Digital signature

I am working on creating an E-Learning Safety Orientation program. We have a GMP policy due to food safety. I am being told that for the GMP policy we need an actual signature and that a “course completion” status will not suffice. Is there an easy way to add an E-Signature to the training material?

Can you Force registration for all events in a Session?

We have a course that is 4 meetings over the course of a month. What we were thinking was that the Session would be “January 2025” and the event would be the specific meeting dates. The learner has to attend all of the meetings to get credit, but it doesn’t seem like I can force them to enroll in all of the Events. Do folks have a suggestion for how best to manage this?

Hi community,Fairly new to Docebo, as I just launched to Leadership last week, I would like to reach out here and ask all of the pros/champions a question. How did you learn to use articulate? Did you use YouTube, take some courses, progress through trial and error? Tell me all your tips and tricks. Answer breakdown report by user in scrom

Hi All, We have uploaded a scrom 1.2 file from both Elucidat and Camtasia tools but however we are not able to extract answer breakdown report for users. Do we have any solution for this. When we checked with Docebo support we were informed about CMI interaction calls are not available. Does anybody have idea about this and how do we extract the detailed answer breakdown report

New Course Player & Go Learn: 'Learners Can Only Move Backwards' not working

Hi Ya’ll - Long time lurker, first time poster.Yesterday, as I was eagerly anticipating the new course player update, I found myself still thinking of any untested aspects that I might have missed in preparation for this rollout. Well, I found an issue that I want to make sure everyone is aware of especially if you were just as excited as I was to hear about this particular enhancement.The new course player, with all of its visual improvements, brings with it a set of new playback options for video training material that was most exciting. Most importantly to our org, is the setting that allows learners the ability to move backwards in the playhead while still locking the playhead from jumping forward. [The Problem with Go.Learn App] Currently, the unexpected behavior when accessed via the Go.Learn app is that the training material does not recognize this setting and does NOT lock learners from jumping forward. [The Behavior w/o Go.Learn App] Now, I understand that not all use the Go

Limiting what courses self-enrolled learners can enroll in

We have an interesting predicament. We use Docebo for training of our customer users who purchase our products and services. They get enrolled in the following ways:If one of our employees enrolls a product-owning customer, we directly put them in a branch where they can see the appropriate course catalogs for their access level. If a customer self-enrolls, they automatically get dropped into a “free preview” branch, where they can see a few introductory, non-proprietary courses to get started. In the meantime we vet who they actually are and then move them to the appropriate branch if they are a real paid product owner. This method lets them get started on their own without having to wait for approval, but prevents a “spy” from self-enrolling and then viewing whatever proprietary courses they want.The problem with this is: On our login screen, we want to be able to show the wide selection of the courses we offer so we created a bunch of catalogs to put courses in and display them

Learning Plans in New Course Player

In the new Course Player configuration, I cannot seem to figure out how to go to the next course in a learning plan with out having to leave my current course, go to the learning plan, and enter back in to the next course. I think this will confuse my learners and be very frustrating. As a Docebo admin, I even got confused trying to figure out what my next step was. Is there a button or feature I am missing? I would love for a pop-up to appear saying “take me to (next course in learning plan’s name)” Is this possible?

Anyone using the new Adobe Captivate?

Am I crazy in thinking that the subscription/cost model is that much better than many other tools?I just looked at their price model for the New Adobe Captivate - not the older version….And at 34$ a month - to subscribe to it - it may warrant a much deeper dive at it. Just curious.FYI - I have used the original Captivate since it was a tool generated by Macromedia and it was a rebranding of Robodemo right up and through 2020 so I know the other side of Captivate.

Retake a course widget on course completion page

Hi!I need to add add another button to the Well done! section that users see when a course is completed. I have used the Localization Tool to change the language from ‘Retake this course ‘to ‘Click “Renew Certification” at the top corner’ as I was finding users were retaking the course rather than clicking the blue Renew Certification in the top corner. This is not clear and unfortunately doesn't really stand out no matter how much guidance you provide.Some courses have certifications and some don't. Some users like to retake courses to prompt learning or recheck things but as I have now removed the wording they don't know how to revisit the course once completed.Does anyone know how to add another button available to make this clearer please?? thanks

Direct Link to Skills Dashboard for Learners

I’d like to add a button with a direct link to the Skills Dashboard. But when I access the Skills Dashboard and copy the link, it only takes me to the user’s profile. Add to that the fact that the skills dashboard menu item takes a couple of seconds to show up, we’re going to lose opportunity for people to find and use it.Has anyone been able to find a direct link to the skills dashboard that can be used for this purpose?TIA!

Seeking Input on Learning Plan Reset Process

Hi everyone,This is our first full year in Docebo, and my team’s first time going through a Learning Plan reset. I have a plan and have been testing it in Sandbox, but I’m worried I’m overlooking something and will find out what it is the painful way. For those of you who have lived through this process, can you review my proposed plan and poke holes in it? Overview:We have several divisions in our company, and each has multiple Learning Plans for their different service lines. In total, I’d say we have at least 100 Learning Plans (including new hire learning plans and annual), and each one has very complicated enrollment groups/rules that I don’t want to have to tinker with. Some of our courses are on multiple learning plans with equivalences, so I’m also concerned about making sure I’m doing those steps in the best order so that the enrollment status is correct.Our Subject Matter experts are mostly keeping their plans the same, but we are probably replacing/adding around 30-40 course

Viewing Course Ratings

Hi folks.Based on what I’ve seen I’m inclined to think the answer is no, but let me ask anyway...Is there any way to see a rating for a course that is not either seeing it in a catalog or running a report? As an administrator, I feel like it should not take so many steps, it should be available directly in the Course Management page for a given course.Honestly I think that, for all the valuable information we could be extracting from this field, there is very little transparency here, it could be a lot more accessible.

Hey there!I wonder if any of you know how to set the width on surveys to make appear relative to the elements in there, with the new course player functionality, users have to scroll right or left to find all the options on the scale, and I wonder if any is experiencing the same and if you know how to fix it. ILT multiple events for a yearlong program long explanation before question (crosspost)

Crossposting here and the Champion group.I have been struggling to find a good solution in Docebo for a program we run. We do a biweekly online continuing education series. Students are required to attend or view recorded archives of at least 4 of the 24 events we offer. This year I created an individual ILT for each webinar with a single session and a single event. Then put them all into a learning plan. We discovered a few issues. Enrolling in an ILT ( even through a learning plan) does not enroll the learner in the session. Learners had to still go into the individual ILT’s to enroll in the sessions before they could attend or get notifications for the sessions. Once the event had ended, the sessions closed to enrollment. Anyone trying to watch the recording who had not already enrolled in the session could not enroll in the session. We have had to regularly go in and manually enroll people who were already enrolled in the ILT thanks to the learning plan into a session so they c
