Greetings!I have tried exporting data from the Course Management page and have looked into building a custom report. Has anyone had success with exporting enrollment counts for MarketPlace courses? Thanks! ~B

Hello All,I’m interested to know how you all have implemented content management practices with Docebo. Our pain points:-Different functional units want to know what training materials are available in Central Repository, so they don’t recreate content.  Central Repository doesn’t have the ability to include custom fields like SME, duration, target audience, creation date, etc.-Older content is not getting vetted and removed in an a systematic way.  This is in part to the fact that we have been very loosey goosey in allowing teams to create their own content and they may or may not give any indication of the content creation date, what the expected lifespan of the content is, etc. My leader now believes the best way to tackle managing content in Docebo is to keep a Microsoft List of all the training materials in Docebo so we can add additional context in the List, and we could have other stakeholders review the List to select which training materials they want to use in their courses. Hi community 👋 I'm Martina, PM for ILT at Docebo. We're deep into building one of the most-requested ILT features ever: the ability to cancel a session without deleting it. With 423+ votes on the Ideas Portal, this one's been at the top of your list for a while, and we want to make sure we get it right. Before we finalize the entire project and for future iterations, I want to share a few specific decisions we've made and hear from you — especially if your use case doesn't fit the current direction. No fluff, just the real choices and the reasoning behind them. What we're buildingAdmins will be able to cancel an ILT session instead of deleting it. The session is preserved with all its data (enrollments, attendance, history, cancellation reason) and can optionally be restored later. Learners get notified automatically. The 5 decisions we'd love feedback on 1. You can only cancel Active sessions — not Ended onesIf a session has already ended, Cancel won't be available. Our reasoning: a s

Hello Docebo Community,Hope you are doing great. Please provide any ideas regarding Scheduled Reporting Audit strategy acting as a safety net to catch SCORM tracking failures without forcing you to manually monitor live user sessions. Is this something that could work? Thank you for your time. Key Benefits of Scheduled Reporting Audits•    Proactive Anomaly Detection: Identifies users stuck in "In Progress" status before they reach out to support or miss compliance deadlines.•    Automated Data Delivery: Sends periodic reports (CSV or Excel) straight to admin email inboxes or SFTP servers.•    Zero Learner Friction: Works silently in the background without affecting learner performance, opening pop-ups, or slowing down course execution.•    SCORM Failure Isolation: Helps cross-reference spent time against completion status to distinguish between abandons and technical payload failures.Instructions: Setting Up a SCORM Audit Report in Docebo1.Navigate to Custom Reports:Admin Access Requi

I need more than five user parameters in order to display data according to our requirements. I did hear a while ago that the more were coming soon. Has there been any update on the timeline?

Hi all. I swear this used to be possible, but internet searches are pretty much useless with the rise of AI & i cannot find an answer to this simple question...Is it not possible to universally change the default sort order of the Course catalog page? Thanks!

Prior to Summer 2026, I was able to select an icon for each page. The icon is displayed to the left of the page name in the mobile menu. I am no longer able to select an icon. Can anyone point me to a solution? Here is a screenshot of our mobile menu for reference:

My colleague gets the weekly roundup email, but I do not. How can I subscribe to it? Does this go to only one email address per account? If I somehow unsubscribed how do I resubscribe? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I’m Roberto Moscatelli from the Docebo Support team and I would like to share the steps to download training materials from previously uploaded into the platform.Even if it’s not possible to download a content from the UI, you can do it via API.This document describes what content can be downloaded and how. What type of content can I download? Not all content previously created/uploaded in the platform can be downloaded. The content that you can download are: SCORM XAPI Videos (video uploaded or screen recording, you cannot download a “Youtube, Vimeo or Wistia” video File Slide converter (you will only be able to retrieve the JPG files of the presentation) HTML Page  Please also note that for security measures the link is temporary, not permanent Must conditions To be able to download a content you must: Enable the “API & SSO” app on the platform Be enrolled in the course in which there is the training material  Download the content As said before, currently

Hello,I'm hoping someone can provide some advice as I'm quite confused about how the new Certification page is intended to work. Our setup currently uses Learning Plans for mandatory training. When a new starter joins the organisation, they are assigned a mandatory training learning plan. Once they complete a course, they are automatically added to the related certification, with renewal dates managed based on that course's specific renewal period. However, from my testing of the new Certification area, it doesn't appear to work in the same way. When a user completes a course through a Learning Plan, or directly from the My Courses page, they are not automatically added to the certification. My understanding is that users must be enrolled onto the certification and complete the course from within the Certification page itself for the certification record to be created. If this is the case, it would significantly impact our ability to use Learning Plans.I've also tried creating groups and

Hello!  Has anyone come up with a solution for the hidden unenrollment button in the ILT session page of the new course player? One solution i had is to direct learners to the secret menu using the description field for the session. Unfortunately, this is very small and hard to see, though it does appear right up at the top under the session information. Can CSS be added to the description field to format it? Other ideas welcome!

Has anyone used CSS to remove the global search bar from the top of their pages? If so, we’d love to hear your suggestions on how to do it.

Hi everyone,I don’t usually create eLearnings in my team but I wanted to get something out quickly and tried Creator for the first time.I had the problem that I would regularly “lose” content when creating a lesson. Meaning I would add content, then click Preview and the content would not be there. I would close the preview and literally what I just added was gone. I noticed that Creator seems to be doing an auto-save periodically and I could reproduce this by clicking the Preview while this auto-save was happening. However, it also seemed to happen at other times, when the auto-save was not happening. Has anyone else experienced this? I talked to another colleague who had recently created a Creator Lesson and she had the same problem.

Hello I need a very smart person to help us out. We have put a catalog on the page and set it to calendar view. It produces the calendar and is very hard to read -- especially when trying to get a quick at a glance view of the upcoming webinars for the month. I’d like to use CSS to change the default view from “Monthly” to “Agenda” right now each person has to manually change the setting themselves. Has anyone already figured this out that could share their CSS?

Hello Docebo Community! We recently implemented Docebo Learn LMS and as part of the implementation process, course shells for previous learning sessions and e-learning modules were created and the course completion data was migrated over for our users. We want to hide these course shells from showing up in the search on the platform, as there is no training/learning content associated with them, as it was for historical/archival purposes only. How can we do this? Thanks!!

I have a question for those of you who use Docebo for external users & the new navigation menu. We have 50k+ external users. I am looking for suggestions on how you inform/train them on the upcoming navigation updates. Some users log in regularly, some every year or two. Any suggestions on how to best communicate the update to all of them?

Hello -We are working on enhancing our learner experience. During our User Acceptance Testing, the Next Lesson/Previous Lesson button in the Course Player was confusing for our users.   Does anyone have the CSS to hide these buttons? Thanks for your help! Best,Liz
