Greetings! I’m struggling with submitting a new user request to POST /manage/v1/user.When I submit the information below, I get a response that has a 200 status code and an array of active users as a response. The user is not created.Weirdly, when I submit this through the UI (actually, this is where I got the JSON from!) the submit goes to the same location (/manage/v1/user) and the user is created. Even more weird, if I authenticate with the the api browser and submit the same JSON, it creates the user as well.I’m logged in as the same user in the UI, and the api browser. And I send the exact same user’s username/password when requesting the oauth token. I’m using resource owner password grant for my workflow.This leads me to conclude that there’s something wrong with my oAuth flow, or that resource owner password grant doesn’t support creating users. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to further diagnose this? I came across this post that had a similar behavor, but given that the

I need to remove a high volume of users from the certification requirement.  Is there a CSV template that I am not finding to be able to do this?  Removing 1000+ users manually is not a valuable use of time.

I’m working to understand how we can leverage the Skills feature in my organization.  I see that I can create skill sets, and add skills to the skill sets.I see also that I can create an AI based channel that will auto-fill according to the skills associated with courses or external content (via the internet). Two things that I am having trouble with - There is a Platform Catalog, and then I see a catalog with my company name. But I cannot seem to add anything to the catalog with my company name.  When the learner logs in and is asked to build their skills profile the first thing they are presented with is a list of jobs to choose from. Where can I find the jobs list, and can I edit that? If I’m going to use this in conjunction with our career planning programs, it would be helpful to be able to put our own job titles in for an optimum user experience.

Hi All - We are testing out using surveys when a user completes a training, we have everything except we entered a test answer and when we export the report the answers are not being displayed. If I have 1 ILT course that has 2 sessions - will learners receive 2 certificates when the complete both sessions? Or will the certificate just update to reflect the most recent session they attended?

Hiya... I want to use the end points for tracking acceptance of the privacy policy and termsandconditions. I know the endpoints, and understand them. But I don't see how the end point tracks the individual user_id. The result I am after is that when the user logs into the domain the first time, his agreements will already have been recorded. The add to calendar button doesn’t work for us. I was hiding it in the old player with this CSS:#doc-layout-action-buttons [aria-label="Calendar"] {display:none;} But I can’t seem to figure out how to do the same thing on the new course player. Does anyone know the class/ID that controls this, and what the aria labels are for the new menu? I want to hide the calendar as well as mark as outdated. Thank you in advance for your help!

There is a notification for “User failed ILT Session.”  Does anyone know if this can be used if the user is marked “Absent” for courses where completion is based on Attendance?  I don’t see how to “fail” a user.  If this is triggered by marking “Absent,” can we update the documentation to be more accurate?  It is confusing.  

Hello!We recently enabled Power Users to enroll others in one of the Profiles. The permissions we’ve given are Create and View. However, I’m seeing that when attempting to enroll people, those people actually go into “Enrollment to Confirm” instead of “Enrolled”...No max quota on course I see that there is the “Allow automatic enrollment from the waiting list when learners unenroll”, but we don’t want there to be an exchange of one person leaves another person enters, we just want everyone to be able to enter I see a Power User permission “Can activate enrollments”, but we don't want an extra step to activate enrollments, we just want them to be activated immediately. Is that what this does?Thank you for any help in advance!

Hello! Does anyone know if it is possible to automatically assign all users from a group to follow a channel?

Hello! I’m trying to see if there is a way to remove the time from the due date in automatic notifications. We use soft deadlines as they need to be able to access the training post launch, but want to show something is past due, and we use days of validity do any new team members are able to take the course and have the same time (i.e. 30 days) to complete the training. When using automatic notifications with the “expire_at” shortcode, it puts in the time of enrollment. The user has until the end of the day to complete the training, not that time, i.e. 9:00am. Any insights on how to remove or avoid this?  

Hi all!For the tests, can I set up a waiting period between test attempts without limiting the number of attempts?From what I can see now, I do not get the option for a waiting period if my maximum number of test attempts is 0 (the setting for unlimited attempts).    Is my option to just make my maximum number of attempts something ridiculously high?

I’m trying to assign a resource (branch) to a support team member. When I assign it, the Descendants box is checked, but after I assign it, it’s marked as “No” in the table. I don’t see a way to enable branch descendants.

In Central Repository, some of our power users are confused as to why retired courses still show active even though in the Course Management part they are retired and marked as such plus move to under maintenance.  Anyone else run into the same issue??

Hi there, Hoping someone can help. I have created an FAQ Page using the accordion method detailed in this amazing post The Search for a better Accordion.What I would now like to do on a separate Support Page is create a separate accordion effect that incorporates multiple accordions within a larger accordion (a parent accordion with multiple children accordion), if that makes sense.I've used the Docebo add-in in ChatGPT but it's not generated the results I’m looking for.Below is what I have copied over form the FAQ Page I created, but I now want to make the "Local Support - Malaysia, Below are the list of SMEs..." part of the box a parent accordion so that the list of blue boxes expands out when the user clicks on the parent. That way my page won't be covered in loads of blue boxes and the users can click on the country and department they need the contacts of.Can anyone help, hopefully this makes sense!Thank you,Kal

We created an e-learning course which has had 2500 completions.  We have now made the decision for it to be renewed every 3 years.  I have created a refresher certification,  and tried to bulk upload a CSV of completions.It works, except it hasn't calculated the renew/expiry date (even though that detail was in the CSV i uploaded).  Any ideas why it has work.  I now have 2500 certifications but without a renewal date.  

Hello, has anyone come across an API call that is able to return hashtag data for learning assets? 

We would like to stop issuing certificates for a course. However, we want to keep the course available for learners, and we need the record of certificates for audit. Any input on how i would achieve this? All i’ve read indicates that anything I do would remove the record from a user’s account.  

I have been building a lot of ILT courses in our platform lately and my colleagues running the sessions are wanting to know the difference and I feel like I am giving very vague answers. So I was wondering if somebody had a good answer to this. Both Subscribed and In Progress show for difference users that area all enrolled in both the course and the session I built.

Is it possible in a certificate to add the estimated average time from the course details? I see the short code for the actual time it took for completion, but we need average estimated time instead. 

Is there a way to add a Superadmin to a power user profile?What I’m trying to accomplish is having notifications sent to one specific Superadmin only. But that’s not a choice. What is a choice, is a specific Power User or Instructor. 

Is it possible to hide or customize the message at the end of a test that says “You have passed/failed the test”? I don’t want learners to know their results straight away.In the below image, the “You have failed the test” text is generated by Docebo.“Thank you for taking this test” has been configured by me in the Test feedback options.I have left all score display options unticked.Is there a workaround to prevent the you have failed the test message from being shown?  

Hello, this feels like a really silly question! We use pages to collate together content for our catalogues on our user menu.I recently wanted to change one of these pages, so I have amended the name of the page/the catalogue name. However, I cannot work out for the life of me where the URL of the page is coming from - it’s still saying the old name of the catalogue not the updated one.I have loooked through the help guides on pages but I still can’t work out how to amend the URL/generate a new URL.Does anyone have any ideas? 

Hello,I'm facing a challenge with our exam process. We have developed an exam using Rise 360 and integrated it into a single course shell titled 'Exam' within our LMS. The problem arises when students fail the exam; their status remains 'in progress' in the reports. We want to ensure that upon completion of the exam, regardless of the outcome, students are marked as having completed it. I'm uncertain whether this setting needs to be adjusted on Rise 360 or the LMS.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
