We’ve recently had someone leave the organization who had done quite a few content uploads for us. We were under the impression the person had left copies of the original videos in our data backend, however it seems we were misled. Is there any way to download a copy of the video after it has been uploaded to Docebo? When viewing the Learning Object, we can see the video has been “renamed” by Docebo, most likely during the rending process. I just need to snag some copies from a few Learning Objects so we can make a few edits and reupload.Thanks so much for the help!

I have a set of PDFs I MUST maintain that get updated quarterly as reference material for my learners. Slide converting a file 50+ pages is out of the question and the slide converter also does not allow for live links (so users can’t navigate via Table of Contents or other internal document re-directs.Uploading as a file in a course isn’t ideal as the user must re-download every quarter which they are very very unlikely to do.I was thinking that maybe there is a way to upload the PDF in Docebo and use an iframe in the HTML training material to embed a PDF viewer? I have made a few attempts but haven’t found a solution.If anyone has a workaround for a true PDF viewer in-app that would be amazing. (Already submitted/voted for related Ideas).

I am attempting to use the API call for “Remove all assignments of the badge with specified id_badge from the specified users”. My intention is to use this call to unassign a specific badge from a specific user.When attempting to make the call using the exact same syntax as shown in the body sample provided by Docebo on right of the above image, I get the following error:Somehow, “remove_coins” is an invalid parameter even though it is shown in the body sample. Does anyone know how to properly format this API call to unassign a specific badge from a specific user?Thank you!

I’ve got a course that has multiple “assignment” submission training materials (in this example, there are 4 assignment submissions). My goal is that the learner is able to submit all 4 assignments without needing to wait for each one to be evaluated before moving on to the next submission. I have successfully figured out how to accomplish this first step, however, my issue pops up in the next step. Next, I would like my instructor to be able to go in and evaluate all submitted assignments from this learner. Once they have evaluated AND passed all 4 submissions, I want the user to be automatically marked as complete for this ILT Course. Currently, if I set the session completion to “Training Material Based” the learner is not marked as complete once all 4 submissions have been evaluated and passed. After passing all 4 submissions, learners are still “in progress” and they see a message telling them to “Pass the test to complete the submission”. *I’ve inherited a Docebo set up that was implemented a couple years ago and needs some cleanup. I’m an experienced Docebo admin, but this system is massive, with 100k+ users and thousands of groups so a full re-org isn’t feasible right now, but may be in the long term.* THE ISSUE: I have a few users that are in multiple groups. Menus are assigned by group. I have a subset of users that are in multiple groups and are getting the wrong home page/menu. For the user below, I need Client Users to trump all other groups. What am I missing? Is this just related to menu order? Hello,I’m creating pages specifically for different content interests for my learners. I have a series of catalogs on the pages and I’d like to populate them with the Linkedin content we recommend on those subjects. Unfortunately, even though I can enroll myself in the LinkedIn courses inside Docebo, I don’t seem to have the admin capability to add them to the channel. I’ve tried both from the learner side (manage button) and by searching in the course catalog (course not found).Is there a permission I need to turn on? Am I missing a step? I appreciate your advice.Emily

Hello!We have gotten a request internally to see if we could allow for opening courses found in catalogs in a new tab with an action. As in a normal click still opens the course in the same window, but some kind of variation (like right click menu) allows for opening in a new tab.We currently use the Catalog widget with Card style display.Is there any option for this that is known? Or if we used another display style? This is the current options for right-click - it could be another thing besides right click!Thank you for help in advance!

Is there a way to format the Digest notifications (for admin only) so that rather than just a list of text, it can display as a table?I’ll add that I did put a table in, but it creates an individual table for each person, which doesn’t really help.

I am attempting to export course data to an SFTP folder (yes, I have this handy resource) and I’ve come across an issue. Some of our course names include commas (e.g., Unfair, Deceptive, Abusive Acts or Practices; it’s financial compliance training). When I use the Automation App to export my files, I selected using commas as the separator. This created a file that had properly named columns but for the row with the course with commas in the name, the commas caused the data to spill over into additional columns so the correct data wasn’t in the right places  So instead, I changed the Automation App settings so that the export wasn’t using commas as separators. Instead, we used the pipe ('|') character. This time, the headers all appeared in Column A but the commas in the name of the course still caused difficulty:  The same thing happened when I tried to use the semicolon (“;”) as separator (with semicolons where you see pipes above).My IT colleagues would like to use this data to popu

Can someone please explain the difference between setting an enrollment deadline with a validity window vs. entering a Start and End date under Advanced Properties > Time Options?Ideally, I would like to assign users to an eLearning during a specific window for compliance purposes but also provide the option for them to access the course beyond the specified end date. I’ve noticed that if I enabled a validity window as part of setting up an enrollment deadline, my users get locked out of the course after the final day even if I have enabled the Soft Deadline option under Advanced Properties > Time Options.   

Hi AllWhen a user types a keyword in the search bar at the top of the screen and the results page populates, is there a way to prevent the results from taking over the entire screen?Alternatively, is there a way to make the selected item open in a new tab when the user clicks on it?What’s happening now is that the user searches, the results page appears, they find what they need and click on it, but the item opens behind the search results page instead of in front of it. This is causing confusion because users are waiting for the item they selected to load on the current screen or open in a new tab, not realizing it has already opened behind the search results.I may be imagining, but I thought it did open in a new tab when they clicked on it?

Hi all,I assumed there would be a view field option (column) in Users - Courses report to show allow us to see if a particular enrollment attached to learner for a course was overdue but I don’t see anything available. How do people report on (in bulk) overdue courses in the system?

It doesn’t look like there’s a way to create a custom report for Observation Checklists. How is everyone pulling reports for those?

Is it possible to also include the length of the course (timeframe) on the list of assignments? Our users would like to be able to see at a glance how long each training will be so that they can manage their time and eventually encourage quicker completions. 

Hi Docebo Community,I’m currently exploring and testing the Communities feature in the LMS and had a quick question.Since we’re supporting a global audience, I was wondering if it’s possible to publish an article in multiple languages—similar to how course names and descriptions can be localized across the platform.I also checked with Harmony, but couldn’t get a clear answer, so I’m guessing this might not (yet) be supported.We offer all our content in 21 languages, so creating separate articles for each language wouldn’t really be sustainable—and it would also make audience management quite complex.Does anyone know if this is possible today, or would this need to be raised as a feature request?Thanks a lot for your help!Best,Dominik 

Is there a way to have multiple languages for a LP description? I need to show the LP description in English and French.  

I am starting to utilize badging as a resource to identify skills from our users but when I export our Badge report, I am seeing some users are on multiple times…. I did a group to capture users who would meet the badge qualifications to get an initial import and so we could include legacy course data that would not meet the qualifying factors. I then added the automatic assignment for the badge when users complete a course. 

What happens to a quiz score when you archive a question in the question bank that is live in a published quiz?

Greetings, team, I am inquiring if there is a way to archive passed sessions, or at least hide them. Right now, the excessive number of sessions available in the course makes it messy for power users to quickly select the session they are looking for. Is there a trick to hiding old sessions or cleaning up the view in the sessions list?Thank you!

Hi there Docebo Community. I wanted to ask if anyone knows the best way to change a name on an issued certificate?The background to the question is, we had a user that didn’t realise their name was incorrect on the platform until they completed a course and viewed their certificate.We changed their name on the platform, changed their course status to in progress, then changed it back to complete but the certificate name didn’t change.Is there a simple fix for this?Many thanksJoe

Hello,Our training department currently utilizes an Excel-based agenda as formal documentation confirming the completion of an in-person training week conducted by one of our business coaches. This agenda includes a section for both the trainee and the business coach to initial, indicating that each topic was reviewed and covered. I am exploring the use of Observation Checklists as a potential replacement; however, I am encountering challenges in identifying a way to include the trainee in the process so they can both provide feedback and confirm that the topics were addressed. These agendas are frequently referenced if questions or disputes arise regarding whether appropriate training was provided, and I am struggling to find a simple, fully digital solution within the platform that effectively replaces the accountability and acknowledgment provided by the current hand-signed agendas. Any help/ guidance would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi there! We’re using the AI Coaching feature with two scenarios built into a course module. We originally set the limit to one attempt per scenario. However, we've encountered an issue where a learner exceeded the limit on one scenario, and even after resetting it, the scenario remains stuck.Is there a way to effectively reset an attempt? We’ve resorted to increasing the total number of attempts as a workaround, but that isn't ideal, as we may run into the same issue again if a learner hits the new limit.Thanks! 

I currently have my set up to put new hires into a group. I used additional fields for this when new hire = Yes. When this happens they see the new hire onboarding page.  I need them to be removed from this group once they finish a final onboarding course so they can see the main home page. I originally had this course set up to automatically to enroll users in the new hire group. This created circular logic that didn’t enroll people into the group or the course( see images).  What is the best way to remove users from a group so they can see the main homepage and not the onboarding page?  

Has anyone run into issues with the Connect Outlook RSVP integration after using the new ILT session duplication feature?We're seeing calendar invites not going out, and our working theory is that duplicating a session triggers the Connect recipes before Zoom info is configured on the new event. Curious if others have hit this and whether there's a workaround in place.Thank you!
