Hi everyone,We’re using the multi-language course option, but we’ve found one issue that makes it difficult to use for more courses. In a multi-language course, each language has its own folder containing the relevant content. Learners only need to complete the folder in their language for the course status to show as Completed. However, the progress percentage does not reach 100% when a learner completes only one language folder. For example, if a course has two language folders and a learner completes one, the course status shows Completed but the progress is only 50%.This affects reporting, as it looks as if the learner has not completed the course, even though they completed the only language they needed to take. Why is progress calculated across all language folders if learners only need to complete one? Is this expected behavior, or is there a way to show 100% progress once a learner completes their language? It can be confusing to see a course marked Completed with less than 100% pr

Hi everyone 👋, my name is Daniele and I am the PM for Gamification. I’m excited to welcome you to this PDG! 💬 What is this PDG?A place to share honest feedback, ideas, and goals — early, before designs are locked in — so you can help shape where Docebo's Gamification goes next. 🏆 Why this group existsToday, Badges, Leaderboards, and Rewards look outdated, can be hard to use, and don't feel smoothly integrated into the rest of the learning experience. We want to improve that, and we need your input to do it right. 🤝 How this will workWe'll be inviting you to join surveys, polls and occasionally deeper research. We’ll also share regular updates, early designs and ideas. In return, we're hoping for your real-life experiences using Gamification – what’s working and what is annoying – and your honest feedback, critical ones included. 🚀 What the first thing I can do here? We’d love for you to introduce yourself and let us know what you are most looking forward to in being part of this PD

I have just run a User - Course report and in Usage Statistics, I selected the following filters. What I want to know is what is the outcome of numbering relating / referring to? Number Of Actions - what information is this pulling / counting?Number Of Sessions - what information is this pulling / counting? Thanks in advanceKym

Hi community,I’m trying to understand the difference between a channel and a playlist, from a superadmin perspective. At the moment, we are using channels to share job aids with learners for easy access. From my understanding, playlist is part of a channel - each user can go into the channel and create their own playlist. My questions are:Did I understand correctly, that a playlist is a function within a channel? My manager seems to think a playlist is a separate feature from a channel we can activate. If I create a playlist in a channel (as a Superadmin), how can I have it visible to all users in that channel?Thank you in advance!

This recipe is one that works well for inward scoped or internal facing instances. Outward facing may need other considerations to help address corners with the approach.A common problem that you hear about in our circles from newer admins is reaching out to people that are on leave. This is a common concern in many workplace settings as reaching out to people on certain leaves can be considered a mixed message. In the “spectrum of things” (yes there is IOT so there can also be SOT 🤣), I could see HR leads wanting to protect the noise against people on FML (family medical leave). And orgs probably have best practices in place to actually disable an email address at a workplace. But for those that do not? Knowing that with one additional field you can take care of the concern may be just the thing you needed to hear. A decision on reaching employees on leave comes along with real concerns for the user and for compliance teams. Especially when people are on leave during a compliance sea

As an observer, I have noticed that if you try and submit the checklist before all the fields are filled out you do not receive an error message. It simply doesn’t do anything and doesn’t tell you which question you missed/skipped over. This can be frustrating for the observer when there are many checklists to complete.

Hello, We didn’t end up using this code, but I thought it might be helpful to others. It turns your hamburger menu into a 3 column “mega menu” top center using CSS-flexbox columns. It also makes the topbar “fat” plus a few other tweaks. Enjoy! Before:After:

Hi,We're currently trying to gain a clearer understanding of colleague engagement with professional development and learning activities. However, we're finding that our reporting is limited because we can only filter data at a department level. This creates challenges for us as many departments contain multiple sub-teams of varying sizes. As a result, engagement figures can become misleading when viewed solely at department level. For example, our People Services department has 11 colleagues, whereas our IS department has approximately 60 colleagues. If four colleagues from each department participate in learning and development activities, the overall participation numbers are identical. However, when viewed as a percentage, People Services appears to have 36% engagement compared to just 6% in IS. This can create the impression that one department is significantly more engaged than another, when in reality the same number of colleagues have participated. To gain more meaningful insights,

Hello! We are creating a new onboarding program that contains 4 levels, with 4 learning plans per level of onboarding. In each level, the learning plans must be completed in a specific order. We are really trying to avoid using group/enrollment rules, as the training is role based, we have 6 roles that we are covering training for, and some roles actually have more than 4 levels. Is there a way that we can enroll them in the 4 learning plans in the first level all at once, but restrict them from accessing LP #2, 3 & 4 until LP #1 is complete? Since prerequisites cannot span learning plans, we had tried using kind of a “gateway” course at the end of learning plan 1 and the same course at the beginning of learning plan #2, but it doesn’t reflect learning plan 2 as being locked. Any suggestions are appreciated!

We are currently working on setting up Docebo for our organization. I am baffled that there is no way to tag a course with multiple topics and have those topics be filterable in the Course Catalog.Does ANYONE have a solution to this?P.S. The fact that I can tag this question with multiple tags, but not actually courses, is ironic.

We have set up some courses for people to be able to access on request - ie we are not enrolling them centrally. The courses can be accessed via a page in the side menu or through a catalogue.Via the catalogue, the courses are available and users can access freelyWhen users try through the Page option, they are getting this error message. Clearly its the page / menu which is set up incorrectly, but I cannot see how - especially as there are other courses on the Page which the user can access??

Does anyone have an issue with the AI Roleplay not working properly? Whenever I attempt to preview the roleplay nothing seems to happen. I get a “Reconnecting” banner, but I haven’t found a solution or a reason why this happens.

Are there any plans to improve the way information can be displayed in a Creator hotspot pop-up dialog? Right now it’s all just single line text. I understand the purpose is to not write a whole page of descriptions inside of the pop-up, but even being able to add things like bold text or something as simple as adding a new line would be great. I had to eventually put text below the image element to explain things with bold text and 3 bullet points because I could not do that in the hotspot text. To me, this takes away from convenience of getting brief information in a hotspot dialog when the user clicks.

Hi PDG Community,We run many personal development and leadership trainings where session enrollment can change at short notice—even on the day of the event. We’re looking for more control over learner self-unenrollment from sessions and automatic promotion from the waiting list.We currently enable both options because they reduce the need for admins to manage enrollments manually. However, these settings remain active all the time on course level, even after a session starts, leading problems especially on training days.If self-unenrollment remains enabled without a cutoff, learners can unenroll at any time. The next learner on the waiting list is then automatically enrolled and notified that they have secured a spot—even if the training has already been underway for an hour. This leads to following issues: Learners unenroll even after session has started.  Waiting-list learners receiving a spot too late to participate. Confusion and frustration for learners who arrive after the trainin

Hi EveryoneWe are going through all our notifications and enrolment rules.I was just wondering, rather than looking at each one individually, is there a way of exporting their contents to a CSV or other file?I have had a look through the menus and custom reports and have not found anything. I assume the answer is no but I thought I would ask as it will save us a lot of time.

Is there an option to turn on sound to make the bell ping when a notification comes through?

Hi all,We’re looking for a way for Power Users organizing a specific session to collect additional information during registration, for example dietary requirements or whether a participant has completed a prerequisite course.Ideally, the Power User could either create questions for that session or select from predefined questions created by an administrator. The important part is that these questions should be session-specific, rather than applied to the entire course (template), as requirements can vary between sessions. We would also like to avoid collecting this information separately by email. We haven’t found a way to configure this at session level. How are others handling this? Are there any workarounds or alternative approaches you would recommend? If the functionality isn’t currently available, we may turn this into a Docebo feature request/use case. Thanks!

As an observer, I have noticed that if you try and submit the checklist before all the fields are filled out you do not receive an error message. It simply doesn’t do anything and doesn’t tell you which question you missed/skipped over. Does anyone else experience this? On the contrary, the observed users completing the acknowledgement for the checklist do indeed receive an error if attempting to submit without filling out the necessary fields. Am I missing something?

Hi,I’m wondering if anyone else has been experiencing issues with accessing forums in courses.Since yesterday, we’ve been able to see all existing forums in the course settings under Training Materials, but have received several reports that learners only see the Forum widget with no forum content displayed beneath it.This appears to have started yesterday, around the time we typically see updates come to our production environment.Has anyone else encountered this issue? We opened a ticket, but haven’t heard back yet.

Hello all,Since early August we have had users reporting scoring issues within scorm modules . . . recently it has become an every day, multiple users a day issue and the they are getting increasingly frustrated. They complete the scorm and pass the included assessment, but it scores them with a zero. Many of them take the module multiple times before they report it so it can be marked complete for them. I have a ticket open with Docebo (who says the issue is within the scorm itself, but nothing has changed) and I have reported it to our scorm developer but there is no solution yet from either. Docebo says it is the scorm, and the scorm developer has said they “heard there were scoring issues since Chrome did an update.”  The users ARE completing the module before exiting, and are on both Chrome and Edge so no pattern there. We have several of our customers who will be launching their annual education soon and many rely very heavily on the scorm content.  Any ideas here of what else I

Hi everyone,Due to an update to the Idea Process about automated clean-up, any ideas that remain below the 20-vote threshold for over 12 months will be automatically closed with an automated message and moved out of active view.I would like to ask for your help reviewing and voting on any of the ideas below that I submitted months ago, if they would be beneficial to you and your users.Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone,I'm in the early stages of exploring Docebo as a potential LMS solution for a customer service organisation and I'd love to connect with others who have been through implementation in a similar context.Specifically, I'm keen to hear from people who have experience rolling out Docebo within a customer service or contact centre environment. A few things I'm particularly curious about:What went well during implementation that you'd recommend others prioritise from the start? What were the pitfalls or surprises that caught you off guard, and how did you navigate them? If you were starting over, what would you do differently? Any advice on getting frontline teams engaged with the platform early on?I have a background in learning technology and instructional design and I'm coming at this from a learning team perspective rather than an IT or procurement angle, so practical, on-the-ground experience is exactly what I'm looking for.Happy to connect directly if anyone is open to a sh
