Is there a way to make content accessible to users who do not have a login or in a place where Docebo does not ask them to log in first?
Sooooo, I really need some help, does anyone have any ideas how I can make the Renew certification button more obvious, I am struggling to find the right selector, without impacting the rest of the platform. I only want it to make changes on the course player pages. Getting slowly frustrated with users going I’ve recompleted the course but it hasn’t updated my records. Then I ask did you click the button? and the answer is always no what button!
Hi all,I cannot make this occur every time I test.Our eL courses are set to theatre mode, we have autoplay off, and the syllabus starts as expanded. When I resume or start an elearning module, it works fine. When I click X to close the player window, I go back to the course and syllabus. Good. The problem is that 20% of the time the course stays in full screen mode and when I collapse it, nothing happens. I need to click the expand and collapse button again twice before I leave full screen mode and can navigate away from the page.I have only seen this behavior logged in as a superadmin. Has anyone else had this issue?
Hi fellow Docebo geeks!Looking for pros and cons of using courses vs learning plans. I get that LPs are another way to bundle courses (that’s the obvious difference for me), but I struggle trying to explain why one would use one over the other.Has anyone put together a Pro and Con list for each? Admin use, end user experience, reporting, etc.?I have bits and pieces, but wondering what you all think. Thanks in advance.
This post is meant to be an attempt at helping folks implement a slider type of widget with images that cycle through in an endless loop. No interaction. Down the road, I will offer one that has some manual selection to it. That is why this is titled as option 1.There has indeed been a number of postings referencing Comslider as a great resource for this sort of thing. I have not used it personally but I would venture a guess that it is much nicer and simpler than what I am about to offer here but this is free - so I guess you get what you pay for - LOL. At any rate - I figure that for some folks - Comslider may not be an option. If that is the case - you have one here.This is a CSS and HTML option - no JavaScript. I am having trouble changing the color for the “Moderated” button on courses that require approval. What CSS do I need to apply in order to change it?
Hey all! We’ve implemented the new course player yesterday for our users.But while testing, we noticed an illegible link while looking at learning plans, via: My Courses and Learning Plans > open a learning plan > click on the “Resume Training” (or “Retake the Learning Plan” button if the learning plan was completed).On that page, there is a “Go to learning plan page” link -And that was black-on-black for us when we switched. I reached out to support about it, and the colour for this can be configured via: Configure Branding and Look > Colors > Accent Text & Links.However, we’re struggling because that is also the configuration for links in the admin menu. We can’t find a colour that works on both the new dark background AND the white admin menu, that also remains accessible for our users.The support rep recommended that we do custom CSS for this, but I imagine others are going to run into this as well who aren’t able/willing to implement custom CSS to fix it.Have other

I see in Advanced Settings it’s possible to restrict registrations to specific domains but is it possible to block people with specific domains from registering?
I am having an issue allowing a Power User to create, edit, and manage certificates associated with their courses. I have given the Power User permission to View and Edit certificates. However when they try to create a new certificate it does not appear for them in the Certificate Templates list, though I and other Super Users can see it. Also if I create a certificate template for them and assign it to their course, it still does not appear in the Certificate Templates list from their view.
Has anyone discovered and can share new CSS coding to globally hide assignment submission options for Screen Recording and Link? We’d like to only have upload option displayed. It appears from past posts that coding was shared but is not working in the new course player. Specifically, this is the area and the two options we’d like to hide.Hide Record and Add a Link Submit Options?
Hi~ So if users mark a course outdated, we review and no changes are needed, so how exactly am I as the superadmin supposed to remove the outdated count under course management column so that I know we reviewed it and it is no longer outdated, but also in the future if someone does remark it outdated again, I would see that? I do have the outdated notification turned on to superadmins.Thank you!
I am working on creating sessions for an upcoming training for our night shift. When I try to end a session at midnight 24:00 or 00:00 I get an error message saying the end time must be greater than the start time if using 00:00 and enter a value between 0-23. I know I could just end the training at 23:59 but I need it to be accurate.

In doing some testing, I realize that if we have a learner that gets access to a URL (not auto enrollment link, just the learning plan URL) and they are not logged in, they get directed to the homepage. It drops the URL they came in on, and it doesn’t take them to the content that they were trying to access to begin with. I don’t feel like the system used to work this way. Here’s the flow - Learner clicks on a Docebo link Learner realizes they are not logged in Learner clicks SSO button Learner gets logged in Learner is directed to landing page Learner has to go back and try to dig out the URL they were provided and hope they get to the education they intended to take to begin withSo far this behavior happens consistently with: Courses Learning PlansDoes not drop: Catalog URLs Page URLsLearners are already frustrated they have to relog in since the token doesn’t carry over from the other system they typical come from, needing to reclick the SSO button. We recently moved to the new course player and have found that tests include large white margins of unused space. We have test questions that include images. The images are too small for learners to see and cannot expand into these margins. We are brainstorming possible solutions to this issue and would like to see if anyone can offer additional ideas. Our ideas so far have included:Learners zoom in via the browser to better see the images. Add a link to the images so they open in a new tab. This requires learners to navigate back and forth between tabs. Rework our test questions to remove the images.The following screenshot is an example of one of our test questions. You cannot click on images in tests to view a larger image in a pop out as you can with my screenshot in this post.
As a newcomer to Docebo, I apologize if this is a simple question.Our users who work with ABC are assigned ABC training. This required training has a deadline when it must be completed.Users who don't work with ABC can also self-register for ABC training. Unfortunately, the self-registered training is still assigned a deadline and the user appears on overdue reports if they don't finish it by the required date.Would you kindly share how you differentiate between required and optional training within Docebo when it's the same course but different users?We'd like to avoid penalizing users who are proactively seeking additional knowledge.Thank you very much for your help!
I’m wanting to create a nice, clean UI for our LMS and, with some code (and from the help of others on here), can get an image of my choosing as a background or in the header bar already. To do this today, I am having to really fudge things in the system in order to get my images onto the Docebo CDN to be called by the code. The only way I can do this today, is to create image widgets on a hidden page and sniff out the stored file location once uploaded - not elegant at all. For the life of me, I cannot seem to find an asset repository where I can upload and store a few images for use in my HTML and CSS code around the platform.Any idea folks?All help much appreciated.
Hello all,We are having issues with users not going through the correct process to retake a course which has a certification attached.I have created a tasklist widget which sits on the homepage that displays - Not Started, In Progress and Certifications to Renew. Ideally this is where I want them to click to redo training and therefore completion dates will be reset correctly to remain compliant.There is also a historic function to access the My Activities tab through the three hamburger bars on top left, click on courses and enter the training through the courses tab. This does not reset the certification dates correctly.My question is could I remove the My Activities option from the Menu to avoid this issue altogether? Users have access to catalogues, calendar, reports, LPs, training overviews, completed courses all built into widgets that sits on their homepage. Would there be any ongoing consequences if the My Activities option be removed?I have zero CSS skills if that is what i
