I’m creating learning plans for all of our users to complete this year’s annual compliance training, but I’m wondering about the best way to manage it again next year. Do most of you unenroll everyone and then re-enroll them each year, or is there a better recurring setup?

Hi Docebo Community,We have started rolling out Learning Plans for each Job Role in our company, so that learners can see the courses that are expected of them. We have encountered an issue where a certain number of the courses in the learning plans some learners will have completed already previously. When we migrated to Docebo, we (for valid reasons at the time) decided to create shell courses based on the entries from our previous LMS and our training scheduling system (Civica’s Carval HR for those curious). These shell courses were prefixed with the word “RETIRED: “ so that we could identify them as historic entries. We then created new courses in Docebo for courses we still wanted to use (so the catalogue was not cluttered with redundant and unused courses). The retired course and the new course were NOT linked as equivalents as this prevented certification renewals from working correctly (Learners would click on Renew, but the LMS would immediately mark th

Is there a way to run a report on how many coins users have in the platform?

Good morning or afternoon.Does anyone know off-hand if I can give Power Users the ability to create Categories in the Course Management menu? I cannot see anything about it, either on the system or when i do searches online, but I’m hoping someone could verify one way or another.Thanks!

We launched a series of Learning Plans (Bootcamp) that included 3 Linkedin Learning courses. These 3 courses are also a LIL plan that allows for a Linkedin Learning certification that a user can post to their Linkedin profile. A user launches each course from Docebo and completion is recorded in both Docebo and Linkedin Learning. However, we have a handful of employees where the completion WAS NOT recorded in Linkedin and WAS recorded in Docebo. This has caused headaches because some didnt receive their certificate from Linkedin so they could post to their profile. I cannot figure out why this would happen to some and not others. Anyone have a solution?

Has anyone had any issues with the trainings not being marked complete? We currently have the annual compliance training going on and those trainings are very long! They can take about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. We use the compliance training vendor SAI Global and they provide us with the SCORM files. The issues we have been having with half of our employee population is that their trainings progress are not automatically saved, so when they click on the ‘Resume where you left off” button, it takes them back to the beginning (for crying out loud!). But for the other half of the population, they are able to complete just fine. So I’m not sure what settings in Docebo that I should be poking around to resolve that issue. Also, does Docebo have the ability to manually advance the course progress for those whose training were not saved properly and had to start from the beginning. I can only re-take the training for a handful of employees :) as this is not ideal to

We have the LinkedIn Learning integration with around 400 courses imported into our platform and weaved throughout our learning plans etc. We’d like to explore the option of learners browsing the LI library of courses THROUGH docebo without having to import a course into the platform, similar to how we browse as administrators. Essentially, we want the experience of THIS page without the import option for them and serve as a window. Additionally, we’ve created a LinkedIn Learning Catalogue which surfaces all 10,000+ courses, but when they are imported they don’t align with our metadata and we’re aware that LI courses aren’t updated automatically etc and risk duplication if imported courses. 

We are preparing to launch a new learning program for one of our extended enterprises and are currently evaluating how best to configure skills and skills reporting for this audience. We were originally just planning to add Skills and Tags so the learners can search the catalogs.Could you share some insights on your approach for the implementation? Can the Skills Dashboard be enabled only for a specific extended enterprise, rather than globally across all audiences? Are there any limitations or considerations we should be aware of when applying this setup to a program that will initially include three catalogs and approximately 15 learning plans? Can skills still be effectively tracked and reported without using job roles, given that learners for this program come from multiple industries? 

I have a tech ticket on this but sometimes you fine folks have a work around or have encountered this and solved on your own so I’m checking here too. (THANK YOU AT DOCEBO SUPPORT TEAM for your continued effort to resolve my issue).  On Friday I uploaded a new version of a SCORM File, I rewrote an existing SCORM File instead of uploading it as new training material (which I didn’t realize maybe I should have done instead 😕). But now any person who has already completed the course or is in progress on the course is getting a White Screen and cannot load it. However new users seem to be able to see the course without issue. We tried reseting progress but that solve only worked for one user and has not worked for any additional users.  Any ideas what’s going on? And how we can address it?  Any tips to help so this doesn’t happen to us again in the future?     

Would it be possible to receive notifications for courses we have taken previously if an update is applied to the course?

Now that Docebo has started adding the SCORM values into the calculation of the overall course score, how is everyone handling this? Inside each of our courses, we have SCORM and tests placed in different sections (folders), so each section has a series of SCORM files (2004, 3rd Edition) and then a test (created in Docebo). Therefore each course has more than one test. We have the course set to average all scores (which used to be just the test scores, but has recently changed to average ALL scores, including the default zeros that come from SCORM files). Now that the overall course score averages the additional zeros, the score is not correct. Summary of setup:multiple SCORM in one course multiple tests in one course each test is worth 100 points, shown as a percentage course > advanced settings > scores are set to “The average of all scores taken by the user in the course.”Course

Hi everyone,Our organization is scheduled to go live on Docebo on June 1. I am a Senior Technology Trainer and am learning the LMS as quickly as possible in preparation for launch.I noticed there is no enrollment status equivalent to “No Show” for learners who register for a session but do not attend, I do see completed. While I did see that attendance can be captured on the Attendance Sheet by marking a learner as not present, my question is this:Is it possible to add an enrollment status such as No Show? Without this option, the learner remains enrolled, and the session continues to appear in their Courses to Start section on the Docebo home page.  How do you handle no shows?Thank you for your guidance.

Hi there, We are experiencing an error code we haven’t seen before when we try and assign a new course to a learning plan (we use a learning plan to manage the notifications for all our courses)Has anyone seen this/how have they rectified it? Just wondering if there’s any guidance others have used to make it work again (otherwise we’ll submit a ticket to try and figure it out) - I had a look round the forum and the help guides, but couldn’t find anything! Thanks!

One of the things that constantly slows me down when running tests or setting up API enrollments is having to dig around to find a user's internal Docebo User ID.In most organizations I work with, we end up needing those system IDs regularly for troubleshooting, reporting, or integration work. I am interested in using a payment installment option for a pricier course. It does not appear that Docebo has any direct integration with any of these services such as Klarna or Afterpay… however, Stripe does. Has anyone had success using one of these services integrated with Stripe and with Stripe integrated with Docebo or at least know if it is possible?

I am looking for a way for learners to see their overall score (like admins can see in the “Score” column on the enrollment tab) for a course that includes multiple tests and the score is the sum.I have a course shell that includes 3 separate tests (so that we can analyze data for three different categories of questions more easily). Each test has a numerical score (in this example, one course you have to get 3 out of 4 questions right, another you have to get 5 out of 6 questions right). They only have one attempt for each test as this is to gauge their knowledge.  In the course shell settings I have it set to calculate the final score based on the sum of all 3 tests.I tested this and am able to see the sum score on the Enrollments tab (screenshot below - I got a 4 on the first test and a 3 on the second test, so a total of 7) but cannot figure out how the learner can see their total score in the course player.

This post is meant to be an attempt at helping folks implement a slider type of widget with images that cycle through in an endless loop. No interaction. Down the road, I will offer one that has some manual selection to it. That is why this is titled as option 1.There has indeed been a number of postings referencing Comslider as a great resource for this sort of thing. I have not used it personally but I would venture a guess that it is much nicer and simpler than what I am about to offer here but this is free - so I guess you get what you pay for - LOL. At any rate - I figure that for some folks - Comslider may not be an option. If that is the case - you have one here.This is a CSS and HTML option - no JavaScript. This would still require some work on your part to tweak it for your number of images and to put in your image URLs - etc. I will try to help with that part as best I can.Here is a quick look at the one I built as a sample. We have a group of courses that have two SCORM files in the training material. One is a full course with an assessment and the other is a test-out assessment only. We want it setup that the learner can attempt the test-out and if they pass it, the course is completed. If they do not pass it, they no longer have access to that training material and they have to complete and pass the full course to get course credit. The way this was setup was that we had both training materials set as an end object marker and the test-out piece was only available to view one time. This worked for a couple of years, but now we cannot have two training materials set as the end object marker. Have any of you tackled this issue and found a work-around?

Hello community!I have a question regarding the outlook integration with Docebo. We give learners the ability to RSVP to their outlook event invites. Sometimes if an admin has enrolled a learner, but that learner has a conflict they might RSVP “NO”. To your knowledge is there a report or notification that we can trigger to notify admin of this response?Currently it appears that its only possible by manually looking at the enrollment lists for each event. 

Good Day,I am trying to understand how video and course duration is being handled in Docebo.What I try to accomplish:We upload videos as mp4 but mainly as SCORM packages (as we use Synthesia with its player) to the Central Repository / Training Material.From there the videos end up in the Courses. The courses have a field to define the “Average time”Now, as we have a couple of thousand videos as SCORM package (and some direct video uploads) I am wondering if there is an option to:Get the video duration for uploaded videos and get the course calculation happening automatically Add the video duration to the SCORM package, as SCORM has the metadate capabilities via imsmanifest.xml and have the Course calculation done automatically. If autom

I’m not quite sure how I’ve not noticed this before, but apparently power users can view all assets and channels regardless of their assigned resources. I had a client who ran a report to see what all assets and channels their organization had added to the platform, and they saw all of theirs, and all of our other organizations’ assets as well. I submitted a ticket, and support confirmed that this is expected behavior. “ Power User content-visibility filtering applies only to specific item types: Courses, Users, Branches, Catalogs, and Locations. Assets and Channels are not included in this filtering. Therefore, when a Power User runs a custom report based on assets or channels (such as an “Assets – Statistics” report with channel columns), they will see all matching assets and channels across the platform, not just those assigned to them.”Has anyone else encountered this problem?  Any creative solutions?

Did I do something wrong in my setup, or is this expected behavior in Docebo?I enrolled staff in a new course and then used the “Send email to enrolled learners” option from the Enrollments page. I CC’d our leaders so they’d have visibility that the communication went out.What I did not expect was for Docebo to interpret “send email” as:“Send one email per learner, individually, copying the leaders every single time.”Shortly after sending, my CC’d leader came over to show me her inbox, which was receiving a separate copy of the same email for every enrolled learner. All 300 of them. Individually delivered.Is this the intended behavior for this function, or is there a setting I’m missing to prevent CC’d recipients from receiving a copy per learner instead of a single message?Within minutes, three other CC’d recipients also reached out asking me to “make it stop,” and I had to explain that, unfortunately, there was no
