the course.A branch/LP enrollment rule currently assigns this learning plan to our root branch + descendants.How would you do this? (Should I let the existing enrollment rule fire, then manually unenroll people who joined prior to July? Or is there a better way?)Thank you! 

Hi community,I’m trying to understand the difference between a channel and a playlist, from a superadmin perspective.At the moment, we are using channels to share job aids with learners for easy access. From my understanding, playlist is part of a channel - each user can go into the channel and create their own playlist.My questions are:Did I understand correctly, that a playlist is a function within a channel? My manager seems to think a playlist is a separate feature from a channel we can activate. If I create a playlist in a channel (as a Superadmin), how can I have it visible to all users in that channel?Thank you in advance!

Hello! I’d like to get some perspective from the community. Currently, we require users to complete three ILTs during their technical onboarding. Learning Plan 1 - The Basics: eLearning 1 eLearning 2 eLearning 3 ILT/Session 1 ILT/Session 2 Learning Plan 2 - Advanced: (users must complete session 1 and 2 to unlock) ILT/Session 3 The challenge is that users cannot register for session 3 before completing session 1 and session 2. Because of this restriction, there is an inevitable gap between when users complete session 1 and 2 and when they can register and complete session 3. Users want to be able to register for all 3 at the same time. At a glance, the solution might be to just put session 3 in the first learning plan, but we encountered challenges were users were enrolling into the sessions out of order. And yes, this does happen between session 1 and 2 as well, which requires admin intervention.  It’s important to note that these are recurring ILTs/Sessions. We continuously add

Hi everyone, I looked for this but did not find anything, apologies if I have missed it. We would like to use checklists for our Instructional Designers to use as they work through a project. The idea is, have groups in the checklist, then instructional designer can tick as they work through it, and submit a group at a time to the direct manager. Is this possible, or can only submit the whole checklist? Thank you in advance.
