My team and I are experiencing an issue with the newly updated UX pages in Docebo. As shown below, the icons that are supposed to appear within the square boxes are no longer visible. We’re seeing this issue on the newly updated user experience pages.On our calendar, the square boxes are visible, but the icons—such as the arrows and the “...” (more options) icon—are missing. We’re also seeing this issue on our course player page.The “More Information” button—which includes the unenrollment option—is not visible. This has caused problems for users, as the button is only accessible if they know to hover over the exact spot where it should appear. Has anyone else experienced this issue?We’ve tested it thoroughly on our end by removing all custom CSS and changing the branding colors in the “Configure Your Brand” section. Since we’ve tried nearly everything, we’re confident this isn’t caused by anything on our side. Thank you!

Hi,It’s me again. 🤦‍♂️ Can someone please paste the code for adding LOs from the Central Repository to Courses? I’m using Postman. I have tried the /learn/v1/lo/batch endpoint, but I haven’t been successful.And is there a way to do this in one POST:Create the course Add the LOsOr, does it always have to be separate steps?Thank you!!!Mark 

We have a power user profile set up as ‘Subject Matter Experts’ for a variety of courses that have assignment submissions. Even though a notification is set up for a specific course (intended to go to a specific SME power user), the assignment submission notification is sent to all SME power users, even the ones not assigned to that particular course. Is this because all SME power users have access to the same user groups? Does anyone know of a way to get notifications to go power users assigned specifically to a course? 

In Learning Evaluation (LE), we’re implementing Learner Follow-Up questionnaires for the first time. LE was enabled earlier this year for Learner Initial questionnaires, but Follow-Up wasn’t activated.We would like to create custom follow-up questionnaires for individual courses in order to align the questions to the learning objectives of those course. However when we attempt to enable the Learner Follow-Up option for a course, the questionnaire is locked to the default Learner Follow-Up questionnaire.I understand that a course’s questionnaire is chosen once at activation and stays attached from the first to the last enrollment for that course, but has anyone found a workaround to this limitation? We opened a ticket, and there doesn’t seem to be an obvious solution other than to build a new course shell.Thank you!

Hello! I’m testing observational checklists in Docebo. In my test case, the checklist located in a course and is completed by the user’s manager. I can see the completed checklist on the manager’s account, but I can’t for the life of me find where to view it as a user. It’s not in the course nor is it on the My Checklist page. What am I missing?

I swear we could do this - I even advised that we could do this...but in 2025? I cant find anything recently pointing at the capability of mapping a branch to a default language (so when we map individuals - we map them to an appropriate experience 99% of the time).What we have been doing is sending people along to a branch that has a somewhat mixed experience inadvertently. A task widget that was customized in English need to be customized in Spanish is where we need to go with this.Lets say I know where to do the customization. But how do we map people appropriately to the correct preferred language based on the branch (for those slower on the uptake)?  

Is anybody else experiencing daily ongoing ‘Operation timed out’ error types in Connect, with “No activity within 180 seconds at line: ” kind of errors?I had always assumed it was an overload issue at our Salesforce end losing the connection, but now I’m not so sure. And I need to check and re-run failed jobs multiple times each day to ensure none of our synced user updates are skipped.

Hello! We are beginning to host a 37 week course, that is 4 days a week for 2 hours each day. We have two different groups, an AM group and a PM group. What is the best way to build this out? I’ve built and tested an ILT event import which works great. My only concern is that users will receive 148 invites (we have the Outlook session invites through Docebo Connect), one for each event. Is there a better way to build this out? Does anyone have experience with multi-week, multi-day trainings?Thank you in advance!

I am preparing to roll out mandatory compliance training using content from the Marketplace.  It seems that I cannot disable fastforward/skipping through the video.  I’ve looked through the settings and can’t see where I can disable users from skipping through the videos and the content.  Because it’s a SCORM file and from the Marketplace, I can’t make the updates from within the content.  Is there another way I can do this?

For ILT courses is it possible that when a course is still under maintenance it does not send a notification to the user enrolled until it gets published? I can assume that when I am enrolling users into ILT there may be a bit of movements from one to another session so I dont want to send several emails to notify the user. Only want to notify them once I am confident all the courses are properly laid out. 

We’re encountering an issue when enabling a course with Multilanguage settings and using Sequential Navigation.In the course, we have an English folder, a Spanish folder, and some common materials outside the language folders (as shown in the screenshot).When I follow the English path, I’m able to complete all the content in the English folder, but I can’t access the next common material — it appears as Locked with a message that the prerequisite was not met.When I switch to the Spanish, I’m unable to start the course at all. The first Spanish learning material remains locked until I complete the English materials.Did I do something wrong or the Sequential Navigation shouldn’t be applied when Multilanguage is enabled?

Hello!  We have several safety-related Courses that users need to complete every so many years, per local and state laws (i.e. Forklift, LOTO, Electrical).  Once the user is due, we utilize the Archive & Re-enroll feature.  I cannot find any Course options to have Archive & R-enroll automated at a certain interval so wondering if anyone here has found a solid work-around?Thanks!

Hi there,We want to make our managers accountable for their team members if they don’t complete their compliance training and were looking at the notification “Learner has yet to complete a course”. Ideally we don’t want the manager to get lots of these notifications if a few of their team members haven't completed the training. Is there a notification or a short code that just sends one notification to the manager with a list of those who have yet to complete the training rather than individual notifications?

Hey!Using the API, I can access the existing categories with GET /learn/v1/categories and GET /learn/v1/categories/{id}.I need to create categories so I’m looking for POST /learn/v1/categories or an equivalent, but I can’t find such an entry point anywhere.Is it possible? How?

Morning all,I’ve had a query from a line manager that when they click into their team, they can see ‘Expired certifications’ but ‘overdue courses’ doesn’t show anything (see screenshot yellow box)When you click into the colleague, they in fact have a number of eLearning courses they haven’t started (status is enrolled), however that field doesn’t seem to link to this, so it gives the impression to the manager that only the expired certifications are outstanding.What triggers this field, or what can we do to highlight this?

Has anyone found a way to send a recurring digest notification (e.g., every Monday) to MANAGERS for courses their employees have that are actually overdue (not due in 2 weeks, or 5 days, but actually past the due date)?Learner has yet to complete the course: includes courses that we might have assigned just yesterday. Managers don’t pay enough attention to the due dates and will send reminders when the course was only just assigned. We don’t need that. This is helpful if we have an organization-wide campaign where everyone’s got the same due date. Then we can start reminders when it comes due.Course has expired: This only sends reminders until the course reaches its due date. We need it to send repeatedly AFTER the due date. Anyone had success with this? What do you do? Jennifer

We’re looking to use Docebo Connect to help with compliance assignments.We want to do assigning based on the completion of the previous year’s course per user. So Year 1 is a full module, years 2 and 3 are refreshers then back to the full module.The idea is get the complete course enrollments, then use an IF statement to filter for the results greater than 12 months ago. Despite the test course having all complete enrollments over 12 months ago, we’re not getting any results back.Any help much appreciated! Here’s the recipe 

Hey all,We need to update the enrollment status for a good portion of people assigned to an old compliance course in our platform. When we switched from an old platform to Docebo we brought over the titles & enrollments of previous courses for record-keeping purposes. However, the contractors who did this work for us neglected to update the enrollment status for some people in one of the courses (like thousands of people) so they’re showing “Not Started” when they should be “Complete.” It’s too many people to update manually. Is there a way to batch update the enrollment status for the people enrolled who completed the course (and preferably the completion date as well since it’s from a previous year)?I did see this article about using an API but I was hoping for a more simple solution that I could manage without an API.Thanks!

Morning - wanted to check - this really hasn’t happened with us ever.Have you all ever had the automation app completely fail on all files?Anyone running the automation app in the US East “region”?

Is there a way to hide the drop down preview of results for the global search? It seems to populate with the “All Search Results”, which means that Training Materials and Assets are showing first, since they have the higher “weight” due to tags, which is causing frustration and confusion from our learners. On our global search page, we have switched the order of the tabs so the “All Results” isn’t the default, which addresses it for that page, but the search preview drop down is causing problems.I couldn’t find a place in setup to disable this and didn’t see anything in Community about using CSS. I’m open to suggestions.Thanks!

Does anyone have any tips on bulk enrolling users into learning paths? Most of our users are enrolled into Learning Plans rather than individual courses. Occasionally, users will need to be enrolled into multiple Learning Paths. Are adding users to Groups the best way to handle this? Any feedback is appreciated!

Hi there! I am hoping to use the course completed webhook to track when users complete required training in an ILT course. While the webhook does have a date completed field, I am concerned this triggers when the instructor marks the student as complete in Docebo, not when the student actually completed the course. This is important as there is legal significance around when this training expires, so I want to retrieve the date of the final event in their assigned session to ensure an instructor inputting grades late does not cause us to record a later expiry date (It’s ok if the expiry date ends up being a couple days early. It is very bad if it ends up being late).The webhook gives me both the user_id and course_id which is great, however I am trying to find an API call that will allow me to find the sessions a learner is enrolled in. I found the course enrollment API which allows you to filter course enrollment by user, but it does not seem to provide a field for session enrollment
