I am trying to automate enrollment to an observation checklist that is scheduled for a specific group.  The issue we are running into is that while the group can be automatically created and the observation checklist can be scheduled, if someone is added to the group via automatic enrollment AFTER the checklist has been scheduled, that user is not automatically added to the observation checklist (or other items, like courses or learning plans, but the pressing issue is the checklist). Has anyone found a way to automatically enroll a new group member to an already scheduled checklist? 

Everytime I am going into the platform and my browser refreshes. I am dismissing 3 modal popups now - reminding me about configuring the AI and the new navigation experience.Um - I refresh my browser often? And the 3 dismissing clicks are literally slowing me down.Yes this is belly aching - but I mean really????? 3 modal popups every single time a browser window refreshes with Docebo opening for a superadmin????

First recipe and of course I can’t get it to work.  I have a webhook trigger to get the info from group.user.added.  I want to compare the group_id to only get one certain group.  I have added in an if statement but not matter how I define it, it does not match.  I have changed it to an integer, changed it to a string.  Attempted to use the group name instead.  Nothing I am doing is making it fall into the if statement.  Any help would be appreciated.  

We had a learning plan connected to a certificate, but somehow it was disconnected and stopped issuing the certificate. I reconnected it so now I can select it for assignment.Is there a way to automatically assign the certificates for those who have completed the learning plan? We have over 200 that need to be assigned.

Hi everyone! I’m looking to update our notification strategy and just wanted to confirm the behavior of 2 notifications.Currently, we have “Learner has yet to complete a course” notification set up for 2, 3, and 4 weeks post training launch. I set a trigger filter for each course that we launch. I also have a notice for Managers that goes out at the 3 week mark as well. I also have notices for “course has expired” for managers and users 1 day and 1 week after, which I’ve been manually adding courses as triggers too (not sure if I need to do this if there’s an expiration date on the course).Course has expired notification: I want to confirm, if I set this one up: I don’t have to set trigger filters and it will go out for all courses that have an expiration date, and not touch a course without an expiration date.  If a user completes the training, they will NOT receive an email.  Digest: Learner Has Yet to Complete a Course: I want to confirm That this will send a single email to a man

With the launch of Companion, I was surprised to see the button under my profile that allows the user to self-configure access to the extension. Tried a dozen different CSS options to hide this button and while it  seems to work in dev mode, when I load the code, the button continues to appear. Anyone had any luck hiding it permanently?Reason we would like to hide it is we need to test it and prepare a comm plans before we allow users to use it. Especially where we have no spaces prepared, and there also seems to be an issue with only providing the user with the root url - does not understand the concept of the sub domains (for extended enterprise)  

Hi community,We’re running into an issue with what appears to be “ghost” training materials in some of our courses.In these cases, learners complete all visible training materials, but the course still shows as In Progress. This blocks them from progressing in their learning plan due to prerequisites.Here’s what we’re seeing:The course has X amount of training materials, for example 20 training materials. The learner completes all 20 training materials, but the course stays In Progress. In the Learning Plan Learner View, it shows there are 21 materials, with only 20 completed. Both learners and admins can only see 20 materials (nothing is hidden). In the backend, under the Training Materials tab in course management, there are only 20 materials. However, in the Course Report → Training Materials Statistics, an extra (“ghost”) material appears, and is not assigned to any learners. Important note: this is not due to hidden materials, none are set as hidden. Question:Has anyone encounter

We have recently implement Docebo, but have come across an issue with the ‘renew’ button for certifications and retraining. Classroom training is booked on behalf of learners by a central admin team. However, if learners click the ‘renew’ button for the associated certification after their training has been booked, it then cancels the training booking/resets the learners status. This is causing a lot of confusion for learners and additional work for our admin team. Has anyone found a solution or workaround for this?

Would it be possible to receive notifications for courses we have taken previously if an update is applied to the course? 

Hi there, We are experiencing an error code we haven’t seen before when we try and assign a new course to a learning plan (we use a learning plan to manage the notifications for all our courses)Has anyone seen this/how have they rectified it? Just wondering if there’s any guidance others have used to make it work again (otherwise we’ll submit a ticket to try and figure it out) - I had a look round the forum and the help guides, but couldn’t find anything! Thanks!

Hello community!I have a question regarding the outlook integration with Docebo. We give learners the ability to RSVP to their outlook event invites. Sometimes if an admin has enrolled a learner, but that learner has a conflict they might RSVP “NO”. To your knowledge is there a report or notification that we can trigger to notify admin of this response?Currently it appears that its only possible by manually looking at the enrollment lists for each event. 

Good Day,I am trying to understand how video and course duration is being handled in Docebo.What I try to accomplish:We upload videos as mp4 but mainly as SCORM packages (as we use Synthesia with its player) to the Central Repository / Training Material.From there the videos end up in the Courses. The courses have a field to define the “Average time”Now, as we have a couple of thousand videos as SCORM package (and some direct video uploads) I am wondering if there is an option to:Get the video duration for uploaded videos and get the course calculation happening automatically Add the video duration to the SCORM package, as SCORM has the metadate capabilities via imsmanifest.xml and have the Course calculation done automatically. If automatic course calculation is not yet supported, but the repository can hold the information, I have no problem to create a script taking care of calculating the time if the API exposes the course average time. Any suggestions or ideas? or documentation I

Does anyone have any suggestions on a way to back up question banks and tests/quizzes that have been built directly in Docebo? I know that tests can be exported to .gift, but how might that then be converted in to a usable backup format?

Hi,I am trying to create an onboarding dashboard for new staff. There are ILT courses with several sessions. If I use enrollment rules it will enroll user into the course not in the session. Is there an option to enroll learners into the latest available session of an ILT using enrollment rules? Thank you!

I have set up an automated group using a primary position set i.e. all our housekeepers belong to a housekeeping group. I then clicked the remove deactivated users tickbox in options but it is still pulling through deactivated users. What can I do?

We’ve created a course that is peppered with required knowledge checks authored in Rise 360. When users complete the course, they are unable to review the content of the course without resetting the course (which is expected). So, we’re thinking the required knowledge check content prevents users from viewing content unless they retake the checks? If anyone has similar experiences, please verify this behavior and if there’s a workaround, please share. Thanks! 

Hello everyone! I am using this endpoint: /learn/v1/lo/batch to batch import learning objects into courses. Is it possible to also update learning objects, either through that endpoint or another? When I try to update them via the endpoint mentioned above, I get this error:Provided Training Material name {name} already exists in course with ID {id} Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

I’m exploring ways to better manage prerequisites for ILT sessions and was hoping to get some insight from the community.We have several ILT courses that require completion of an eLearning prerequisite. Ideally, once a learner completes the prerequisite, we would like them to be automatically added to the waitlist for the ILT course. Not directly enrolled.Currently:Waitlist is enabled on the ILT course However, when using enrollment rules, users are automatically set to “Enrolled” rather than being placed on the waitlistIs there a way to achieve “Waiting users” or “Enrollment to confirm” status with enrollment rule?  

Dear Community,We are currently setting up some new groups. At the moment, we need to add users manually, as they do not share a common attribute. We hope that at some point we will be able to create automatic rules. That being said, I noticed that it is possible to add users manually to an automatic group.My question is: Does it make sense to select an automatic group now, even though it will need to be managed manually for the time being, with the hope that we can eventually convert it to a fully automatic group?Or would it be better to select a manual group for now and later rebuild it as an automatic group? Hello,I’m exploring the Observation Checklists for a critical project at my org. I have created a mock checklist, scheduled it for my test users (to be completed by me, their manager), and submitted a few of them.However, the business case requires this same checklist to be completed multiple times over the course of new hire training. I have reviewed the Scheduling observation checklists page and see the following notes. However, after I’ve submitted the checklist, I do not seem to have the option to return and submit the next observation (same person; just pretend it’s a new week or skill they’ve learned that needs to be checklist-ed). Step 4 : Set the checklist’s time frame Set the checklist availability period among the following options:Anytime: This option keeps the checklist available from the Start date. Is there any way to see a list of courses that are not in any catalogs or a list of courses with their corresponding catalogs? The Catalog setup page is a pain because you can’t search it and your can’t sort it and I want to be sure that every course is in at least one catalog. Am I missing something?Thanks!

Hi, Does anyone know if it’s possible to add a progress bar that illustrates progress in a learning to a page? We are creating a dedicated home page for new employees. This will be the home page that they see until they complete their onboarding tasks. The 90-day onboarding program has different learning plans for each 30 days, and users click an image to access each learning plan. We’d like to add a progress bar under each image. Or has anyone discovered a way to illustrate overall progress in multiple learning plans on a page?Thank you.

Hello,I am having a hard time getting the learning evaluations set up and it keeps sending Outlook cancellation messages to my learners. I’ll work on that separately.For the moment, can someone please help me with how I can resend the Outlook confirmation messages for the session so the learner’s calendars are blocked off and they come to class?Thanks,Emily
