It turns out Docebo does not log Test re-take information. So if one of your employees fails a quiz the first time, and retakes it a second time - the results from the first failed attempt are automatically over written. Absolutely unsettling but has anyone solved a work around? Any support or guidance would be appreciated.

Hi there,We have many courses set up where the initial course is long, and does not need to be repeated, but a shorter ‘refresher’ course needs to be repeated yearly.  These have been set up early this year (newbies to Docebo!) as being equivalent courses, with recertification linked to the refresher.What I’m finding is that as soon as someone hits ‘renew’ on the certification, and chooses a session for the shorter refresher course, the system is saying that the course is now complete, and renews the certification for another year, before the user even attends the session or completes any training.Having read other past ‘conversations’ I believe this is because of the course equivalencies, is this correct? Suggestions on the simplest solution to this? Should I stop using the equivalencies function?Any help appreciated!!

Anyone else not thrilled with the new course player header layout options?  I like having those options, don’t get me wrong, but they do not work like I would hope.I am actually testing from a Learning Plan at this time, not an individual course, so please correct me if this does in fact work correctly from an individual course!For the Solid Color Layout option, you can set a color to use, but it does not in fact show a solid color… it uses a gradient with no options to change the other shades in the gradient.  So we can choose to use one of our brand colors, but because of the gradient it does not align with our branding.  For example, we have a Cerulean color selected but this is how it appears:...when it should just be the very top layer of color: I also tried to use the Cover Image Layout option, using the suggested size of 1400 x 800, but that is not the correct size for the header at all… it should be a lot longer than it is tall, so my image does not display well at all.  This

Hi,I want to create a bunch of power users who can go into certain courses and see who is enrolled onto the sessions.  I have created a profile that has ‘view’ permissions for courses, ILT sessions, and users, but for some reason although the the power user can go into course managament and see the courses and sessions, they cannot see who is enrolled on the sessions e.g. for one of the sessions  it says 0/15 (instead of 4/15 as there are 4 enrolments).  any ideas? Karl

HelloWe have an eLearning course with 4 xAPIs and 1 SCORM file.  Currently a selective group of users are enrolled to complete these modules in a set order (pre reqs are set) and need to be completed in one go (more or less).I want to change the order of the modules within the course.  Can anyone see any implications of this? Pre reqs are not necessarily required but I have enabled the end object marker for the last module so the entire course is recorded as completed when this is done.  Perhaps there is another way to do this to mark the entire course as completed without having pre reqs set.

I want to duplicate a survey in the central repository and edit a few of the questions slightly. It’s a long survey with a lot of likert scale questions, and most of them remain consistent, but some change depending on the course it will be assigned to. So, like how you would duplicate a course, I was wondering if you could do the same with surveys?

Let’s say we create a course, and we want to assign it to both people in the Root folder and people in the Extended Enterprise instance.Would we need two URLs to get that to work properly, even if it’s the same exact course?Like in comms we would have to say:Here is the link for the course for Root people: [url]Here is the link for the Extended Enterprise people: [slightly different url]Thank you!

Hello! I have been receiving an HTTP error when trying to upload SCORM packages I have published from Rise for about 2 weeks or so now. I have been testing and I am able to upload some SCORM files but a few of mine are throwing this HTTP error. I also have received the error when trying to upload videos. This is very recent as I have been able to upload in the past. Anyone else have issues or is this a known issue that has resolution? I have been working with support but have not gotten anywhere so I am posting in the community to see if any members have had the same issue or know of any resolution. 

Hi,Does anyone has the CSS code to hide enrollment Priority: Recommended. We find the options Mandatory vs Recommended to be similar and would like to streamline the option when admin does the enrollment. To avoid mistake, we would like to hide one of them. Thanks!

Pretty simple yes or no question. Can power users create coupons or only super admin? If yes to PU, what is the permission? 

Hi! I am pulling the following tables through API and wanted to know the common column using which I can connect the learning plan table with the course table:Learning Enrolled Courses Learning Plan Learning Plan Enrollment Learning platform courses Learning usersMy end goal to create a table in PowerBI showing userwise learning plan status and the status of the courses within each of those learning plans. 

I see this description of the new Persistent Completion feature in Learning Plans: “you can now ensure that once a learner completes all mandatory courses in a plan, their status is permanently recorded as “completed”—regardless of any future updates to the learning plan structure. This enhancement eliminates fluctuating progress data and gives both administrators and learners the confidence that achievements are accurately and consistently recognised.”QUESTION: If you add a new course to a learning plan, will it trigger a notification of new training now being available, even if you’re not making the new course visible to the earlier enrollees?

Does anyone have a good approach for auditing that Assignments are being evaluated? We have a decent number of new hire courses that have assignments that need to be evaluated by an instructor. What we currently have set up:Instructors are sent an email when theres an assignment submitted to a course in which they’re an instructor on. We also have a task widget enabled for instructors to see assignments they need to evaluated. All our instructors are also Power Users, so they can help each other out and evaluate assignments on courses where they aren’t an instructor (so they can help out their peers).  We also have a report that sends weekly to this group of instructors that shows all assignments / tests that need to be evaluated, but they have to open the report and filter it so that “Completed” assignments with a blank score show (this seems to be the best way to figure out which assignments are pending evaluation since there doesn’t seem to be a column for filtering that). We’re loo

Hi,Is there a way to have a notification sent to a specific user (this user is not the learner, a power user or a super admin), when users complete a specific course? What I am trying to accomplish is: A user will complete a “getting started w/ xyz system” course that I made, and once the user completes it, the notification will go to our IT representative, and they will know to create the users “xyz’s system credentials”. Any help would be appreciated. What exactly does “relative” mean in terms of course reporting from the My Team area? Is there a specified variance or does it depend on a range, like a 3 day lookbsack may have +/- 2 but a 30 day span may have +/- 7? It doesn’t mention that setting in the Manager User Guide nor Reports for Managers articles. Did I miss one?

Since we have the video available in 21 languages, I’d like to display the localized version based on the learner’s language. I noticed that I can translate the title, but I don’t see an option to add individual URLs for each language.Is there a way or a workaround to achieve this? I am successfully connected to and pulling users from the GET /manage/v1/user endpoint, however, I want to make use of the optional "filters" input to limit the results to only Power Users or Super Admins. This means I have to filter on the "level" attribute of the user. Can anyone explain the syntax for this sort of filter? The API explorer gives the following description on the field: serialize object containing list of filters and their options. I have tried a few options, the only one I have gotten results for (no Internal Server Error), but still the filter does not seem to be applied is this:[{"level" : {"criteria" : "not_equal", "value" : "user" }}]I cannot get the syntax correct and keep getting Internal Server Errors otherwise. Any help or examples would be great!

My team and I are experiencing an issue with the newly updated UX pages in Docebo. As shown below, the icons that are supposed to appear within the square boxes are no longer visible. We’re seeing this issue on the newly updated user experience pages.On our calendar, the square boxes are visible, but the icons—such as the arrows and the “...” (more options) icon—are missing. We’re also seeing this issue on our course player page.The “More Information” button—which includes the unenrollment option—is not visible. This has caused problems for users, as the button is only accessible if they know to hover over the exact spot where it should appear. Has anyone else experienced this issue?We’ve tested it thoroughly on our end by removing all custom CSS and changing the branding colors in the “Configure Your Brand” section. Since we’ve tried nearly everything, we’re confident this isn’t caused by anything on our side. Thank you!
